Sound: This is a popular area, noise from the street below is normal

Payment: €500 damage deposit, refundable less damages, preauthorized to a credit card upon arrival.

€150 final cleaning paid in cash on arrival.

Check in/out: Check in 4pm-9pm, by appointment. Check out by 11am.
Late check in 9pm-Midnight (€35 fee), arrivals after Midnight (€50 fee), only possible with advance arrangement. Fees must be paid in cash on arrival to greeter. No check ins after Midnight. 

Other: The living room is a bit sparse on seating for 8 people but dining chairs can be moved to accommodate.

We like the clean, modern design but it is missing end tables & table lamps in living room.
