Indulge in one of Rome’s finest historic neighborhoods, the Rossini’s Wish apartment is a stylish and spacious apartment located in the chic Spanish Steps area. With modern comforts blended into an old-world location, the apartment is on one of the Spanish Steps most refined streets with most of the sites within walking distance plus easy taxi and metro access.

Location

Whether it is strolling the beautiful small streets dotted with antiques shops, designer boutiques, restaurants and cafes you might find yourself sipping an aperitif at Caffe’ Greco, taking a break Babingtons Tea Room, a Rome institution since the 1800, taking in the sights of the Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, this location is sure to please.

Exterior

A handsome small apartment building dating back to in the late 1700’s or 1800’s on a fashionable street, characteristic of the Campo Marzio area, one of Rome’s historic neighborhoods. In the same building we also offer the Donizetti Dream apartment and Corelli Charm.

Fresh and modern design in the living-dining room with a stylish sofa that opens to a sofa bed, two armchairs and a dining table. There are two large windows that overlook the street that illuminate this cheerful room.

The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences and features a sunny glass-enclosed breakfast sunroom where you can enjoy a morning espresso while planning your fun Rome adventures each day.

A small internal balcony off the hallway that leads from the front door to the living room provides a tiny bit of outdoor space with seating for two people; there are no views from this outer area as it is internal to the building.

With three bedrooms, Rossini’s Wish is ideal for families or groups of friends. All three bedrooms are quiet since the windows don't face the street.

Loved This Apartment

by Linwood

My family and I stayed here for a week in June and loved this apartment. The location is perfect walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and more. There is a grocery store nearby and many wonderful restaurants to pick from. And for Americans used to Air Conditioning there are fully functional AC units in each bedroom and living room that will keep the whole family nice and cool during the summer months!
