Beautiful location and street. Nice flat that felt very English. Loved the proximity to parks, restaurants and Kensington high street.

The Gloucester was a wonderful townhouse. There were five of us and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Great atmosphere and very comfortable and clean. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The Tube station was very close and we could get up to most of the main sightseeing areas in 20 minutes or less. The people at London Perfect were also very helpful and gracious. Our greeter was a delight!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Gloucester. The flat is comfortable and roomy, with a warm "lived-in" feel to it. The location is terrific - close to the tube, buses, a good array of restaurants and convenient shopping. We've been back three times!

Londonperfect is by far the most thorough and proactive vacation rental company we've encountered. From the reservations agent to the ground team in London (Sax and Dan. Dan even walked us and our luggage to the tube on our check-out date), everyone took that extra step to make sure our needs are met, glitches are fixed, etc. Two examples: 1) before our arrival, I emailed the reservation team about a hair dryer in the apartment. They didn't just tell me to call if I can't find it; they communicated with the London ground team who got back to me within a day, assuring me that the greeter will bring an extra one in case they can't locate the one that should already be in the apartment. 2) upon arrival I asked Sax and Dan about fans just as a back up. They couldn't locate them at first, which is really not a concern for us as London at that time was cool. Two hours later Sax emailed to say he talked to the owners who gave directions to the fans in a high cupboard, and he offered to come and get the fans out of the cupboard for us. Traveling with young kids, I can't begin to express how much I appreciate these thoughtful gestures. We'll absolutely use London Perfect and recommend our friends to the company in the future.

This was the second time we rented the Gloucester. We like the location, for museums for the young (and old!) and for a selection of good, reasonably priced restaurants. The flat is very comfortable and - the major reason we went back to it- has room for extended family or guests.

We had a wonderful time at the Gloucester apartment. It is roomy with all the amenities you would need. It was the perfect week with our 4 children. It is walking distance to the tube, Kensington Park and the bus line is just 2 blocks away. There is a beautiful park right across the street which makes for a lovely coffee on the balcony in the mornings 🙂 It was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it highly!!! Especially for families 🙂

The Gloucester was a great apartment for our family of 3 kids (including 1 infant). The location on the garden square was beautiful and was close to all the amenities and transport one would need. The street was quiet and the apartment had cable and enough room for us all to relax, my kids loved the bunk/trundle bed! Ann was very helpful and it was great to have a contact so close by. My family and I had a wonderful visit and would definitely stay there again.

The Gloucester Review

by Vicki Z
The Gloucester flat was indeed "London Perfect" for our family of 5! The location was wonderful and extremely convenient for sightseeing, on a very quiet street overlooking a beautiful private neighborhood garden. It is within easy walking distance to a tube stop, grocery store and restaurants (Indian, Italian, French bistro, fish and chips, patisserrie) as well as the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Natural Science Museum. We found the flat to be an elegant family home, furnished with a charming mix of lovely antiques and comfortable modern amenities. Our children (ages 16, 13 and 11) loved the bunk beds and sleeping loft. Mom loved the claw foot tub, the high ceilings, beautiful arched windows, soothing colors and the balcony filled with lavender. The staff at London Perfect made our visit pleasant and easy--from airport transport to recommending things to see and do in town. We all looked forward to coming "home" to Gloucester after long days of sightseeing. Highly recommended!
