We had a lovely time in Florence. The apartment was perfect and ideally located. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

This apartment is in the middle of everything. We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the unit. We had 5 adults in our party and we never felt crowded. The air conditioning was ice cold making the 90 degree days bearable. Our host helped guide the taxi driver to the address and met us at the door. She was very helpful with her info for the unit. Thanks again, looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful place! We really enjoyed our stay here and the apartment is in a great location and convenient to everything we needed. The AC was great to come home to during the heatwave we experienced.

Our family used this beautiful location for our home base. We loved the area. The restaurant and shops just downstairs were perfect. We enjoyed being able to move on to our next stop with clean clothes. We truly felt at home.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this apartment! We will consider it first when we return to Florence next. It’s beautifully decorated and feels updated while keeping the Tuscan charm you want while staying in Florence. It had everything we needed for our family of 5 (all adults). And the location cannot be beat! With college-aged kids, we were in the perfect location for dinners and late nights out. It’s a lovely street with amazing top-rated restaurants and popular bars for all ages. BUT the apartment is truly soundproof! With the windows closed you hear nothing! We could have stayed a month at this apartment, it was that perfect!!!

We loved it. The location was perfect. Bedrooms great- were able to use the 3rd bedroom so 2 of our 3 daughters had their own bedroom. Our oldest daughter (sadly) wasn't with us. Close grocery store was great. We loved Florence, the people, the food, the wine, the coffee the art, the history. Walked everywhere. The weather was incredible too!! Great place!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We stayed at Pierino based on a recommendation from friends who stayed there in March 2025 and could not have been more pleased! Everyone at Italy Perfect was a delight to work with and made everything from booking the apartment to checking in so easy. The apartment is just adorable and really felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with the Santa Croce neighborhood having such a cool vibe. We traveled with another couple, and the apartment perfectly accommodated us with each couple getting their own bedroom and bathroom. I would highly recommend a stay at Pierino!!

Our greeter, was very helpful. The apartment matched the description. It was very clean and well outfitted. The location was perfect. First time staying in that part of town and would stay there again.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic. The house is clean and spacious, and the host's and property manager were the best to work with. They reply to messages super fast, offered great suggestions and really try to make everything great. The property manager also offered additional services in a way that was super helpful, she made my wife and kids feel even more comfortable.

Appartamento molto bello e ben tenuto, si trova molto in centro ed ho apprezzato molto l'isolamento con l'esterno. Durante il week-end infatti le strade sono rumorose ma nelle camere non si sentivano rumori.

Translation: The apartment is very nice and well-maintained. It's centrally located, and I really appreciated how isolated it is from the outside world. On weekends, the streets are noisy, but I couldn't hear any noise in the rooms.

We stayed at this Florence apartment from November 23, 2025, and vacated on the morning of November 27, 2025, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The unit is centrally located, making it incredibly easy to walk everywhere—including major sights, restaurants, and even the train station. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a welcoming place to relax after full days of exploring the city. Our host was wonderful—professional, respectful, and courteous throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made the experience seamless. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable stay in Florence and would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The apartment is super modern, beautifully designed, and really spacious. The host met us when we arrived, which made check-in easy and smooth. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed, and the hosts were great to communicate with. We also really appreciated how quickly they responded when we reached out about an issue. We loved our stay here, the apartment was perfect for our family of four. The bedrooms were large and the living area was just enough for us. We really enjoyed the location which was very walkable to many areas of interest and tons of restaurants close by. We had a wonderful stay and would return again.

Our host let us in and gave us a quick intro to the apartment and then walked us to the grocery and area to throw trash. The place was so well located and just as others said- somehow no noise- even though lots of people partying right outside! We would definitely stay again if/when we return.

The apartment was WONDERFUL! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city and within walking distance to everything. I could not have chosen a better place for my husband and young adult boys. They were able to simply walk downstairs and enjoy the pubs in the evening with other young college/graduate student aged people. Husband and I enjoyed the quietness of the apartment and comfortable furniture after a full day of shopping and touring museums. Will DEFINITELY stay again!!!!

Such a fabulous stay in this place in Florence. We loved the location near so many restaurants and shopping and of course the historic and typical site seeing locations. We could walk to everything. The place was pristine and so comfortable. Would definately stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The location was perfect, we ate in the restaurants within the square, which were recommended and delicious. The AC was a dream to come back to and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were surprised with how busy the local area was and how quiet it was. Would definitely stay again, loved the location, everything was in walking distance!

Beautiful apartment that is walking distance to everywhere you need to go. Restaurants and shopping just downstairs. Location was perfect! Kitchen and living space was open and easy to make dinner and relax as a family when we were tired of eating out. Local grocery store was just minutes away. No cars allowed in front of apartment so that was nice. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence. There were restaurants at the doorstep and only a short walk to the main attractions of Florence. Our host was a wonderful host easy to communicate with and very attentive. She gave us great local suggestions and even assisted with a taxi. Would definitely stay in this apartment again and would highly recommend it to others.

In a very central location. Host was very responsive and check-in was very efficient. Place was beautiful, looked newly redone. Felt very cozy, nice place to come back to. Dryer was a plus since it’s very hard to find those.

Our stay at Pierino's apartment was exceptional. The beauty of the place matched exactly with the published images. Its location is unbeatable, surrounded by exquisite restaurants and a wine bar right next door. It's also less than a 10-minute walk from the city's main attractions, including the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery, among others. Both ItalyPerfect and our hostess, showed great willingness and flexibility. They offered us an early check-in for a minimal fee to align with our train's arrival and were also flexible with the checkout time. This greatly facilitated our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was a great location! Several very good restaurants on the same street and very easy walking distance to many of the top attractions in Florence. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and out were very easy and we had great communication with the host. Really beautiful and SO CLEAN! The host was very kind and flexible. We got lost on our way there and she waited for us and I really appreciated that 🙂 The apartment had more than enough room for the 4 of us, the bathrooms were pristine, and the location is amazing! Très bel appartement, bien placé dans la ville! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité des lits et des salles de bain! Appartement bien isolé de la rue avec double vitrage et portes isolante. Aucun bruit dans la chambre malgré les restaurants et bars dans la rue. A noter, que l eau du robinet à une forte odeur de javel (sans du à la ville). Pensez à acheter de l eau en bouteille

Very nice apartment, well placed in the city! We really appreciated the quality of the beds and bathrooms! Well insulated street apartment with double glazing and insulating doors. No noise in the room despite restaurants and bars on the street. It should be noted that the tap water has a strong bleach smell (not due to the city). Consider buying bottled water
