A localização é ótima , uma rua incrível com várias opções de restaurantes e a mercadinhos , pertinho da Torre Eiffel , o apartamento é pequenininho , mais super bonitinho e aconchegante , tem uma sacada linda! Vc realmente se sente um parisiense. O único ponto que vale para outras acomodadas tbm é o horário de Checkout às 10:00 da manhã, acho muito cedo! mais nos adaptamos.

Translation: The location is excellent—an amazing street with plenty of restaurants and little grocery shops, and just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment itself is small, but very charming and cozy, with a beautiful balcony. You really do feel like a true Parisian while staying there. The only point worth mentioning, which applies to other accommodations as well, is the checkout time at 10:00 a.m. I found it a bit early, but we managed to adapt.

We had a wonderful time in this great apartment. The location is perfect. There are very nice bistros and shopping just a few steps away. The small bedroom is so nicely furnished and we slept very well. We used the living room and the kitchen every day and we felt very comfortable. The team is very caring - thank you very much for that. I can warmly recommend the apartment.

We loved our stay at Saumur. It was perfect for 2 traveling companions wanting a little privacy and the option of a small kitchen. Since the weather was wintry, we could not enjoy but appreciated the darling balcony. The apartment was very well fitted with all we could need. Best of all is the location on Rue Cler for easy beginning of day and end of day meals in the charming restaurants. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay and is real close to everywhere you want to go. Has a great view and feels real homey despite the size. Definitely recommend at most 2 people for the stay and you will have a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Saumur! This is our 5th stay with Paris Perfect, and every stay has been lovely. The location is perfect! This is the best location thus far. Easy to get to all our favorite spots. I would highly recommend Saumur!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saumur Apartment. The apartment is beautiful and the layout is curated to optimize space. The location was perfect to both begin and end our busy days in Paris. We love Rue Cler and all the offerings. Would definitely recommend this lovely space!

You lived up to your name with this apartment I can't think of anything it lacked. The balcony overlooking Rue Cler made it perfect. I walked to the Eiffel Tower, The Seine, Arc de Triumph, Jarden des Tuileries, and Jarden des Luxembourg. This was a great location for a solo traveler. (Sometimes you can see a faint reflection of the Eiffel Tower in a window of the apartment across the street)

We spent a week in Paris at this apartment and had a lovely stay. It’s located about a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, in a fantastic neighborhood full of charm. It’s about 40min walk to Louvre. The street itself is vibrant and walkable, with excellent restaurants, delicious ice cream shops, and even a post office—perfect if you’d like to send a postcard home. The apartment suited our needs, though it’s worth noting that it is quite small.

Saumur is a hidden GEM in the heart of Paris. We absolutely loved the quaint apartment with the superb balcony where we spent every morning and evening. Saumur is the ideal location to get around the city. There are so many wonderful restaurants, convenient shopping and easy access to public transportation. It truly made our Paris vacation special. We did not want to leave.

The apartment is wonderful!! Perfect location! Recently remodeled! Very clean and everything you may need you can find in the apartment . The staff fantastic !! Always ready to help! Congratulations!! Only 2 things to complain : - The matress probably is not TOO new! Maybe very used and soft - And little closet for clothes. But nothing that could disturb our wonderful stay!!

My adult daughter and I loved every minute of our stay in this very clean, thoughtfully furnished apartment. We marveled that the appointments must have been planned by a woman because the lighting in the bathroom was wonderful and a makeup mirror was provided! We loved enjoying mornings and evenings on the balcony and the location was perfect for the way we “do” Paris. Several days, while out exploring, we found ourselves wishing we were just sitting on our balcony instead! This was our fifth mother/daughter Paris trip. The price we paid was comparable to a 3-4 star, 9+ rated hotel over the same days, but we got so much more! The bed was very comfortable, the towels plush and the washer/dryer was greatly appreciated!

My daughter and I stayed in the newly renovated Saumur apartment for a week in January and loved every minute. The location is perfect, on Rue Cler, with a fromagerie, boulangerie, traiteur, and restaurants within seconds of the apartment. Though small, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Though we did not try to cook a full meal, you certainly could. The combo washer/dryer worked beautifully. The queen sized bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the sheets were lovely. The apartment is small, but my daughter and I are both small people, so we didn't mind the size of the shower or the elevator. My only regret is that it was too cold for us to make full use of the lovely terrace!

I went to Paris to visit my daughter who was studying abroad. Paris Pefect was recommended by a friend who had previously used them for accommodations in Paris. Their customer service was fantastic!! We felt like we had help with anything if we needed it, which we didn’t because we had everything we needed. The apartment on Rue Cler was great for the 2 of us. It had recently been updated and was so cute. It overlooked Rue Cler (which we LOVED) and we were able to walk along the street each morning and find fresh croissants and the best fresh OJ at the markets. This little apartment and this adorable street made our visit perfect and this was in the winter.. I can’t imagine what the summer would be like.

I stayed in Saumur for new year's 2025. This apartment was perfect. The location was great. The restaurant downstairs called LeClair was delicious, it's definitely worth eating there. The pastry bakery at the corner had delicious bread and sweet breads.

Paris Perfect has a seamless process from booking to check out. The greeter was so warm and welcoming, the apartment exactly as described - beautiful, efficient and had everything I needed! The guidebook was super helpful as well, so much information which catered to every need! Overall 10/10 experience, I will definitely return!

We could not have been happier with the apartment. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there is plenty of room on the sides of the Murphy bed to get in and out of. The windows, when shut, blocked out all noise from the street. The location is fabulous, to famous landmarks or just enjoying any of the amazing cafes that line the street. Tons of closet space. The balcony was great to enjoy a cup of coffee on. Highly, highly recommend!

Small, but totally sufficient for 2 people, its central location made exploring the city's famous landmarks a breeze, with cafes, bakeries, and shops just around the corner. Double glazed windows helped suppress any noise from the restaurants six floors down -- (things were very quiet when France lost to Spain!) Everything was just as advertised. Lovely place, would stay again!

I just returned from a delightful visit to Paris which included a week-long stay at the Saumur apartment. This was my fifth time staying at a Paris Perfect property and the second time at the Saumur. As a solo traveler this time, the Saumur was perfect and felt like my very own home. Access to the best fresh produce, cheese, wine and bread just outside my door along the Rue Cler was the best and made me feel like I was living like a local. The handy metro stop down the street made everything accessible within 20-30 minutes. As always check in and check out was easy and my greeter was friendly and helpful. Paris is hands down one of my favorite places to vacation and Paris Perfect apartments is always the first place I consider when booking my accommodations. I look forward to returning soon!

Had a great experience. Struggled with washer/ dryer combo - ended up hanging clothes to dry them, but all else was great.

This is our fourth time using Paris Perfect and we have loved it each time. So much better then a hotel! The Saumur apartment is a perfect studio apartment on one of the best streets in Paris. It was quiet and just as described on the website. Perfect for a long weekend in Paris for two people. Well appointed and cute. Everyone we interacted with at Paris Perfect was helpful and nice. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you!

Wer die Romantik in Paris kennenlernen will ist hier an der besten Adresse. Die Lage ist top, alles ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft versprüht perfekt den Pariser Charme. Das Bett ist super bequem. Man hat alles was man braucht und alles ist sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Translation: If you want to get to know the romance in Paris, this is the place to be. The location is great, everything is within 20 minutes’ walk. The space perfectly exudes the Parisian charm. The bed is super comfortable. You have everything you need and everything is clean. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

This apartment is beautiful, bright, and in the perfect location on Rue Cler. My husband and I were in Paris just months before and I knew I wanted to come back to Rue Cler with its open markets, cafes, restaurants and the boulangerie. My favourite memory of Paris is the fresh, warm, buttery croissants in the morning from the corner boulangerie just steps from the apartment doors. The Paris Perfect staff are wonderful. They greet you at the apartment, show you around, and are very responsive to any question you may have. The apartment, apart from being in the perfect location in the 7th, is well appointed with modern appliances, fixtures, washer/ dryer and Nespresso machine for quick perk before wonderfully fresh cappuccino or grande creme outside the apartment door. We visited in October, not cold but a bit damp. I was amazed by the heat from the towel warmer in the bathroom and wall unit in the living room - I'm inspired to get similar units for my home in Toronto! The balcony is a must. And wonderful to step outside for fresh air, feel the sun on your face and hear the bustle of the vendors and shoppers on the street below. I loved everything about the apartment. And they so kindly watched our bags after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day in Paris before heading out to the airport. This apartment is worth every penny. You cannot be disappointed. Thank you to the wonderful people of Paris Perfect for making our vacation truly perfect.

My husband and I stayed at the Saumur in early October. The apartment was so charming and just what we needed at the end of a long day. It was very clean and well taken care of. We loved the balcony! It is on Rue Cler, which is a pedestrian only street and has so many wonderful cafes and shops. We felt like we were on the best street in Paris! The location of the apartment is perfect! Very close to the metro and many sites. Very safe neighborhood! I can not say enough about Paris Perfect! We can’t wait to stay with them again- in London and Italy too!

We loved our retreat on rue Cler the last week of September! It was a cozy quiet retreat with a view of Les Invalides golden dome from our deck. A great place to return to, to rest our tired feet after miles of walking…This neighborhood has been our favorite with its location between the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides and Rodin.

This is the second time we rented this well-equipped, perfectly located little apartment. The best part for us is the ability to buy fresh food and produce within steps of the apartment on lovely rue Cler. Or rising in the morning, fresh expresso in hand and sitting on the balcony to watch the market street wake up.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was wonderful and we were able to get in as soon as we made it there from the airport. The murphy bed was easy to use and put away during the day. The kitchen had what we needed for our week long stay and the binder with local information was super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This unit is clean and well appointed. Location is the best as you can walk easily to all types of food, subway and the Eiffel Tower.

Very friendly, helpful team who made the experience easy and enjoyable. We loved the apartment. Clean, beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. We walked downstairs to the markets for fresh food every day, quick walk to the metro and we felt very safe! It was a great first experience to Paris for my daughter (11) and me! Thank you

This is our second stay in Saumur. Although small, it has everything you might need, including delightful balcony! Never tire of exploring rue Cler and strolling by the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Our greeter, Omi, was also… Perfect. A la prochaine!

Great apartment in a super location! Fromangerie, boulangerie, open markets, grocery store, cafes all within steps of the Samur. Well equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer, air conditioning. Balcony was a plus! Quick response when coffee maker was not working. The only thing that would keep me away in the future is the extremely hard mattress. When I researched the reviews, I noticed others commenting as well on the firmness. I wasn’t too worried as I like a firm mattress, but this one is like sleeping on a board. A replacement would be nice or even a mattress topper/egg crate kept in the closet would be great for those that find the bed uncomfortable. Other than that, I had a lovely 12 days in Paris.

We just had a truly special trip to Paris that was made even more memorable by our stay in Saumur. This apartment is everything you see in the pictures and more. Well appointed, thoughtful touches, and a location to die for. And I didn't even mention the balcony yet. It is so nice to sit outside and see Hotel des Invalides and the streets of Rue Cler below. The check-in process was seamless and easy, and the team were available to answer your questions at any time. If you're looking for a beautiful apartment in a killer location this is the one for you. Cannot recommend highly enough. 

Loved this place, from the moment I stepped inside and saw it was exactly like this pics I’d seen and the balcony was just the best. Gets the morning sun so perfect spot for breakfast! Location is unreal, gorgeous part of Paris and the food in the local shops is to die for!

After spending days searching through all the options for a place to stay in Paris we settled on this one and I am thrilled that we did. If you find it available for your stay I would say book it immediately. It’s located in one of the more upmarket parts of Paris and if you love food as much as we do you will be in heaven. Is pretty cozy it terms of space but that’s Paris for you. Everything you could need was in the apartment and everything right on your doorstep. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking this for our next stay in Paris 

Excellent! From responsive host to early check-in time to accommodating us and fabulous location and walkable. The apartment was immaculate and well-stocked., will certainly look to come back again hopefully soon… perfect studio for myself and my husband for our daughter attending university in Paris. We had a great stay - Paris Perfect runs a truly professional service - great instructions, proactive communication, and a great space and amenities. Our contact met us at the unit perfectly on time and was incredibly helpful. The best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had.

This location is difficult not to enjoy. The apartment is located on a beautiful street, right smack in the middle of the cutest location market I've seen in a while! The greeter was super kind, helpful, and provided a lot of cool suggestions. Everything - All your favorite French foods, restaurants, and yummy pastries are within walking distance. I highly recommend this location and recommend that you do not miss an opportunity to live amongst the locals.

The apartment was compact but had everything you needed. The location was perfect, we especially enjoyed shopping for dinner at the markets on Rue Cler. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, most museums, and catch the train to Versailles. All my interactions with Paris Perfect were excellent, would definitely use them again! My only suggestion is a new mattress for the bed, have never seen anything that firm, it was not inviting.

Oh Paris, I miss you already! Our little apartment, Saumur, was the perfect size for my husband and me. The location on rue Cler was perfect for anything we needed during our stay - fresh produce, grocery stores, convenient store, flower shops, wine, cheese, chocolates, etc. All of this was just steps from our door. The École Militaire Metro was just around the corner as well. The apartment was fully furnished and had everything we could possibly need - just like a tiny house. Our only complaint was the bed. It was a murphy bed, which is fine, but the mattress left a lot to be desired. The size was huge for that some of apartment, but it was not comfortable at all. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I would recommend this cute little abode.

Paris Perfect is just that - PERFECT. They made our stay so comfortable and above what was expected. Will always use them and definitely recommend. The apartment Saumur was wonderful. Location was perfect to live the Paris life. The apartment was clean, modern, lovely in decorating and the use of space made a studio seem much larger Had everything we needed and more.

I just returned from a fabulous week in Paris with my teenage daughter. We stayed in apartment Saumur on Rue Cler in the 7th arrondissement. It was amazingly perfect in every way. The greeter was waiting for us when we arrived (even though our flight was 5 hours late!) to explain everything about the apartment and answer our questions. There was a balcony that allowed views of Rue Cler all the way up and down. It was perfectly clean and there were even bottles of wine, milk, orange juice, salt, etc. The dishwasher and clothes washer were easy to use and convenient to have. The inviting sights and sounds of Rue Cler added to the allure and magic of Paris and the central location of apartment Saumur. We love the 5 star service and luxury accommodation that Paris Perfect offers! We'll be back! Merci!

We have visited Paris in the Fall for the last 5 years and have always stayed in the Rue Cler area. This is the first apartment we have rented from Paris Perfect and we must say, it was "perfect". The apartment was exactly as shown on the website and the greeter reviewed all the necessary items with us upon our arrival. The apartment was fully equipped and it was wonderful to be able to step out of the building and right onto Rue Cler. The location was very convenient for shopping and eating out as well as catching the buses or metro.

I love the neighborhood, my second stay here. Every time I visit Paris I will return to Saumur my home! Paris perfect makes my trip 'home' seamless, from pickups by their recommended taxi service to and from the CDG, to the greeter and the apartment itself. I was last there in 2017 and upon return in 2019 it's like a Paris time capsule! It's like I never left! Thanks for a wonderful experience every time Paris Perfect!

I have never traveled outside the United States and was a little nervous being alone. With all that said I had a fabulous time. The minute I met Kevin, our greeter I felt at ease. My apartment was perfect. I was thrilled at the gift basket and the wine was wonderful! What a great start to my stay. I was able to meet Nicola due to a class canceling on me and she was lovely. I really appreciate you picking up my dinner at the amazing Cafe Constant since that class did not work out. The entire team was great and my itinerary was perfect! I know I had a very unique itinerary, but I had a blast getting through it. Thank you for a truly perfect stay!!

The absolute best thing about Saumur was the location. Rue Cler is a most delightful street and we really enjoyed being there, especially that although it's a pedestrian street cars were allowed for drop-off and pick-up so we didn't have to walk far with our luggage. The flat itself was very nice, spotlessly clean and extremely well organized. We had absolutely everything we could need. The delightful touches were the wine, milk and juice which helped us through the morning after we arrived (not the wine, of course).

Beautiful little apartment on Rue Cler. Very well-equipped, full of light, pretty, and superb location. Also, Paris Perfect were professional and helpful, and Victor's Cab Service to/from airport was fantastic.
