Please note: Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2025 at a neighboring property located behind the Tennyson. The project involves building a small mews house. While scaffolding and construction may be an eyesore it will not obstruct the view from Tennyson. It may be visible from the garden patio but it will not affect the patio's use. According to London municipal code, construction crews are required to abide by set working hours. While no power tools or machinery are expected, you may occasionally hear general construction activity during the daytime. For detailed information, please contact the Reservations Team.

Truly LONDON Perfect

Our stay at the Tennyson was Perfect. It is very well located in a peaceful neighborhood with shops, restaurants, attractions and a short work from the underground. The flat was well equipped with all you needed for a comfortable stay and the private outdoor garden area was a real treat as we had wonderful weather to enjoy the space. The bed and linens were what one would find in a high end hotel, encouraging a luxurious nights rest after a busy day. From the booking agent to the welcome associate the London Perfect team worked with us to assure that our stay and trip was a success. We look forward to a future stay at another property.

Compact yet very well-organised, this flat offers excellent quality and a true home-stay atmosphere in a charming neighbourhood. We immediately felt at home. Despite being a family of four with older children who needed full-size beds, and staying for a full 7-day week, everything worked out perfectly. The apartment is fully equipped, with a functional kitchen, bathroom, heating, TV, and more. and felt very safe. The neighbourhood is both pleasant and convenient, with supermarket, bakeries, delis, a bus stop and metro station nearby. It's also within walking distance of several attractions, including the Design Museum, the V&A Museum, the Natural History Museum, and Kensington Park. Special mention goes to the 5-star service provided by our local contact and the car transfers arranged for us—everything ran smoothly and seamlessly from start to finish. The London Perfect team had a notebook with instructions, information and suggestions for the city, really helpful! Huge THANK YOU to everyone at London Perfect. I was uncertain as to whether I should use a new accommodation platform that I did not know until now, and I am really happy that I did, and I confirm that it offers indeed highly selective, and quality accommodation options coming with a reliable service.
One Of a Kind

The place is in a magnificent area, well served, quiet, easy to find. Crossing the street, you'll find a delicious typical English tavern, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere, and great food and beer. The place is really special, I would say one of a kind. The front door is shared with an office on the ground floor, but the apartment has its own private and secure entrance. The house is a gem and, despite its small size, really well organized and welcoming. We were traveling in 4, with our two children. We were very comfortable, the house is equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness is excellent!

The Tennyson apartment was so cute and well furnished. I loved the location too, charming street, prime Kensington area, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, supermarket, tube. The London team was very warm and welcoming. Can't wait to return!
