Cassia Tre

Right on canal next to St. Regis in the middle of great restaurants, shopping, and sites. Super convenient to check in / check out with direct water taxi access to / from airport. Daily service with freshly baked croissants was much appreciated. Highly recommend for family looking for great villa and premium location.

Cassia Tre was an extraordinary and beautiful setting for our family of four. Our teenaged daughters loved the upper story with its privacy and secluded terrace with amazing views. My husband and I loved having the whole lower story to ourselves, including an office for my husband and two full baths. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the groceries we requested upon arrival served us perfectly. The living room and dining room were thoughtfully decorated with antiques, interesting books on Venetian art and architecture, Murano glass objects, and architectural drawings of the palazzo containing our flat. Speaking of that palazzo, it was absolutely gorgeous and in a perfect location, close to wonderful restaurants, shops and the Piazza San Marco. Our arrival and departure were made completely seamless and trouble-free by the wonderful staff, and the daily cornetti (croissants) were divine! We cannot recommend Cassia Tre more - charming, luxurious and practical all at once!

Our stay there was wonderful, our host took excellent care of us. The place is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed although we ate out most meals. The morning croissants were excellent. It was very nice to be able to arrive and depart through the water taxi canal doors, we saw many people lugging their bags across the bumpy pavement - but we didn't have to. Would definitely stay again... The host is a Gem!

We had a fantastic experience at the Cassia Tre! The apartment worked beautifully for two couples traveling together - it would also work very well for a larger group, or families. It provided every amenity we needed, was an ideal location, and the morning croissant delivery was a lovely touch! We loved having the rooftop deck for relaxing in the evenings, and the arrival/departure to the private dock was the best way to begin and end our stay in Venice. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely reserve it again the next time we visit! Thank you for the incredible experience you provided us during our time in Venice.

The location is incredible. The apartment is well serviced. It would be nice if there were fewer single beds and more larger beds. The kitchen is totally serviceable. The floor is not at all level, which takes some getting used to but feels totally appropriate for Venice. Would definitely recommend.

We visited Rome, Florence, and Venice and stayed at Italy Perfect properties at all three stops (Elegante in Rome, S. Croce Medici in Florence, and Cassia in Venice). We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Italy Perfect to anyone!
