Prestigious location in just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, the location puts you in the heart of all that is elegant and provides a wonderful location from which to explore Rome on foot, since it is so walkable to almost all the sites. At your doorstep are wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops. The Spagna metro (subway) entrance and a taxi stand are nearby. 

Exterior

A handsome small apartment building dating back to in the late 1700’s or 1800’s on a fashionable street, characteristic of the Campo Marzio area, one of Rome’s historic neighborhoods. In the same building we also offer the Rossini's Wish apartment and Corelli Charm.

Interior

Enjoy dazzling sunshine in the living room with unobstructed views of the large terrace. This luxury apartment has a clean, modern design with two large sofas and tasteful décor. The dining table provides ample seating for 6. 

The terrace is a Rome dream-come-true where you can greet the mornings with a cup of coffee while you enjoy Roman rooftop views while listening to seagulls calling to each other. After a busy day of sightseeing you can relax on the terrace while watching starlings swoop and soar above and listen to the church bells of Trinita dei Monti toll in the distance. A retractable awning provides shade for the terrace. 

The kitchen is fully furnished and opens to the second terrace with outdoor dining table.

Payment: €500 damage deposit, refundable less damages, preauthorized to a credit card upon arrival.

€150 final cleaning paid in cash on arrival.

Services: Sheet and towel exchanges are on a weekly basis for stays longer than 9 consecutive nights.

Spanish Steps (2 mins Walking)
One of the most famous piazzas in the world with the beautiful steps rising from the Barcaccia ("bad boat") fountain to the Trinita dei Monti church. Neighborhood for designer shopping and people-watching.
Trevi Fountain (10 mins Walking)
Beautiful Baroque fountain, the largest in Rome, a city of fountains. Here is where you throw 3 coins over your shoulder to ensure you will return to Rome.
Borghese Gardens (15 mins Walking)
Very large park and gardens in the heart of Rome with walking paths, fountains, ponds, architecture, restaurants and the must-visit Galleria Borghese museum. You can rent bikes and pedal cabs.
Pantheon (15 mins Walking)
Must-visit. This temple to all the gods (pan-theon in Greek) breathes history starting with its architecture from 2000 years ago. It is the only complete monument from Roman times. Built of concrete, the hemispherical roof is of one piece with its hole in the center.
Campo de' Fiori (20 mins Walking)
Large, central piazza with famous and picturesque daily open-air farmer's market, surrounded by restaurants. Famous statue of philosopher Giordano Bruno burned here for heresy. Young folks gather here in the evenings. Thick with history and in the heart of the city.
Piazza Navona (20 mins Walking)
Iconic piazza of Rome where Romans once raced their chariots. Three beautiful fountains the chief being the Fountain of the Four rivers. Enjoy street musicians and small vendors. Great place to hang out, dine and have a gelato.
St. Peter's Basilica (30 mins Walking)
One of the holiest catholic churches, the church of the Pope. It is very large and filled with inspiring and beautiful art and areas. A tour is recommended.
Vatican Museums (30 mins Walking)
The incomparable art collections of the Popes over the centuries. Unique and historically significant places such as the Sistine Chapel. Tour guide and early arrival are recommended.
