Perfect location everything within walking distance and very safe area. Beautiful home. Had everything we needed for a family of four for a week in Rome. Loved that the second bedroom had two separate beds that my 6’3 215lb sons said were very comfortable. Having two beautiful bathrooms was great. There are several flights of steep steps to get to the apartment but there is a small slow elevator if you need it.

This apartment was just about perfect! It was charming, well decorated, spotless, in a perfect location (walkable to most sites, lots of great food within walking distance, a beautiful park around the corner, pharmacy 1 block away, and very quiet tucked away on a side street). The apartment had everything you’d want to make your stay easy. We especially appreciated all the charging cords by the bed sides and tons of clean water glasses. 🙂 Hosts were always available to answer questions. It was definitely the best city apartment we have ever stayed in. Our *only* complaint was that the second bathroom shower temp was hard to regulate. We all ended up using the shower in the primary bathroom as a result. But honestly? The rest was perfect! Would stay again in a second!

This flat was perfect! Lovely and close to everything we wanted to see and do in Rome. The team were very helpful including pointing us to a grocery and some restaurants. We would stay again and tell our friends about it!

Great location. Walking distance to a lot of sights, food places, and bars. Place is clean and modern. Would stay here again.

Can’t rate them highly enough. Communication and support was impeccable and the apartment was just as described, easily walkable to all the main attractions. We loved the outside seated area and hearing the church choir on Sunday morning as we sipped our coffee. We would certainly recommend booking with this company, they organised our airport transfers as well as recommended places to visit locally.

This is the ideal location in Rome and a peaceful resting spot to recharge. Walkable to everything including the Vatican and Forum area. Outdoor patio was a welcome area to refresh outside.

Stayed there with my wife and two daughters. Amazing, very well maintained and modern apartment in the heart of Rome! Beautiful place, highly recommended if you want to enjoy the old part of Rome while walking to most of the main attractions and restaurants. Host was very well organized, helpful and polite. Easily accessible by Uber as there are parking spots right in front. 

The location was unbeatable. We loved the location, proximity to everything. Walking up 3 floors was a bit of a pain but the apartment was really comfortable and well appointed. The elevator is there if one must absolutely must use it, but it’s almost easier to walk up the floors. While we really enjoyed walking around in the city, it was lovely to come back to the apartment to rest. Very quiet, and yet within walking distance from all the hustle bustle. We enjoyed the terrace on several occasions.

Fantastic Apartment. Very close to everything we are able to walk to multiple restaurants. Within 10 minutes we walked to Vatican City. We walked to the Colosseum very easy. The apartment was lovely and quiet. There was an elevator to take our luggage up and down all of the fixtures were very modern. It was lovely and clean and we really appreciated the air-conditioning. It had a washing machine outside so we were able to do our washing every day. Overall a great experience and we cannot wait to come back. We would recommend it to anybody wanting to stay in ROME thank you.

This was one of our favorite apartments we have ever stayed in!!! The hosts were so welcoming and flexible with our changing travel plans, and our greeter was so responsive, warm, and helpful!!! The apartment was just so perfect, it was modern and clean, and the patio was SUCH a gem — felt like our own private space in such a lively area. Highly highly highly recommend this place.

Lovely place in a lovely location within walking distance to pretty much everything. We loved the outdoor terrace in the mornings and evenings. Communication with host was easy, prompt and on point. Our host also arranged airport pick-up and transfer upon our arrival, which was seamless and really convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Rome. Ciao!

Great apartment. The location was ideal and so close to everything. The host was super responsive and helped us get settled in, which was really nice. The apartment itself is very clean, nicely organized, looked as was described, and on a secluded street which was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. You can walk to so many places from here.

Overall extremely pleased with the apartment, location and hosts. I would stay there again. We are used to using many different types of places to stay from Agritourismo to 5 star luxury hotels and other vacation rentals and this was by far the best vacation rental we ever stayed at. Our local contact were great and always available during our stay. The only thing was that the location while great for us as we have been to Rome dozens of times, but its slightly outside the usual tourist area so if you are new to Rome you may want something more in the middle of the action. The other think is that this is a very old building and basically a walk-up and the elevator while two people can fit in it and it worked... it was really a dumb waiter like device that was quirky and slow - but it worked so that helped. Other than this the place was perfect for us and we would use it again.

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables : le quartier est central, tout en étant au calme. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied depuis l’appartement. Et il est aisé de trouver ce dont vous avez besoin pour manger à proximité (supermarché, cafés, restaurants). Un pied à terre où nous espérons revenir.

We spent 5 wonderful days: the neighborhood is central, yet quiet. All visits can be done on foot from the apartment. And it's easy to find what you need to eat nearby (supermarket, cafes, restaurants). A pied-à-terre where we hope to return.

This apartment worked perfect for us. Very clean and modern. Walkable to all the major sites. The host provides information on anything and everything you may need to know. They own multiple properties in Europe, and they will be my first choice when we start looking at another trip. Thanks again. If you are on the fence, just book it.

We loved the Sonata apartment. The location is convenient to many attractions, the outdoor market, and many shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is well-appointed, state of the art appliances, great WiFi, and feels larger than it is. The terrace is a wonderful feature. Daniela and Frederico were very gracious. We recommend the car service through Italy Perfect. Matteo was excellent. Thank you for a memorable week in Rome!

I would definitely recommend this as your stay in Rome. The location was super central to all the key points of interest in Rome, all within 10-15 min walking. Lots or restaurants within 5 min walk and the space was super comfortable to come back to after a long day. I was with my wife and two daughters (11 & 14) and everything was more than accommodating for all our needs. I would say this place exceeded my expectations.

The apartment is on a quiet street just around the corner from shopping, historical sites etc....There is a small elevator we used when we checked in and out with luggage but usually we just took the stairs up the 3 flights to the apartment. The apartment is spotless, bright, cheerful, with new beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect size for a family of 4. The small terrace is very cute. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Apartment was well appointed well located clean and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Elevator in the buy is finicky but we managed it.

2 of us stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas & New Years during the Jubiliee. An incredible temple “Congregacao dos Padres da Doutrina Crista” is right outside the master bedroom window, and is a few steps from the entrance to the flat. The flat is on the 3rd floor, there is a small elevator, simple to use, but the exercise from the stairs was wonderful. We walked 10+ miles a day, just about everything is walkable from this location. Very quiet area but close enough to everything. The Carrefour market is just around the corner and has everything you need for quick snacks or to make a meal at home. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to eat in. The 2 full bathrooms was A DREAM - we were both able to get ready at the same time each day so we could make the most of exploring Rome. Water heater worked incredibly. The washer/dryer combo was “ok” but good for Italy (took a long time but better than nothing! We used a few times for our basic laundry needs). 100% recommend & would book again.

An amazing apartment very elegant and modern with a direct view from your bedroom window to the centuries old church across the street. Situated within walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants whilst enjoying peaceful evenings. I would truly recommend.

A great place to stay in Rome! The central location made it easy to get to shopping, site seeing, public transport and taxis. So nice to sit on the patio deck and relax after a day in Rome. The apartment was cozy, well designed and had everything we needed. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Our stay at this charming apartment in the heart of Rome was nothing short of perfect. The location is unbeatable — The apartment itself is super clean and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. How great was having the second bathroom! The bed was cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the terrace provided a lovely relaxing space after exploring the city. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available to assist with any queries or provide recommendations. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making our stay even more enjoyable. Strongly recommend!!!!!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at the Sonata apartment for 4 nights and had an incredible time. The apartment is well designed and complete with many high-end amenities. The terrace was the ideal spot for coffee and an aperitivo. ItalyPerfect were fantastic hosts from start to finish. Their travel portal is easy to use and contains information about the apartment and surrounding areas. Check-in and check-out were smooth and ItalyPerfect also assisted with some transportation to/from the apartment. Having considered various locations, we were very pleased with this apartment’s location. There are grocery stores within minutes and many restaurants and shops just around the corner. Many must-see sites in Rome are within a 10-20 minute walk and others are readily accessible. One other benefit –the public drinking fountain right outside the apartment door is the best one that we found. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Rome.

What a wonderful week in Italy! The apartment was perfect, matched the description to a tee. The location for us was easily accessible to numerous restaurants, shops and sights. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and you will be good. We are not extra fit and the walking was okay for us. Italy Perfect set up our transportation from the airport and that is the way to go. We used IT taxi to the train terminal, download their app. Back to the apartment, it was the most lovely place to stay, all the amenities we needed. We learned to be patient for the elevator but is better than walking up the stairs! Cannot wait to return. Caio!

We absolutely loved the Sonata apartment. Beautifully appointed, easy check in and perfect location. We were able to walk to most everything. Loved being close to great restaurants in Piazza Navona and Piazza de Fiori. Five stars!

Italy Perfect as the name suggests. This chic, newly renovated unit has been one of our favourite apartments and the hosts were very helpful in meeting us for check-in after a long haul of travel to Rome. The unit is beautiful and perfectly meets our needs. The location can't be beat, and you'll feel like you've found a private luxury getaway also in the heart of a historic area perfect for getting immersed in the lively culture and exploring the city.

We loved our stay at the Sonata. It's a gorgeous space that is also welcoming and functional. The location is ideal. We were gone sightseeing to take much advantage of the deck, but it is beautiful and definitely made me happy to see it. The beds and linens were comfortable, and we appreciated our helpful greeter. My daughter thought the fold-out bed worked well, and we loved that there were two well-appointed bathrooms. It's a fabulous place that I recommend highly.

Excellent stay in Apartment Sonata. Great location and everything as described. The terrace is a huge bonus, perfect on the lovely Spring days we had.

We loved our little Roman apartment. Super location, lots of space, all brand new having just been renovated. We kept wine and Morettis in the fridge and heated up extra Roscioli pizza in the oven. We pulled out the couch bed and put blankets on it to have a cozy daybed TV room. We did a load of laundry. The lighting is terrific - no dimmers but lots of options for low, warm light at night. You’ll finally figure out all the switches by the time you leave, but that’s a good problem. Everyone room has an AC/heater unit. High floor so cute views of the ancient neighboring buildings out the windows and on the lovely patio. Only constructive feedback is that the bed was a bit firm for our tastes and the pillows not super supportive - but it could have been much worse, maybe we were just jet lagged and blaming it on the bed. Also couldn’t find a bread knife but we made do with the sharp little guys. Ciao, grazie!

The apartment was absolutely amazing. The interior was modern and clean. The location was also perfect. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at ItalyPerfect’s place for one week. Everything was smooth from the first moment till checkout. The location of the apartment was fabulous, in walking distance to Rome’s major attractions. There were plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and some grocery stores in a neighborhood. The apartment itself was just as described: very cozy, freshly renovated, clean and well-appointed and had a comfortable bed and lounge. The kitchen was great to cook in. The lovely terrace was a wonderful bonus to enjoy the quiet warm evenings of our Roman holiday. I could not miss a small and slow but very charming elevator which was extremely helpful to get to third floor. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the Sonata apartment as a great place to explore Rome from.

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the terrace. Took long walks along the river, people-watched at Campo dei Fiori, coffee & maritozzo at Roscioli, explored the Roman Forum, shopped on Via dei Coronari...and already started to plan our return stay at the Sonata apartment.
