We had an amazing time and enjoyed staying in the beautiful apartment with excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice. Close to St. Mark’s Square and right on the Grand Canal.

The apartment is perfect and was a highlight of our trip! We enjoyed another great trip thanks to the Vacation Perfect Team! We will continue to use them in the future.

Our friends and we were all delighted with our stay at beautiful Alloro - what a beautiful apartment overlooking the amazing Grand Canal. The maid service was very much appreciated too.

The Alloro is a fantastic apartment in a great location in Venice. We arrived by water taxi to a private dock. Staff was waiting and took our bags to the room. Fresh croissants in the morning and really helpful concierge. We will try to stay here again someday if we are fortunate enough to return to Venice soon.

This apartment could not be more perfect. Beautiful but also very comfortable, nicely stocked with water, bread, etc. Responsive and friendly staff. Amazing views of the Grand Canal and the location is in the heart of everything.

The apartment was beyond our wildest dreams. It's very large and beautifully decorated. The view onto the Canal simply can't be beat. The staff are lovely and the location is ideal. We can't wait to return! Thank you for a magical vacation. It truly was "perfect."

There was a poor start in that we were not met at the airport as requested and assured that we would be, however, after that, everything went very well. The location was great and the view was amazing both during the day and at night. We were right on the Grand Canal and never tired of the activity. The tourists in Venice, especially from the cruise ships, are a bit overwhelming, but we felt as though we lived there. Italy Perfect recommended a city guide company and we had Caterina for two hours. She was brilliant and made our stay so much easier. Her restaurant recommendations were so good. The apartment was serviced daily and there were basic provisions. The cutlery and crockery were beautiful, as was the apartment. We would recommend this apartment and return to it ourselves. 

I had the most wonderful stay at the Palazzo Treves; it could not have been more perfect. The spectacular view, convenient location, beautifully designed rooms, expert staff, daily warm croissants and cleaning service....wow! As I told, the secretary, I plan to return - for the next Biennale or hopefully before.

Loved the apartment it’s exactly as advertised. Elvira and staff were kind and wonderful to us. Location could not be better. Will stay again. Also Pat was great up front!

The apartment was in a perfect location and was beautifully decorated. We were a family of four who traveled together with a family of six. We rented Alloro and the three bedroom apartment in the same building. Everything was seamless and the staff were very helpful. If we went back to Venice we would certainly rent this apartment again. The views from the windows of the Grand Canal were picture perfect. 

I hesitate to give Alloro the review it deserves until we reserve next fall’s stay. Our fourth. Quietly luxurious 2 minutes from P San Marco in a cul de sac Meticulous care from staff A couple can spread out there, as we do, and a family of four would have plenty of space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Venice. The apartment was a wonderful surprise - It was much larger than we had expected, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing, helpful and really lovely. The location was tremendous, close to everything and the area was safe and secure. We would highly recommend this apartment and will certainly be back. 

What a magnificent position, overlooking the Grand Canal and 100metres from San Marco Square. Once again, well appointed, we were not wanting for anything. .....for a magnificent stay in Venice. The apartment, location, logistics and staff were all beyond expectations. My family could not have asked for anything better. And how ironic that Tracy has met your son in our Beacon Hill neighborhood. We have already recommended your services to friends. And we will be back in touch for our next trip.

We needed a place with a kitchen because one of our party has severe food allergies. But we also wanted to have someone available to call on if we needed help in a strange city, which is why hotels are often the best option. The Alloro unit was perfect for us because there was staff on site who could help us with things like getting groceries or arranging for a water taxi to pick us up at the train station and take us back at the end of our stay. The location was ideal. The views were as good as one can get in Venice, located at the mouth of the Grand Canal at a point where the gondolas would cruise by with singers singing arias from Italian operas. It was nothing short of spectacular. Right next to the Westin hotel which has a nice waterfront bar and restaurant, overpriced but you can't beat the views. The front door is on a very quiet square, but the main action is only a few feet up the alley. The water taxi picked us up at the train station and took us right to the water side entrance of the house where we were greeted and taken right up to the apartment. The house is authentically old and retains every bit of its charm while still offering all the modern amenities. Italy Perfect also connected us with Rita Sartorri, a local guide who knows everything there is to know about Venice. We would have booked her for two days if she had been available. She walked us through parts of Venice that tourists simply don't go to and pointed out features of life there that brought the city and its history to life. The one thing about Venice that I found underwhelming was the food. There must be some good restaurants there, but there are a ton of mediocre and overpriced ones. By contrast, we spent a couple of nights in Milan and easily found great dining through the concierge without half trying. I would recommend guests work with the Italy Perfect house staff upon arrival and plan out dinners. Winging it did not work for us. I have traveled a lot in my life and I have limited tolerance for hassle and discomfort. If I am going to go to the trouble and expense of visiting a place like Venice I want it to be an experience with no compromises. Italy Perfect is designed for people like me. Traveling to Venice and want to stay on the Grand Canal with amazing views in luxury accommodations? This is your place.The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed, and staffed by the nicest people you will meet. When we travel we typically stay at big name hotel chains but no more. Warm croissants each morning, beds made and apartment cleaned, a constant supply of bottled still and sparkling water all included, was awesome particularly traveling with children. I mention the children part as our combined family has four. (so we had a second apartment) but to all be together at night vs. going to separate rooms, made the family trip feel more like family at night. Sure teenagers are going to be on iPhones etc. but we were able to all be together and plan our days. I want to make a comment about the savings compared to a hotel suit but its just not a fair comparison. Pay up front you don't get nickeled and dimes for each little thing you would expect, like plenty of water, and you still have laundry hotels can't compete. We will be back! We spent a wonderful week in this charming appartement. Exceptionnal location on the grand canal, minutes from Place St Marc and other great venetian landmarks, beautifull, clean and well decorated. First class service from the owner's staff with daily maid service and even fresh croissants every morning at the door! This beats any hotel in the City. We absolutely loved our stay at the enchanting Alloro apartment in Venice (we actually stayed an extra night)! Beautifully decorated apartment with fabulous Venetian terrazzo floors in a lovey historic building overlooking the Grand Canal. We could have spent all day just staring out the windows with a glass of wine or espresso enjoying the sights and sounds below. Gondolas floated by with opera singers or guitarists serenading their passengers and incredible sunrises and sunsets cast long, warm light onto the majestic old buildings which made us feel like we were in a renaissance painting! It was so nice to take a break from the streets and still enjoy the best of Venice from the apartment. We had a delicious dinner at Da Fiori, and loved walking around the canals and discovering this romantic city. The apartment is in a very convenient location, minutes from Piazza San Marco, and an easy walk to everything. Italy Perfect took care of every detail and more importantly was completely available during our stay. It was also so nice to have a local contact for any questions or recommendations.
