Located on two floors of a beautiful 18th century building (with an elevator), the beautiful Saint Veran has been decorated under the direction of an interior designer. The stunning décor incorporates luxurious fabrics with the most stylish and comfortable furnishings. For your extended comfort, the apartment features central air conditioning - a rarity in Paris - plus double-insulated windows to assure you will sleep well year round. With three bedrooms, this spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to six people.

On the first floor of the apartment, there is a spacious and well-proportioned double living room and dining area. With its original stone fireplace, herringbone parquet floors, high ceilings and exposed-beam wall, this room speaks to the earlier period foundations of the apartment. The space has a wonderful sense of regal serenity.

The living room features gorgeous traditional French touches. Both the sitting area and dining table comfortably accommodate six people. Next to the living area, you’ll find the enclosed kitchen. It is fully equipped with a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is also stocked with essentials for cooking and hosting meals at home.

Bedroom 1 on the second floor boasts a large bed with fine linens, pillows and stunning Parisian views. There is ample storage space in the built-in closets and shelving. The charming bedroom 2 with two beds, also located on the second floor, is perfect for guests who prefer to sleep separately. There are built-in closets that provide lots of storage space, plus lovely Paris views from the window. Bedroom 3 on the second floor has a comfortable large bed with fine linens and a duvet cover. The room overlooks a quiet courtyard.

Bathroom 1 is conveniently located in the center of the upper floor, providing easy access from all bedrooms. It is equipped with a large countertop with sink, bathtub and storage. On the same level, there is a separate half bath with a toilet and sink. Bathroom 2 is located off of the living room on the first floor and features a shower, sink and toilet.

Saint Veran Review

This is a nice apartment in a genuinely old, but refurbished building immediately facing the Seine and Notre Dame. There is air conditioning, which was a life-saver for us during the heat wave in June. The upstairs bedrooms in particular got very warm and stuffy without the air on. The cooling system struggled a bit, but was good enough to see us through our 5 days of 90+ degree heat. There is an elevator, also quite helpful, but it was only working the first 2 1/2 days of our stay. Carrying the bags back down the dark, steep, winding staircase was a bit challenging. The washer and dryer and dishwasher were also pluses. The apartment is located in a busy and vibrant area of Paris- well situated for walking to sites and public transportation alike. Tim from Paris Perfect gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment and neighborhood and responded immediately when called for a problem. We enjoyed our visit and would be happy to stay here again.

Saint Veran Review

by Marc and Tracy
We had a wonderful stay at St Veran. The location and view of Notre Dame was exceptional. Easy stroll to several Metro and RER. We liked having two floors and believe it or not it was fairly sound proof. Not big, but perfect for our group of three. The cafes all around made this a really cool spot. Most important Natalie was super responsive and helped us throughout our stay! Had central air and with the extreme heat it was really appreciated when we returned back home!

The apartment was perfect, and the location was fabulous--very handy for restaurants and using the Metro and train. Looking out the windows at the work being done at Notre Dame was hopeful. We had a wonderful stay!
