Hyde Park

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy apartment in the heart of Kensington. The place was clean, comfortable,and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in was smooth and very welcoming. The host met us and clearly explained everything about the apartment, which made us at ease right away. The communication with the hosting team prior to and during the trip was excellent and very easy. They provided a very informative arrival document with a helpful neighborhood guide including restaurants, shops, and transportation options, which made it very easy for us. The bed was firm and very comfortable, and it was perfect for resting after a long day of walking. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure. The Gloucester tube stop and Waitrose grocery were nearby ( around a 10-minute walk). The apartment location is excellent and close to everything you need. We had a fantastic time and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Hyde Park for the week before Christmas. The apartment was comfortable and cozy and in a wonderful location. Communication with London Perfect was great. We will definitely rent from them in the future!

We loved our stay at Hyde Park. The location is outstanding - quiet street just two blocks from the park an near a great local pub. The apartment was quiet and clean! This is my second London Perfect apartment and I’ve also stayed 3 times with Paris Perfect. Definitely get their driver to transport you to and from the airport!

This is a comfortable quiet place in a prime location with a modern bathroom at a reasonable price. We will stay here again when we return to London.

Great location, great value for money!

My daughter and I stayed for five nights at Hyde Park. We had a lovely stay. London Perfect provided fans for us so even the hottest London days were comfortable. We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants and easy access to the tube. The French coffee press was a welcome addition for me and the shortbread was enjoyed by my daughter. We’ve rented with London Prefect before and have never been disappointed. All the details are taken care of and the staff at their office is top notch. Thank you for a very lovely stay!

Wonderful location, accessible to two Tube stops with a nice selection of shops, groceries, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood felt very safe at all times.

The Hyde Park home is in a nice, quiet area with easy access to the Tube and bus systems. Plenty of small restaurants and a grocery store all within a few minutes walk. The unit itself was small for our travel party (2 adults and 2 teens) but we only needed space to shower and sleep. It was clean and stocked well with everything we needed. The only minor disappointment was that the outdoor patio area could not be used due to some pending repairs. The extra space was definitely missed. The staff at London Perfect was very helpful and responsive and the suggested transport vendor was wonderful. Overall, we felt very well taken care of.

From finding and booking the property online to meeting our host at the front door was seamless. Our host gave us a tour of the fun and bright flat, and showed us how things worked right down to the TV remote! The location was perfect for our stay, close to coffee shops, the Gloucester Tube station (which will get you anywhere you want to go), convenience stores, and tons of restaurants. The flat is located on the backside of a very busy street but we heard no street noise! A pub (The Queens Arms) at the end of our cobblestone street was a treat to pop in and have a nightcap after a busy, full day, of sightseeing! On our arrival we decided to take the Tube from Heathrow to the flat. Super easy to figure out. Took about 35 minutes, and then about a four block walk from the station. The flat is located in a very vibrant neighborhood. We felt completely safe during the day and evening.

We have stayed in several London Perfect properties with a consistently good experience. This was our second time staying in the Hyde Park within three months. It is in a perfect Kensington location, quiet and charming, and apartment itself is sparkling clean and cheerfully decorated. The bed is comfortable, the closet space ample, and the kitchen and bathroom are modern and well-functioning. A new washer/dryer machine installed since our first stay was a welcome addition. Of note, the apartment is ground level with steep stairs leading down into the living space. A patio is off the living room. London Perfect is always our first choice for housing when visiting London and we would happily consider the Hyde Park again for a future stay.

Such a fun gem, in a great location. While small, the space is thoughtfully used so it is just right for a couple. The skylight and patio help it be light despite being below ground. And there is plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases.

This property is well located near restaurants, shopping, university, and transportation. It is cozy and well equipped. Enjoyed the upscale feel and books that were available.

Great location, clean, small for a family but we knew that to be fair, the garden helped a lot though, no ac but they supplied 2 fans. Thanks guys, very professional company.

What a gem this place is and situated in the nicest area with lots of grocery stores, pubs, restaurants and close to the Gloucester Tube station. We felt like locals, eating at Coco Momo, Meekhun, and walking everyday to Hyde Park. We were able to truly travel around London by tube, walking, cab etc. The location being perfect. The flat itself was just the right size for us- being two adults and one child. I wouldn’t come back with more than that, it would just be to tight. Our daughter slept on a pullout in the living area and we slept in the bedroom. We were comfortable and enjoyed the space immensely. As a bonus, the back garden patio is a lovely spot to have dinner. We had all the amenities we needed; comfortable spaces, the bathroom was great, kitchen perfect and the laundry was a definite plus for us. Also the space is really decorated lovely. I would definitely come back to this place, it’s truly the cutest flat.

The apartment was great! A perfect size for our family of four. The kids slept on the pull-out chairs in the living room which worked out fine. The kitchen had great amenities. The location was great - easy to walk to Hyde Park, and to the Gloucester Road tube station. A beautiful area to be in. We really liked it and would be glad to come back and visit again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, great amenities in the kitchen - and great overall. Good location near the Gloucester Road tube station, short walk to Hyde Park. Stayed with 2 older kids who slept in living room and they said it was comfortable for sleeping. It's a bit tight with 4 people, but it worked and was worth it for the great location.

Really lovely place, small and compact. The linen is top quality, all the amenities in the kitchen also top stuff. Really good location near Hyde Park, Kensington Palace. Tube a short walk away. We went with our two young kids, probably a little cramped for family of 4. The kids sleep and you’re really left without a place to hang and drink since the foldout beds are right in the living room. Still a fantastic little place that was amazingly clean. Would love to come back without kids to really enjoy the space more. Easy check in. Clean!!! Super clean. Really nice shower….but can become a bit wet after 4 folks go through it. Place is perfect for 2.

Location of Hyde Park Apartment is convenient to museums, restaurants, transportation and churches. LP staff are responsive. Lushi car service is top notch! Another fabulous experience with LP!

This is honestly one of the best vacation rentals I have booked. The apt. was very well maintained and equipped with all the amenities (soap, shampoo, a bottle of wine in the fridge, coffee, etc.) The location was super convenient. Beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood within short walking distance to markets, the underground, a few great pubs, cafes, etc. We loved having a kitchen to eat breakfast every morning before setting out to see the sights. We also cooked dinner several times as well and the kitchen had everything you might need. We appreciated the greeter who met us the first day and got us all situated. We would definitely book this location again! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. From booking to check-out, London Perfect’s service was excellent. We used their car service because we were arriving very early. Also excellent service. The apartment is spotless clean and well-appointed with everything you could want/need. We didn’t cook any meals, but it looked as if everything you’d need is there. There was even a new bottle of milk, a fresh carton of OJ, a bottle of wine, cookies, sugar, tea and coffee for us to enjoy. We were there in January and the radiator heat worked well. The shower was excellent. The apartment was very quiet. The closest tube station, Gloucester, is an easy, short walk. It is very well connected, and served by the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines. Hyde park is also a short walk in the opposite direction. We easily walked to the Victoria & Albert Museum as well as the Museum of Natural History, Harrod’s and Green Park. Nearby dining we tried and liked were: Da Mario (make reservations; always poppin’ busy), The Queen’s Arms Pub (at the end of the Mews the apt is on), Coco Momo and Comptoir Libanais. We had a lovely nightcap at the bar in hotel Meliá on Saturday night. Their restaurant, Hispania Kensington, looked absolutely charming, but was only open Thursday/Friday/Saturday and we were leaving Tuesday, otherwise, we’d have tried it. The bar was very quiet which was a welcome respite after a busy, loud day out and about in the city. There is a large grocery store, Waitrose, right next to the Gloucester tube and an awesome little market closer to the apartment (on Gloucester Rd), called Partridge’s. My only complaint is that the bed was rock-hard. If you like a *really* firm bed, shouldn’t be a problem for you. For me, it wasn’t great, but this is a problem I have with most places I stay. I ended up sleeping on the roll-away bed which was somewhat better. Not ideal, but I was grateful it was there :-). If it weren’t for that issue, I’d not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful Mews apartment for our family of 3. Great, central and quiet location, the famous Italian restaurant where the late Princess Diana with William and Harry dined just around the corner. Nice pubs with American sports TV close by. Very clean and organized, it has everything we needed for our stay, even the converted adaptors for the outlets! Also, even though it is on the basement level, we found the huge skylight window is so cool! Our tween son found the book from the shelf, he enjoyed reading before bed (returned to its spot :-)). The optional taxi service was wonderful, the driver got us right from the airport to the flat and let us check in earlier. We will come back to this flat again next time!

This place is FANTASTIC! Great location, walkable to the Gloucester tube stop, shops, restaurants, museums, Kensington Gardens, as well as close to the local Waitrose grocery store. Clean, tidy, everything you need for your stay. Comfortable bed and nice furniture. Definitely the quietest place we've stayed in London as it is on a mews (alleyway behind main road that was once for the horse stables). There is also a great lively pub down at the other end of the mews with good food. (Pro tip: go early on Sunday for the Sunday roast as they sell out, but the fish and chips was a great second choice for dinner.) Host team was also great. Met us on arrival, made sure we knew where everything was and how it all worked. Great communication in advance including instructions. And they arranged our airport transit. Of note, there are stairs down to the apartment. Oh and while it lists a washer, it is actually a combined washer/dryer unit.

We enjoyed our stay, but mainly the caring of the staff of London Perfect is what we appreciate the most. Thank you for taking care of us and being so helpful. This is a lovely mews on Hyde Park, it is of course well situated with facilities around the corner. For a couple, we found it quite pleasant.

I would stay here again - well-appointed and in a great location.

We loved this location. It felt safe and our kids were able to explore the area without adults with no issue (we do not live in a city, so this is not something they are used to). The apartment was well furnished and spotless. Everything was comfortable. I only wish they has a better system for checking in that did not require connecting with a person to get in. Travel schedules and traffic in London are unpredictable and that added stress to the travel. Otherwise, we loved it and would stay there again.

This was a great location for my family. Having two teenage kids, I appreciated how close it was to restaurants and museums. They were able to explore on their own. It is close to trains, bus line, and lots of shops and cafes. The only downside to the apt is that it can feel a little cold even in summer due to its ground-level location. There is a heater available. I would imagine it is pretty cold in winter months. Very beautiful and well decorated apartment.

Fantastic Airbnb, we stayed with our toddler and it was perfect for us. Quiet, clean, and well decorated. Great location for getting all over London. And since it's below ground it was really cool, which was especially nice during the heat. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! My family came with my two teenage sons. We were out and about each day, mostly traveling by subway, to see various sites around London. We ended our days at the apartment, often eating at one of the nearby restaurants or pubs. This worked out perfectly for us and I would recommend it highly!

Outstanding quality/price ratio. Very attentive host made communications seamless throughout the stay. The apartment is beautiful, perfectly located in South Kensington in a quiet mews. Highly recommended!!

We can't rave enough about our stay at Hyde Park. For our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children ages 9 an 11), this was a perfect home base. The beds are incredibly comfortable; the kitchen is well appointed; the use of space is optimal in that everyone had space to enjoy down time at the home. The location is ideal, a short walk to the Tube station as well as the park and many excellent restaurants, shops and pubs. You spoiled us with your personalized service. The meet and greet team was kind and helped us in an instant when there was one slight issue with the hot water (it was resolved quickly.) Thank you again for a fabulous stay. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely apartment!

Perfectly situated apartment in the Kensington area. Less than 3 blocks to Kensington Park, about a mile to Harrods and super close the Gloucester tube station (which had 3 lines connecting you almost everywhere). The apartment was very clean, organized, and spacious. I stayed in the winter and did not use the backyard, but it looked like a nice place to unwind with a glass of wine :). Bedroom was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a meal at home. I also appreciated the nice touches for the Christmas season like the mince pies! Would recommend this location and stay here again.

Great experience. Helpful hosts. Stylish apartment with interesting books, and tasteful decor. Everything is in great condition. Perfect location. Short walk to Hyde Park and the tube. Short cab ride to everything in the Center of London. Awesome Italian restaurant nearby - Da Mario (highly recommended, don't hesitate to tip and your experience will be even better). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The location was perfect! The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed for our week-long stay. The bed was very comfortable. The laundry was a big plus! There was some construction going on close by and it was a little disruptive for a day or two of our stay, but it really ended up not being a problem and it was generally very quiet.

A cozy spot in an amazing neighborhood! This place was comfortable, well designed, and located on an adorable mews. The bed is built for a great night of sleep. Our greeter was so kind and knowledgeable about the space and it was a pleasure to be welcomed by her. Would stay again!

Basement not necessarily unpleasant in full heat and clear. You can find everything you need there... and even more. Contact with London Perfect rather by email. Good responsiveness. Only downside noisy and early morning neighborhood (not only because of the works in the building opposite)

Excellent! Wonderful experience. Was honoured to be the first rental however I had forgotten to leave comments on its guest book. OMG. The property was beautifully decorated and amenities were more than excellent. Location was a stone throw away from local shops, cafes, supermarkets and a stroll away to Hyde Park. Noise was an absolute minimum. Very very cosy. Will definitely look out for this unit again in future.
