This apartment is great in every aspect. Great location, nice building that’s quiet, well appointed and comfortable. It worked for our family of 8 as one of the apartments for four, with renting an additional apartment in the same building. Larger than most elevator for the ease of walking up and fantastic host for any questions or issues.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, and a very welcoming host! Our family of 4, two adults w/ our college-aged sons, enjoyed having the living room to hang out together and the kitchen for coffee/tea, etc.

The host was very helpful. She met us outside, showed us how to get in, and walked us through everything we needed to know about the unit and the area. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful apartment, the location was great. Communication was excellent and the home was very clean. We had everything we needed.

My daughter and I were in Florence for a dear friend’s wedding. We needed space to get ready and room to relax between festivities. One day while my daughter was busy with the wedding activities, I spent the entire day resting in the apartment. It was a nice repose. There was some construction going on during the day, but that could have been a temporary thing. It was very peaceful at night.

Great location a few mins walk to the river, museums, and the duomo! Very clean and well maintained, and the local contact was very welcoming and helpful!

What a wonderful apartment! We couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable. It had everything we could need-washer/dryer, a/c (even though the temperature couldn’t get cold enough we survived), 2 bedrooms and 2 baths all for the 2 of us-we each had our own private bath and had use of the second bedroom for all of the clothes and luggage. The kitchen was perfect for us and the building-nice and quiet and well located. The manager was very accommodating and pleasant-responsive quite quickly if needed. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a special place for themselves in Florence.

We spent four days here and couldn't have been happier. The location cannot be beat and the unit was spectacular. The outdoor terrace is small but perfect for a couple to relax. Everything in the unit worked flawlessly. And staying inside the walls of a medieval tower is pretty cool! Our greeter and Italy Perfect were super responsive with great recommendations and other assistance. We would happily stay here again!

The location literally could not be better. Walkable to everything in Florence and super close to a garage to keep our car for Tuscany get away. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need.

One of the best spots for a family vacation I’ve ever been to! It is super easy to find, only 5-7 min to all the major attractions, and yet private. All the amenities (elevator, AC, washer, dryer) are top tier. Last but mot least. everything is 10/10 clean. Not sure if Hotel Savoy next door would have been this spacious and accommodating! High rec from me.

We had a beautiful stay in the Allegro apartment. It has everything you need for a vacation stay. Lovely well appointed kitchenette, washer dryer and clean, comfortable bedrooms and baths. My only critique for our stay would be that the dryer didn’t really seem to dry anything but there was a drying rack so we used that. Would rent again for sure.

Our host reached out to us immediately after we landed in Florence. She was waiting for us by the door. Perfect location. Clean, modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our 5th stay in a Vacation Perfect apartment and 2nd in Italy (Rome 2024). Each stay has been located in excellent central spots of the city but still on a quieter street with safe entry. Our host efficiently informed us of all the details of apartment and was extremely responsive on follow up questions. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, naturally lit with large windows/doors and had an open private balcony with ‘air space’. Elevator was easy to use. Bathrooms were small but normal for European standards. We love the Perfect apartments because they meet the quality of a luxury hotel, offer more space in a great location usually at a more affordable per night cost, and often afford us an opportunity to wash clothes or eat a meal after walking the city.

Great weeklong visit in central Florence, just steps from Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Well appointed, attractive property is on 5th floor with elevator. Very secure with locked main building door in addition to the apartment itself. Thoughtful list of restaurants and local recommendations, easy to communicate with property management via WhatsApp. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay for our first visit to Florence. Everything was just as the pictures depicted and we were very comfortable and did not want for anything. Our greeter was lovely and helpful when we needed it. The location can't be beat - so close to everything. We walked everywhere - no need to even think about a taxi or Uber. This is my second stay with a Perfect property and I'm looking forward to the next trip.

The apartment is in a superb location - near enough to walk to all the attractions and still nip back for time out and lunches when you want to. Plus it’s only a short taxi ride from the airport or a short walk to the train station. The air con works great (it was a heatwave when we went), and the kitchen/ sitting room is a nice little family area to cook, eat and watch tv. The balcony is a great bonus - lovely to sit and have early morning or late evening drinks. The host thought about the little things which was nice - few bits in the cupboards and some washing tabs etc. highly recommended and worked well for our family of four.

Best place to stay in Florence!! Beautiful apartment. Immaculately clean, comfortable,and well appointed. Marble bathrooms, washer/dryer and much more. Perfect location close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Our greeter was wonderful. She showed us great places to eat and introduced us to local long running family businesses that sold beautiful jewelry and leather goods at good prices. The apartment is certainly “Italy Perfect!” and our greeter is definitely 5 star!!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Just a few meters from Ponte Vecchio so it was close to everything. The room was quiet and comfortable, very glad we stayed here and would be happy to come again.

The location is perfect for walking to everything. Right outside the door is a great cafe and sandwich shop. Just steps away from shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay here again. Thank you to our host for everything. Florence was incredible!

My elderly mom, my wife and I spent eight nights at the apartment and found it very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The check in went very smoothly and the location can’t be beat. The elevator was a life saver for my mom. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay hear again if we returned to Florence.

First of all, our host was amazing! She helped us check in early and gave us great recommendations about restaurants and shops around the apartment. We were able to enjoy the restaurants and gelato places that she had recommended and they were excellent! She even took us to a couple of different shops to help us find some excellent jewelry and shoes. Shop owners in the area knew exactly who she was. The apartment was in perfect condition. Great location! It was perfect for our group of four. All the amenities were excellent. We were able to cook some of our meals, and there was plenty of cookware and dishes. The guidebook in the apartment was excellent. Nicely done!

A beautiful and well appointed apartment situated at the foot of Ponte Vecchio. Perfect position to enjoy both sides of Florence. Comfortable bed, great bathroom(s) and lovely living room all lead to a perfect holiday in Florence.

Loved our stay! Great location. Right in the middle of everything so you can shop and easily drop off your bags. We were greeted at the door right on time. We had zero stress with the unit and felt very comfortable and safe.

Had a WONDERFUL stay in Florence. You’ll be in the middle of it all, but the apartment is quiet. It’s on a lovely street that leads right to the Uffizi. Easy to find, walkable to everywhere. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our host greeted us at the property on our arrival and was highly attentive. She went through the property, keys and assisted us with local information. We had a query a few days later and was happy to assist us. The property was clean, fantastic location and secure. The apartment is at the heart of Florence city. Easy access to the Duomo. Plenty of shops and restaurants. There is also a small balcony upon entrance. At evening it is good to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine.

The Allegro apartment was perfect for our family. Location was amazing and we loved everything about Florence. Walked everywhere, took a pizza making class recommended by Italy Perfect. Enjoyable for all ages. In the morning my husband and I would have coffee on the terrace before the kids woke up, I think that was my favorite part - sitting outside feeling like we got to live in Florence, if only  for a few days. Thanks for everything.

I felt soooo sophisticated while staying in this wonderful apartment. We greeted the day with views of history, shopped in designer boutiques, dined with the Antinoris;-) The comfort of the furniture and the refined decorating is giving me ideas. Love the bathrooms too. 

Felt so lucky to be among the first to stay at the Allegro apartment. You can't get a better location than this. So thoughtfully furnished, I didn't want to leave! So easy to walk to the sights, everything is nearby. Will recommend this to friends and family. Great service from Italy Perfect.
