Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location.

The location was fantastic, and we loved the quiet but beautiful square where the apartment was situated.

Our stay in Paris at the Muscat apartment was magical. The location is so fantastic and the apartment is exactly what we wanted, luxurious, spacious and practical all at once. It is furnished with everything you need, from a magnifying mirror to a Nespresso coffeemaker to fresh baguettes delivered daily, no detail is neglected. We’ll definitely return.

We absolutely adored staying at Muscat Apartment for 6 nights. The location is incredible - exploring Paris from here during our 6 night stay was so easy and enjoyable. The apartment was so beautiful- we had everything we needed including a super comfy bed! We will be back - it was incredibly special- thank you so much. We hope to return from Australia again and would be so happy to be in this building again!

My husband and I enjoyed six glorious days in the beautifully appointed Muscat flat. The elegant, airy living area was a joy; rhythms of the Place Dauphine neighborhood were enchanting; and the central location couldn’t have been more convenient. The attention to every detail was impeccable, and we appreciated all of them—from the cheerful arrival visit to the moment of farewell. Without doubt, the Pais Perfect team will be our hosts on all our future stays.

I brought my 16-year-old granddaughter from Oregon to Paris for her first European trip and I'm afraid she is spoiled for anything that comes after. Muscat and the entire Paris Perfect experience could not have been better. The ambiance, the comfort, the location all convinced me we could have searched the city and not stayed in a more appropriate place for us. Because she was a first-timer we checked all the first-time attractions and could comfortably walk to most of them. In the evenings on our way back from dinner, we could stand on the Pont Neuf and see the Olympic Cauldron rising in the Tuileries and the Eiffel Tower glittering as the tour boats passed underneath. On our last night, we had the extra treat of the full moon rising. All that right outside our apartment door. I would recommend any of the Place Dauphine Paris Perfect apartments to anyone. You are splendid hosts. Thank you!

What a perfectly Paris stay in this elegant apartment. The location on the quaint square with nice restaurants, interior aesthetic, the walkability to Notre-Dame, (Louvres, Musee D’Orsay and shopping) was great. I will be staying at Paris Perfect again - recommend it highly!

My daughter and I stayed 5 nights in the Muscat apartment, and thoroughly loved our time there. The apartment is the perfect blend of comfort, style and location. The Paris Perfect team really thinks completely about what travelers (especially from the US) need/want in a vacation rental and have provided it all - comfortable bed, stylish and welcoming front room with beautiful windows and a charming view of Place Dauphine, washer AND a dryer, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms with GREAT lighting. The location itself was ideal and walkable to so much. Place Dauphine is literally in the center of Paris at Kilometer 0, but somehow feels like a small town. Walk outside of it and you are immediately absorbed into the busyness of Paris, but inside it really is peaceful. So grateful to have delicious restaurants and a bakery literally outside the door. We also appreciated the delivery of fresh baguettes in the morning to the building. The whole experience allowed us to live out our mini Parisian dream. We will definitely be back!

This was my third time staying in the Muscat and I have to say, it just gets better. I noted the presence of a stackable washer and dryer which, following 2 weeks staying in hotels, was a blessing. The half bath is so convenient especially with 2 people. Others have noted the convenient location and the beauty of Place Dauphine. I’ve already booked my stay for November!

The apartment was comfortable, efficient and attractive. Its central location was ideal for exploring Paris. The Place Dauphine has very good bistro restaurants and a friendly vibe. I can’t imagine a better place to stay.

As previous users have attested the apartment is perfect in every respect, especially its location and amenities. Having the additional half bath is extra convenient when getting ready in the morning or evening. We have stayed there in December and May and both times were magical. Having the washer and dryer is also great for those with longer stays, but be aware the dryer can take a really long time to fully dry, especially towels.

It’s always lovely to be in Place Dauphine. Everything worked perfectly and we appreciated everything that you did for us!! Well be back. 

My 6 week stay in Muscat apartment was magical. The big windows and sunlight overlooking Place Dauphine were gorgeous. Lots of detail and thought went into this most charming and well outfitted apartment and building. Of course the daily fresh baguettes in the lobby were a very special touch to living in Paris. The management were very responsive and helpful. The mattress was also extremely comfortable.

Place Dauphine location is peaceful and iconic Paris with a few cafes, a creperie, wine shop, bicycles, lovers on the benches, friends playing boules, and very quiet after 9pm (wonderful for sleeping). The flat was elegantly decorated with little fuss, and still very comfortable. The Paris Perfect staff were extremely helpful. All check in/out instructions clear and easy. We enjoyed the central location close to 3 Metro stops and RER stop; walkable to many tourist attractions including both St Germain de Pres and Marais neighborhoods.

Place Dauphine is hidden gem in the heart of Paris. Staying at PD 25 was a joy. The location could not be more convenient. The apartments are very well designed and decorated. Kitchen is small (as you would expect in a Paris apartment) but well equipped and had everything we needed. We only had rwo suggestions. The bathroom lighting could be improved - little difficult to see in mirror. Provide coasters - we were afraid of leaving marks on the tables. Bottom line is this is a gem!

Such an interesting place to stay. Life on the Place Dauphine entertains through the day, everything in Muscat well thought out and available, storage good, white wine and orange juice in refrigerator on arrival, excellent ac, handy elevator, fresh baguettes in lobby each morning, 1/2 bath very convenient, microwave in oven, wonderful decoration, great blackout curtains, good WiFi, nearby restaurants good, boules players in Place, terrific location in center of Pont Neuf and so on. We were so happy there.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a 2 week trip to Paris for the Olympics. We decided to rent this apartment from Paris Perfect and it was….just perfect! Rental process was simple and easy. Arrival was well communicated and their service overall was responsive, impeccable and thoughtful. The Muscat apartment itself is on a quiet, beautiful square and centrally located close to the right bank, the left bank, latin quarter, Chatelet, Le Marais, etc…all within walking distance. Nicole was our host and was fantastic and a great resource. Also, Metro trains are close by. We would definitely stay here again for the perfect Paris holiday!

Great location. Beautifully finished and clean apartment. Central but quiet and safe!

For a party of two, look no further than the Muscat Apartment at La Place Dauphine. Perfect central location and the park (Place Dauphine) it is located on is adorable. It is very quiet at night once the cafés close (around 10pm). For a small rather hidden park, the people watching from the apartment window was just as good as a street side. Brasserie with fresh croissants and cappuccinos right next door should your heart desire…. Did I mention, there are fresh baguettes delivered daily in the entrance foyer for you to enjoy as well. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided in the rooms and the bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent water pressure throughout and a fully equipped kitchen. Having the extra 1/2 bath was a nice feature as well. Everything in the apartment worked well. Our greeter was lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful. The online staff were great as well and responded quickly to any needs or concerns you might have. I have to say, our experience was marvelous from start to finish. Can’t wait to visit again - this time in the penthouse apartment with the balcony. Highly recommend Paris Perfect.

Look no further. If it’s available, book it. It’s absolutely in the perfect place in Paris. It was the very first neighborhood in Paris. The square where Midnight in Paris was filmed… Oodles of charm, and very peaceful, but right in the heart and hub of Paris on the ninth bridge. There are restaurants right on the Square, fabulous for getting coffee and a quiche before heading out on your day. Walkable to fabulous neighborhoods, like the St German neighborhood. Walkable to Notre Dame…. Walkable to Louvre. The next time we are in Paris, we will look no further.

Our stay at the Muscat was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment itself was stunning – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ambiance was cozy yet chic, with tasteful furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. We felt immediately at home, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere created by our gracious hosts. The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful neighborhood yet still close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore. We enjoyed leisurely walks in the area, discovering charming cafes and shops along the way. Every aspect of our stay was seamless, from booking to check-out. Our hosts were attentive and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a memorable experience.

We have stayed in several Paris Perfect properties. Muscat is the third of the Place Dauphine apartments we have enjoyed. Place Dauphine is a delightful location - smack dab in the center of the city with easy access to all quarters. Plus it is super quiet in the evening, despite having several eateries located within. We loved the daily baguette delivery - with the coffee maker and jam from a nearby shop, we had a relaxing breakfast every day. Muscat is a very comfortable unit - so nice to have the extra half bath. Some of the light bulbs were out upon our arrival, but Paris Perfect sent someone pronto to replace those so that we could read at night. Our greeter was very pleasant and helpful. Simply no complaints!

Wow, wow, wow! Incroyable! We were so impressed with this gem of an apartment. The location cannot be beat. Place Dauphine is something special, out of a movie set. The square is so charming, with little (delicious!) cafés, an antique book store, a vintage jewelry shop and locals playing pétanque. You can’t be more central, you can choose between the right and left bank and be there in seconds. The apartment is beautiful and quite large for Paris apartments and hotel rooms. The bed was very comfy. The kitchen and apartment was fully equipped with everything we might need; big tv, a great washer/dryer combo, extra Dyson fans, extra space heaters, Nespresso pods, hair dryer, dish soap and laundry soap, a binder with lots of amazing recommendations for places to eat & things to do, extra linens and pillows, plenty of tp, nice shower gel, etc. The host was very responsive and the cab company they recommended was great. We had a great time and will definitely be back! 10/10.

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location! Everything was wonderful, loved every minute of our stay. Having a second bathroom and the modern kitchen were great perks. All the recommendations about Paris and the neighborhood were so helpful. Cannot wait to come back!

A beautiful apartment located in a most convenient area of Paris. It is well appointed and maintained. How will we adjust to not having fresh baguette delivered daily??? My husband and I stayed in the original hotel on this site in 1981. It was a joy to see the refurbishment and enjoy life on the Place again.

We absolutely adored the beautiful apartment and could not imagine a better location! The restaurants just feet from our door were incredible with the most amazing and patient wait staff. We enjoyed sitting in the square watching folks play Pétanque, kids chasing pigeons and families enjoying meals together. We thank you for a most enjoyable stay & will be happy to book with you again on our next visit to Paris! 

We rented several apartments with PP and this one was just perfect for us. Great location, well furnished, lots of light (btw. pls add lighting in the bathroom), and very quiet. We would definitely rent here again as a couple.

Loved this beautiful apartment. Everything about it was perfect (location, access, decoration, finishes and amenities). We loved the keyless set up! Wish it was possible to check in at any time - which seems possible given it’s keyless entry. Worth noting that it’s on a beautiful and popular square so there’s noise on the square from restaurants and live musicians some nights till midnight. No complaints at all about it but worth mentioning if you travel for work.

From the property it is very easy to access the left and right bank. The apt functions perfectly for 2 people. Having 1.5 baths is nice when having guests. It is also nice having the open space and eating establishments adjacent to the apt. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Location, decor, attention to detail, all perfect. The only comment and this was minor for us, was the bathroom could benefit from another light source. We've stayed with Paris Perfect before and have not been disappointed.

Great location at the tip of Isle de la Cite. Used to be a hotel, now rebuilt with one apartment per floor (I think). Bigger than I expected (apartments in Paris tend to be around 25 square meters). Has all amenities, and is quiet as it faces into a court yard. Great service, with good hosts. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment with exceptional location in the heart of Paris. The only reason you 4 stars is because the elevator was out and that was an inconvenience especially for my wife and her bad knee. It would have been nice to have been offered some type adjustment in lieu of that but certainly not angered or upset it was not offered. We will continue to use your company in the future

The apartment is beautifully appointed and is a visual treat. One very small negative is that the lighting in the bathroom consists of a light in the shower stall which does little to light the rest of the bathroom very well. A light above the mirror would be a welcome addition. Great otherwise!

We loved our stay at the Muscat at Place Dauphine. Great location and a beautiful, comfortable apartment. Easy check in and explanations on how to operate everything in the apartment. We will definitely be looking for a Paris Perfect apartment for our next trip to Paris. Loved it!

Perfect location, safe building, wonderful staff, couldn't ask for a better experience. We had one miner maintenance issue but it was handled immediately. Lovely apartment. We did a lot of walking through the festive Latin Quarter at night. Loved the ambiance.  

We loved our recent stay at Place Dauphine and appreciated Paris Perfect's great services. Muscat was a lovely apartment, well-furnished and above expectations. The location very convenient to everything in Paris and we walked everywhere. Can’t wait to return to Paris and Muscat on Place Dauphine.

This was my fourth stay in Paris. I cannot say enough about this beautiful apartment! The location is perfect! walking distance to all the museums and cafes and parks. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very spacious, very clean and super quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a wonderfully large shower. My husband and I enjoyed the delicious baguettes that were delivered fresh every morning. Our trip was fabulous, and it was so nice to come home to the Place Dauphine every night. We felt like royalty! Truly, this is the best place to stay in all of Paris!

My husband I stayed at the Muscat apartment for 9 days. The apartment is absolutely charming and lovely, but the best part is the location-it couldn't be more central, which allowed us to walk everywhere. If you would like to explore Paris on foot, Muscat is perfect. Place Dauphine, where the apartment is located, is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and people watching-you could easily spend your whole day relaxing in the square enjoying the food, wine and scenery. At night, the square is lit with romantic lighting and people enjoying an evening meal. If we return to Paris, we will definitely stay here again. Paris Perfect, thank you so much for a perfect vacation.

This is best location apartment I have ever stayed at in. And its wonderful cozy, pleasant and homey apartment. Beautifully decorated! Loved it.

Greatly situated apartment- one of the best I had ever rented

We were totally delighted with our apartment and the service of Paris Perfect including a fresh baguette every morning. The location on Place Dauphine was idyllic and a respite from the noise and excitement of Paris (which we also enjoyed) and also close to several Metro stations and bus stops. There were several small restaurants on the square, We especially liked Le Caveau du Palais. Staff from Paris Perfect was helpful and responsive from booking through receiving us at the apartment and available when we had questions. We took advantage of some of the additional services their recommended concierge offered, so we had our Metro tickets, Museum Pass and food in the apartment on arrival. Highly recommend.
