Sound: All bedrooms are on the back of the building facing an interior light-well so they are quiet.

The block is closed to traffic, it is pedestrians only. Taxis can pull up at either end of the block but no other vehicles.

Check in/out: Check in 4pm-7:30pm, by appointment. Check out by 10am.

Walkable, Welcoming, and Wonderfully Located

We stayed at this Florence apartment from November 23, 2025, and vacated on the morning of November 27, 2025, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The unit is centrally located, making it incredibly easy to walk everywhere—including major sights, restaurants, and even the train station. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a welcoming place to relax after full days of exploring the city. Our host was wonderful—professional, respectful, and courteous throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made the experience seamless. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable stay in Florence and would happily stay here again.

Loved Our Stay

We loved our stay here! The apartment is super modern, beautifully designed, and really spacious. The host met us when we arrived, which made check-in easy and smooth. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed, and the hosts were great to communicate with. We also really appreciated how quickly they responded when we reached out about an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Our stay was lovely! Perfect location and quiet - no cars are allowed on the street. Plenty of restaurants and everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here!
