Middleton

We absolutely loved our stay at Middleton. It was only a few blocks from Kensington Gardens. We loved staying on a mews. It was off the main streets and felt a little more secluded. The Queens Arms next door was fantastic. There were people out at night, but you couldn’t really hear them in the apartment. Plus it was a short walk to go grab a pint. Giuillam Coffee was at the end of the mess which made a morning walk spectacular. Gloucester Station was only a few short blocks and can get pretty much anywhere in the city. Our local contact met us when we arrived and was a text message away if we needed anything at all. Vacation Perfect is a must go to when traveling in Europe now for my family and me. Can’t wait for our next adventure!

We had a fantastic stay at the Middleton. The space was very family‑friendly, comfortable, and well‑equipped, which made traveling with our young kids so much easier. The location was perfect—close to shops, parks, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. We had used the recommended car service from London Perfect for our airport transfers, and the drivers were excellent: punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful. It made both our arrival and departure completely stress‑free. Highly recommend for families looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in London.

We had a great time. The mews house was in a great location in London, with a short walk to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall (we did afternoon tea there), and only a couple doors down from a classic corner pub. Check-in was very seamless, with someone showing us how the appliances worked and a few important tips like the front door keys and thermostat. Also, it was very close to several good restaurants on Gloucester Rd. The listing was very accurate as well, and the bathtub was great after a long day walking and sightseeing.I would 100% stay here again on our next trip to London.

We had a wonderful stay! Very nice greeting, thoughtful touches during the holiday season, plenty of space and an amazing location in a beautiful neighborhood. Two things to consider before choosing this home - the stairs are steep and there is no restroom on the ground level with the living space, the pub next door causes some noise in the evening and early morning during clean up. Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect for our stay! Every room was perfectly decorated and equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The location couldn’t be beat. I would definitely rent this property again!

The location was ideal—central enough to easily walk to many must-see tourist spots, yet close to neighborhoods frequented by locals, which gave us a genuine “everyday Londoner” experience. The area was also very safe. We often walked to local markets and restaurants late into the evening and always felt comfortable. The house played a pivotal role in the success of our trip. Normally, when traveling, there’s always something I end up missing about home—but this time, I felt completely at ease. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have. Another bonus was the charming pub right next door. They serve excellent food with friendly service, and because they close early, there was never any noise issue. In fact, I enjoyed the energy of the early evening rush after work. Since we have younger kids, it was wonderful that my husband and I could slip away for a few minutes, enjoy a drink and a bite to eat, and be back in no time. I would highly recommend Middleton House to anyone visiting London. It truly felt like home away from home!

Great location. Transport access was fabulous.

We loved this cozy Mews apartment in Kensington. It was nice to be away from the touristy buzz and living like a local. We were a group of 4 and each of my grown sons had their own bedroom. The air conditioners in the bedrooms was such a life saver in the London heatwave. We are from the U.S. South but it was still HOT even to us! We really enjoyed the pub next door for a drink and a meal. We also enjoyed the local restaurants on Glouster, including those recommended by the LP team. Close to Tube station to take you anywhere in the City, and also an easy walk to Hyde Park - we attended BST, so much fun! The London Perfect Crew and their preferred chauffeur, Lushi Limos, were on point with picks ups, drop offs and greetings, even after our initial travel plans went a bit haywire. The washer and dryer were really helpful for us to launder everything after the heat, and before departing for our next leg to Germany. Just lovely all around and we are already talking about our next trip! ??❤️??

We (family of 6) loved the Middleton mews house. It was so sweet but had all the amenities you could want. Nice to be on a side street and great to have a cute pub next door (shuts down early no issues). The location is great for walking and convenient shops and cafes nearby (Starbucks, Partridges and Cafe Momo). Would definitely book again.

Stayed with husband, son, daughter and 11-month-old grandson. Cozy place, well-appointed kitchen. Location is wonderful if you don’t mind a lively, friendly neighborhood pub next door. It is active in the evenings, but quiet by 9. We loved the energy, convenience and good food! Near other shops, restaurants, coffee, parks and close to a Tube stop. Check in was flawless and London Perfect was quick to respond to questions. They even forwarded on a jacket I left behind to our next stop in the UK. Would happily stay there again.

Everything was just perfect!

Middleton is in a great location and beautifully set up for our multi-generational family of 5. Even more important, though, was the support we got from the London Perfect staff. When Heathrow shut down and our flights home were delayed for five days, they whipped into action, found us new apartments, and had us all moved by lunch time. Really superior service.

Our family of five spent Christmas in this lovely mew house. Check in was easy and we were greeted with a Christmas tree which was perfect. The location was so convenient - easy walk to the Tube, Royal Albert Hall, and Hyde Park. The pub close by was very cozy and the food good - we ate there the first and last night.

Great place, perfect location and amazing host.

This was a wonderful place for our family of 5. Everyone enjoyed their own bed and the 2 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. While we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen was very well stocked. And since we arrived early on Sunday morning, it was great to be able to settle in before exploring the neighborhood. I have recommended Vacation Perfect to many of our friends. Will definitely be using again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The most wonderful Mews house, complete with wisteria! Charming, ideal location near the Queens Arms. Exactly as described, and fit two adults and six boys perfectly. Perfect location to explore London. Looking forward to returning again!

We spent a week and found the mews home to be perfect for our group of 4 adults and two kids, ages 10 and 12. The unit was clean and the welcome process excellent. The location was great for access to Kensington Palace and the South Ken museums. 7 or 8 minutes to Gloucester tube stop on the Circle and District lines bring the whole city into convenient reach. All in all, a great place to be to introduce our grandkids to London.

Property worked well for our family and was what we expected. Good location. Convenient to underground station for transportation around London, nearby neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores. They were also flexible with us on check in and check out times...very much appreciated. Comfortable accomodations.

Our family loved the apartment. The location is both beautiful and convenient, since you can walk to a bus and subway station. The apartment is very spacious and pretty. We are hoping to come back.

What fantastic stay at Middelton! We loved: Da Mario for Pizza, The Diana Memorial Playground for the kids, The Tower of London, The Household Cavalry Museum, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium & match, walks in Hyde Park. Thanks to London Perfect for an excellent home base! 

What a dream location! Things not to miss: Walk through Hyde Park, concert at Cadogen Hall, explore Sloane Square, Musuems at your finger tips, British Natural History Museum. Best bakery: Aux Merveilleux de Fred, view points at Primrose Hill, Shows: West End - Frozen & Harry Potter! Cezanne at the Tate Modern!

Perfect was the word - fab location, easy to find and absolutely grateful that we could check in early as our flight arrived at 6.30am. The team were also so helpful setting up the sofa when we had an extra join us. We are a family with 5 teenagers and fitted easily into the house. I will recommend to friends and all - book with confidence. It feels as if you’re part of the neighbourhood. The pub noise was minimal and did not disturb us. Easy walking to museums and tube/buses and Kensington high street and Harrods, as well as Kensington palace. It was a delightful stay and made great memories for our family of 7. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy house. Great location! Very clean and comfortable and well-stocked with laundry detergent, soap, paper products, coffee, tea, etc. Check-in and check-out was easy and the team was very welcoming and helpful. This is our second time to rent from a “Perfect” apartment—our first was from Paris Perfect. Would definitely recommend renting any property through this company.

This Mews house is a delight. Everything was in good condition and the compact home was ideal for the 5 of us. Aaron had the house warm for our arrival which made for a lovely first impression. Location excellent walk to two tube stations and royal Albert Hall and V&A right nearby plus Kensington Palace. The tube lines were the ones we needed to get around London…couldn’t be happier with Paris Perfects Kensington B&B, a little home from home in London, we will be back!

Fantastic apartment on quiet street. Everything we needed - no detail was overlooked. Nice to have washer and dryer and appreciate how well stocked the house was with laundry detergent, soap, paper products, coffee etc...lovely decor, comfortable beds. We will be back!

Our family of five had a wonderful 1 week stay in early August! The location was amazing with grocery stores, tube stations, and parks all within 8-14 minutes of walking. The neighborhood area is quaint and quiet - the pub on the corner does an excellent job of pulling people inside for quiet hours and we never had noise issues. There is one mobile air conditioner in the master bedroom which worked well on the one hot day we had. We did utilize the driving service to be picked up from the airport and brought directly to the home - excellent service. Our host was welcoming and incredibly responsive whenever we reached out. We requested that two bedrooms both be split into twin beds for our kids - and it worked great. The master bedroom has a large en-suite with a tub. We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this home/location more. We’d stay here again if we return!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location of the place and the pub on the street was perfect for drinks and easy meals.

The Middleton suited our needs "perfectly" for 6 adults. It is in a great location, accessible to everything either walking or tube. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, air conditioning came in handy (there was no unit on the main floor only in master bedroom). We will definitely book through London Perfect again.

Great location with some nice restaurants and shops close by and a 10 minute walk to the tube which made it easy to get to all the city attractions. You are also a short walk to Hyde park which is really nice. My wife and I were able to stay in the condo comfortably with 4 kids. The host also provided a lot of nice information about the city and potential babysitting and transportation options. There is a bar next door but this did not seem to be an issue as the owner kept people inside after 9:00 pm and there didn't seem to be a lot of noise at night coming from the bar. There is one air-conditioning unit in the upstairs master bedroom that kept the upstairs relatively cool at night.

Our family of 7 stayed here for six nights. Great location near restaurants and shopping and an easy walk to the tube. London was having a heat wave though and it got very warm at night. There is no AC (which is typical for most homes in the UK). We did use the mobile AC unit, which helped to cool the master bedroom, but the other bedrooms remained pretty warm. We also had to plan for use of the one shower, as most in our group preferred showers over baths. In general, we had a very pleasant stay and had everything we needed.

Absolutely perfect spot for our family of 7! The host was so helpful and accommodating. They even recommended an excellent car service who we loved. We used them for transportation to and from the airport and also for a trip to Windsor Castle. The neighborhood is as good as it gets. Extremely safe, gorgeous, and walkable - with fantastic cafes, restaurants, and corner stores. Very easy access to the Gloucester Tube station and walkable to many sites. The pub down the mew was lovely and vibrant. Noise was a non-issue. Guillam Coffee House was a gem - as was Da Mario. A+++++ stay— would recommend wholeheartedly.

Gorgeous house, perfectly located for the first time we brought our kids over to London. The accomodation was exactly as advertised & as shown in the photos. There were little extra touches everywhere that ensured we had everything we could have wanted. The hosts were very helpful, efficient & responsive. Their suggested transfer service from Heathrow made our arrival even easier. Would highly recommend!

Set in a prime location, surrounded by tons of restaurants and near tube stations. Also, a super charming pub only a few doors down the mews. The property managers were also quick to respond and very accommodating. Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Middleton. Although we did have a few issues through our stay (no hot water being the biggest), our host was very quick to arrange for someone to come and fix the problem. The location was lovely, and although the pub next door is noisy up until closing time, it is a great place to visit for a drink. Communication from the property was amazing! This property was perfect for our family of five’s trip to London. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to public transportation for easy access to all of London’s attractions. It was as advertised, clean, well-appointed and charming with a/c, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The hosts were wonderful - very responsive, helpful, professional and kind. It is located close to a great pub that served some of the best food we ate during our visit.

Amazing place with full amenities as described. Location is great as well and a short walk to the tube. There’s lots of stores and restaurants around the corner and we felt really safe staying here. Recommend if you are here with friends and family as the place was really cozy!
