The Howard

Wonderful stay! Everything was as described and the host was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

From the initial reservation booking, informative guest portal, recommended local neighborhood restaurants, shopping, airport transportation and so much more, London Perfect was indeed the perfect company to arrange our holiday. Booking with Lushi Chauffeurs (airport transportation) was a definite plus as it was very easy to make arrangements. Upon arrival, our driver was already at the airport ready to take our luggage and whisk us away to our lovely flat. We loved the location of The Howard as it was super close to many restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods (really!), boutiques and the tube. Our local host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The flat was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We loved having Nespresso coffee and tea throughout our stay. Especially after a day of sightseeing and enjoying some treats we picked up at Ottolenghi's bakery!!!! I give the highest praise to the entire staff as I had some items that needed to be sent to my home after we had left and everyone was very accommodating. You can be assured that any forgotten personal item will be handled with care, consideration and excellent customer service. I can't wait to return for another London Perfect holiday.

Well-equipped, spacious, unique apartment located in Chelsea near Sloanes square. Check-in was easy and London Perfect was responsive. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in the Howard which is a super basement flat in a great location. It was very hot in London and we were comfortable in the cool basement with a fan in the bedroom.  It was so nice to feel that one was in someone’s home instead of just a rental unit, beautifully furnished and really good quality appliances and bathroom fittings. Very quiet despite being so near to the King’s Road.

The basement flat was very comfortable and quiet. It is extremely well equipped and clean, the bed is comfy and big, with nice sheets.

This is an amazing flat in an amazing part of London. The apartment was well stocked. The High Street was one block away and there were lots of nice restaurants within a short walk. I would definitely recommend.

We loved how well-located this flat was to both King's Road shopping and restaurants, and the Sloane Square tube station. We were unfamiliar with Chelsea, but without a doubt it's our new favorite neighborhood. The flat itself is cozy and comfortable, with the bedroom being exceptionally quiet. The homey decor and art was charming. Also, despite temps in the 80s, the flat stayed surprisingly cool. We had plenty of space to stow all our things. We loved the efficient layout of the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The bath was modern, with good water pressure. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely book through London Perfect again!

Thank you for such a lovely stay. The flat worked out perfectly for us—location and comfort were A+. We hope to come back soon.

As with all Vacation Perfect apartments (London, Paris, Italy), everything is to a high standard of comfort and convenience in only the best locations. As expected, everything I needed for a lovely stay. Excellent towels and bedding, a functional kitchen, more than adequate heat and hot water, a comfortable common space and a Nespresso machine.

We had a fantastic time. So much better than a hotel. I hope its available the next time we're in town!
