Our host was amazing!

Beautiful, spacious home in an extremely safe and convenient area. Whole Foods grocery and all the shops and transport are on High Kings Road just around the corner. The home is luxuriously designed with high quality furnishings and Americanized...full size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, air conditioning, separate washer and dryer, king size bed in master. This is a ground floor apt so it isn't the brightest but there is outdoor space in the back, which we didn't use due to inclement weather. Kitchen is very well stocked, we cooked breakfast every morning and had take-away as a family on their large dining table. Exactly what we wanted to do. Communication with this rental company is excellent and immediate. I had a minor issue at midnight and someone texted me back within 10 minutes. Super impressed by that. They also accommodated us with our extra requests without any issues. If you are overseas but you don't want to forfeit any of the American luxuries you are accustomed to, this is the home for you. It makes traveling with family so stress free.....

We have stayed in apartments with Paris Perfect 7 times and now with London Perfect 6 times. The last 3 times have been in Kensington Court and in fact today have reserved it for two weeks in 2026. I guess that in itself should let you know what we think of this apartment and its care by London Perfect. A single floor, spacious, well equipped and appointed in quality detail. Though it provides a very pleasant neighborhood feel and comfort its location also provides for many experiences and accesses. A 3 minute walk to Whole Foods and just a minute or two more to Mark & Spenser. A 15 minute walk to Royal Albert Hall, 18 minute walk to the V & A Museum, and a 5 minute walk to Kensington Gardens and the Kensington Palace. Around the corner on the same block as the apartment is a small but superb Italian restaurant as well as bakery shops for breakfast and a late afternoon snack. And to explore the rest of London and its Plays, museums and restaurants it only is an 8 minute walk to the Kensington High Street Tube Station. It just is a perfect apartment and location from which to explore all London has to offer and to be able to return from the explorations and walks to rest in quality comfort for the next days experiences -- as a play on words, it does facilitate a London Perfect experience.

Our stay at Kensington Court Apartment was absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation—making it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The flat itself is beautiful, with amazingly comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities, including a full-size refrigerator, freezer, washer, and dryer. The apartment is spacious, with cozy corners perfect for reading and relaxing after a busy day. We always book through Vacation Perfect, whether in London, Paris, or Tuscany, and they never disappoint. Their staff is consistently professional, helpful, and organized. We especially appreciate the detailed information folders and guides provided, which are such useful tools during our stay. This apartment is truly a 5 out of 5 stars, and we highly recommend it!

Lovely, convenient, easy to live in and spacious for five adults with easy access to shopping, restaurants and the tube. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

Well managed property with great communication. Location was superb. Flat itself was well furnished and equipped.

The apartment is excellently located, and very very comfortable. Although we were only three adults, myself, my wife and my daughter's mother in law, all over 80, sharing the apartment worked well because the rooms were very independent. The kitchen was very handy, even if we did not cook. A great place to stay.

We loved our stay at Kensington Court. It was the perfect sanctuary to rest and relax in between our adventures in London. The warm floors were a bonus as the weather was freezing during our time there! The space heaters were also super beneficial. The only negative piece was the wiggly faucets- might need to be serviced. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Wonderful Apartment Very spacious.

This was the perfect flat for our extended family to stay in London! Our group ranged from teens to 85-year-old grandparents. Thanks to the ground floor location (just a few easy entry steps with a railing), the more senior members of our party had an easy time entering and exiting the flat. The flat itself had everything we needed and it was so nice to have a full kitchen and dining space to cook and eat together when we didn't feel like eating out. There are 2 grocery stores just a few minutes walk away, along with coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and pretty much anything else you could need. The flat is in the heart of Kensington and even though it is just a block or so off High Street, you feel sheltered from the hustle and bustle. Also, it is a very short walk to High Street Kensington to catch the tube. It was a great place to stay and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone staying in London!

Our family of 5 stayed in Kensington Court in July. Absolutely loved it! Great apartment, great location, easy to access any transportation we needed. Enjoyed exploring the local restaurants tucked away on side streets (much quieter and less touristy than on High St). The London Perfect office staff were super helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and well-appointed flat. The street was very quiet and a great location- only a 5-minute walk from Kensington High Street tube. There was plenty of room for our family of five. We would love to stay here again!

This is the most stunning and easy-to-access flat we could have imagined for our recent stay in London. Photos are accurate (yes, it’s that beautiful), easy access to the high street, and quality linens and beds.

It made our vacation in London very positive and enjoyable, and as this was our second stay in Kensington Court we have now fallen in love with the apartment and its location. My family of six stayed here for two weeks and we could not have asked for more. The apartment is stunning and the location is superb. Do not hesitate to book this gorgeous place. The reservation process was extremely easy with an appropriate amount of communication. Our greeting and orientation to the flat was efficient and helpful. The flat itself is well designed, beautifully decorated, well appointed, and comfortable. The location was excellent, convenient to numerous restaurants and shopping. I would wholeheartedly recommend London Perfect and this flat in particular. When we return to London, we will arrange accommodations through London Perfect, and may even request this flat.

Choosing to stay here was the best decision we could have made! The place is even more beautiful in person compared to the pictures! And location, it doesn’t get any better than this. We were close to everything we needed and the places we wanted to visit. This was our first time to London and we would choose this place again when we go back! Excellent property!

This flat was just as lovely as it appeared in the photos. It is in a fabulous location. Lots of restaurants and Whole Foods nearby. Beautiful Hyde Park across the street. Underground and bus stops within a short walking distance. We could not have been happier. We will definitely come again.

The Apartment is just how it appears, just beautiful. We were there for our daughter's wedding and had a beautiful night with our family that came in. I would definitely stay again

Our family of 6 visited London for a week. Great stay in this apartment. Unit is tucked away on a quaint street just off High Street Kensington. Apartment is clean, well-organized and very nicely furnished. Whole Foods, Starbucks and the Marks and Spence Food Hall are a short walk away. Getting around in London was easy in that the Tube and Busses are very close.

The Kensington Court flat is by far my favorite stay in London. The property is better than the photos, it's gorgeous! And has all amenities one could ask for. The beds, linens and towels are all high quality. The kitchen is well equipped if you decided to cook. And all the baths are beautiful, incredibly clean with great water pressure. But it really is the location that makes it stand out. Just a 2 min walk to Kensington gardens and palace. A beautiful way to start every morning walking through the area. Minutes from cafes, shops and a Whole Foods Market. That all said, the staff at London Perfect is fantastic to work with. The communication was hands down the best I've had. From my initial enquiry to throughout my stay, they checked in and followed up. The internet was disrupted during my stay and the greeter was fast to fix it. Also, you must use the recommended taxi service for transportation. Such a wonderful human, very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

My family and I, (six people) spent one week here in early December. We could of stayed here forever. Your flat was exactly the way it was described in the photos. Impeccably clean throughout. The beds were the most comfortable that I've ever slept in. Well stocked with linen, paper products, dishes and utensils. Plenty of room for my family. Our greeter, Baker, was prompt, personable, and professional. Very attentive to our needs. Tucked away on a quiet street, yet in close proximity to the main thoroughfare in Kensington (High Street). Restaurants, stores, and cafes were all within a stone's throw. Access to the underground (High Street Kensington Station) was a five minute walk, as well as to taxis, and bus service. Central London via the District and Circle lines were quick and easy. We lacked for nothing. Lushi's taxi service to and from Heathrow airport was perfect, would highly recommend. Our experience was definitely a five star rating or a 10/10. We'll be staying here again. Thanks from all of us!
