Other than a small and bit of a cumbersome shower, it was a lovely stay and enjoyed everything! Appreciated the firm beds. We'll definitely stay again if we return to London.

The Christie is big enough to meet the needs of a couple. It is well facilitated for doing your own cooking. It is nicely located near several grocery stores and many good restaurants and cafes and interesting product and service shops. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. The flat was comfortably furnished and clean. We are just about 80 in age and the only thing that was a slight problem for my wife was the tub-shower combo. It could use a small step stool and a safety grab bar to aid access into the tub. We prefer a walk-in shower. We had to switch sleeping sides on the bed because my wife could not get in and out on the side that is very close to the wall and radiator. An update on a new mattress may be warranted. And note all you Yanks, what we call a stovetop or range above the oven, our cousins of the Crown call a "hob". Works the same.

This was the perfect place to stay. It was really accessible to public transportation, and the area was beautiful. Next time we visit London, we would definitely try and stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Such a great location in central London. A secret hideaway so close to High St Kensington, Hyde Park and so much more. Great, small apartment with wonderful kitchen. Thoroughly recommend.

This was my second stay at the Christie. Lushi Limos made our arrival and departure so convenient and pleasant. Thank you, Ricky! The apartment had a few decor changes and is well equipped but the front door to the building still slams loudly (not London Perfect's fault I’m sure). We always enjoy the Kensington neighborhood with all the shops, restaurants , gardens and museums, and our "local" Bailey and Sage for goodies, Cote for French and St. Mary's Abbott for church bells and a charming short cut to Kensington High Street. Lovely at the end of the day to come back to a comfortable roomy attractive apartment.

We absolutely loved staying at the Christie apartment. It was exceptionally well located, close to bus and tube station. Loads of shopping minutes away. Whole Foods and Marks and Spencer’s were 5 minutes away. There were many restaurants virtually a stones throw away. Coordinating with Amy was a pleasure, thanks Amy. Having Lushi pick us up was perfection! We would definitely book the Christie again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our London stay in the Christie apartment. It was comfortable and had a well appointed kitchen. So convenient to 2 tube stations, wonderful restaurants (especially Jacuzzi and Dishoom), groceries, shopping…Lushi picked us up and returned us to LHR which was such a luxury! We will definitely stay with London Perfect again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during Christmas, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Underground tube station, which made getting around London so easy. There’s also a Whole Foods nearby for all your grocery needs, and if you're looking for something a bit more affordable, the Mark & Spencer Food Hall is just a few more steps away. We were also surrounded by amazing restaurants. Some of our favorites included The Ivy for classic British fare, Dos Mochis which serves a unique Japanese-Mexican fusion, Krokodilos for delicious Greek cuisine, and Dishoom for a fantastic Indian meal. You really couldn’t ask for a better food scene right on your doorstep! We also had the pleasure of working with London Perfect, who were absolutely amazing. They helped us with everything from arranging catering options to setting up transportation to and from the airport. Their service was top-notch and really made our trip even more seamless. The flat itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, which was especially convenient for us as we decided to cook our Christmas meal at the apartment. The kitchen had all the tools and utensils necessary for a full holiday feast, making it feel like a home away from home. This was a fantastic base for our family Christmas in London—great location, great service, and all the comforts we could ask for. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous London vacation and the property and location were such a perfect fit for us. This property is perfect for 2-3 people I would say and we loved everything about it. You are nestled beneath a beautiful church that is on a quaint little walk tucked away from traffic and very safe and with a local flavor. You are also just steps away from High Street Kensington with tons of shopping, restaurants, and everything you could want, but also tucked away in a quiet little walkway called Kensington Church Walk. There is a Whole Foods, a convenience store, multiple pubs, and several great restaurants within a very short walk. Kensington Garden/Hyde Park is a ten minute walk in one direction and Holland Park is a fifteen minute walk in the other direction and both are incredibly beautiful and would highly recommend hopping on one of the many available pedal assist bike rentals to really take it in. The first ten minutes on the bikes are free every day too. You are a two minute walk to the High Street Kensington underground train station which connects you to anywhere in London and we used this over and over again to get all around the city. The Elephant and Castle pub is steps away and a very local style pub and also the Greene House right around the corner. Our favorite restaurant was Dishoom and what an incredible restaurant that was. I still can't stop thinking about it. We also loved Jacuzzi, and the Ivy, and don't miss a breakfast roll from Gregg's if you have the chance while in London. Thanks for the memories and a wonderful London experience. We took the train to Hampton Park Palace one day and hopped on a Thames river cruise from there to Richmond where Ted Lasso was filmed. Afternoon tea in Richmond and walking around was followed by a double decker bus to the train station which took us right back to our stop. Incredible half day excursion. We also took a train to Paris one morning and came back that same night (long day for sure).

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location. Easy access to shops, public transport and the parks. Will definitely stay here again when we return to London.

Great location, close to Kensington Palace and other London tourist sites. Beautiful quiet location with quaint lane and shops opposite. Useful grocery supplies in kitchen. We hope to visit again.

Christie is a great apartment with a well-arranged use of space and with everything you need in order to feel right at home in the wonderful city of London. A surplus is it's location in a great neighborhood where you'll find fun shops, cafes and historical sights worth exploring. Our stay went flying by too quickly! Thank-you Perfect London!

This was a perfect apartment in a quiet location that was also extremely close to restaurants, groceries and public transport. The apartment was extremely clean and I was very comfortable - the apartment had everything I needed. As a single traveller, I also felt very safe. I used the driving services recommended by London Perfect (Lushi's drivers) and they were exceptional - thank you for everything!

This location was amazing. Quiet neighborhood, but still close to tons of things to walk to and easily accessible. I would definitely stay at this location again. They do greet you on sight to check you in and answer questions.

The Christie Apartment is a cheerful, one bedroom on a quiet mews just off High Street Kensington. I loved the convenient location, well stocked kitchen, and light filled living/dining room. Having Saint Mary Abbotts Church as your neighbor means you can watch little ones on their walk to school out the kitchen window and listen to exquisite church bells on Sunday. I loved staying here and look forward to another visit.

We had a great stay. The apartment was comfortable and great location. I do think you might want to let people know bedroom is located right next to building entry. There a light that stays on all night and the noise of this function. I’m a heavy sleeper so did not bother me. Please let us know when this apartment is available again and we will book a return.     

Amazing Apartment in a Great Location. The communication with London Perfect from booking to arrival was excellent and they even had a greeter waiting for us to check in. The unit is spacious enough for a family of four and the location can't be any better. Located on a quiet little street, three minutes to the tube station, grocery stores and lots of restaurants on Kensington High Street. Highly recommend booking with London Perfect and this unit in particular.

The apartment was perfect for our holiday for our family of three. Sunny, bright, clean and very comfortable. All the conveniences are close by to make a meal at the apartment or go out for a coffee or restaurant. The location made for terrific stay. The apartment is adjacent to a church yard so its quiet and its hard to believe we were in the heart of Kensington. The staff were helpful and all the essentials provided. Would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return sometime soon.

One bedroom apartment was on main floor with several stairs outside of building but all easy for luggage and daily activities. Very quiet and charming side alley street with several coffee shops and other convenience stores and restaurants close. Tube was around the corner allowing access to anyplace in London quickly and economically. Not near busy tourist area so it was nice to arrive back at apartment even though we mostly trained or taxied to museums, bars, theatres and restaurants. I would stay here again and enjoyed the respite from active London in a very upscale neighborhood at a fraction of the cost of a high end hotel which would not provide ability for kitchen, clothes washing and living area space. We have also stayed in Paris Perfect apt on the Isle de Cite at Place Dauphine. Both places have been perfect.

Check-in, cleaning, service while staying at the flat, check-out : everything was perfect and convenient. 5 minutes walk from Kensington Gardens and Holland Park. 2 minutes from the shopping street High Street Kensington. Would definitely recommend London Perfect and this flat!

Warm, cosy, comfortable apartment, everything was thought of, even the Christmas Tree! Great location, near to cafe, restaurants, shopping, museums and art galleries. Very quiet, despite being a couple of minutes from Kensington High Street. The greeter was very informative, loved his tip on shortcut to Kensington Palace and park. Lushi Limos were excellent, on time and very helpful with luggage.

This apartment has a phenomenal location just a block from Kensington High Street tube station and a couple blocks to Kensington gardens. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lots of light from big windows and nicely decorated. Local staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also a nice Whole Foods just a couple blocks away for groceries and takeout. Our family of four was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The flat was perfect for our family of three. Everything we needed was included and the neighborhood was the perfect location for all our activities. We were amazed at how quiet this flat was given it is right in the middle of Kensington. We particularly enjoyed the convenient restaurants and groceries and Tube and bus stops. Thank you! Apt was nice. Plenty of room. The driver that picked us up and took us back to airport was great and on time. The website was easy to navigate to book tours. All the tours went well and no issues, was a perfect vacation. Really liked the lunch cruise on the Thames and London Tower visit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Christie for a few days. I was by myself, and a bit nervous to be in a big city that I did not know well. I was thrilled with Christie's central location, lots of tube and bus connections nearby plus I could walk in Kensington Gardens every morning. I was a bit hesitant to stay in an apartment and not a hotel as I love to have early morning coffee in the breakfast room at my hotel, needless to say I was thrilled that my lovely greeter Ellen had stocked the apartment with everything I could need. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The only thing I would mention to other guests is that there are steps leading into the building and the step in and out of the tub was pretty high. Not a problem for me, but could be for some. Christie will definitely be my home away from home next time I am in London.

The flat was perfectly situated, just a short walk to High Street Kensington and near pubs, restaurants, shopping. It is well appointed and cozy. The great room in particular is sunny and comfortable, and the kitchen is just right. The only issue for us was the bedroom. Its windows are on the terrace/entry level of the building at eye level for people standing outside. That is solved by keeping the curtains and shades drawn at all time when in the flat. One side of the bed does not allow for much room to get in and out; it's right at the radiator and the windows. However, the London Perfect staff provide the very best service and attention which more than compensates for the bit of inconvenience described. I would not hesitate to rent apartments from London Perfect including the Christie where we stayed.

We just loved our stay at the Christie apartment in Kensington. The location could not be beat. It was a charming walk down the lane by St. Mary Abbots Church to get to the apartment. Every day we would see locals walking their dogs or sitting outside their shops enjoying the neighborhood. Also, the location could not have been more convenient for transportation, shopping and dining. The layout of the apartment was perfect. We enjoyed the sitting room and looking out over the lane. We walked to Kensington Gardens, Kensington Palace, the V&A, Royal Albert Hall and many other local attractions. It was a special time to be in London because it was the week preceding the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI. As such, we were able to hear the bells from the church tower close by the Christie as they practiced for special services honoring the approaching historic day.

The Christie met all our needs and expectations! Easy arrival (Lushi picked us up at the airport) and meeting with our greeter (Ellen). We had room to spread out, work (remotely via electronics), relax, snack, eat meals (breakfast for us) and plan our next day. We enjoyed the location....easy walk to the tube, Hyde Park, and shops and restaurants. 15-20 minute walk to Notting Hill, 35 minute walk to the V&A. Nice residential location. Only negatives: small bedroom (but two closets) and small bathroom (by US standards). If you stay here, be sure you understand how to work the heat when your greeter shows you! Would definitely stay here again!

My sister and I were pleased with the apartment. The location was perfect to the tube station and for access to grocery stores and other shopping. The apartment itself was adequate for the two of us. I will use London Perfect for future stays in London.

I cannot recommend London Perfect and the Christie enough! The apartment was a perfect size and in a fantastic location. Near all the major tube and bus stops and having a Whole Foods 2 minutes away was perfect. The little lane that the apartment faces is beyond adorable and the added bonus is that no cars are driving by. The location is often remarked upon in guide books as a must see "instagrammable" spot. Everything was clean and well appointed. The only downside (although it didn't bother me) was that the bedroom is dark because it looks out onto the patio of the apartment building and for privacy purposes there are dark shades on half of the window in the bedroom. The bedroom window is also located where people come in and out of the apartment (although honestly I barely saw or heard anyone coming in and out). Again, just a note, but would definitely would not affect my decision to stay there again. In fact, I know I will be back and look forward to visiting the Christie and London again!

My wife and I enjoyed an amazing week staying at the "Christie" in Kensington. The apartment is perfectly appointed and situated in the best neighborhood in London. There are boutiques, fantastic restaurants, a Whole Foods Market, pubs, two tube stations, and a majestic church all within very close walking distance. The apartment is very quiet, and it is nice to stroll through the neighborhood admiring the upscale flats, cottages, and gardens - even taking the opportunity to pass a majestic church on the way to the High Street Kensington station. The staff at London Perfect are available to assist with questions and recommendations, and we found their regular posts/articles on Facebook to be a great resource for planning various aspects of our itinerary - such as best rooftop bars, various walking tours, and most interesting pubs. In particular, we enjoyed eating at Dishoom (Indian) and hanging out at Elephant and Castle (Pub) while near the apartment. It is hard to imagine a better accommodation than the Christie, and we are eager to stay again in the near future.

Christie is a fantastic apartment in a lovely neighborhood and very close to High Street Kensington tube station. Marks & Spencer Food Hall and Hyde Park. The apartment had everything we needed. Our greeter met us at the apartment and made us feel very welcome after a long flight. It was great to be so close to public transportation so we could get to the sights in the city. But it was just as nice to come back to a relaxing neighborhood. There are great food and drink choices nearby. Our son loved the Diana Memorial Playground. My husband picked up some excellent craft beers at the grocery store and we enjoyed take out & great flat whites from Patisserie Valerie. Thank you for an excellent stay in London!

We absolutely loved this apartment from the moment we pulled up to the quaint neighborhood off Kensington Church Street. The location was perfect. It was quiet but so close to Kensington High Street we could walk to grab groceries or a pint at the local pub. Hyde Park and Kensington Palace are within walking distance and a great way to spend the afternoon. The apartment itself was beautiful and we appreciated the champagne, tea, biscuits, coffee, orange juice, milk, and eggs, that were left along with other goodies. We loved the way the front room was set up for our kids and the towels and bedding provided was excellent - this is not always the case when you rent apartments. The apartment had toiletries and kitchen items, so we did not have to purchase these. There was a greeter waiting for us when we arrived and we also used the car service which I recommend. We all loved this apartment and could not wait to get back and relax after a day of sightseeing. We also loved the eating nook - next to a large window, near the living room where we had breakfast. With the windows open and you could hear the church bells. There is a dishwasher, washer, and dryer - that is a bonus. There are many cute tea shops in the area and it was the perfect spot to walk and explore. We will definitely use your company again for our next adventure.

We have been visiting London annually for more than 20 years and the Christie apartment is the best place we have stayed. The London and Paris Perfect apartments, are always beautiful, well-located, and supported effectively 'round the clock by the attentive staff of London Perfect. The Christie is in a beautiful quiet mews between Kensington High Street and Kensington Church Street with lovely unobstructed views of the shops in the lane and the local church. Our flight arrived late, which was no challenge for the staff, who got us in, arranged for a meeting the next day to introduce us to the apartment and its amenities (including fresh milk and juice in the fridge, along with a stocked coffee machine). The excellent restaurant at the foot of the lane is open late for dinner and early for breakfast. The apartment's eco-friendly washer/dryer allowed us to be efficient in our packing. We will definitely stay there again.

If you want to experience what it is to live in Kensington, look no further. The apartment is has all the modern amenities, yet the look and feel are timeless. It is ideally located if you want to explore the surrounding neighborhoods, and if you are up to sightseeing or business, the walk to the nearest tube station is just 3 minutes.

Our stay at The Christie was the highlight of our most recent journey to London. Perfectly positioned in our favorite part of Kensington, the apartment was spotless, comfortable and quiet. We loved the hip, elegant decor, and the easy access to the Tube station and parks. The London Perfect team was very responsive and always gracious. Not only do we highly recommend the service, we'll most certainly make use of it again on a future trip to the city.

We were one of the first guests to stay in Christie and we're absolutely delighted! The apartment has been completely remodelled and is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location is picture perfect in Kensington, so close to Kensington Palace and the excellent restaurants and shops. We loved the nearby Wholefoods store which enabled us to purchase gourmet groceries and enjoy a home cooked meals. London Perfect recommended Launceston Place restaurant for our wedding anniversary dinner and it was certainly the highlight of our European trip. The team were extremely efficient and it was great to know that we had someone we could call if there was a problem. We can't wait to come back!
