This was our second stay at Place Dauphine. The location is perfect in the center of Paris. There are great restaurants within footsteps of the apt. The delivery of a daily baguette made each morning special. We were so happy with our experience!

This is in a great location between the left and right banks. Very easy to get around. The apartment is lovely and has nice views on the Place Dauphine. The weather turned into full on spring and so many people out enjoying the sun. Cannot wait to return.

This apartment was absolutely perfect! It was centrally located to get to the left or right banks and the courtyard it was located in was so charming. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was very well appointed. This place even had a luggage storage closet right outside the door, so we could put our bags there since we arrived hours before our actual check-in. That was a HUGE plus! We will absolutely book this place again! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Paris Perfect!

I’ve stayed in Paris dozens of times & this is by far my favorite place we’ve stayed thus far! Place Dauphine on the Île de la Cité is a little hidden gem in Paris. The location was right in the center of everything. The apartment was absolutely lovely. So beautifully decorated and spacious with the most comfortable plush beds. It was very quiet and safe at night. Definitely felt like I had a home away from home in Paris! The Paris Perfect team restored this whole building to a T. They’ve done a remarkable and impeccable job renovating the whole building which has allowed us the most wonderful place to stay! Book it now you!!!

We stayed in the beautiful Anjou apartment for one week over Christmas and to say that it was spectacular would be an understatement - we were beyond thrilled! The location in the Place Dauphine on the Île de la Cité couldn't be more perfect - you are literally close to EVERYTHING - from early morning walks to the Louvre before the city wakes up, to the flower market for some Christmas cheer, to Notre Dame and the adorable Christmas market right next door - you couldn't ask for a better location - truly. And Place Dauphine itself is just beautiful - an oasis within the bustling city - we tried a number of the cafes in the square and they were all fantastic. The apartment itself is perfect - it has everything you need and accommodated our group of five very comfortably - our son noted that the pull-out couch was the nicest and most comfortable he has ever slept on. We loved all of the high-quality details and special touches, especially the gorgeous bedding and fresh baguettes every day! The Paris Perfect team were just wonderful from the time we booked to when we arrived and throughout our stay - everyone we interacted with was so nice, quick to respond and welcoming. We are already dreaming about our next trip to our favorite city and which amazing Paris Perfect apt to try next - if we don't rebook the Anjou! Thank you to the team for making our trip so memorable!

Our stay at the Anjou was truly Paris Perfect. From our arrival and orientation to our last evening and departure - every detail was expertly executed. We felt as though we were staying with close friends in their lovely neighborhood in the 1st. Place Dauphine and Ile de la Cite were welcoming and full of treasures at every turn. We had a great stay. Excellent location and convenient to all attractions, metro stop and grocery store. The duplex space was great. The downstairs provided great space and privacy. The place was spotless and the welcome basket and baguettes in the lobby every morning were a great touch! Paris Perfect was extremely communicative and quick to respond to messages and inquiries. We did see some negative comments about street noise, but did not have an issue. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Anjou apartment in La Place Dauphine! There really isn’t a more perfect location from which to explore Paris. Over the bridge in one direction, you’re in the Marais and in the other direction you’re quickly in St. Germaine. And just outside your door you have a beautiful plaza with lovely outdoor cafes and an incredible bakery. The apartment itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and so comfortable for our family of four. We felt like we were living the Paris dream complete with fresh baguettes delivered to the lobby in the morning! It truly was Paris Perfect! We’ll be back for sure!

Phenomenal location, well thought-out space and nicely cared for property. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this historic and charming apartment from Paris Perfect. The AC worked well and there was enough room for our family of four to not feel confined. The two twin beds come zipped "together", so it would be good to let the local team know if you need them separated and the right size sheets provided. I would recommend the unit for its comfort and location.

Extremely clean and organized - the flat had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Paris. The building is perfectly located for a family to peacefully enjoy the city in a quiet square right in the center of the action. Easy walking to most sites. The local contact was on time, responsive and courteous. The living room with a window overlooking the square was delightful. A renter must understand that the bedroom located on the ground floor gets a lot of traffic past its window, but the blackout curtains make sleeping easy. I would love to stay again in one of the other flats in the building. They are all tastefully decorated and clean. My family especially appreciated the welcome basket on the dining room table when we arrived.

Our little slice of Paris paradise. After looking at every neighborhood, every review, decoding which streets were busy or quiet, we selected this absolute gem of an apartment. Lucky, lucky us. The apartment is on a peaceful little "square" with cafes that close at 10pm and a place to get coffee and croissants. In the mornings we were eager to open up the windows to hear the day beginning for the residents of this private little enclave. The property was perfect, our 6-year-old son made downstairs his little "flat" and woke up every morning to collect his fresh baguette from the foyer (what a perfect way to start our day!). This apartment played as a main character in our memories of the trip; when we are lucky enough to return to the city of light, I cannot imagine staying elsewhere.

We recently stayed for a week in the Anjou Apartment in Paris. I use a walker and cane and so we chose the multilevel apartment for its 2 bedrooms and accessible shower in the downstairs bathroom. Both showers worked fine for me to walk in after all. We enjoyed the perfect location at the center of Pont Neuf which made walking short distances easier for me. We could easily walk 10-15 mins south to the Left Bank for groceries and restaurants or 10 mins north to the Louvre or east to Notre Dame. It was easy to order taxis or to have Ubers meet us at Pont Neuf. The boat tour was across the street as well which was wonderful. We loved the daily delivery of baguettes and already miss them! There were pastries available at the bakery directly next door and we had dinner at least 4 times at the restaurant La Rose in the Place Dauphine courtyard just outside our door. It was lovely to watch Parisian cafe life outside our window. Almost like a living postcard of Paris outside our window. The kitchen had everything we needed, the washer and dryer helped so much. There was an issue with the table when we arrived from previous guests but it was quickly taken care of by the Paris Perfect team. Very impressive! The beds were very comfortable, the AC during the heatwave was a miracle, and the WiFi worked well even with 4 of us using it for phones, work computer, and a teenager streaming on a tablet. We had a wonderful time! My birthday week was everything I hoped it would be! Thank you to the entire Paris Perfect team!

This was our third time staying in Anjou on Place Dauphine. Location is perfect for walks to major sites like Muse d’orsey, Louvre, Notre Dame and steps to Pont Neuf bridge. Apartment is perfect for 3 or 4 people. 2B/21/4 B. HIGHLY UPGRADED APARTMENT with washer/dryer. Close to Latin quarter for shopping, restaurants and groceries. Can’t wait til our next visit.

Paris Perfect has done it again. We stayed last year in the penthouse. This year it was Anjou with our friends. It was just delightful. The absolute best location for walking in Paris. We travel extensively in the US, Mexico, and Europe and this may have been one of our favorite lodgings of all time! It really added to the magic of our Paris trip. The location cannot be beat, it was cute and cozy and perfect for a family with two teenagers. It's all of the things you should expect clean, etc. Extremely functional - we made dinner one evening and ate breakfast in every day. Just book it!

Anjou was a great apartment for my stay with friends. Just what I was looking for. The apartment is comfortable, well located and both bedrooms equally accommodating. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived and the greeter was cheerful and very informative. We loved the cute place (square) outside and the cafes there are great for a drink or a meal. After several stays in different apartments we feel Paris Perfect provides quality homes away from home.

HANDS DOWN This IS the place to stay in Paris! You are centrally located to ALL the necessary places, and have your own little secluded area for breakfast, crepes, drinks/wine, bakery/pastries (by the top pastry chef in Paris!)! The apartment is beautifully appointed, CLEAN, and very comfortable! We will be back!! Everyone from the booking to check-in was very easy to work with and communication was perfect!

When we arrived at the apartment it was too early for check-in. We knew it would be. However, the instructions were easy to follow and the lobby and the luggage storage room felt like home with the sitting area and bathroom. Not only is Anjou a charming apartment, the location is perfect! The apartment is comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Our greeter was really helpful, and accessible at all times for our many questions. Great customer service! This was our first time using Paris Perfect and I was nervous leading up to our visit, because I'm very picky, but Anjou exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay with Paris Perfect again!

We loved our stay in this apartment. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was the perfect home base for exploring the rest of Paris. Excellent location and a clean and comfortable space with character and charm that was well laid out for our needs. The air conditioning was a real plus.

Beautiful apartment, centrally located. Full attention to detail. Due to the pedestrian traffic on the Place Dauphine, the apartment was a bit noisy at night. I would gladly stay there again.
The location was terrific
We loved our 5 night stay at the Place Dauphine Anjou apartment. The location was terrific, right in the center of Paris, full of history and charm, but somehow still private feeling. The building is just as charming as the photos, and we loved watching people in the cafes come and go as we had breakfast in the sunny living room with a beautiful old arched window. They even deliver a fresh baguette every morning! The apartment was spotless and the bedding and towels were very nice, including extra pillows and blankets, even a mini dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a comfortable mattress. It really was charming, and we loved the YouTube videos showing the restoration and history of the building. We used the recommended taxi service, Victor Taxi, and the grocery delivery so we had the basics waiting for us in the fridge. Several cafes easily walkable and easy walk to the Louvre, Saint Chapelle, and Flower Market. A lovely stay overall, we would love to return someday!

We truly could not have hoped for a better experience renting in Paris…from pre-trip planning, quick response time, cleanliness/amenities/security/location this experience was very good. Our greeter, Monique, was clear and concise, and provided helpful tips for our apt. stay. We found Anjou to be well appointed for our family of four, everything was clean, the layout was well thought out, and there was able closet/pantry/bathroom shelf space. We appreciated the inclusion of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washer tablets, and dish soap; it was such a surprise to also have milk, juice, and wine chilled for our arrival. We will happily recommend Paris Perfect to others, and look forward to future bookings for our next family adventure. Merci beaucoup!

Perfectly situated in the middle of everything
Had an incredible time at this location. I would definitely come back. Check-in was easy, our greeter was quite helpful making sure we understood how everything worked, etc. It was so nice to stay at a place where any of the 4 of us could access using codes instead of keeping track of keys. The beds were comfortable, linens were great, and sitting in the charming living room you could feel like you were a part of the Paris scene by looking out the window. Highly recommend. Love that there was an elevator for all of our luggage too!

The place is located on one of our favorite square's (in this case triangle's) in Paris My husband and I and often our teenager go to Paris twice a year and have stayed in many air b n b's. This place was one of our favorites. The apartment is super comfortable and perfectly located. The shower water pressure was great which is always nice after a long day of walking the city. The size of the place would have easily accommodated our son if he had been with us.

We spent 2 great weeks in one of Paris' most beautiful locations. The apartment is really nice, very well appointed and comfortable and became a real home for us. The building is spectacular, slightly hidden and very quiet and in walking distance to everything from St Germain and the Marais to some of the best museums and restaurants in town. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Paris Perfect Anjou apartment - it was the perfect location, and a perfectly beautiful apartment. It had everything I needed and was so comfortable. I was happy to have a cool place to return to after a hot day sightseeing and shopping. There was no guessing required when I wanted to use an appliance, as detailed instructions were available on the coffee table. From the friendly greeting from Virgile to the super easy checkout, this place was a dream come true.

The stay at Paris Perfect was perfect. Impeccable cleaning and everything you need inside the house make the difference. Every detail has been studied so that the guest is never left in trouble. We had problems with the air conditioning and the problem was immediately corrected. There is no direct contact with the host, only by email, but responses are timely. I would recommend this accommodation for the beautiful location, house and cleanliness.

Apartment was beautifully appointed and was in a great location - both centrally located but wonderfully quiet. It was the perfect spot to rest after a busy day. Set up with two levels and two bathrooms was ideal for some privacy on this trip with my teenaged son. Fresh baguettes every morning in the lobby was an extra nice touch. We are frequent visitors to Paris and have stayed in many apartments. The Anjou was the best in many ways-- a well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and lighting, beautiful bed linens and many extras-- including an iron, a dishwasher, washer dryer. There were many nice touches--a fresh baguette every morning and welcome bottles of wine, juice and water. The house book was well organized and contained all the information we needed for our stay. And you simply cannot beat the location. The Place Dauphine is right in the center of Paris--all the areas and attractions we wanted to visit are an easy walk away-- and yet it is a quiet self contained non-touristy place lined with excellent restaurants (our meal at Sequana was especially memorable), where you can watch the locals play petanque. The only thing that could have made the apartment better would be a view of the Seine-- but that's a minor point as it is only steps away.

Anjou on Place Dauphine was just the perfect place for our family of four while we were in Paris. The location couldn't have been more convenient as a focal point to see the rest of the beautiful city of Paris. The beautiful building and its historical background was what caught my attention but once we checked in, I was truly impressed. It was immaculate with all the amenities for comfort. I loved waking up to the view of quiet Dauphine square outside my arched window. I also love waking up to fresh baguette waiting in the lobby area. The staff at Paris Perfect was very helpful and accommodating to our every need. I had a minor medical false alarm and reached out to the staff in the middle of the night during our stay and they were very prompt in responding back to me with a solution. I felt very comforted and appreciated their caring responses. This was our first time in Paris and we look forward to going back and definitely staying at Anjou or explore other Paris Perfect accommodations. Thank you again Paris Perfect Team!!

Lovely apartment! Perfect location! Access to St Germain and the Louvre makes it centrally located. So comfortable especially the bed. Great to have electronic entry and not having to use a key. Fresh baguettes are in the entryway every morning and they were delicious. This apartment was a great set up with a bedroom downstairs and full bathroom. Would stay here again and again!

Beautiful apartment! Location was wonderful, and the amenities were very much appreciated; in particular the arrival of a fresh baguette every morning. Kitchen appliances are new and easy to figure out. Having Netflix available on the smart TV is great, as you can sign into your account if you need a break from French TV. Beds and linens are extremely comfortable, and the entire apartment was spotless. I would absolutely rent here again.

The Anjou is a gorgeous apartment in the heart of Paris within walking distance of many attractions but close to two subway lines when needed. The apartment was well equipped and spotless and a pleasure to relax in at the end of a busy day. We appreciated the wine, milk, and juice that was provided and looked forward every morning to the fresh baguettes delivered to the door. What a special touch. Our experience with the Paris Perfect team was first class and professional from booking to the end of our stay and we also used the suggested Victor Cabs which were very efficient. Just loved the Anjou apartment. The perfect location in Place Dauphine, you're in the middle of the Seine, so it's easy to go Right or Left. A lot of PP rentals are down by the Eiffel, which is great for the killer view, but to me all the good stuff is in the city center, and Anjou was minutes from everything, just steps off the Point Neuf and multiple Metro stops.
Everyone was so helpful to max our stay, including recommending restaurants, making reservations (and then cancelling them ???? Sorry). The apartment was perfectly decorated and roomy for three of us, with a cool little kitchen. Our favorite was daily baguette delivery. Loved everything. The downstairs apartment is a bit cramped, so maybe better for one person vs. two. (There were three of us in total, so it was perfect). Can't wait to rent again.

I don't think that I could stay in any other location in Paris other than the Place Dauphine. Our window overlooking the Place was my favorite place to sit with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and watch the world go by. Our son and his girlfriend joined us on the vacation and he chose the streetlamp outside the apartment to propose! So we will have such special memories of our stay. The apartment is quaint and modern at the same time. The attention to detail is Paris Perfect at it's best. The antique linen sheet at the end of the bed. The mirrors and paintings which add so much ambiance. And the baguette deliveries every morning! The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are modern. It was immaculate. It is an easy walk either Rive Gauche or Rive Droite over the most historic bridge in Paris. We loved Restaurant Paul just a short walk from the apartment. It felt like home and we will return often.

I can't speak highly enough of this apartment and the people managing it. The booking procedure was easy, the cost extremely reasonable and the welcome and communication from the staff in Paris exceptional.
As always we were slightly apprehensive about booking an apartment based on online pictures but as soon as we arrived we realised our expectations could never have lived up to the reality.
The location of Anjou on Place Dauphine is sublime. Paces from everything you'd wish to visit in Paris the square is quiet, classy and beautiful. The apartment itself is in a lovely 5 storey historic building. The lobby is welcoming, modern and has complimentary 24 hour hot drinks available as well as fresh baguettes delivered every morning at 07.30.
Anjou, on the ground and first floor is a duplex apartment that was ideal for four of us to stay comfortably. The decor is modern, sparklingly clean and extremely tasteful. The ceiling beams, a nod to the historic nature of the building, add to the coziness and charm of the place.
WiFi, two TVs with satellite and remote control heating add a touch of high tech to the apartment.
We came to sightsee but found ourselves drawn back to our apartment wherever we were just to relax in comfort.
This is unquestionably one of the best holiday apartments we have ever seen. We will definitely be returning as we now consider Anjou our real home from home in Paris.

This apartment was over the top perfect! From the driver Hugo who picked us up at the train station to the exquisite location of the apartment, we will definitely stay here again. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We had our two teenagers so the second bedroom and bathroom on the first floor was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed when we arrived. We enjoyed the nice towels and bedding, hair dryer, coffee maker with coffee, and washer and dryer. They were very hospitable by leaving a bottle of wine, water, orange juice and milk. This was so nice that we did not need to rush to the market when we arrived. Over all I can not say enough good things about the staff and accommodations. Virgile was there to meet us when arrived to show us everything in the apartment. This apartment is located on the island of ponet neuf which is centrally located with so many wonderful restaurants within steps from the front door. The metro is also step from the apartment was very convenient to all the main attractions. Last but not least the apartment overlooks a beautiful park. At night we would sit with the windows open and have a glass of wine. It was very quite at night.

Our family loved our Parisian experience in the Anjou apartment at La Place Dauphine! Upon arrival, we were given a tour of all the features of the pretty and very functional place. Our favorite feature was the mirror above the faux fireplace that doubled as a TV that helped us relax after our days out. The apartment is centrally located within reasonable walking distance of the Metro, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. We loved our time here and look forward to coming back!

I look back on my 10 days stay in the Anjou apartment at La Place Dauphine as one of the most enjoyable times of my life, certainly recent times. The apartment itself is beautiful as well as highly functional with great furniture and all the appliances needed for a comfortable, self-catering stay. A great deal of thought has obviously been put into the arrangement and furnishing. A wonderful bed. So comfortable! Great bathroom with superb plumbing and more water pressure and instant hot water than you could reasonably expect. Great heated towel rail. Very well-appointed and easy to use kitchen with espresso maker, oven/microwave combination, range, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, drip coffee maker and all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you could ever want. The living/dining room area is spacious, well furnished and up to date electronically. Phone with free calls. Good internet with router in the room. TV and other entertainment (which I confess I did not even turn on once as I had better things to do!). Access code to the door means you don't need to carry (and forget or lose) keys. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The apartment has three windows directly onto the beautiful Place Dauphine. There is air conditioning and heat but I needed neither. With the windows open the sounds from the Place drift in. With the windows shut it is silent. The exposed ceiling beams and the decor chosen help preserve the history of the building. That's the apartment. The location is something else. It was like staying in a wonderful village right in the historical heart of Paris. A few minutes walk to Notre Dame, a minute to the Seine and the Pont Neuf, two minutes to the metro, one minute to the nearest Velibe (rental bicycle) stand. Easy walk to,the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, the Marais. Grocery stores within 10 minutes pleasant walk. Great restaurants just outside the front door. Wonderful specialized shops right in the Place. I can't think of a better place to stay. I am a photographer and was there mainly to take photos. I got photos that I never would have got had I not stayed there or thereabouts. I would love to stay there again. Same building. Same apartment.
