Christchurch

My family and I recently stayed at the Christchurch home and I cannot say enough good things about it. It is such a warm and welcoming space with comfortable beds and everything you would need in the kitchen. The garden space is also lovely and we spent time out there in the evenings after busy days exploring London. While nestled in such a lovely quiet neighborhood, Christchurch is close to all the action of the vibrant Kings Road. There are excellent local pubs nearby (The Surprise was a favorite) and the Sloane Square tube is an easy walk. The staff at Vacation Perfect were proactive, attentive and there when we needed them. We intend to stay again!

We were excited by the locations and the photos were lovely but the apartment exceeded expectations. The drawing room was elegant. The kitchen and dining area were practical and attractive. The bedrooms were large and had en-suites. The tv room had a convertible sofa. Three business colleagues were extremely comfortable and enjoyed the apartment enormously. Highly recommend.

Christchurch is lovely. It's on a quiet and attractive street - great location for walking around Chelsea. Very nicely furnished and every amenity provided for a comfortable stay. The London Perfect team was very responsive in looking after any issues/questions that we had. This is the fifth time we've rented through London Perfect or Paris Perfect and our experience has always been positive. We look forward to staying in Christchurch again.

Excellent location (can walk to many attractions), great restaurants, loved the property, and Vacation Perfect service was great as usual.

Location was perfect. Great restaurants are an easy walk from apartment... we were 8 nights. The apartment was light even in the bedroom areas. Been renting from Paris perfect for quite a few years and never disappointed the staff always helpful. MA

We so enjoyed this lovely, homey flat. From the minute we walked in it felt like home which we loved. It was perfect for our family of 5. The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping as well as walking to interesting places. Thank you London Perfect for all you did to make our visit the best with good communication being there when we needed.

The flat was lovely. London Perfect helped so much at check-in. Chelsea is quite beautiful. My expectations were exceeded time and again. I absolutely loved London!

We stayed in this delightful and very comfortable two-floor flat in December and can highly recommend it. The location is splendid. I will say that we were concerned at first because of the seeming distance (really only about 10 minutes away) of the Sloan Square tube stop, but we found the buses on King Road wonderfully handy and often took them into central London rather than changing. Make sure your greeter fully explains the kitchen and heating system which were a bit "foreign" to us. Handy Tesco Express nearby.

I'm writing to let you know how much my daughter and I loved staying at our London Perfect apartment. Chelsea is the perfect neighborhood, with its tree-lined streets, village feel, and proximity to shopping and restaurants, and our apartment was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, with every amenity you would need - A fully equipped kitchen, a lovely outdoor garden, comfortable beds, and so much more. Tasteful elegance, combined with an excellent location – if we have the good fortune to return to London, this is where we would love to stay again!

The flat was pretty much perfect for our 10-day stay. It is spacious, one of the best-equipped kitchens we have experienced, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is excellent with good local restaurants and pubs, easy to get to the bus or tube and is a very short walk to King's Road with all it has to offer - plus the Tesco Express on the corner is a life-saver. This experience went a long way to making it one of our best London holidays (the wonderful concerts we attended were, of course, our highlight). As we have experienced with Paris Perfect, the attention by your staff both before and during our stay was very much appreciated.

Everything about this rental was perfect! The location: situated on a quiet, well-maintained residential block; walking access to both the quiet of the Thames and the hustle of Kings Road; neighborhood pubs and restaurants if you feel like staying in the area and a Tesco across the street to cover any emergency! The layout of the flat is very well conceived. Extra large eat-in kitchen with full-size, modern appliances; a dining / sitting area and an elegant, yet comfortable living room for conversation or reading after a long day. The living quarters are on the ground floor level. Usually ground floor living feels dark and underground but these rooms felt spacious and bright. The bedrooms were extra large and roomy; the bathrooms were all modern and the sitting area/ office with the walk-out terrace was a real treat. The owners thought of everything ... there wasn't one thing that we needed that we weren't able to find. We even bought some honey at a local market and when we came home someone said "too bad we don't have a honey dipper" and we opened the kitchen drawer and there was a honey dipper! And, a favorite for everyone was a full-size washing machine and dryer! Thank you to London Perfect and to the owners of the flat for making the beautiful home available for our stay.

We had a great time. Awesome apartment with a superior location. Quiet, residential neighborhood, but literally steps to 2 Gordon Ramsay restaurants, including the namesake one with three Michelin stars. The Five Fields, which was the number one restaurant on trip advisor while we were there, was also a 10 minute walk. Also a great little pub, The Surprise, was just around the corner, and its sister pub, the Phoenix, was five minutes away. 10 minute walk to Sloane Square (Tube station), Sloane Street, and King's Road. The apartment was also a long block away from the Thames and just across the river was Battersea park. You could take a beautiful 45 minute walk down the Thames to get to Parliament, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey. Finally, right around the corner from us was the Royal Hospital where the Chelsea pensioners stay. We went to church there on Sunday; it was a beautiful service in their spectacular 17th century chapel. When we needed a cab, it was very easy to get one on Royal Hospital Road. Inside the apartment was very nice as well. Two bedrooms downstairs with very comfortable beds. Also three full bathrooms downstairs (plus the powder room upstairs) was a big plus. The kitchen, living room and dining room were very nicely appointed, although the furniture was not very comfortable to sit in. Ditto for sitting on the hide-a-bed couch downstairs in the separate TV room. I can only imagine that sleeping on the hide-a-bed is very uncomfortable. The apartment had 2 Internet routers, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The upstairs one was very spotty, but the downstairs one worked for both floors most of the time. I think the main problem was just too much competition for bandwidth from all the other apartments. Thankfully Candise is a high tech guru and she reset one of the routers, after which we had much better performance. They also had a speaker with a docking station so that you could play your music off of your iPhone. Perhaps the most glaring weakness was the absence of a drip coffee maker or a Keureg machine, odd given that they must rent to a lot of Americans. There were two Starbucks within a 10 minute walk, although the coffee isn't quite up to American standards - or maybe just my standards - (not strong enough or hot enough). Although it's hard to call me an expert after just one week, I did walk the area quite a bit, and I would definitely return to Chelsea, and that apartment in particular (assuming they buy a coffee machine before my next visit!)

The apartment was amazing. Very well equipped with every facility you could want. The decor was superb. Extremely large en-suite bedrooms with very comfy beds. The location is great with The Surprise pub and many attractions of Chelsea within walking distance including the shops of the Kings Road. Thank to you the owners for letting us use your fabulous apartment we will be back.

We have used London Perfect 3x and Paris Perfect 2X and we have loved all the apartments but this is our favorite. We stayed 2 weeks in the apartment with 5 people: 2 young children, 3 adults. The apartment is in the most wonderful location in Chelsea, it is well appointed, loved and cared for. It has a great kitchen and wonderful bathrooms and with the bedrooms downstairs, it was nice and quiet. You can move around the apartment easily without waking anyone, there was plenty of space. We never heard any noise from anyone in the apartment block. Everything we needed was there (it was very well stocked for us) and it had easy access for young kids and an elderly grandparent. Also Ed greeted us at the Christchurch and did a wonderful job showing us all the ins and outs of the apartment. This was the most professional meet and greet we have had. We will book this apartment again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
