Place is great. If you want an Eiffel Tower view then this is it! Also close to the Seine river and bus stop. It was larger than we needed and certainly in more of a tourist area than we originally chose, but we had an apartment that was booked for 8 months cancel on us at the last minute. We were lucky to get an apartment this nice on such short notice. Paris Perfect was indeed perfect to deal with and I will use them again in the future. You could have 3 couples in there easily as it has 3 bathrooms and the rooms are spacious and would make it more economical. I highly recommend the company and the apartment.

Absolutely perfect spot for a mother/daughters get away, followed by time with friends. The building is beautiful, and close proximity to all of the sites of downtown Paris, including patisseries, fromage, charcuterie, groceries and pharmacies. Highly recommend using Chef Brian for an intimate, delicious meal enjoyed while watching the lights of the Eiffel Tower twinkle. Will definitely be back.

This is our 2nd stay in the Viognier apartment. It’s absolutely the perfect Paris apartment!!

This is our third stay with Paris Perfect apartments and we loved this apartment. Our group of 4 just loved the apartment and the location was just perfect and the view of the Eiffel Tower is mesmerising in the evening. The apartment was so spacious for Paris and the decor was beautiful. More modern that the previous apartments that I have stayed in but a nice change. We used the neighbourhood guide for restaurants recommendations and all of them were delicious. My husband was in charge of the boulangerie run each morning and it was delicious. Thanks to the whole team for making everything so welcoming and we look forward to returning next year.

Staying at one of these homes was an exceptional experience. They literally thought if everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The traditional building, balcony and doors gave the space so much charm, while the modern interior design felt fresh and comfortable. The apartment was spacious with plenty of closet space, extra linens, and towels, plus multiple AC units for everyone’s comfort. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there were lots of things nearby—restaurants, souvenir shops, the metro, bus stops, and even the Seine River. The view was amazing and exactly as described. Upon arrival we received a tour, clear instructions for appliances, and great recommendations for local eats, coffee, shops, and markets. Everything exceeded our expectations—highly recommend!

This is my second time in this apartment which I guess speaks for itself that I really like. We were in town for an academic competition for a week and the apartment was walkable. I felt safe to let my younger teenager walk alone anywhere. Great restaurants in the area. Ok, the reason I came back to this apartment is the view! There is nothing like the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the living room when you are playing board games with the kids. The view and vibe is to die for. It feels sooo cinematic. This time we traveled peak season and it was very expensive. I would definitely come back with Fall rates. Magical energy and view. Cozy. Tower sparkles. What else could one want? 

This Parisian apartment offers space, beauty, and light. The location is unbeatable. Do not hesitate and book.

Apartment was great. Very large and the view of La Tour Eiffel was amazing. Location was walkable to cafes, shopping and food markets, as well as to the Metro and other neighborhoods. The whole experience with Paris Perfect was perfect - so now I know why the name is what it is!

Everything worked out well - the basket of goodies that were provided was a lovely touch. Nothing was missing, the location was terrific and we found the local boulangerie for our morning baguette and croissants. Elevator was a tight squeeze but workable. Highly recommend for a family.

Ladies trip…. 2 bathrooms and the study made 3 bedrooms. We had 3 balconies. Every night we would watch the sparkling Eiffel Tower in the comfort of our living room while wearing our PJs. Plenty of space, open and comfortable. I’m looking forward to staying there again.

The view was stunning. We woke up every morning in awe. The neighborhood was surrounded by delicious cafes. We would definitely stay here again.

Words can’t convey how wonderful this apartment is - probably the nicest place we’ve stayed as a family ever. To have a spot literally within a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower is wonderful enough, but for it to be as palatial and spacious as this just adds to the experience. Close to the metro, too! We definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Paris!

The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and I with our son and his fiancé. It is centrally located - we walked almost everywhere, or took the train, which we could get on the c-line right on the corner. Super convenient. The apartment was lovely and had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. We loved to see it sparkling every night! Check-in and out was super easy. Wonderful stay in Paris! I highly recommend it!

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment is beautiful. Great location and wonderful accommodation. The white glove check in experience was exceptional as well. Highly recommend!

The photos tell the story. This is our fourth Paris Perfect experience at different apartments on each visit. Future visits will be at Viognier. When the hot water heater broke, it was fixed within one day--thank you for the great service. You cannot get a better view of the Eiffel Tower.

Loved everything about this apartment. So convenient to everything and could not stop staring out the windows. Only tiny things to comment on are the linens in the bedrooms could use a refresh but not a deal breaker. And just note that the elevator is super super tiny (not uncommon in Paris) but just know that - I ended up enjoying taking the stairs and racing my friend in the elevator! Highly highly recommend this property - and the greeter was amazing at the tour and answering questions quickly! We also used Victor Cabs from the train station and that was such a wonderful rec.

A beautiful, spacious, luxury apartment, with floor to ceiling windows that open to balconies, and wonderful views of Eiffel Tower. Beds comfy & each bedroom with its own, private, full bath. Great location; close to the Seine River. Greeters helpful with information and any issues. We chose the recommended concierge service to have food delivered upon our arrival. Karina did a wonderful job of selecting a variety of delicious foods & wine that we truly enjoyed ! Would advise anyone with mobility issues & equipment to check with Paris Perfect first, regarding rules of the apartment building. We were unable to leave knee scooter on first floor due to their safety/fire rules, so we had to take it back up to the apartment each time we went out. It just fit into the very small elevator. Special thank-you to the building maintenance lady (who was not to be disturbed), but who helped us of her own accord. Very much appreciated !

My bestie and I met for a few glorious days in this Parisian home! The layout is spacious, comfortable, and inviting. The outside balcony views speak for themselves. The washer and dishwasher were a nice touch. The AC actually works really well. We would surely stay again.

Property is exactly like the photos. Really spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Washer/dryer and full kitchen was such an asset. Elevator is very small- only enough room for 2 people. 6th floor stairs were a lot over the week. Comfortable beds and very clean. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful appartement. The view of the Eiffel Tower is as good as any available and exactly as in the photo. It was quiet, clean and Paris perfect. The washer/dryer and kitchen were so helpful. Slept 5 very comfortably. We used the recommended concierge service and had food delivered for our arrival and the transport waiting at the airport. The staff was so helpful and kind. Worth every euro.

No wonder they call it Paris Perfect. Our accommodations were absolutely fabulous. Could almost touch the Eiffel Tower and had to close my curtains because of the sparkling lights at night. Had a three bedroom three bath and just could not believe the luxury and quality of the apartment. The staff was so helpful. My greeter was so informative, if Paris is your once in a lifetime place, you must stay here with them. They will make it perfect.

You cannot stay any closer to the Eiffel Tower than this apartment. It’s iconic!! We had an amazing time and would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! It was an all-girls trip and the view of the Eiffel Tower were insane. After I posted pics so many people asked where is this? So amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The location, scenery, and apartment exceeded expectations—it felt like being on a film set. Our family fully enjoyed it!

This apartment is beautiful. Located down the street from the Eifel Tower and Trocadero. Metro was close by. Check in was easy, we were met there by a rep who explained everything the apartment offered, as well as how to use some of the amenities. Host was friendly and responsive with our questions. Will stay again on our return to Paris for 2024 Olympics, if available.

Pristinely clean, beautiful bathrooms with cleans towels and amenities, perfect location, kind and gracious host, easy to get into and air conditioning saved us! Too good to be true- can’t recommend highly enough!

This host was wonderful. Stunning views and a great location. Gorgeous setting and it looked exactly the same as the photos. Well appointed. Easy meeting for check in. I would stay here 100 times again.

Wow!!! This place was absolutely amazing!! The pictures don’t do it justice at all. It was the first time my family and I have ever traveled outside of the country and we are so glad to have booked with Paris Perfect! On arrival at CDG we used their recommended cab service and were picked up immediately after landing without wait. We were also able to check in early due to an early arrival. During our stay we felt very comfortable and safe! The space is located near everything such as the metro and directly across the street from the Disneyland Paris shuttle pick up! Paris Perfect provided so many resources and recommendations about many things and including grocery, restaurants, and sites to see. Everyone is so polite and the place was beautifully styled and furnished. We had so many worries arriving but with Paris Perfect there was no need. They did a really nice job communicating, and ensuring that we felt right at home. We will book with Paris Perfect again anywhere!

Gorgeous view, well maintained, walking to many shops and restaurants. Paris Perfect staff was extremely helpful in suggested transportation and opportunities for purchasing tickets. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet location and close to the Eiffel Tower! Beautiful views!

Amazing location and wonderful apartment!

Impeccable apartment, wonderful view, everything clean, very comfortable beds, a great location. Me and my family were extremely satisfied.

This place is just beautiful, very clean, and very spacious. Has great places nearby for eating and shopping within a casual 10 minute walk. Only thing is the elevator is very small. Fits only one person with luggage, so be prepared to make a few trips up and down. No worries tho. There were 5 of us and we did great. I will definitely stay here again. And that Eiffel Tower view...fantastique !!

Incredible apartment on the Champ de Mars. Perfect for 2 people or 4 people. A short walk across to all the restaurants around Rue St Dominique. What a view of the Eiffel Tower!! Stayed in it twice now. Could live there forever but alas every holiday must end at some stage. This apartment makes me feel like the King of France.

Absolutely beautiful location! Even better than the pictures! You will not find a better place to stay in Paris… it’s magical! The host was very responsive, and we were able to check in early! The only slight issue was the heating, as we were the first ones to use it this season, but Paris Perfect responded immediately and we were able to figure out how to turn it on. I cannot say enough good things about our experience!

This is a beautiful, comfortable, high-end property, right next to the Eiffel Tower which is located only 500 feet from the apartment! The glorious Eiffel Tower could be seen big as day from 3 lovely French balconies in the apartment. The fireworks on Bastille Day was an exciting experience that our family will never forget! The apartment location was very close to shops, restaurants and metros which made it a great base for exploring Paris. We very highly recommend it!!

The apt was the most amazing place we could have imagined! It exceeded our expectations with location. Would definitely stay there again. It is exactly as pictured, but was much larger than expected. All the rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was key. It was super hot out and the a/c was incredibly efficient!!! Made a huge difference.

Our family spent 6 days in this absolutely beautiful apartment with an extraordinary view of the Eiffel Tower from three French door balconies. The Bastille Day fireworks were amazing! It is a very comfortable, well-appointed, high-quality apartment in a fabulous building. It’s convenient location in the 7th was close to grocery stores, restaurants and the metros. We highly, highly recommend it!

You dream of this apartment. Spacious, beautifully organized, everything you could need. The location is just amazing. Everything at your fingertips, food, souvenirs, groceries. Even met for tours of Paris right around the corner at a hotel nearby. The view is out of this world, just splendid.

Superb place to stay in Paris! BELIEVE the photos! It is that beautiful! Our family had an utterly amazing stay. We travelled everywhere and felt very "central" in our location. It felt like a dream each time we looked out the window and saw the Eiffel Tower! Amazing hosts! 5+stars!!!

I don’t think the photos do justice to this beautiful apartment! It’s chic but still warm and inviting. Having three bathrooms in one apartment was a luxury. The beds were really comfortable and sitting on the balcony looking at the Eiffel Tower was amazing. We even cooked a bit in the kitchen and found everything we needed!

Look no further. This is it. Paris Perfect made the whole experience absolutely incredible! Their staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt accommodate and walked us through everything we needed to know! The apartment was bigger than we anticipated and the view even more amazing in person!

My family has recently returned from our first trip to Paris, and we could not have been happier with our apartment obtained through Paris Perfect! Everything was truly magnificent-- the apartment was just as described, well furnished, well decorated, and absolutely spotless. The private cab driver provided by Victor was professional and on time, the greeter who met us at the apartment was courteous, friendly and provided a thoughtful welcome basket. The location could not have been better with an amazing Eiffel Tower view, roughly a block from a Metro and RER stop, with cafes and a wonderful boulangerie just down the street! I would not hesitate to book an apartment again and I will definitely recommend Paris Perfect to friends traveling to Paris in the future!

Our third visit staying at a Paris Perfect apartment - as usual efficient , prompt and superior customer service. The apartment exceeded the photographs on the website- it was superb in every aspect. The Eiffel Tower was almost close enough to touch and our 2 teenage daughters literally could not believe the view when we walked in - the glamour the space the furnishing and the layout of the apartment delivered the best holiday accommodation in Paris yet! The two bedrooms were a very good size and the 2nd bathroom was fantastic for 2 female teenagers - who did make up and hair before every outing. My husband and I watched the light show of the Tower every night at bedtime. The lounge and dining room areas were filled with light and from their windows we waved to friends who were on the Tower. The TV room/study/ third bedroom provided a separate second living area - not commonly found in an apartment. The kitchen was very well appointed and allowed us to prepare the most wonderful Christmas Day lunch we have ever ! Would i recommend - Absolutely!!!
