Comfortable, well stocked home in a great location near Royal Albert Hall. London Perfect was very responsive including help with airport transfers. It was excellent for our family of six.

Stayed with husband, son, daughter and 11-month-old grandson. Cozy place, well-appointed kitchen. Location is wonderful if you don’t mind a lively, friendly neighborhood pub next door. It is active in the evenings, but quiet by 9. We loved the energy, convenience and good food! Near other shops, restaurants, coffee, parks and close to a Tube stop. Check in was flawless and London Perfect was quick to respond to questions. They even forwarded on a jacket I left behind to our next stop in the UK. Would happily stay there again.

 

Fantastic location and wonderful hosts. Our family of five had plenty of space and felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

Middleton is in a great location and beautifully set up for our multi-generational family of 5. Even more important, though, was the support we got from the London Perfect staff. When Heathrow shut down and our flights home were delayed for five days, they whipped into action, found us new apartments, and had us all moved by lunch time. Really superior service.

Our family of five spent Christmas in this lovely mew house. Check in was easy and we were greeted with a Christmas tree which was perfect. The location was so convenient - easy walk to the Tube, Royal Albert Hall, and Hyde Park. The pub close by was very cozy and the food good - we ate there the first and last night.

This was a wonderful place for our family of 5. Everyone enjoyed their own bed and the 2 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. While we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen was very well stocked. And since we arrived early on Sunday morning, it was great to be able to settle in before exploring the neighborhood. I have recommended Vacation Perfect to many of our friends. Will definitely be using again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at Middleton... the home was lovely and the neighborhood cannot be beat.

London Perfect was great; very responsive and helpful. Used the recommended taxi service. The portable air con unit did a great job of cooling off the place on the hottest days.

The most wonderful Mews house, complete with wisteria! Charming, ideal location near the Queens Arms. Exactly as described, and fit two adults and six boys perfectly. Perfect location to explore London. Looking forward to returning again!

We spent a week and found the mews home to be perfect for our group of 4 adults and two kids, ages 10 and 12. The unit was clean and the welcome process excellent. The location was great for access to Kensington Palace and the South Ken museums. 7 or 8 minutes to Gloucester tube stop on the Circle and District lines bring the whole city into convenient reach. All in all, a great place to be to introduce our grandkids to London.

 

Property worked well for our family and was what we expected. Good location. Convenient to underground station for transportation around London, nearby neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores. They were also flexible with us on check in and check out times...very much appreciated. Comfortable accomodations.

Our family loved the apartment. The location is both beautiful and convenient, since you can walk to a bus and subway station. The apartment is very spacious and pretty. We are hoping to come back.

 

What fantastic stay at Middelton! We loved: Da Mario for Pizza, The Diana Memorial Playground for the kids, The Tower of London, The Household Cavalry Museum, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium & match, walks in Hyde Park. Thanks to London Perfect for an excellent home base! 

What a dream location! Things not to miss: Walk through Hyde Park, concert at Cadogen Hall, explore Sloane Square, Musuems at your finger tips, British Natural History Museum. Best bakery: Aux Merveilleux de Fred, view points at Primrose Hill, Shows: West End - Frozen & Harry Potter! Cezanne at the Tate Modern!

Perfect was the word - fab location, easy to find and absolutely grateful that we could check in early as our flight arrived at 6.30am. The team were also so helpful setting up the sofa when we had an extra join us. We are a family with 5 teenagers and fitted easily into the house. I will recommend to friends and all - book with confidence. It feels as if you’re part of the neighbourhood. The pub noise was minimal and did not disturb us. Easy walking to museums and tube/buses and Kensington high street and Harrods, as well as Kensington palace. It was a delightful stay and made great memories for our family of 7. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy house. Great location! Very clean and comfortable and well-stocked with laundry detergent, soap, paper products, coffee, tea, etc. Check-in and check-out was easy and the team was very welcoming and helpful. This is our second time to rent from a “Perfect” apartment—our first was from Paris Perfect. Would definitely recommend renting any property through this company.

This Mews house is a delight. Everything was in good condition and the compact home was ideal for the 5 of us. Aaron had the house warm for our arrival which made for a lovely first impression. Location excellent walk to two tube stations and royal Albert Hall and V&A right nearby plus Kensington Palace. The tube lines were the ones we needed to get around London…couldn’t be happier with Paris Perfects Kensington B&B, a little home from home in London, we will be back!

Fantastic apartment on quiet street. Everything we needed - no detail was overlooked. Nice to have washer and dryer and appreciate how well stocked the house was with laundry detergent, soap, paper products, coffee etc...lovely decor, comfortable beds. We will be back!

Our family of five had a wonderful 1 week stay in early August! The location was amazing with grocery stores, tube stations, and parks all within 8-14 minutes of walking. The neighborhood area is quaint and quiet - the pub on the corner does an excellent job of pulling people inside for quiet hours and we never had noise issues. There is one mobile air conditioner in the master bedroom which worked well on the one hot day we had. We did utilize the driving service to be picked up from the airport and brought directly to the home - excellent service. Our host was welcoming and incredibly responsive whenever we reached out. We requested that two bedrooms both be split into twin beds for our kids - and it worked great. The master bedroom has a large en-suite with a tub. We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this home/location more. We’d stay here again if we return!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location of the place and the pub on the street was perfect for drinks and easy meals.

The Middleton suited our needs "perfectly" for 6 adults. It is in a great location, accessible to everything either walking or tube. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, air conditioning came in handy (there was no unit on the main floor only in master bedroom). We will definitely book through London Perfect again.

Great location with some nice restaurants and shops close by and a 10 minute walk to the tube which made it easy to get to all the city attractions. You are also a short walk to Hyde park which is really nice. My wife and I were able to stay in the condo comfortably with 4 kids. The host also provided a lot of nice information about the city and potential babysitting and transportation options. There is a bar next door but this did not seem to be an issue as the owner kept people inside after 9:00 pm and there didn't seem to be a lot of noise at night coming from the bar. There is one air-conditioning unit in the upstairs master bedroom that kept the upstairs relatively cool at night.

Our family of 7 stayed here for six nights. Great location near restaurants and shopping and an easy walk to the tube. London was having a heat wave though and it got very warm at night. There is no AC (which is typical for most homes in the UK). We did use the mobile AC unit, which helped to cool the master bedroom, but the other bedrooms remained pretty warm. We also had to plan for use of the one shower, as most in our group preferred showers over baths. In general, we had a very pleasant stay and had everything we needed.

Absolutely perfect spot for our family of 7! The host was so helpful and accommodating. They even recommended an excellent car service who we loved. We used them for transportation to and from the airport and also for a trip to Windsor Castle. The neighborhood is as good as it gets. Extremely safe, gorgeous, and walkable - with fantastic cafes, restaurants, and corner stores. Very easy access to the Gloucester Tube station and walkable to many sites. The pub down the mew was lovely and vibrant. Noise was a non-issue. Guillam Coffee House was a gem - as was Da Mario. A+++++ stay— would recommend wholeheartedly.

Gorgeous house, perfectly located for the first time we brought our kids over to London. The accomodation was exactly as advertised & as shown in the photos. There were little extra touches everywhere that ensured we had everything we could have wanted. The hosts were very helpful, efficient & responsive. Their suggested transfer service from Heathrow made our arrival even easier. Would highly recommend!

The house is beautifully decorated, very well stocked, clean and at a perfect location. The attention and service was also 5 stars, they gladly helped organized a birthday surprise and were very easy to reach.

We had a lovely stay at Middleton. Although we did have a few issues through our stay (no hot water being the biggest), our host was very quick to arrange for someone to come and fix the problem. The location was lovely, and although the pub next door is noisy up until closing time, it is a great place to visit for a drink. Communication from the property was amazing! This property was perfect for our family of five’s trip to London. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to public transportation for easy access to all of London’s attractions. It was as advertised, clean, well-appointed and charming with a/c, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The hosts were wonderful - very responsive, helpful, professional and kind. It is located close to a great pub that served some of the best food we ate during our visit.

Amazing place with full amenities as described. Location is great as well and a short walk to the tube. There’s lots of stores and restaurants around the corner and we felt really safe staying here. Recommend if you are here with friends and family as the place was really cozy!

We loved staying at Middleton! The property is so charming, comfortable, and felt like a real home for my family for the month we stayed. The fittings and furnishings, as you would expect of a 'Perfect' property are attractive and of a high standard. Similarly the kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for great meals with friends and family. The area on the top floor provided a great space for the inevitable 'work from home'. The portable aircon worked well and allowed for a comfortable sleep even on the hottest nights. Overall, everything you could need is there, and it all works exceptionally well. The property is very homely. Middleton is wonderfully located. It is a couple of minutes walk to the coffee shops, restaurants, small supermarkets and other shops of Gloucester Road. It's a few minutes walk to Hyde Park and 10 minutes walk to a large Waitrose and the tube station in one direction and Kensington High Street in the other. The whole of central London is easily and quickly accessible by any number of buses and taxis are available usually within a minute or two via various apps. The pub next door is very cheery, welcoming and we weren't troubled at all by any noise. After many years of renting various properties all around the world, Middleton is by far the best that we have stayed in. We couldn't recommend it strongly enough.

Our stay at London Perfect was wonderful in every way possible. The neighborhood is cozy and safe, yet central to so many of London's key spots . . . A five minute walk to Hyde Park Queen's Gate entrance; a 10 minute walk to both the V & A, the Natural History Museum, and the Science Museum; a five minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall. There were fun neighborhood restaurants within a few minutes walk, and some great shopping on Kensington High Street. The best Whole Foods market I have ever been in is just a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself was clean, comforting, and well-appointed. If you have trouble going up and down steep and narrow stairways, this is an issue because the three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all up on the second floor. We loved our stay at London Perfect, and I hope we can return.

This typical house is located in a mews. It was pristine clean and everything is made convenient for you, in particular for check-in and check-out. The location is prefect for a gateway in London.

Definitely the best apartment I've stayed in. Impeccable in every way: clean, comfortable, stylish, luxurious, great beds. The little outside roof terrace is a lovely bonus. Easy check in and well stocked kitchen - host left wine, coffee, cookies, tea etc. Would like to return for sure and can thoroughly recommend it.

The Middleton apartment is a fabulous place to stay if you're in London for a visit. The apartment is in a fabulous location. It is close to two different tube stops and within quick walking distance of many different shops and restaurants and museums. It is also right next door to a fabulous London pub that respects their neighbors. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. Both bathrooms are functional and large. The convenience of having your own kitchen is great. We loved our stay at the Middleton, and when we return to London, we would definitely stay here again. In addition, the customer service of everyone we worked with at London Perfect was top notch. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone we encountered was from the booking folks to those on the ground in London. Their tips and advice were wonderful.

Great apartment for the price. Very clean, great linens, everything you need is provided. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Very conveniently located, near restaurants and shops. Shower never got super hot. Can be a bit loud outside due to the pub.

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed staying at the Middleton. The location is unbeatable, with 3 grocery stores and a Tube stop within 5 minutes' walk, along with a number of great restaurants, pubs and attractions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was well-appointed, clean, well-stocked and we had a great experience with management being responsive to any concerns we had. We also appreciated the ease of arranging transportation with Lushi Taxis. I would give the stay 5 stars and absolutely will return. We travel to London almost every year and have been looking for a place to become regulars and I think at last, we have found it.

We thought this house was perfectly situated - next-door to a pub, set in a beautiful neighborhood and a direct metro ride to Westminster and the City of London. It was also perfect for our family of 5.

Wonderful five day stay - apartment is in a great location and convenient for walking around London - nicely appointed and comfortable. A true British pub literally right down the block but bar patrons required to go inside after 9pm so still a quiet place to stay as well. Only concern was one bath only had a shower handle in the tub to shower with. Would have liked to have had two true showers as we traveled with another couple and they had to use our shower during the stay. Otherwise, a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

The Middleton was a very wonderful spot for us, three Aunts and a niece! Walking to Kensington, Notting Hill, and Harvey Nichols! Easy tube to West End and theatre, the Embankment, Tate Modern. The space is easy to live in, excellent bedrooms and linens, even supped at home once! This is a good apartment for a week's stay! Two little recommendations: coffee pot is not good, needs a better quality model. Rearranging sofa so it rests against the window/radiator will make more space in open concept living room/dining area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Middleton. It suited our needs perfectly. This was a special trip for our family and Paris Perfect staff were there to answer all our questions and make things run smoothly. We also needed some help with the shower and getting into the house one day and they came immediately and were very helpful. The house matched the pictures and was lovely and well appointed. We had everything we needed. It was in a lovely part of Kensington and close to so many of our favorite things. London was very hot while we were there but there was a portable air conditioning unit in every bedroom and in the living area which helped a lot. I would happily recommend the Middleton in the future.

Great stay! We could not have hoped for better. We LOVED the neighborhood, the local pub just around the corner and the different dining options a few blocks away. The booking process was perfect. I highly recommend London Perfect and the Middleton apartment.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy and welcoming mews home. The location is exceptional. We loved walking to the various local restaurants, Harrod's and especially enjoyed Coco Momo. Partridge's, a charming small market is a short walk away with wonderful baked goods, delicious cheeses and take out items. Although Middleton is next door to a small pub, there is little noise in the street during the early evening hours. The house has a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area, peaceful and nicely decorated bedrooms and updated bathrooms - one with a great shower. The home is within easy walking distance to Kensington Palace and the Victoria and Albert Museum. We also appreciated using the drivers who met us at the airport and picked us up for the return flight. This is the second time I have used London Perfect and I remain a true fan. Renting a home can be stressful, London Perfect makes it a pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at this well-positioned property. We booked over a year in advance and throughout that time the communication with London Perfect, the team that manages this property, was excellent. They were very professional, courteous, and comprehensive. The house is in South Kensington, a very upscale, understated, quiet area where a lot of embassies are located. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the Gloucester tube station. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The beds were a bit hard but the linens were nice. There was a problem with the TV that took a day to fix and also a drainage issue with the shower that we reported so it could be addressed. There was lots of hot water and the space was well designed. Even though there was the 3rd bedroom with twin beds for our 12 year old, he loved sleeping in the perch up on the 3rd floor. It's not a full room per se, but more like a comfy cubby that he loved and felt was his own hideaway. The space looks larger in the photos and I have found this to be true of most HomeAway/Air BnB rentals. There was a small Christmas tree (very sweet and really helped set the holiday ambiance) and cozy blankets. The dishwasher worked well but the washer and dryer took longer to complete cycles than we were accustomed to. The pub next door, The Queen's Arms, is not to be missed! The manager and employees are incredibly friendly and the pub itself is as authentic and off the tourist path as you can get. Also, the noise from the pub quiets down early and didn't interfere with our rest. We did use Lushi, the driver recommended through London Perfect, and we were very pleased that we did. Like London Perfect itself, Lushi was easy to communicate with, prompt, and very professional. It was so nice after getting in from a trans-Atlantic flight to have someone meet us and bring us to the house. Also, the prices were comparable to a cab and there was so much more provided in service in terms of meeting us at the arrival area. London Perfect emailed us with a neighborhood guide that was *very* comprehensive and helpful. Definitely take the time to study this before you go. This was a fabulous trip that was successfully facilitated by this lovely home and London Perfect. Although there were some quirks as mentioned above, they were more than made up for by positives. We are glad we stayed at the Middleton.

We spent 6 days here with our 2 adult sons and had a fabulous time! The neighborhood was beautiful, with great shops and a speciality grocery store just a block away. There were 3 excellent restaurants only a bock away The Tube was 12 minutes away and the Victoria and Albert Museum just a few steps away. The local pub right next door was so much fun and always crowded! They won't allow outdoor drinking after 9:00 pm so it was always quiet. Your staff was very attentive. Whenever we called with a problem (light burned out) they responded immediately! Everyone was very nice and very helpful. We have never had a flat before and this was the ideal way to be with the family!!

Our family of five thoroughly loved the Middleton apartment. The room sizes and configuration worked perfectly for our three children. The location was exceptional. We will be back!

My family enjoyed the Middleton very much. The apartment in Kensington was just right for our family. The Queen's Arms was so convenient to grab a drink and easy dinner after a long day. When I asked for take out dinners they literally let us take our dinner plates to the Middelton! Our guide Maureen Corcoran for Westminster was very knowledgeable and so friendly. A real joy. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of the Middleton.

Great location - walk to Gloucester road Tube for most lines. Two doors from pub - not much noise from here. Plenty of shops for food shopping etc nearby. London Made Perfect made everything easy from start. Any problem was quickly attended to.

The Middleton was a wonderful place to stay in a great location. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We were near some great grocery stores, pubs and the metro. The Italian restaurant on the corner was our favorite as well as the Glouchester Arms pub. The house was very comfortable for the six of us. It was an updated house with so much charm. The London perfect group was extremely helpful, and they did everything they could to make our stay great. The drivers with Lushi were outstanding. We highly recommend this house and especially using London Perfect.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week at the Middleton rental. It was exactly what I was hoping for and more. I wanted a place so we would all be together, not scattered in different hotel rooms. This was a time for my 3 older kids to bond and hang out with one another before they all go their separate ways with their jobs and school. What I liked about the flat was at the end of a long day of sightseeing, we came back to the flat, had our personal space chat, rest, shower then walk to dinner. The location of the flat was key, super close to the Tube, Pubs, markets, everything one might need. I loved getting up in the morning and walking to the stores and picking up fresh fruit and croissants for my kids for breakfast. The beds were all comfortable and it was super convenient to have the washer and dryer, too. We were able to do a few loads of laundry before going to our next leg of our trip. I would also highly recommend you use, Lushi, the driver. He picked us up from the airport, we were tired, never been to London before and he was there, with an air conditioned, van and took us straight to the flat. I would have not liked trying to figure out the Tube with all our luggage and cranky kids. I look forward to using London Perfect for my girls trip next year!

This apartment is tucked away in a quiet street, very close to all the amenities we needed. It is very spacious, and we could all withdraw to our own private spaces when needed. I will definitely visit again.

It is in a great part of London, with close proximity to the tube station, grocery store, pubs and restaurants. The London Perfect staff is very helpful and provides great service. I have recommended the Apartment to others, and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The apartment was clean, sunny, decorated cheerfully and in a very convenient location to the Gloucester underground. The size of the apartment was very comfortable for my wife and two adult children. Eddie greeted us and was very friendly and responsive to our requests. There was a welcoming pub nearby, and great restaurants within walking distance. We would stay there again as we were very happy with our experience.

Middleton was delightful! We had a group of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens) and were very comfortable. Location was superb. The property was beautifully maintained. We would love to return again next year and the next and so forth. Working with LondonPerfect was indeed just that - perfect. Professional, gracious, helpful. I have already recommended your company to several friends. Additionally, The Queen's Arms pub two doors down was a courteous neighbor. We were curious as to how that would be, but quickly found Mike(manager) to be great! They keep it clean, the noise level was acceptable, and by 11 pm there was silence. Very good Sunday lunch there by the way.

We stayed at the Middleton apartment with our two young children and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic - located right near the V&A, Museum of Natural History and Science Center and about two blocks from Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. The flat is perfect for a family of four (or 6). A good size master bedroom and two bedrooms just next door with twin beds are perfect for children. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms. You enter on the ground floor living space and then walk up a fairly narrow staircase to the second floor where the bedrooms are. The third floor has a tiny patio that we never used (but that did not matter at all). The Queens Mews pub a few doors down (literally a 20 second walk from the house) is great - very charming and good food. Gloucester Road and High Street Kensington stops on the Tube are about a 15 (or 20 minute with kids) walk away. There is a market within a 5 minute walk that was very convenient and had everything we needed for our visit. The apartment is modern and renovated with everything you would need. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful 10 days at the Middleton Mews house in December 2013. The house had been renovated immediately prior to our stay and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Staying in a mews house gave us a quintessential London experience. It was very warm and cosy too. The location is exceptional. Kensington is a very beautiful part of London and is a brilliant base for a London holiday. We were within walking distance of both Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations, bus stops, museums, Kensington Palace, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall, Harrods; the list goes on. It was a five minute walk to the shopping village in Gloucester Road where we were able to buy all the groceries we needed. We received excellent service from London Perfect both prior to and during our stay. We were very impressed with the entire experience and would recommend them to the most discerning travellers.
