This apartment was absolutely perfect and beautifully designed and maintained. I loved the location. A huge bonus was the fact that the company owning and renting the property was sophisticated and very efficient. Success!

Perfect Paris was the perfect partner for our trip to Paris. The apartment was comfortable, well appointed, decorated beautifully and the location was AMAZING. Situated in the heart of the action made our time much more enjoyable and allowed us to see so much with little effort. The team at Paris Perfect were excellent communicators and provided us all of the information we needed at the right time. Check in and check out were a breeze. I have found my partner for accomodations and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

What a perfect place to stay in Paris! The location can't be beat, and the apartment was small but beautifully designed to provide every comfort needed. Our local contact greeted us and helped us to get settled, then informed us that a fresh baguette would be delivered each morning. Nice touch! We enjoyed Paris in January with fewer tourists, but Place Dauphine will be just perfect in nicer weather. We'll be back!

The apartment lived up to the name Paris Perfect, it was simply perfect. Could not have been a better location to everything we had planned to do, including touring the historic sites of Ile de la Cite where the apartment is located. Though it was close to everything, the apartment looked over a park and it was very quiet. The apartment was well designed and quite comfortable. We had a magical Christmas experience (thank you, for putting up a tree!). Thank you for a very memorable vacation, beginning to end.

It was my second time staying at this appartement. The location is so convenient, easy to walk from here to many of the sights or just to stroll with Notre Dame only a five minute walk from the appartement. On Place Dauphine you will find a number of lovely restaurants. The appartement is very comfortable with many amenities such as a clothes wash/dryer, refridgerator etc. only negative for me was the nespresso machine. The balcony is a wonderful spot to enjoy the morning espresso with a baguette and confiture.

Wonderful location, in walking distance to many of the top Paris sights, and close to public transit for the more distant locations. The balcony has a lovely view of the square with a handful of dining options. The apartment had everything we needed with heating (winter visit), clothes washer/dryer, a well-appointed kitchen, compact refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is a cozy space (most Parisian apartments are intimate): other reviews have noted the square footage and steep stairs.

This apartment was very nice and well appointed. The location cannot be beat! The apartment was quintessential Paris.

We loved everything about this apartment: the location, the space, and especially the balcony. The location could not have been better. We walked everywhere and felt connected to so many different parts of Paris. In the evenings we wandered over to Pont Neuf to watch the sunset and see the Eiffel Tower sparkle. In the mornings we had coffee on the balcony, and in the evenings we sat out with a glass of wine, just people watching. The bed was comfortable, and our greeter was warm and welcoming, taking time to show us where everything was. This was the second stop on our trip, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer in the apartment.

It was truly Paris — perfect! Thank you so much for our beautiful stay!

My wife and I spent two weeks at Savennières in the heart of summer. Located on Ile de Cite and overlooking Place Dauphine, it is the best of Paris in one location. The two floor design makes the apartment feel bigger than it is. We used the balcony everyday, multiple times on many days. Enjoying coffee while watching all of the tables being set up under the trees below and enjoying Place Dauphine come to life in the mornings was epic. In the evenings, we sipped wine and listened to all of the activity below, especially the Pétanque players. The central location couldn't be beat. About half way through our visit my wife and I were joking about how Google Maps kept telling us our next destination was a 15 minute walk away. Everything is just a walk or bike ride away from Savennières! This is an outstanding Paris Perfect apartment!

An Absolutely Perfect Stay with Paris Perfect! From the moment I arrived, my stay at one of Paris Perfect's apartments was truly picture-perfect. The apartment itself was immaculate and absolutely breathtaking, boasting incredible balcony views that made every morning and evening magical. I was so impressed by the thoughtful touches upon arrival: the apartment was stocked with lovely toiletries, and there was a delightful welcome package complete with local treats and a bottle of wine. It immediately made me feel at home. Throughout my stay, the communication from my host was exceptional. They consistently checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly and promptly answered any questions I had. This level of attentiveness was genuinely appreciated. The apartment was also fully equipped with everything I could possibly need, including a washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient. It's clear that Paris Perfect has thought of everything.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Savennières, it was very comfortable though i was not a big fan of the GIANT pillows on the bed. there were exceedingly cumbersome and useless. Kitchen had a great set up and functioned very well. The location is of course excellent easy to walk to everything. Enjoyed a wonderful private tour of the Louvre. I had a wonderful dinner Le Caveau du Palais, very nice indeed. Also dinner at the other restaurants but Le Caveau is my favourite. 

This is the perfect spot. Sure there are some quirks but it’s all part of the fun of changing your routine while on vacation.

These people are great hosts. The greeter was super helpful and competent. The apartment is spotless and has all the amenities you could want, modern remodeling. Terrace is quaint and it looks out on a very nice square.

Our second stay at Savennieres and it was just as we remembered it. Place Dauphine is quaint and picturesque and central to all the main features of Paris...the Louvre a few minute walk to the left and Notre Dame...a 10 minute walk to the right. St Germaine across the Pont Neuf on the left bank and the Marais on the right bank. The apartment terrace is my favourite spot in Paris...overlooking the square (rhombus) you get to experience Parisienne life as the locals play petanque and gather with friends. We were entertained by a crew filming a movie in the square for two days. Fun to watch. Enjoyed two amazing lunches at Le Caveau de Palais a couple of doors down from the apartment. The duck confit is spectacular (a recommendation by Paris Perfect) The morning delivery of a fresh baguette is a wonderful start to the day...walk down to the lobby and back up to have coffee, baguette and Paris butter on the terrace...not to mention the tasty lemon yogurt with lemon zest mixed in...we visit our favourite cheese shop Fromagerie Androuet off Rue de Bac (short walk) and they filled our basket with amazing local flavours (they made a fresh camembert with mushroom and sage filling) and a bottle of Chablis. There is a MonoPrix on Rue de Bac as well for fresh produce and other supplies. Our Paris Perfect host Nicole was responsive to our needs and ensured we had timely support if necessary. Looking forward to our next visit to Place Dauphine and staying at the Savennieres.

We have stayed with Paris perfect at least 7-8 times in different neighborhoods. We stayed at Place Dauphine twice and we loved the location . Savennieres is a duplex apartment so it doesn’t feel spacious because the living area is upstairs via tiny staircase. Plus we had a neighbor so we could hear them coming home late at night because the door was heavy and swinging shut loudly and woke us up. We stayed for 16 nights, longest we ever stayed with PP. I didn’t like that our bed (the headboard ) was against the powder room, it seemed like my head was next to the toilet, may be it’s just me. Will we stay at Place dauphine again? may be, but definitely not at Savennieres. We didn’t think it was worth spending top $$ for a small balcony that we didn’t use much at all.

We loved this apartment and experience. A little taste of Paris luxury. After a long day of walking and sightseeing the balcony was our favourite spot to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view. The Paris Perfect Team made the booking and arrival seamless. Thank you Paris Perfect!

We loved this apartment. It was clean, well equipped and the decor as perfect Parisian. Our favourite was the balcony at the end of the day. A bottle of wine, cheese and a great view of the restaurant courtyard. Wonderful host. The information package was well explained and thorough . Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved the apartment and Place Dauphine! Will definitely come again! 

Very nicely re-done apartment (the whole building, actually!) on the lovely Place Dauphine. The space is very tight for two people. Internal staircase not for the faint of heart. Perfectly outfitted small galley-like kitchen with everything you need. Some appliances take a bit of work to understand how to use. Lovely little balcony looking over the Dauphine square. Central to tourist area, which can get very crowded and noisy during high season or holiday time (we were there during very warm long weekend including the Ascension Day holiday that Thursday). Was the most crowded with tourists I had seen in years.

A small but lovely apartment, in one of my favorite part of Paris. I've stayed there before, and would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Saviennières. This was our third stay with Paris Perfect and every experience just keeps getting better. Being on the island is a unique experience--walkable to absolutely everything. It is very quiet at night with no street traffic below. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom cool making for a very good night's sleep. We ate at Restaurant Paul and Le Caveau de Palais next door and really enjoyed both. We also had a great experience with Victor cabs for pick up and drop off to CDG. We really appreciated Ida greeting us, she was delightful and made sure we were comfortable and the code was in working order. Nicholas was available to answer all our questions. The only thing we would add is to put some umbrellas in the lobby--it was quite rainy during our stay and we had forgotten to pack our own.

We had a wonderful time staying on Place Dauphine in this ParisPerfect apartment. We were on the top floor in a beautifully furnished space... everything we needed was there, including a kitchen, a washer/dryer and all the appliances one would want. This apartment is on the Ile de la Cite and we walked everywhere easily all over Paris... Left and Right Banks are across the bridges and for two weeks we explored this amazing city. We will definitely rent from ParisPerfect again! Nicole was our contact and was available by phone or by text. We felt very well taken care of always. We also loved having our own "home" in Paris... Christmas markets were all over the city and so enchanting. What a fun time to visit and really enjoy the people, the museums and the food... just a wonderful stay!

We were so pleased by our stay we only wish we could have stayed longer. Roomy and cozy, wonderful bed linens and a well-appointed kitchen. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Walkable to many Parisian highlights and there are multiple Metro stops close by. The kitchen, while small, had everything needed to prepare some lovely meals. When it finally stopped raining, the terrace was delightful.

We considered several hotels initially, but when we saw this two level apartment on VRBO, it quickly exceeded our expectations! Perfectly located in the center of Paris and in an area safe and walkable to many great arrondondissements. Each room was comfortable and well appointed and having 2 bathrooms was a terrific benefit. Nicole, the property manager, was wonderful and responsive and the fresh baguette every day was really a yummy surprise! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could hope for including a small clothes washer and dryer combo. The balcony offers a nice, quiet view. While the location was walkable to the Metro, we used Uber exclusively (just a personal choice). It was very easy for Uber to find us and drop us off in this location and Uber was always readily available. As for the bed, it was very large and very comfortable as were the pillows. There was even creative storage solutions where the bed lifts up to reveal extra storage options and pillows. The light switches took a few attempts to figure out what they control, but we figured it out soon enough. Thankfully there was a lift in the building that worked perfectly. This was important since this apartment occupies the top two floors of the building. If there were neighbors, we did not hear them at all. Overall, I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Descriptions are accurate; lovely pied-a-terre in central Paris. The stairs to 2nd floor are steep but easily manageable with handrail. Easy to get to Metro; loved that baguettes are delivered to building daily. Added benefit is that luggage can be dropped off early, before check-in.

This is a perfect apartment - I wanted a balcony overlooking trees and roof tops - and got it! This is on the top floor of a series of apartments (didn't realize they are all Paris Perfect) - and in my opinion is the nicest with the balcony, which is very roomy. Loved being on Place Dauphine and so close to everything in Paris! Quite a compact apartment, but perfect for 2 people. Bedroom by the entry door and stairs (steep, but non threatening) to the kitchen (well equipped - we only used the coffee maker!) and the living room and balcony. Perfect spot and very quiet. Thanks to our greeter. Great communication throughout. I loved using the stairs down (and up) rather than the lift. they are amazing stairs with history seeping through.

Both my wife and I are plein air artists. Having the Savennières room was the best selection we could have made. We had a good 20’ of open air balcony with which to paint the Paris roof tops. Pont Neuf was also a short walk of 100’ or so and we made our way there to paint as well. We’ll be coming back. Thank you again for all the hard work you did in restoring this Paris Gem.

We enjoyed our 10 days at Savennieres. The kitchen had everything we needed to make 4 course meals. Why would we cook while in Paris? The balcony was truly amazing with a full view of the quiet Place Dauphine in the heart of Paris. We had coffee every morning on the balcony and dinner at least 5 times. The bed and sofa bed were quite comfortable. Though the stairs are quite difficult but if you use them with caution all will be fine. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. We plan on returning

Perfect location! Center of Paris! The Greeter was very kind and patient at checking in. She explained everything in details. The apartment is a small penthouse yet with every amenity we needed. The lobby is welcoming and perfect for after check-out to store luggages. It’s even equipped with wifi! How detailed their service is! We enjoyed our 4-day stay very much, and will definitely come back. Just one thing for people who are not good going up and down stairs, the living /dining /kitchen is upstairs with a balcony, the bedroom is downstairs. No problem for us.

Everything about the place (almost) is perfect, including the details of the place and the communications with management, which is always a relief. The only caution is that the internal stair from the entry level (where the bedroom is) to the main living area requires some caution as you go up and down. It has a curve which requires a little agility. If you’re sure-footed, good eyesight, no problem. If you’re a bit rickety, much caution required. We loved the place and we loved the location. Every detail about the place and the process is perfect, nicely thought out.

A gem of a place - Ile de la Cite’ is right at the heart of the city. Every detail of our place was just right and fully thought out. We’ll be back.

Our stay with Paris Perfect was PERFECT. Location is great for walking to all the sites. Recommendations for neighborhood markets were great and on point. Apartment was lovely, well appointed, and quiet. Check-in was easy. Natasja was very responsive and we loved the morning baguette delivery! Would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived in Paris we had someone waiting to greet up at the apartment. The location was an easy walk from all the major tourist attractions. We sipped wine overlooking the busy but quaint courtyard on the balcony on the top floor while we could see both the Louvre and Notre Dame. There was a fresh bread delivery every morning for us downstairs, and three restaurants and a cafe to choose from for breakfast or a nice late drink. This listing has all you can ask for for a couple!

Perfect quiet location, with balcony to view Notre Dame and other sights. All previous positive comments are spot on. Steps are steep but railings everywhere so not a problem. The AC units worked just fine as we were there during hot weather. Would come back again, staff was helpful when needed and the morning baguette was a surprise treat!

We wanted our own apartment in the Seine Island park. This property did not disappoint

Savennières is a wonderful apartment with an extraordinary view from the balcony overlooking the Place Dauphine. While we had a few problems with the elevator, fortunately they were fixed fairly quickly. It did lead to a couple of treks up and down the staircase. Worse things in life. Fortunately, without luggage! We spent a lot of time in the 6th, across the Pont Neuf. Lots of restaurants, boutiques, parks, churches and history. In previous trips we stayed in the 7th which offers better options for food shopping and nice restaurants but it is also a bit of a hike from areas where we like to spend time. The staff were helpful as always. We would definitely consider renting again from PP and also consider Savennières again as well.

The location of this rental is perfect and the balcony overlooking Place Dauphine is great. The apartment is really tiny, especially the bedroom downstairs. The staff was very friendly but did not respond promptly to phone calls or texts. Because it is marketed as having professional management, we expected better service.

We honeymooned in Paris and wanted to celebrate our 30th with something really special. Savennières was exactly that. We agree with other viewers that this compact space has all the amenities young (and not so young) lovers would want for their stay. And that the location on the Pont Neuf is ideal for easily visiting all the amazing sites/sights Paris has to offer. But what put it over the top for us was the experience. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Place Dauphine (trees in full bloom), with views of Sainte-Chapelle, Notre Dame and the final destination of Marie Antoinette. Feeling the history in the building and its neighborhood originating in the 17th century (stand at the site of an original well preserved in the lobby). Walking 5 minutes to enjoy the excellent food and service at Maison Paul and Caveau du Palais right in the square. We highly recommend Savennières for a unique and unforgettable experience.

Absolutely loved the location on Place de Dauphine. Once we ‘grasped’ the situation with lights, we were most comfortable in the apartment. Two suggestions: bathrobes available would be nice & amusingly the hairdryer was for American plug…fortunately we had with us an adapter!

Coming out of the pandemic, my wife and I knew we had to get back to Paris. This was our 8th trip and one of the best. The Savennieres unit is perfect for two people. Compact but not claustrophobic. And you could not ask for a better location in the city. In the middle of it all but a lovely and quiet oasis once the sun sets. The Paris Perfect staff made it all quite seamless. Can't wait to return.

Great central location to various tourist attractions in Paris. We felt safe the entire time and the room was relatively quiet considering how busy the rest of the city gets (you can still hear trash pickup in the mornings). The penthouse was clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine in the fridge. The stairs are steep going up to the top level, but this seemed to be common in many of the French buildings throughout the city. We had an issue with the washer/drying machine throwing an error code so they offered to let us use the washer/dryer in the unit below. The welcome booklet has several tips, such as how to bypass the child safety feature to make the shower water hotter using the knob. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Paris Perfect Penthouse.

This apartment's central location is its best feature. Being right on the central Isle de la Cité, we could have a Left Bank experience or a Right Bank experience, depending on our mood. The apartment itself is cozy and perfect for two people. (It would be crowded with more than two people.) They've made great use of the space, ingeniously tucking in everything a traveler needs. Little dishwasher, check. Washer/dryer, check. Extra comforters and pillows, stowed under the bed. Shower gel, lotion, shampoo, check. Laundry and dish soap, garbage bags, coffee filters, salt & pepper, check. The apartment also has two smart TVs and good Wi-Fi. We came to love this little apartment. The balcony is a special feature; it's too bad it was a cold and rainy December when we visited. From the balcony, we could see the top of Notre Dame to the right, and the Louvre to the left. If it had been nice, we would have been out there constantly. The stairs in this two-floor apartment are steep and winding, so trust them when they say this apartment is not a good option for people with mobility problems. But there is an elevator that takes you up to this sixth-floor apartment. We appreciated being able to use the locked luggage closet off the lobby to stow our bags on our last day, after we checked out. The management company, Paris Perfect, does a great job of communicating beforehand, greeting you when you arrive, and providing tips on restaurants and other things you might need.

The central location of this apartment is hard to beat: It overlooks the charming Place Dauphine just off Pont Neuf. From the apartment's awesome balcony, I could see the Louvre to the left and the top of Notre Dame to the right. Everything was present as advertised: a working elevator to the fifth-floor apartment; a washer/dryer; Wifi; and a supply of necessities like soaps, coffee filters, garbage bags, TP. The apartment is small but just fine for two people. Every bit of space is cleverly planned out, and we wanted for nothing. The apartment management company was helpful and communicative before our stay and greeted us in person when we arrived. They let us keep our bags in a locked room on the property after we checked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Central location makes visiting all of the sites quite easy. 10 minute walk to either the Louvre or museum d’Orsay. Metro stop only 5 minutes. RER under 10 minutes. The shopping gem La Samaritaine after being closed several years has reopened is less than 10 minutes away. Worth a visit to see the preserved architecture. The apartment had everything you would need to feel as if you were at home. The refinished apartment and upkeep is superb. Greetings staff was very nice and most accommodating. We will definitely return on our next Paris visit as well try other locations in Italy.

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. Easy check in and check out. Convenient to have an upstairs and downstairs, and kitchen. The stairs are very small so you have to walk up and down with much caution. Would not be suitable for an elderly or physically-limited person. Cute terrace. Modest size for 2 guests. Easy door codes for convenience. We used Victor taxi service as recommended by the apartment and he was excellent. Would stay here again and would recommend.

I have stayed with this operator multiple times and really see no reason to look elsewhere. They have it perfectly figured out and have awesome locations across the city. Very responsive if there were any issues but no major ones to report so all good. Thanks again see you soon in the future!

We have been to Paris numerous times, and have stayed in Paris Perfect apartments several times. We can attest to the superb quality of PP apartments, but are particularly thrilled to have stayed in one of the Place Dauphine apartments. Place Dauphine is a magical location! It is very centrally situated and is thus a perfect home base for exploring all parts of the city. As an added bonus, the apartments face the square (really, it's a large triangle), which is beautiful and so quiet. There are several dining options on the square; we visited all except one of them and especially liked the three to the right as you exit the front door of the apartment building (Restaurant Paul; Caveau du Palais; Bar du Caveau). Ma Salle A Manger, just across from the building, is also good. The best place to buy food to keep in the apartment is the market at Maubert Mutualite on the Boulevard Saint-Germain - just a short walk from the apartment building. The building itself is very, very old; witness the wooden beams that PP left exposed during the renovation. Thank goodness they installed an elevator; the internal stairs are steep and we were on the top floor! Savennieres is one of the two apartments at the top of PP's Place Dauphine building. It has a beautiful balcony patio off the living area; we would have loved to sit with a glass of wine and watch the day's light fade over the towers of Notre Dame and Saint-Chappelle, had it not been freezing and icy during our stay! The kitchen is perfectly equipped and, as always, PP had stocked it with water, wine, coffee, milk, and orange juice. We were particularly pleased to learn that fresh baguettes are delivered each morning to the lobby - we had great cheese and bread breakfasts each morning (having picked up a nice Cantal and brie at the Maubert Mutualite market the first afternoon). We loved our view of the square from the living room and from the bedroom, and we appreciated the sparkling clean bathroom (with fabulous water pressure!). The only thing we could possibly caution about anyone's staying at Savennieres is that the apartment is on two levels, connected by a very steep and winding staircase with narrow treads. We are in our late 50s and this was absolutely not a problem, but anyone with any kind of mobility issue or dizziness might want to opt for a different apartment (the elevator only goes to one of the two levels on which this apartment is situated, so the internal stairs cannot be avoided). Fortunately for the universe of PP guests, there are several other apartments within the Place Dauphine building that are situated on one level! Our greeter Virgile was delightful. He was in no hurry and explained how every appliance and mechanical device worked - he didn't just refer us to the PP booklet (which by the way is abundantly detailed about every device, but it's still nice to see things in action). We had a couple of piddly questions about the apartment the first couple of days, and Virgile responded by text very promptly (in one case having the building manager come inspect something). We know from past experiences, and this trip was no exception, that Paris Perfect is a tip-top service organization in addition to managing high quality rental properties. [Same comment goes for London Perfect, the sister company!] From the initial inquiry and booking processes all the way through to departure, Paris Perfect provides exceptional responsiveness, support, and assistance.

From the very start, everything was wonderful. Paris Perfect helped us to arrange car service from CDG to the apartment. The greeter, Virgile, was there (at 6:30 AM!!) and cheerfully guided us through the whole apartment, explaining every minor detail. He also gave us some helpful hints about the neighborhood. Needless to mention, the apartment itself was beautiful, just as described on the website. Place Dauphine is an oasis within the bustling heart of Paris, very relaxing (and convenient) to return to after a long day of touring. The apartment was spotless and quite detailed both decoratively and practically. We felt like it was our home away from home, a true pied-à-terre. Thanks to you! All in all, I must say that we are very pleased with our experience and hope to book once again with Paris Perfect on our return.
