Beautiful apartment in the center of Florence! The location cannot get any better. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a trip to Florence!

We had an amazing stay in the Concerto apartment during our visit to Florence in early November. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Florence steps from the Ponte Vecchio and close to public transportation. The balcony had great views. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Our contact, was extremely responsive and went above and beyond which made the whole experience a joy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed apartment in the heart of Florence! It was conveniently located and nicely decorated. The terrace was lovely for morning coffee or peaceful afternoon reading.

Such a beautiful home to stay at. The location was absolutely perfect and close to everything. The deck was amazing to sit and sip a glass of wine on and listen to the music in the street. Would go back again in a second.

We spent a week in the Concerto apartment. The location is excellent. The apartment has been recently renovated and is nice looking and functional. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall a great apartment!

Concerto was perfect for our family of three. It matches the description perfectly. The location was perfectly central to so many things in Florence. It was easy to walk to everything that we wanted to see. Our host was very helpful and a great communicator. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful city. Apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. Wrap around balcony was great and could enjoy the sun or shade at all times of the day. Would thoroughly recommend.

The Flat was beautiful ,clean and good location. The host was responsive . We had a nice stay.

Relaxing and quiet yet close to main attractions. The apartment has a few quirky things for travels from outside Europe but that’s counterbalanced by the uniqueness of the location. The porch is very charming.

Wow! I'm not sure you can find a location in Florence that is more perfect. It was walkable to all the major attractions, plus we even walked to/from the train station. Our family of 5 fit well in the space. The balcony was so enjoyable and we were thrilled to watch the Tour de France from right outside the front door. Also, there are detailed video instructions for everything in the place. Would definitely return on our next trip to Florence.

I'm not sure there is a property in Florence with a better location than this one. We enjoyed the balcony, where we could see the parade for the Tour de France going by. There was ample room for our family of 5 and the host provided plenty of helpful videos about the amenities in the place. We would highly recommend staying here!

It’s exactly as you see in the pictures. Perfect location to everything, markets, galleries and the whole feel of Florence. Music flowed through our balcony windows and church bells chimed. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was wonderful and so close to all the best sites. It is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our greeter was such a great help on getting us settled in and giving great recommendations for food, gelato and things to do. She went the extra mile for us when I needed help with transportation. We’d happily stay at any of the Italy Perfect locations. If you really want to be in a great spot in Florence; stay here.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It is in the heart of Florence and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The hosts have thought of everything. The terrace is lovely, and it was nice to enjoy our morning coffee on it. We can't wait to try another property in another city.

We stayed in Concerto for a week and could not have been happier. While this apartment is in one of the few remaining towers in Florence, it is completely up to date and beautifully renovated. The gorgeous terrace was our favorite place to relax and to enjoy our meals. Our host was extremely helpful and very friendly. I most definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is travelling to Florence.

The Concerto apartment is a beautiful, charming apartment in the perfect location. It's located right by the river allowing you to go in either direction quickly. It was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is beautifully decorated making time at the apartment very enjoyable. And the terrace was lovely! Our host was very accommodating, friendly and helpful! She even took us on a shopping/artisan tour which ended up being one of the highlights of the trip! She is a must for anyone that is hoping to shop in Florence! She will save you time and she's very knowledgeable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Literally is “Italy Perfect”!! Florence has always been my favorite place and with a growing family, hotels are no longer an option. I was looking for the perfect place to spend some days during the Christmas season at the end of my daughter’s semester abroad in Florence. After searching vacation rentals, I came across Italy Perfect and something told me this is it!! The price was great and it was beautiful, so I was excited to learn more. The moment I inquired I received a call from Pat who was more than gracious which further convinced me I had made the right choice! She explained everything I needed to know. Check in was so easy as was checking out. The agency rep reached out before checking in and was in close contact every step of the way. She was also available for any inquiries throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as expected. It was like a dream come true! In fact my children quoted me saying that sevral times during our trip. The Concerto apartment is truly exceptional and in an amazing location central to everything in Florence. Steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. Incredible restaurants, gelateria’s and of course shopping all within minutes reach. Convenient taxi stand at the end of the street. Gorgeous, clean, safe, pristine and comfortable. Beds were so cozy. Apartment well laid out, including the outdoor terrace living space with beautiful views. Luxury amenities with everything you could want in a vacation home and more! We have made countless incredible and unforgettable memories thanks to Italy Perfect and cannot wait to go back! Grazie mille Pat and Italy Perfect!! Ci vediamo presto!!

We had a great stay for two couples in Concerto. The apartment was well-appointed, clean and service was terrific. Love what they offer in Firenze.

Awesome location

This was the most amazing property! We fell in love as soon as we walked in. The wraparound balcony was amazing and was the perfect place to unwind after sightseeing. The interior furnishings were luxurious and comfortable. If this is on your short list of places to stay in Florence…book it!!! You won’t regret it! 10/10! Would stay here again!

Great location. Most places are in walking distance. Taxis can be ordered online if needed. Apartment was clean and our host was very helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

We had such an amazing time and we would love to stay again! Our host was the most amazing host! She gave us so many amazing recommendations and was very responsive. Any time we needed anything, she’d be there immediately to help us out! On the day we left, we had a tight schedule to catch the train and she was there to help us catch a taxi and we were all checked out. We loved the patio space and enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the street music and enjoying our drinks! The space was very clean and tidy. Everything is well laid out and there is everything you would need. There is also an elevator to reach the apartment which is very useful! Location is amazing as it is right in the central area by Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. There are so many things to do, eat nearby.

One word— phenomenal!!!! Can’t beat the beauty of the penthouse and it’s location. It’s by far the most beautiful apartment we have ever rented and our greeter was wonderful, we tried all of her recommendations and she was even nice enough to help me order a taxi when we left. Thank you so much, we haven’t stopped talking about this home and our time in Florence!!

Concerto was a great fit for our needs and exceeded our expectations. Our greeter was so very helpful and informative - she went above and beyond for us! The apartment had clear instructions (and YouTube videos!) on how to work elevator, AC units, appliances - they thought of everything! Lots of storage space for a clutter-free stay. The wrap around terrace was put to good use for morning coffee and nightcaps. The location was great and easy to find. Thank you for having us!

Our trip to Florence was everything we hoped for and more, especially the apartment. We are already planning a return stay  for next year because we liked it so much. What a great place to stay, apartment was perfect and the terrace magnificient. We'll be back! 

The location is perfect, very responsive host literally. the apartment as described and looks like the pictures exactly. Recommend 

I will never forget our wonderful stay in the Concerto apartment. The view is insanely wonderful! The Duomo, the belltower, the Uffizi, the Palazzo Vecchio are in view from the balcony. It is just steps from the Ponte Vecchio. The elevator is in a mediaeval tower! Before I float off into art and the Medicis…let me assert that the interior is perfect with all the comforts and facilities one could want. Service before and during the stay exceptional. 

Of all the properties we stayed in during our 3 week Italy vacation, the Concerto was hands down the best. Wonderful views from the terrace, fantastic location. So many good restaurants nearby. Loved the roomy king sized bed in the master bedroom.
