This was our second stay at Place Dauphine. The location is perfect in the center of Paris. There are great restaurants within footsteps of the apt. The delivery of a daily baguette made each morning special. We were so happy with our experience!

This is in a great location between the left and right banks. Very easy to get around. The apartment is lovely and has nice views on the Place Dauphine. The weather turned into full on spring and so many people out enjoying the sun. Cannot wait to return.

This apartment was absolutely perfect! It was centrally located to get to the left or right banks and the courtyard it was located in was so charming. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was very well appointed. This place even had a luggage storage closet right outside the door, so we could put our bags there since we arrived hours before our actual check-in. That was a HUGE plus! We will absolutely book this place again! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Paris Perfect!

I’ve stayed in Paris dozens of times & this is by far my favorite place we’ve stayed thus far! Place Dauphine on the Île de la Cité is a little hidden gem in Paris. The location was right in the center of everything. The apartment was absolutely lovely. So beautifully decorated and spacious with the most comfortable plush beds. It was very quiet and safe at night. Definitely felt like I had a home away from home in Paris! The Paris Perfect team restored this whole building to a T. They’ve done a remarkable and impeccable job renovating the whole building which has allowed us the most wonderful place to stay! Book it now you!!!

We stayed in the beautiful Anjou apartment for one week over Christmas and to say that it was spectacular would be an understatement - we were beyond thrilled! The location in the Place Dauphine on the Île de la Cité couldn't be more perfect - you are literally close to EVERYTHING - from early morning walks to the Louvre before the city wakes up, to the flower market for some Christmas cheer, to Notre Dame and the adorable Christmas market right next door - you couldn't ask for a better location - truly. And Place Dauphine itself is just beautiful - an oasis within the bustling city - we tried a number of the cafes in the square and they were all fantastic. The apartment itself is perfect - it has everything you need and accommodated our group of five very comfortably - our son noted that the pull-out couch was the nicest and most comfortable he has ever slept on. We loved all of the high-quality details and special touches, especially the gorgeous bedding and fresh baguettes every day! The Paris Perfect team were just wonderful from the time we booked to when we arrived and throughout our stay - everyone we interacted with was so nice, quick to respond and welcoming. We are already dreaming about our next trip to our favorite city and which amazing Paris Perfect apt to try next - if we don't rebook the Anjou! Great location. The place is clean, comfortable, close to all the key sights, and some of the best arrondissements. Sits on a beautiful square that is quiet in the middle of the city. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Anjou was truly Paris Perfect. From our arrival and orientation to our last evening and departure - every detail was expertly executed. We felt as though we were staying with close friends in their lovely neighborhood in the 1st. Place Dauphine and Ile de la Cite were welcoming and full of treasures at every turn. The fresh baguettes every morning are missed! We will be back soon & often.

We had a great stay. Excellent location and convenient to all attractions, metro stop and grocery store. The duplex space was great. The downstairs provided great space and privacy. The place was spotless and the welcome basket and baguettes in the lobby every morning were a great touch! Paris Perfect was extremely communicative and quick to respond to messages and inquiries. We did see some negative comments about street noise, but did not have an issue. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was perfect for our Paris Ladies Getaway! Loved the location - within walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame and so many great cafes! We would definitely recommend the Anjou Apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Anjou apartment in La Place Dauphine! There really isn’t a more perfect location from which to explore Paris. Over the bridge in one direction, you’re in the Marais and in the other direction you’re quickly in St. Germaine. And just outside your door you have a beautiful plaza with lovely outdoor cafes and an incredible bakery. The apartment itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and so comfortable for our family of four. We felt like we were living the Paris dream complete with fresh baguettes delivered to the lobby in the morning! It truly was Paris Perfect! We’ll be back for sure!

Phenomenal location, well thought-out space and nicely cared for property. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this historic and charming apartment from Paris Perfect. The AC worked well and there was enough room for our family of four to not feel confined. The two twin beds come zipped "together", so it would be good to let the local team know if you need them separated and the right size sheets provided. I would recommend the unit for its comfort and location.

Extremely clean and organized - the flat had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Paris. The building is perfectly located for a family to peacefully enjoy the city in a quiet square right in the center of the action. Easy walking to most sites. The local contact was on time, responsive and courteous. The living room with a window overlooking the square was delightful. A renter must understand that the bedroom located on the ground floor gets a lot of traffic past its window, but the blackout curtains make sleeping easy. I would love to stay again in one of the other flats in the building. They are all tastefully decorated and clean. My family especially appreciated the welcome basket on the dining room table when we arrived.

Our little slice of Paris paradise. After looking at every neighborhood, every review, decoding which streets were busy or quiet, we selected this absolute gem of an apartment. Lucky, lucky us. The apartment is on a peaceful little "square" with cafes that close at 10pm and a place to get coffee and croissants. In the mornings we were eager to open up the windows to hear the day beginning for the residents of this private little enclave. The property was perfect, our 6-year-old son made downstairs his little "flat" and woke up every morning to collect his fresh baguette from the foyer (what a perfect way to start our day!). This apartment played as a main character in our memories of the trip; when we are lucky enough to return to the city of light, I cannot imagine staying elsewhere.

We enjoyed the apartment Anjou very much, the location was excellent, the residence was very clean. We are spreading the word with our friends who travel to Paris. We will also contact you when we return to Italy.

We recently stayed for a week in the Anjou Apartment in Paris. I use a walker and cane and so we chose the multilevel apartment for its 2 bedrooms and accessible shower in the downstairs bathroom. Both showers worked fine for me to walk in after all. We enjoyed the perfect location at the center of Pont Neuf which made walking short distances easier for me. We could easily walk 10-15 mins south to the Left Bank for groceries and restaurants or 10 mins north to the Louvre or east to Notre Dame. It was easy to order taxis or to have Ubers meet us at Pont Neuf. The boat tour was across the street as well which was wonderful. We loved the daily delivery of baguettes and already miss them! There were pastries available at the bakery directly next door and we had dinner at least 4 times at the restaurant La Rose in the Place Dauphine courtyard just outside our door. It was lovely to watch Parisian cafe life outside our window. Almost like a living postcard of Paris outside our window. The kitchen had everything we needed, the washer and dryer helped so much. There was an issue with the table when we arrived from previous guests but it was quickly taken care of by the Paris Perfect team. Very impressive! The beds were very comfortable, the AC during the heatwave was a miracle, and the WiFi worked well even with 4 of us using it for phones, work computer, and a teenager streaming on a tablet. We had a wonderful time! My birthday week was everything I hoped it would be! Thank you to the entire Paris Perfect team!

Our family had a wonderful stay at 25 Place Dauphin. The location was absolutely perfect for our children's first stay in Paris. The area was so cute and quaint and lively during the day but peaceful at night. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location was absolutely unbeatable! Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic landmarks, charming cafés, and vibrant local markets. Whether strolling along the Seine, exploring nearby museums, or indulging in delicious pastries at a nearby boulangerie, everything was within easy reach.

This was our third time staying in Anjou on Place Dauphine. Location is perfect for walks to major sites like Muse d’orsey, Louvre, Notre Dame and steps to Pont Neuf bridge. Apartment is perfect for 3 or 4 people. 2B/21/4 B. HIGHLY UPGRADED APARTMENT with washer/dryer. Close to Latin quarter for shopping, restaurants and groceries. Can’t wait til our next visit.

Anjou is perfectly located, beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff of Paris Perfect was promptly responsive to our inquiries. The history of this property adds to its charm.

Paris Perfect has done it again. We stayed last year in the penthouse. This year it was Anjou with our friends. It was just delightful. The absolute best location for walking in Paris. We will always hold dear Place Dauphine. The apartment was very clean, the basket of goodies left such a lovely touch. We miss it already. Thank you Paris Perfect, we will be back, or to any other property you manage/own, if we are so blessed.

Anjou was perfect in every way: warm, welcoming, comfortable and I must thank you for those daily baguettes which were the best I ever had. I visit Paris often and this visit with my sisters and daughters was one of the best. We loved it!

We travel extensively in the US, Mexico, and Europe and this may have been one of our favorite lodgings of all time! It really added to the magic of our Paris trip. The location cannot be beat, it was cute and cozy and perfect for a family with two teenagers. It's all of the things you should expect clean, etc. Extremely functional - we made dinner one evening and ate breakfast in every day. Just book it!

Anjou provided the perfect home base for enjoying Paris by a couple who have visited the city many times before. Cozy, comfortable, just enough room. We came to just "be" in Paris, having checked off all the monuments and museums in our former lives. The team supporting guests are kind and accommodating. Their recommendation of Victor Cabs Paris was especially appreciated and highly recommended. We will be repeat customers!

Anjou was a great apartment for my stay with friends. Just what I was looking for. The apartment is comfortable, well located and both bedrooms equally accommodating. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived and the greeter was cheerful and very informative. We loved the cute place (square) outside and the cafes there are great for a drink or a meal. After several stays in different apartments we feel Paris Perfect provides quality homes away from home.

HANDS DOWN This IS the place to stay in Paris! You are centrally located to ALL the necessary places, and have your own little secluded area for breakfast, crepes, drinks/wine, bakery/pastries (by the top pastry chef in Paris!)! The apartment is beautifully appointed, CLEAN, and very comfortable! We will be back!! Everyone from the booking to check-in was very easy to work with and communication was perfect!

When we arrived at the apartment it was too early for check-in. We knew it would be. However, the instructions were easy to follow and the lobby and the luggage storage room felt like home with the sitting area and bathroom. We went exploring and returned to find the greeter ready for us. She was thorough and friendly. Great apartment and great location! 

We have stayed in Anjou several times and will definitely come back again. Perfect Paris location.

Excellent Location … 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit … perfect for 2 couples … we were Mom and Dad and Son w/Girl Friend … S&G were downstairs w/private entrance and en-suite bath/ we were upstairs w/living room/kitchen and 1.5 Bath. Walk to everything Louvre/Recon Norte Dame/All Museums - great location and wonderful accommodations … we came from London via EuroStar - and the recommended Victor Cabs met us on arrival and delivered us to the exact location. 5 Star Experience!!!

We absolutely love our stays with Paris Perfect and this was no different. D'Anjou is a brilliant location and was a great solution for the 4 of us. The apartment is so thoughtfully appointed that the small space is incredibly functional. We thrived on the daily baguettes. The nearby shops were adorable. We struggled with the TV and the washer-dryer, but it wasn't a big deal. See you next time.

Not only is Anjou a charming apartment, the location is perfect! The apartment is comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Our greeter was really helpful, and accessible at all times for our many questions. Great customer service! This was our first time using Paris Perfect and I was nervous leading up to our visit, because I'm very picky, but Anjou exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay with Paris Perfect again!

We loved the location. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, it was great to have 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath. We also enjoyed using the washer/dryer.

Great location! So easy to walk everywhere, great plaza with fun restaurants. The unit was well appointed, comfortable beds and pillows. I really liked the bathrooms and appreciated the that they supplied soap, shampoo and conditioner.

We loved our stay in this apartment. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was the perfect home base for exploring the rest of Paris. Excellent location and a clean and comfortable space with character and charm that was well laid out for our needs. The air conditioning was a real plus.

Beautiful apartment, centrally located. Full attention to detail. Due to the pedestrian traffic on the Place Dauphine, the apartment was a bit noisy at night. I would gladly stay there again.

We loved our 5 night stay at the Place Dauphine Anjou apartment. The location was terrific, right in the center of Paris, full of history and charm, but somehow still private feeling. The building is just as charming as the photos, and we loved watching people in the cafes come and go as we had breakfast in the sunny living room with a beautiful old arched window. They even deliver a fresh baguette every morning! The apartment was spotless and the bedding and towels were very nice, including extra pillows and blankets, even a mini dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a comfortable mattress. It really was charming, and we loved the YouTube videos showing the restoration and history of the building. We used the recommended taxi service, Victor Taxi, and the grocery delivery so we had the basics waiting for us in the fridge. Several cafes easily walkable and easy walk to the Louvre, Saint Chapelle, and Flower Market. A lovely stay overall, we would love to return someday!

We truly could not have hoped for a better experience renting in Paris…from pre-trip planning, quick response time, cleanliness/amenities/security/location this experience was very good. Our greeter, Monique, was clear and concise, and provided helpful tips for our apt. stay. We found Anjou to be well appointed for our family of four, everything was clean, the layout was well thought out, and there was able closet/pantry/bathroom shelf space. We appreciated the inclusion of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washer tablets, and dish soap; it was such a surprise to also have milk, juice, and wine chilled for our arrival. We will happily recommend Paris Perfect to others, and look forward to future bookings for our next family adventure. Merci beaucoup!

Having lived in Paris for a decade before the pandemic, I was thrilled to find this place for a trip with my in-laws (it was their first time to Paris!) The location is incredible and the building has the charm one dreams of for a Paris stay. Highly recommend and will be sure to rent again.

Had an incredible time at this location. I would definitely come back. Check-in was easy, our greeter was quite helpful making sure we understood how everything worked, etc. It was so nice to stay at a place where any of the 4 of us could access using codes instead of keeping track of keys. The beds were comfortable, linens were great, and sitting in the charming living room you could feel like you were a part of the Paris scene by looking out the window. Highly recommend. Love that there was an elevator for all of our luggage too!

Great place. The spot is amazing in the center of 1ère Arrondissement but very quite location. Place is fully equipped and had nice decor, the team was very communicative and welcoming!! I can only recommend it!

Perfect location. Clean, beautifully maintained. Staff very helpful in the check in process, explaining how everything worked. Access to a printer in the lobby was a pleasant surprise so we could print boarding passes, etc. Everything exactly as described in the description and photos. You will not be disappointed with this apartment.

This is our third rental through the Perfect Companies, and this time around we decided to rent the the Anjou apt located at gorgeously renovated La Place Dauphine. The website's photo and description is absolutely spot on. If you are looking for a pied-a-terre experience, I would highly recommend renting from Paris Perfect as any of their apartments will provide you and your family with Parisian living experience. They are absolutely wonderful in helping to organize your itinerary as well. Looking forward to our next visit and rental with Paris Perfect!
