Truly Memorable Stay!
Thank you for sharing your lovely home full of art in a city full or art and art history! This property was perfect for our family including grown teens aged 17 & 19; we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the serenity of The Walton, the respite from the busy crowds of summer after the day’s sights and museums, and relaxed in the wonderful outdoor space. We had a truly memorable stay!

We used London Perfect's neighborhood guide, took advantage of one of their recommended tour operators - all was above expectations. The Walton
My friend and I loved our stay at The Walton! The location was perfect…away from the hubbub of Piccadilly etc. but close enough to get there in just a couple of tube stops! The flat is very tastefully decorated and feels like a home instead of an impersonal hotel. The washer and dryer were wonderful ‘extras’ and meant we could pack accordingly. We enthusiastically recommend it!

Very Cosy Stay
After more than a day spent on aircraft, the Walton was a welcoming, cosy place to stay. Located within reach of museums, shops and tube it was perfect for our short stay in London. Thank you to London Perfect for the customer service, which was very much appreciated by us.
Excellent location
We were in London for our son’s wedding. The Walton was an excellent home base for the 8 days we were there and the location was perfect. Well equipped and I particularly liked the lower level. Washer and dryer were a bonus for a long trip as we were in the UK for 3 weeks. . Only downsides was there weren’t really any great seating areas without having to move furniture around to accommodate 4. And having only 2 keys for all of us wasn’t great. That was a big inconvenience. The rest of my family were in another London perfect home and for 7 of them also only had two keys. That’s just impractical. Would definitely choose to rent again though.

Live like a Local!
Our objective for this trip to London was to feel like we live there! Coffee/breakfast at home before setting out for a day of museums, shopping, visiting friends. The Walton more than met our expectations. The home provides a perfect amount of privacy as well as plenty of room to regroup for a glass of wine in the evening. The home is beautifully furnished, and we just loved all the artwork throughout. The location of the apartment is so nice: quiet neighborhood but close to transportation. We truly felt we met our objective of living like locals...even if only for one week.

Fine House
We have rented several properties in London through Vacation Perfect and this was the second time we have rented this property (4 weeks this time). Very nice 2 bedroom house in a great area with easy access to Sloane Square or South Kensington Stations. Many good restaurants within short walking distance and a good wine shop 300 metres away in Walton St. Our favourite places to eat are Daphne's, The Enterprise (just around the corner), The Ivy and Scalini (there are many other good restaurants in the area). Both bedrooms are very comfortable both with their own bathroom so fine for 4 people.

Beautiful Home!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for our week-long vacation in London. Location was perfect because we were within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores while also being on a quiet street. We were just a few miles from many of the attractions we were in town to see. The home was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. At first we found the many stairs daunting because my wife recently had knee surgery and has to take stairs slowly still; however, going up and down the stairs multiple times actually helped her knee rehab! Only down side was that the week was unusually hot, and there is no air conditioning in the home.

Beautiful Oasis
The Walton was just lovely for our family of 3. Quiet, well-equipped, updated and luxurious, beautiful art and nice beds. The London Perfect contact was super helpful and checked-in to be sure we were happy.

Stay at the Walton
The Walton was perfectly located in the heart of the Kensington/Chelsea area a short 5-10 min. walk to Harrod's. There are many great restaurants and shops very close by. It was a bit small for 4 adults (2 parents and 2 adult children). The beds are also small and there are many floors (4 in total) so not ideal for anyone traveling with elderly parents etc. The decor is eclectic and the London Perfect staff very attentive...especially when we couldn't figure out how to turn up the heat and also had an electrical outage so couldn't use wifi. Christmas is the best time of year to be in London, so we didn't spend much time in the flat but it would be nice to upgrade the t.v. for the evenings spent in or after an outing. The best part of the flat was the kitchen and laundry was very nice and definitely the location was on a charming quiet street with easy access to all of London. Although we wouldn't stay at the Walton again, we would definitely use London Perfect or Vacation Perfect for another holiday.

Walton Superb Property
We have wanted to rent this for years but just could not find a situation where its availability and our holiday in London came together. This year (2022) it happened. The beauty of this house is as follows - its location in Chelsea to restaurants and shops, the street is quiet, the house is very good, the 2 bedrooms are the same size which is important for having guests and the outdoor area means you can have a glass of wine in the fresh air. The double lounge upstairs and kitchen downstairs means with 4 adults you have plenty of room. Great Property and we have booked it again in 2023.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Walton. Location was upscale, very convenient to the tube, shopping and museums. The street was safe and quiet. Flat was filled with lovey art and had all the needs for cooking. Our greeter was friendly and helpful. Some minor repairs are recommended including peeling paint on the ceilings, light bulb replacements, broken tiles and delaminating kitchen cabinets.

This is our third time using London/Paris Perfect and we would definitely continue to use when possible. Walton was a nice unit with plenty of space over four floors. Would not recommend for anyone who has trouble walking stairs but otherwise great. Everything inside the apartment was nice, clean and abundant. We enjoyed with mid-location between S. Kensington and Knightsbridge tube stops but others might find the 10-12 minute walk to each inconvenient. The only maintenance item you may want to look into is it is difficult to get the get out of the lock after opening the front door. London Perfect was staff was as always polite, responsive and helpful. The only mishap we had was there was still a link to the concierge service you previously offered. I used it to get football tickets and never heard back until we learned from one of the staff that it was no longer a service you offered. I believe you were trying to get all links to that service removed.

We enjoyed our stay at The Walton immensely and greatly appreciated all the assistance that we received from the London Perfect team while we were there. The apartment itself is gorgeous and full of impressive art. It is in a wonderful location, easily walkable to anything one might need, and within a beautiful and vibrant neighborhood. Being from the States we had an electrical mishap which was quickly and efficiently addressed by the London Perfect staff, who also helped us quickly put together a private driving tour and answered all our questions immediately and helpfully during the course of our stay. London Perfect really does make navigating a different country much easier, we highly recommend, especially after using their Paris Perfect branch as well!

My family and I stayed at the Walton at the end of December. We loved the location-close to Sloane Square and South Kensington tube stations. We loved the fact that we had so much more space than a hotel room. The place is beautifully decorated. Very quiet at night as well. It is a 4-level home so if you don't like steps this might not be for you. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful apartment! Ideally located equidistant from Sloane sq, Knightsbridge and South Ken stations so with easy access to both Heathrow and Covent garden. A 10 min walk fro Harrods, Harvey Nicholls and Peter Jones for your shopping.the apartment itself (really a 4 Storey house) was beautifully decorated with quirky works of art. Gloriously comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms (plenty of them). I loved the Walton and I would not hesitate to book it again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Walton over Christmas 2014. Our greeter Charlotte was waiting for us when we got to the apartment after our morning arrival in London. She went over the essential information in a prompt and professional manner. We were able to check in early which was a great advantage as it allowed us to start our holiday without delay. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and well appointed. The location was a short distance to the subway, myriad shops and restaurants, a fantastic bakery (that made great lattes and brioches) and the Natural History Museum where my daughters got to ice skate one evening. It was great to unwind at the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and walking. Thank you London Perfect for making our holiday so perfect.

The Walton was a great location, we were getting fresh baked goods every morning from Baker and Spice up the street. The apartment was very comfortable. We were met at our agreed time and everything was explained in just a few minutes. We requested a fan and it was kindly delivered the next day. It was a great flat to rent and I would come back!

Our stay at the Walton was fantastic. First we used Luishi and his car service to pick us up at Heathrow. This went very smoothly and I was especially impressed with his attention to detail on flights arrivals and changes. Arriving at Heathrow can be delayed but Luishi was on top of it. Called me immediately when we arrived and picked us up promptly. The arrival at the apartment was perfect. We were greeted by Sax and he took us thru the details. The apartment was perfect. Location in Chelsea was perfect. Right around the corner was a small pub called "The Enterprise" where we went for a night cap each evening. Very nice! Also the apartment was a 5 minute walk form Harrod's and many wonderful shops and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk from the South Kensington Tube station. Really perfect. The Walton was very nicely decorated and made us feel we were at home everyday after touring London. The kitchen is amazing. Large and we had breakfast there every morning before going out. The outdoor terrace was also very nice. I would open the sliding glass doors at night and sip on a glass of wine whilst enjoying a bit of fresh air. One other thing I thought was interesting. Despite being in the middle of London, The Walton was very quiet and serene. Even with windows open not much noise outside. I was pleasantly surprised. The Walton is one 3 and 1/2 levels. Lots of up and down. Candidly this keeps the weight off me, but for some, the stairs may be issue. The bedrooms were great, lots of storage. The only complaint I have (not a big deal) were the showers were not strong and until I figured out to use the "emergency" heating switch to keep the hot water flowing, I took a cold shower one morning. After I figured this out the water was plenty hot. Overall, the apartment was wonderful. Everything worked and was in good repair. Beds very comfortable. Good decor. Great location. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

We very much enjoyed our week-long stay at the Walton. We were met at Heathrow by a driver from Lushi and were able to go directly to the apartment even though we arrived early. Ed went over the workings of the apartment (no matter how often I travel to the UK, I always forget that the electrical outlets have switches), dropped off wonderful treats, and gave us the low-down on where the bonfire and fireworks were going to be that evening (we caught the tail end near Battersea Park). The apartment is beautifully decorated, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and a short walk to three tube stations, countless restaurants, shops, and bakeries. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We are already repeat customers so you know we will definitely look to London Perfect for accommodations when we return.

We had a very nice time. The Walton was lovely and we really enjoyed the neighborhood and how close it was to the bike share station. The neighbors were friendly and the area was nice and quiet at night. The kitchen was perfect and we had plenty of space. There was an electrical surge when we were there that short circuited the washer while we had clothes in it. However, the people were very prompt in coming over with the cleaning crew and figuring out how to drain the washer and remove our clothes - we really appreciated this! Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and we had a great time. We have also used you in Paris and loved our stay there! Another wonderful vacation and experience thanks to you! The Walton was beautiful apartment that was decorated very nicely. It was a comfortable place and very quiet. There is , however, lots of steps. It is on 4 floors and it is a long way from the kitchen to the master bedroom. So, if stairs are an issue, one should re-consider. If stairs are no issue, the Walton is an outstanding apartment in a wonderful location. The tube station is about a 15-20 minute walk. Terrific restaurants in the area and near Harrods. I would recommend this to anyone for which stairs are not an issue. London Perfect did an excellent job of everything and responded to all requests promptly. I would strongly recommend London Perfect. Lushi transportation was excellent.

Our family of four had a phenomenal week in London! The Walton could not have been more perfect! The apartment had ample space to suite the needs of our family. The girls enjoyed relaxing in the study/TV room after a long day. My husband and I enjoyed the lower level off the kitchen and the beautiful garden patio to relax and have a tea,coffee or cocktail .The apartment is very charming, comfortable and well appointed.The décor and artwork were appreciated. The kitchen was a dream. The owners provide everything you could imagine in a well stocked kitchen. We didn't prepare many meals, mainly breakfast and snacks. Loved the multiple French presses depending on how many cups desired. The Bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable. The bathrooms were also lovely and efficient. Great lighting and fantastic showers are always appreciated. The neighborhood is beautiful. Many great restaurants, darling shops and friendly people. The tube is a quick 10-15 min walk and one could be anywhere in London within a few minutes. We are so grateful we discovered London Perfect and the Walton . Our trip couldn't have been more perfect! The Walton is the perfect residence for two couples. The kitchen is beautiful and the living room is quite comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day in front of the fireplace. The neighborhood has a number of great restaurants and pubs. We especially enjoyed the Italian market around the block as well as the local wine merchant. It is a short walk to the tube. If you are interested in afternoon tea, I would recommend The Cadogan Hotel, which is also a short walk from the Walton.

We have just returned from a 3 week stay in the UK, Paris and Dubai and without a doubt, our London Perfect experience was the best part of the trip. The Walton was beyond our expectations and made us feel as comfortable as if we were in our own home. Ed, the manager, was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend the services of this company to those contemplating a real London lifestyle and experience. The limousine service is also excellent and well priced.

The Walton Apartment was absolutely gorgeous. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect and centrally located to everything. The neighborhood is fantastic with so many good restaurants and bars. Walking distance to Harrods is always a plus. I would recommend it without any reservations to anyone that asks. It had a very well equipped kitchen which we did not use very much. The information about the apartment and London was an added bonus. A guide was recommended and Vicky was super. We had a genuinely wonderful time staying in the Walton. It was perfectly located a nice stroll or short cab ride away from anything we wanted to see. The attention to detail was lovely and everything, including guide books and a map of the local area was exactly where we needed it.
