Payment: €500 damage deposit, refundable less damages, preauthorized to a credit card upon arrival.

€50 final cleaning paid in cash on arrival.

Services/Extras: Sheet and towel exchanges are on a weekly basis for stays longer than 9 consecutive nights.

Check in/out: Check in 4pm-9pm, by appointment. Check out by 11am.
Late check in 9pm-Midnight (€35 fee), arrivals after Midnight (€50 fee), only possible with advance arrangement. Fees must be paid in cash on arrival to greeter. No check ins after Midnight.

Lovely Apartment In Great Location!

Our recent stay in Corelli Charm could not have been better. The location is wonderful for walking to all the sights, and it is a short 5 min walk from the nearest Metro station. The apartment was very spacious, with AC and a grocery nearby. The communication with the Italy Perfect staff was efficient and helpful- Our greeter was informative and friendly, and checked in with us during our stay. The staff was also able to provide information on a car service for early morning transportation to the airport! We have rented with Paris Perfect in the past and will definitely continue to utilize Paris/London/Italy Perfect in the future! Thank you for a wonderful first visit to Rome!

PERFECT LOCATION

We were two couples and the apartment size could not have been more perfect with its spacious living area. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the larger sized refrigerator was a welcome treat. We are walkers and truthfully the apartment could not have been in a better location. Steps to Via Corso and from there it is an easy walk to most of Rome’s sites. Good restaurants, shopping and food stores are mere steps from the apartment. We loved our week here, would most definitely return to this apartment. Special thanks to Sonia and Alessia for arranging our departing transportation.
