Saint Veran
Located on two floors of a beautiful 18th century building (with an elevator), the beautiful Saint Veran has been decorated under the direction of an interior designer. The stunning décor incorporates luxurious fabrics with the most stylish and comfortable furnishings. For your extended comfort, the apartment features central air conditioning - a rarity in Paris - plus double-insulated windows to assure you will sleep well year round. With three bedrooms, this spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to six people.
On the first floor of the apartment, there is a spacious and well-proportioned double living room and dining area. With its original stone fireplace, herringbone parquet floors, high ceilings and exposed-beam wall, this room speaks to the earlier period foundations of the apartment. The space has a wonderful sense of regal serenity.
The living room features gorgeous traditional French touches. Both the sitting area and dining table comfortably accommodate six people. Next to the living area, you’ll find the enclosed kitchen. It is fully equipped with a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is also stocked with essentials for cooking and hosting meals at home.
Bedroom 1 on the second floor boasts a large bed with fine linens, pillows and stunning Parisian views. There is ample storage space in the built-in closets and shelving. The charming bedroom 2 with two beds, also located on the second floor, is perfect for guests who prefer to sleep separately. There are built-in closets that provide lots of storage space, plus lovely Paris views from the window. Bedroom 3 on the second floor has a comfortable large bed with fine linens and a duvet cover. The room overlooks a quiet courtyard.
Bathroom 1 is conveniently located in the center of the upper floor, providing easy access from all bedrooms. It is equipped with a large countertop with sink, bathtub and storage. On the same level, there is a separate half bath with a toilet and sink. Bathroom 2 is located off of the living room on the first floor and features a shower, sink and toilet.
