NEW PROPERTY

Step through a grand set of iron-studded Tuscan timber doors and into this beautifully designed Florentine apartment, where elegant interiors, rich colors and original architectural details create a memorable setting for your stay in Florence.

The apartment opens into an elegant reception hall and breakfast room featuring bespoke cabinetry and a circular dining area seating up to eight guests. Just beyond is a well-equipped galley-style kitchen with integrated appliances, providing everything needed for relaxed meals at home.

Nearby, a pristine guest bathroom is beautifully decorated in Taplab’s Yoshino wallcovering.

The bright and welcoming sitting and dining room is decorated in warm terracotta tones and filled with natural light from two tall, shuttered windows overlooking tranquil Via Mozza. A large L-shaped sofa in chic neutral tones offers plenty of space to relax, while a circular glass-topped dining table comfortably seats eight guests. Wooden floors and a colorful Kilim rug complete this inviting space.

To the rear of the apartment is bedroom 4 decorated in natural linen, salvia green and terracotta tones. A half-poster bed sits beneath a beautiful ceiling fresco framed by a traditional Greek key design. The room also features a walk-in closet and a sleek en suite bathroom finished in polished marmorino with a marble shower.

Returning to the reception hall, a sweeping wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Cleverly concealed beneath the stairs is a useful cupboard housing a washing machine and dryer.

At the top of the palazzo, beautiful beamed and vaulted ceilings create a wonderfully atmospheric setting for three additional en suite bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is decorated in natural linens and warm, sun-baked tones and features a comfortable bed, wardrobes and an elegant marble en suite bathroom with a shower and freestanding roll-top bathtub. Best of all, the bedroom opens onto its own fabulous furnished terrace, where unforgettable rooftop views stretch toward the surrounding green hills, Brunelleschi’s Duomo and the tip of Santa Croce.

The second bedroom is cozy and classically styled in soft blue-grey tones, with two beds, a mirrored wardrobe and its own luxurious en suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.

The third bedroom is an utterly charming retreat featuring a bed dressed in Casamance’s Paradisiaca fabric, which can also be arranged as two beds upon request. A closet provides convenient storage, while the en suite bathroom is beautifully finished in marble and marmorino with a shower surrounded by striking honeycomb ceramic tiling.

Guests also have access to a shared gym area on the ground floor of the palazzo, with stationary bikes, weights and exercise mats.

Traveling with a larger group? Other apartments in the same palazzo can also be rented, including Quarza, Agata, Tormalina, Corallo, Perla, Opal, Citrino and Smeraldo. It’s a wonderful option for family or friends who want to stay close together while still enjoying the privacy of separate apartments.

With four en suite bedrooms, generous living and dining spaces, beautiful Florentine details and a spectacular private terrace overlooking the city’s iconic rooftops, this elegant apartment is a wonderful choice for families and groups of friends looking to experience Florence in comfort and style.
