The Martin

The house was exactly as pictured. We had 5 people, and there was so much space that we didn't even see each other when we were resting at home. The provided basics, such as tea, coffee, milk, and cleaning supplies, were perfect. The location is a bit out of the way for mainstream tourist stuff (allow 20-30 minutes to get to places), but it is quiet and safe and has plenty to see nearby. It is a bit pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for with this property.

This was our third time renting through Vacation Perfect and it was excellent yet again. We were able to get checked in early which was appreciated after a night of flying. The Martin is very comfortable and well stocked which suited our traveling party of 7 very well. Each room has a bedroom and my teenager even used the second floor living room as a bedroom which worked out very well for everyone. The primary bedroom closet is amazing and there was more than enough room to unpack and feel organized while traveling. The bathrooms are generous sized and the kitchen has everything needed to make meals. The courtyard entrance is adorable and we felt at home while traveling. We could not figure out how to turn the heated floor off in one of the bathrooms so that was interesting to always have hot feet in there but it didn’t affect our overall stay. The internal elevator was very helpful for luggage. The neighborhood itself is great. Just a few block walk to the High Street Kensington underground station which allowed us to get all around the city. Close shops and supermarkets made everything very convenient. We also arranged transportation a few times with the rental company’s recommendation of Lushi Chauffeurs which was perfect for our needs. Overall we would stay here again and will continue to use Vacation Perfect.

This was clearly the best place i have stayed in London for years.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at The Martin. It was modern, spacious and homey. The location was superb and we felt like we were living in London for two weeks. It was a pleasure dealing with London Perfect and a special shout out to Rachel who was very much in touch during our holiday. We cannot wait to return to this special place and use London Perfect again for a third time!

We had an amazing stay at this Kensington property. From start to finish, the hospitality and service from the hosts were outstanding. They helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. We needed access to the gate fob to unload our bags and to help an elderly family member in and out of the car, and the team arranged everything quickly and without any hassle. Their attentiveness really made a big difference for our family. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the station—making it very convenient to get around London. Our family of six stayed here and we were all extremely comfortable. The home is spacious, and the second living room on the upper level is incredibly cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Highly recommend this property, especially for larger families looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

The Martin was exactly as listed... beautiful, clean, in a desirable and easily accessible area, safe and spacious. WE will definitely rent this property again.

The location was fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our family. The living wall was such a beautiful touch, and the patio was a wonderful bonus space where we spent so much time relaxing.
