We had a wonderful stay at the Saint Romain apartment. The location on Rue Cler was ideal with many places to eat and shop, and easy walking distance to many sights and the Metro. The outdoor markets on Rue Cler, with amazing fresh fruit, were so nice and we were able to make fruit salad every morning at the apartment. The apartment is clean, bright and sunny and we would definitely stay there again when we return to Paris.

Transportation to/from the apartment and CDG was effortless and professional using Vac Perfect drivers. A little pricey but worth it as you can just turn your brain off and let them take care of the door to door service and arrival update calls to the property greeter. The property is well appointed and a perfect location with everything you need right outside your door on Rue Cler. Shower has great water pressure and sofa bed was comfortable for our teenage son.

We were very pleased with Saint Romain and with the service we received from Paris Perfect. Rue Cler is an absolute gem and having a balcony, even in November , was a bonus. We had several very warm days and we sat out and enjoyed the view of the glorious golden dome of Les Invalides, especially with the light of the setting sun. We had difficulty with some appliances, but the onsite team assisted; they were wonderful. Saint Romain is very sweet, comfortable, and beautifully located….a charmer.

We had a fantastic stay at our Paris Perfect apartment on Rue Cler. Everything was perfect from booking to check in and the apartment was a real treat to stay in. Very clean, well equipped with everything you would need and nice and spacious compared to a hotel room. The bathroom and kitchen look newly renovated as well. The location was fantastic with fresh food markets and many cafes on the street outside the hotel. We were about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower which was great. If you are looking at renting this property do not hesitate to book, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Saint Romain. Sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching Rue Cler come to life was a great way to start our day and in the evenings with a glass of wine just watching Parisian life go by. The apartment is beautiful, as are all of the Paris Perfect apartments. One thing to note is the toilet is not in the primary bathroom, not a problem at all for me but might be for others. Our local contact Ori, was gracious and welcoming. Ori answered all of my questions and called back immediately when I couldn't get the door to open properly. He made me feel very welcome in Paris! Don't hesitate to book this beautiful apartment if you want easy access to great restaurants and a taste of Parisian life. Bonus you can sometimes see a reflection of the Eiffel Tower in the windows across the street from the apartment!

Best Holiday Ever

The Saint Romain apartment was the perfect location for our holiday away from home. My two adult children were perfectly comfortable with the sofa and pull-out bed, and the bed in the main bedroom was cozy and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and the location on Rue Cler was perfect for our shopping and dining needs. The local croissants, baguettes, fresh berries, and restaurants were so good and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely Christmas Eve dinner at Cafe Central and gathered goodies for New Year's Eve from the many shops along the street. The location provided easy access to two different metro stations we needed. Walking back late at night felt safe and when I sprained my ankle one night in Paris, a local pharmacy around the corner provided what I needed to continue my trip. Paris Perfect thinks of everything, and the staff is available at any time if you need anything. My next travel goal is to stay in a Paris Perfect London apartment. I cannot recommend Paris Perfect enough. We loved every moment we were in this charming apartment.

You feel at home from the moment you step into this stunning apartment with everything you need and more! The apartment was spotless, well curated and totally comfortable. The quaint street was really a welcome haven in a busy bustling city. We shopped till we dropped, ate, drank and prepared the best little treat plates from the shops right on Rue Cler. So much fun, hospitality of the French was the best! From cab drivers, to shop clerks to any restaurant we were welcomed with our limited French. English was never a problem. We love your service and will return for an apartment in Italy next. This was our second stay in Paris Perfect accommodations. I can't say enough about our experience and stay - it was PERFECT. This apartment is even more beautiful in person, and everything outlined in the description was accurate. The location was fantastic, we loved our morning routines going outside and getting coffee and croissants, and having everything we needed and wanted within steps away on our beautiful and cozy street. The apartment itself was fully equipped, was spacious for the 2 of us, and so cozy and lovely. We had snacks and drinks on the balcony several times which was so delightful, and loved the living room space to relax with some wine and cheese after full days of exploring Paris. Our host was fantastic, showed us everything in the apartment and I knew if we needed anything he would be there - although we did not need him even once in our 5 night stay! Everything was perfect, can't say enough about this place (and I am a bit picky too!)

Great location for the Olympics

We loved the St Romain apartment and the location was superb for navigating around the Olympic venues. We stayed for a week and although the apartment was smaller than other Paris Perfect properties we have stayed at, it had everything we needed and the convenience of being on Rue Cler with all of the great shops below far outweighed the smaller space. I would certainly recommend this apartment and we can't wait to come back to Paris.

Charming!
Saint Romain was a perfect apartment for a couple, nicely appointed, bright, and a truly great location. We felt very Parisienne enjoying fresh croissants and bread for breakfast and often eating a delicious lunch of pate, fromage, cornichons, and of course bread for lunch. All purchased locally on our street, rue Cler. We enjoyed this apartment thoroughly and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect as promised
The Saint Romain was a cozy and comfortable spot for a wintry getaway. Superb location on rue Cler with abundant shopping and dining options yet no street noise in the apartment at all. While the apartment is very small it is amply equipped with everything we needed for breakfasting and apero hour there. The bed was great and the bathroom has good storage and lighting by. Also: very solid heating during an uncommonly cold week. Tiny nitpick is that the oven directions weren’t sufficient and we had to search online for help. But beyond that, as always, Paris Perfect lives up to the name.

Maybe our 4th stay at this specific apartment and 15th plus experience with Paris Perfect over the years. On the "Saint Romain" side, the apartment's location on rue Cler puts one in a bustling "market Street" location - easy access to cafe's, etc. and the balcony is a nice touch for an evening, pre-dinner cocktail. As with all the apartments, they are tastefully decorated - very comfortable. As for the staff, they were very helpful - again, as usual - and very responsive to a specific "misplaced passport" need on the part of our granddaughter who stopped by for a few nights. We anticipate yet another stay next fall - an annual 8-10 night fall Paris stay for the past 25 years.

Small but Perfect!
This was our 5th stay at a Paris Perfect apartment and the Saint Romain did not disappoint. It’s perfect for two people, only 450 square feet but all you need. Three floor to ceiling doors open to Rue Cler below. The kitchen is very well equipped, large fridge by Paris standards, washer/dryer and dishwasher, everything is stored in cupboards, very well organized. The bathroom with large tub is quite big given the size of the apartment, plenty of bathroom storage and has a towel warmer. The bedroom doesn’t have any lower shelves in the wardrobe so you have to live out of your suitcase for the items you cannot hang up however the wardrobe is a good size, it would be easy for the owners to add a couple of lower shelves. The balcony runs the full width of the apartment and is a great space to take in Rue Cler below, lovely view of Paris rooftops and the top of Les Invalides. You can see Eiffel twinkle at night in the reflection of the apartment window across the street, not perfectly visible but you know it’s on the hour. There is some pedestrian noise but it’s just Paris life which is lovely and you don’t hear any noise with the doors closed. The elevator is small but that’s expected. Easy 10-minute walk to the Eiffel, Metro, Velib bike sharing all near by. Plenty of restaurants, food and wine shops, post office right on Rue Cler, really has everything you need. Overall, I would recommend Saint Romain, lovely apartment for 2 people.

We were so thrilled with our stay. Our apartment was wonderful and to have basic supplies there to start was so helpful. Perfect Paris accommodations!
We have used Paris Perfect several times, and this was the second time we have stayed in an apartment on Rue Cler. The area is perfect for experiencing authentic Paris life. Within walking distance is everything you need for a quick meal/picnic; a boulangerie, fromagerie, several chocolatiers (including the oldest in Paris right across the street!), rotisserie, shopping marts, and flower stands not to mention the several cafes. The quiet apartment was a perfect size and very comfortable for two adults. The kitchen was well stocked as we typically enjoyed daily breakfast and an occasional cooked dinner. The balcony was an added bonus for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of another perfect day in Paris. Almost every evening we walked to Champs de Mars to watch the sun set next to the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend!! It was magical each time. We used the Metro daily (easy access to stop at the end of the street!) and walked everywhere in Paris. The staff at Paris Perfect were amazingly helpful in the pre-planning and on-site support. I highly recommend this company and this apartment!

Great location for a stay in Paris
Great location in the 7th, quiet and clean apartment with nice layout and space. Close to great restaurants as well as food stores to eat in. The check in was really easy and the Paris Perfect staff were great. Two notebooks in the apartment covered all the information we needed to take full advantage of everything in the apartment and the surrounding area.

So, we resisted Paris Perfect for awhile. We were thinking that, "Hey, we can just do it ourselves on AirBnb or whatever?" Well, after the third bad experience with a do-it-yourself apartment, we decided we wanted to go for a sure thing. And, Paris Perfect really delivered. This apartment was perfect. A chief concern of ours was adequate A/C as my husband has some health issues and this apartment even kept us comfortable on that 107 Fahrenheit day in July! The staff is helpful, friendly and very professional. That apartment clean and well, just beautiful. The ability to pop down to Rue Cler to get a (fabulous) dinner to go from a traiteur was just lovely. We spend a few weeks in France every summer for the past 15 years and now Paris Perfect will always be a part of our yearly time in France.

The apartment was perfect for us. Nicely appointed, spotlessly clean with a little balcony overlooking the golden dome of Les Invalides. And it was quiet, especially considering the vibrant neighborhood. We walked out the door to a wonderful market and great restaurants (check out the 'Top 10' in the manual provided by the company - you won't be disappointed!). We loved just exploring the area on foot. And an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, the Rodin Museum, etc and close enough to the Metro that the town center is just stops away. The people from Paris Perfect that we dealt with were helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process from making the request to handing over our keys as we left. Highly recommend, and will use this company, and maybe even this apartment again.

Once owners of a nice pied a terre in the 7th, we are very familiar with Paris and my wife and I are both highly fluent in French, so it was a sort of homecoming to celebrate a birthday and devour 6 art exhibitions. We have stayed in several other Paris Perfect apartments, so we know the high quality of all the options we have tried previously. Our former stays in our own Paris place and Paris Perfect apartments have circulated around the superb location of the 7th arrondissement with it central location, great transportation, excellent restaurants and the famed market street, La Rue Cler. The Saint Romain apartment is right in the middle of the la Rue Cler, which is a great advantage in every way and not an encumbrance to be on a largely pedestrian street. The apartment was the right size for a couple, but access to the bathroom (separate small space for les toilettes) passes through the one small bedroom, so that could be a challenge for any third or fourth adult guests using the living room pull-out sofa. As all Paris Perfect apartments, the kitchen and dining needs are abundantly stocked, and the appliances are cleverly built into the cabinets along the long apartment wall. Tastefully and nicely decorated, the apartment is on the top floor of the building and it is very functional--with a view of the golden dome of les Invalides-- but it does not have the high ceilings nor the wall and ceiling moldings of many traditional Paris apartments.

Really enjoyed our stay at this Paris Perfect apartment. The location was perfect as there was a lovely restaurant just below where we had breakfast often. There is also a lovely cheese shop and chocolatier, as well as a grocery store, post office and pharmacy, on the same street so we had everything we needed.
The apartment was just fine for us and the bed was very comfortable, although difficult to make each morning because it is against one wall/window. The bath/shower room was very nice, however no place to plug anything in because the warming towel rack blocks the one outlet in the bathroom. There are two large cabinets on either side of the sink to store products. We only were provided one face towel and we should have asked for more and I'm sure they would have responded accordingly, but we were busy sight seeing and managed without.
The kitchen had everything we needed (wine glasses). Lovely large refrigerator to keep water and wine cold. We did use the washer/dryer once and were happy to have it at our disposal, although it is a bit challenging to use. We read the directions provided, but I think an update to those instructions may be helpful to others. Thank you!

Another wonderful stay in Paris thanks to Paris Perfect. The apartment is lovely, the bed super comfortable, and the kitchen the best part - spacious, really well equipped and even has a full sized refrigerator. The location can't be beat for easy food shopping, right on the market street of Rue Cler. If you walk past the Musée de l'Armée mornings and evenings you can see all of the bunnies busily cropping the lawns. And if you stand in just the right spot and look across the street, you can see the reflection of the Eiffel Tower sparkly light show in one of the windows. My only tiny quibble about the PP apartments is the lack of storage space for suitcases and small personal items - always closets, but no dressers or shelves. It was manageable for one person, but if my husband had come we would have had trouble finding room for things, as there wasn't any place to comfortably 'live out of a suitcase'. So pack light - always a good idea anyway. The PP team is friendly and responsive, and as an older woman traveling alone it gives me a great sense of security knowing they are there to help. They provide not only lists of the standard recommendations for shops and restaurants but also doctors and dentists, a real plus. I can't wait to plan my next trip and hope I can stay with PP again.

Thank you to all the Paris Perfect Team ! The help and guidance from start to finish was just excellent. You not only helped us find the charming Saint Romain apartment on Rue Cler but all the local and neighborhood information was incredible. You helped us get to and from the airport with Victor Cabs Service and the apartment introduction and welcome was very helpful .The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to so many things including the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides and some delightful shops and bistros. Our few improvement suggestions are : 1. We had trouble following the directions in the yellow apartment booklet for the microwave and washer/dryer! Please reread and try and give more thorough instructions with some visuals. 2. There was some construction going on in the building and the banging and noise was pretty bad during the day and they started work early! My husband had a sore leg so we often returned to the apartment during the day to rest his leg and it was difficult to get any peace with the noise. Fortunately the workers didn't work on the weekend! We should have been notified and we might have suggested an alternate apartment. 3. The garbage bin area on the main level should have a light. Very dark!
Overall, our Paris week was just wonderful and we appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, the welcome bottle of wine, all the kitchen items, the updated bathroom and most of all the perfect location! Thank you again and Happy Holidays.

This is my third PP apartment, and one of my favorites. I love the location, close to the Ecole Militaire metro, and all of the neighborhood stores of Rue Cler. Although it does not have a view of the Eiffel Tower, you can see the top of the dome of Les Invalides from the balcony. And, of course, the balcony itself is a great bonus. We ate our breakfasts (fresh croissants and pain au chocolat from the local bakery, and fresh raspberries from the fruit market) on the balcony every morning, and sat outside again in the evenings after a long day of sightseeing. With small children, it was wonderful to be able to shop for groceries and cook in the apartment. When I didn't have the energy to cook, there were other options, such as ready-made, delicious food from the Jeusselin store. You really are able to live like a local in this apartment. I felt like the guys at the corner fruit market knew me, and were ready to select their very best melons and framboises for me.
The apartment was quiet at night, which is remarkable given its central location. We slept well. My children and I usually sleep together while on vacation, but the bed was a bit tight. Consequently, my older daughter moved to the sofa bed. She reported that it was quite comfortable, and I was pleased that it was easy to set up at night, and put away in the morning. Wifi worked great! As with all of the PP apartments, the design makes the most of every living space. I found it to be comfortable and easy to work in the kitchen. I enjoyed having the Nespresso machine so that I could have coffee in the mornings (and late afternoons!). Little touches like this make me feel at home when I'm traveling. All in all, another wonderful experience with PP!

We had a wonderful stay at Saint Romain, right on Rue Cler. We found it more fun to grocery shop on rue Cler and eat home than going to restaurants. We didn't really cook because we could simply buy amazing seafood, meat, and veggie dishes made and sold at Jeusselin and Davoli.
We spent a lot of time on the balcony in the evening, eating dinner and enjoying wine and the view.
Staying a short stroll from rue Cler was a privilege. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to comfortably spend nine nights. There was a bottle of wine, orange juice, and an Eiffel Tower charm key holder as gifts.
The bedroom was small but comfortable with quality sheets and had a good size closet with many hangers. The bathroom had a good storage space and a good size tub. Everything worked, including the washer (we didn't use the dryer because it would take a long time to dry - there was an easy-assembly hanging rack for drying clothes). We made good memories at Saint Romain and would return to enjoy being a temporary resident again. Thank you Paris Perfect.

We spent a week at the Saint Romain and loved it! The location near Rue Cler was perfect with markets, restaurants and gelato never too far away. The balcony was a nice reprieve for morning coffees and late night drinks. Loved staying here!! The hairdryers were great! What a delight to stay in Saint Romain! This is the perfect location for a first time or anytime visit to Paris. The apartment was spacious for my husband and I. The bedroom was great and provided a restful night after walking many steps through Paris. Best hairdryers!! We did not cook since all the food on Rue Cler. We loved bringing our food that we gathered back to the apartment so that we could sit and eat on the balcony! Packing light was great since there was a washer/dryer available. We loved Paris because of Rue Cler and the Saint Romain!! Merci Beaucoup!

The apartment was light and finely furnished with lots of fresh towels and linens, pillow and blankets. Spotless--even down to a brand new kitchen sponge at the sink! We were met by a representative of Paris Perfect who showed us "all you need to know" to get in and out of the apartment/lift. She included practice for locking and locking the door with warnings about the uniqueness of Paris locks! A bottle of wine was there as was water and milk to hold us til we shopped. Most useful was the booklet that included idiot-proof instructions (IN ENGLISH)on how to operate the various appliances in the flat. They even provided shop packets for the clothes washers and dishwasher tablets.
If we had chosen to cook, it would have been easy to do--every possible pot, pan, utensil was in the kitchen.
The French doors were excellent in muffling out any noise from the street---the patio was welcoming.
Two concerns:
1--I wish that the prints in the loo were for sale--charming representations of an assemble of men on one side of the water closet and women on the opposing wall--dressed in 17th/18th century finery, but all facing away from the viewer-- quite a lovely pairing.
and
2--this is serious--please clean the pigeon poop from the outside window sills of the bedroom and bath --and add spikes to keep them from landing and cooing and ---ing there.
Well will for sure use Paris Perfect for out next visit to Paris. It was a grand location for walking the neighborhood and for accessing the metro and connecting to other arrondisements, the RER and TGV.

The Saint Romain apartment was a cozy and delightful nest for our week's stay in Paris.
The apartment is decorated simply but with real charm and taste; we kept noticing subtle and thoughtful little touches. Two luxuries are worth mentioning: the electric towel warmer and one of the most comfortable beds we have encountered on our European travels. The balcony is small, but a fun place to sit and watch the market street below or the sunset glinting off the top of the Invalides dome.
The location is terrific – a safe, interesting, lively neighborhood close to so many attractions. Being on a pedestrian market street meant it was always possible to slip downstairs for an early morning café, an enormous range of fresh food, or a late-night digestif – and yet we were never bothered by traffic noise.
The washer-dryer was broken while we were there, so we couldn't wash towels, and while the Paris Perfect staff were unable to get it repaired during our stay, they responded by bringing us a large stack of fresh towels – so problem solved, and we didn't even have to do laundry! In general, the Paris Perfect employees were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. And they were very flexible in allowing us to stay a few extra days and arrange taxi transportation when our return flight was cancelled due to a blizzard back home.
Having used Paris Perfect twice, we would happily recommend it to anyone. It allows you to experience the charm of genuine Paris apartment living, but backed by a professional staff, and without the worry and uncertainty of using an Airbnb-type service in a foreign country.

We has a super time in Paris. I have been to Paris several times and there was always something I hated about the hotel I booked. (noise, crummy bathrooms & beds/lack of space etc.).
The Saint Romain was exactly as it appears on your website and it is well kitted out so we did not lack for anything. The rue Cler is a fantastic location and we felt very much at home.
Isobel explained everything very well and we appreciated also having a manual to refer to.
My only suggestion would be extra hooks in the bathroom to hang housecoats & PJs.
If possible an umbrella for the balcony because after 10am it was too hot to use; but this was a minor inconvenience.
On my first morning out to get our baguette & other groceries, there was a man playing La Vie en Rose on a grinder. I felt like I was in a movie!
Thanks for a great experience and in the near future we plan to check out your apartment rental service in London and Rome.

Thanks to the entire Paris Perfect staff for a memorable stay in the Saint Romain apartment near Rue Cler! The Paris Perfect team took care of every detail of our stay, including, transportation to and from CDG, gourmet food baskets, travel wifi, museum passes, bus/metro tickets, and a delightful minibus tour to Giverny. Thank you Lisa for a lovely welcome, to include a very special wine basket. The location of the Saint Romain could not have been better. There were markets, patisseries, cheese and wine shops, flower markets as well as cafes nearby. (We especially enjoyed our meals and the staff at TRIBECA!) We found the Saint Romain to be well equipped, nicely furnished and really cozy. The balcony was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and people watch at the end of a long day. For anyone considering a stay in Paris, I highly recommend letting the Paris Perfect team plan your "perfect" vacation!!! Thank you for everything

Best terrace ever! Our mornings were perfect having coffee sitting on the living room/kitchen terrace overlooking the Paris rooftops, the Invalides golden dome, with the rue Cler pedestrian market street below. We loved this bright, cheery, and beautifully decorated apt. And its large modern bathroom. The queen bed was very comfortable with its bedroom facing a quiet and calm courtyard. The pull out trundle bed in the living room was easy to set up and put away and surprisingly very comfortable. The apt location right in the middle of the rue Cler pedestrian market street was fantastic. We were there during strawberry season in June and every morning at the market we bought 2-3 different varieties of the most incredibly delicious strawberries trucked in daily from Brittany. Our favorite cafe was Le Petit Cler - just downstairs across the street. Along with the local neighborhood residents, we ate delicious daily specials for lunch - duck with potatoes and salad, steak frites, stuffed tomatoes, large mixed salads, and omelettes with fines heres. Amazing cheese plates came from the famous Marie Cantin cheese shop around the corner. The best take away crepes are just downstairs too from a cafe with a crepe cart parked out front. Made to order ham and cheese crepes, with nutella, or just plain with a sprinkle of sugar. Up the street, The Cafe du Marche's sidewalk tables were filled with local residents meeting family and friends for drinks all evening long. If you want to live like a resident in Paris, this is the place to be. And the Ecole Militaire metro (with the whole city at your fingertips) is just a 2 minute walk around the corner. Not to mention the Eiffel Tower!

To stay right on the world famous Rue Cler market street was a dream come true. The location of the Saint Romain apartment is idyllic. This was our first time renting an apartment and we loved every second of our stay. I will forever remember sitting on the balcony and watching how Paris awakes below. Even though we did not cook much, the kitchen is modern with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Our greeter was very friendly and helpful.

An adorable apartment set on the quintessential Rue Cler market street in the 7th arrondissement. The balcony is great for relaxing after a long day of site seeing. The location is wonderful with lots of open air markets, restaurants and specialty shops at your door step. We really enjoyed our stay in the Saint Romain apartment, located on the popular Rue Cler. There is a rooftop balcony with small table and chairs, which would be great in warmer weather. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchenette has plenty of dishes and glassware, a good-sized refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. We used the washer, and dried clothes by hanging on hangers, or on the heated towel rack, because the dryer takes a very long time. The bathroom was a decent size, with a shower/tub---everything looked pretty new and nicely updated. The staff person who met us when we arrived was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay in this apartment again when we return to Paris, and had a great experience overall working with Paris Perfect.

The Saint Romain apartment was "perfect" for our needs. It overlooks the exciting Rue Cler market area. You can go sit out on the balcony and enjoy the activity on the street or close the windows for almost total quiet. Beautifully renovated, decorated, and with central air--what more could you want? Lovely evening walk to the Eiffel Tower, all the shops just steps away from our front door, easy access to the rest of Paris. And, Paris Perfect was excellent to work with--helpful, attentive. Thank you PP for making our vacation a dream come true.

This ideally located apartment was charmingly furnished and equipped with absolutely everything we could have required during our stay. A generous balcony made the apartment seem larger and provided a lovely venue for drinks/dining, and being on the sixth floor meant minimal noise disturbance. Light filled the rooms and careful attention had been paid to present everything to maximum effect.
Paris Perfect arranged a "meet and greet" during which any questions were answered prior to our even needing to ask! In addition, the thoughtful welcome gift of orange juice, milk, tea/coffee, wine and snacks meant that the apartment could be enjoyed immediately, without the need for immediate shopping for provisions.
Within the welcome booklet was a host of useful tips/information on the area and Paris in general. This was appreciated, as even with a sound knowledge of the city there is always a different perspective to take into account. Paris Perfect has been able to look at the experience through the eyes of the visitor and arrange everything for maximum convenience. Even departure was simple - just tidy up and leave the keys.
We would love to return to Saint Romain next year for all the above reasons, together with the beautiful market street below. So many Paris experiences still to enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay in the Saint Romain apartment. Ideally located on the very popular rue Cler, we were close to restaurants, shops, bakeries and cheese shops. Although on a busy street, the double-glazed windows ensured that no street noise was heard while were were inside. The apartment is fully equipped with all appliances necessary to truly live like Parisians, including cooking meals on a daily basis. It was a memorable stay and we are certainly recommending this apartment to our family and friends!

This is our second stay at Saint Romain on what is an annual few week trip to France in late fall, always culminating with a ten night stay in Paris.
Saint Romain itself is centrally located, within walking distance of the major sights, museums and shopping areas, not to mention the rue Cler market place itself. It is well maintained and comported for discriminating guests, with a balcony overlooking the street ideal for a pre-dinner cocktail, or early morning coffee.
As importantly, ParisPerfect properties are top flight. We have stayed in one for three straight years and will be returning in May with another couple, staying at "Alsace".
We are fans.

The Saint Romain apartment was simply perfect! Charming, clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully and stocked with everything we could need. But perhaps the best quality of the Saint Romain apartment is the location. Rue Cler is a quintessential Parisian apartment location that will make you feel like a true local. Everything you need from the fromagerie, to the patisserie, the butcher, wine shops, flower shops -- and the fresh produce market and cafes -- are right out your door. Plus you are 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, and one quick street away from boutiques and some of the most sought-after restaurants in the city. Even so, Saint Romain is the perfect place to cook-in and enjoy some downtime. We were pinching ourselves on the balcony with a view of classic rooftops and the golden dome of Les Invalides. We are already dreaming about returning to our beautiful, special, apartment with one of the most incredible cities in the world as its backdrop! C'est magnifique!

"Saint Romain" was a wonderful apartment in which to stay during our week in Paris. The location on Rue Clear was perfect- cafes, shopping, weekend flea markets, proximity to the Metro and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything was very modern yet had the charm of Paris. We used Victor for transportation to and from the airport who was recommended by Paris Perfect. A wonderful little apartment in a great location. We loved being near Rue Cler. Of course everything you could possibly want in the way of food and beverage is right outside your front door. The apartment was clean as a whistle (thank you for that always, Paris Perfect ) and is well appointed with all the conveniences and appliances. It is fine for a couple but I think you would find it tight for four, even a family. Still, a little gem of an accomodation.

Saint Romain is the perfect base for a stay in Paris. In a renowned food paradise and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The apartment is better than it looks in the online pictures but what the promotional material cannot show is the local atmosphere. If you want a holiday where you feel like a "local" then this is the place to stay - the food, flowers,cheeses and wines that are at your front door are unbelievable. Just got back from our first stay in Paris and Paris Perfect made it a wonderful experience! My husband and I and 2 boys (ages 6 & 9) fit perfectly in the apartment and really enjoyed coming back to our own cozy piece of Paris every evening. The welcome and walk through with the representative was very helpful and knowing someone was always around for any problems was very reassuring. The neighborhood of Rue Cler was adorable. We enjoyed our morning routine of purchasing fresh croissants and baguette, to go with the freshly made espresso for our leisurely breakfast in the apartment. The location in Paris was great to visit all the sights by walking the beautiful streets, as well as it is only a short walk from the metro. Having a view of the twinkling Eiffel Tower every evening reflected in the neighbors window across the street was a fun bonus. Now that we are home and reflecting on our trip, we can't wait to return to Paris and our new home away from home at the Saint Romain!

The apartment is lovely in a really nice neighborhood - I'd highly recommend this as a much better alternative to a standard hotel stay. There is every convenience needed both in the apartment as well as on the market street, Rue Clar, where it is located. As well the apartment is beautifully located for walking to many places and the metro is only a few blocks away. I would also say that the personal hand holding the staff at Paris Perfect does is very helpful; the owners are very thorough in terms of the information about staying in the city, and generous in sharing their knowledge; and finally the referrals provided by Paris Perfect for sightseeing, transfers, and other services are to excellent contacts. Having stayed in several flats managed by other companies in Paris, I must admit that we were thoroughly surprised and enchanted by not only the Saint Romain flat and the fact that it was better than advertised on the website but also by the impeccable service we received during our stay.
It usually is quite an ordeal to rent a flat in Paris but the ParisPerfect team made it seem like a walk in the park!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my "picky and demanding" friends who often travel to Paris.
And of course, the best part of all: the Nespresso machine in the kitchen...that is quite the classy touch!

I traveled to Paris with my husband to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and had booked an apartment with Paris Perfect for our stay. I was a bit nervous as this was not only our first time in Paris, but our first time traveling abroad. The Paris Perfect team was so helpful and professional. The apartment exceeded our expectations; it was even nicer than depicted on the website and the local team had stocked it with a few niceties like coffee, milk, cookies and a bottle of wine! We were lucky to stay in the newly remodeled Saint Romain apartment located in the heart of Rue Cler. The apartment is beautifully finished with gorgeous floors, a sparkling new kitchen, lots of storage, and a high-end bathroom with a huge bathtub. No expense was spared on the fits and finishes of this lovely apartment. It was a perfect place to begin and end our long days of museum hopping. Rue Cler is the perfect place to stay for foodies like us. The many shops and restaurants at our doorstep were a delight and thrill. Our vacation was wonderful and unforgettable. My family of 4: 2 daughters aged 10, 12, my husband and I stayed in the Saint Romain apartment for the holiday week after Christmas.
Upon arrival I worried that the apartment would be to small for all four of us. The kids set up beds in the living room and my husband and I moved the sitting area over a few feet and Voila! we had a wonderful cozy week.
The apartment really is laid out well so space was not a problem. The bathroom with full tub and shower is spacious so dressing was pleasant and convenient. The hot water pressure was great even for the last of our group to shower.
All of the beds were very comfortable even for this habitual insomniac. I slept wonderfully without any noise disturbances.
The convection oven worked well and was very convenient. The location of the apartment is very special. Rue Cler was beautifully lit for the holidays, the markets were thriving and inviting. The deli, Davoli, had marvelous dishes everyday. Many evenings we stopped to smell, ooohhh and awe even after a full dinner. The shopkeepers in the fromagerie, the boulangerie, Nicholas (the wine shop) & L'epecurie around the corner were all friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful trip. The location was better than expected and I hope to return soon.

Saint Romain is absolutely adorable - cheerful, comforable, and it had everything - even a vase for flowers we purchased at one of the local flower markets right outside our door. We loved the terrace - what a plus! We loved the rue Cler cafes and the local boulangerie/patisserie just up the street.
I especially appreciated access to free telephone calls and wireless internet since the SIM card in my blackberry didn't work when I got to Paris. The ParisPerfect staff members were so friendly and their orientation was great. We had all of the info needed in the notebook in the apartment.
We have been telling everyone about our great experience. We recommend ParisPerfect to anyone traveling to Paris.

We stayed at the Saint Romain apartment in Paris and it was perfect. It was exactly as pictured on the website. The balcony was fantastic and there was plenty of room for our family of 4 including two teenage girls. The location - on the Rue Cler - couldn't have been more convenient; great to relax on balcony and sites of Paris and rue Cler below. It was close to the metro and Eiffel Tower. The shops and restaurants below our building were great. It was nice to be able to stop by the butcher shop and bakery after a long day of sightseeing to get a snack to take back to the apartment. Paris Perfect were extremely helpful. The young man that met us at the apartment was very knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know. We even received a phone call from Paris Perfect asking if we needed anything. I hope that I will be in Paris again someday. I already know where I will stay!

As always everything was perfect, and as we were sitting above the Rue Cler, it seems appropriate to note that we cooked our New Year's Eve meal in this "mignon" apartment with ingredients all found in our favorite shopping street in Paris - the magnificent Rue Cler!

Dear Paris Perfect Team, Thank you for your very comfortable, charming and well-appointed apartment. We cannot think of any detail you overlooked and we especially appreciated all the "extras" such as the towel warmer, the expresso machine with samples, the dryer rack & the fully equipped kitchen & laundry facilities! This location is excellent and I could have spent a week just roaming through the neighborhood. Everything we needed for our time here was just footsteps away. The greeter was very helpful and we welcomed her familiarity with American customs and personalities - their friendly, easy-going manner was very welcoming! Thank you for the information booklet and all the travel tips. You have anticipated our every concern and all your suggestions were thoughtful and accurate. We were fortunate enough to be here for Christmas and the Midnight Mass at Saint Clohilde was very special. The Christmas Markets along the Champs-Elysees were are bonus - as were the Blue Lights on the Eiffel Tower. We will definitely return to a Paris Perfect Apartment!

Returning home was such a disappointment when we discover there are no bakerys, no fresh fruit, no restaurant, no fresh olive oil etc. outside our front door! We had an amazing time and can hardly wait to return! We will recommend the apartment to our family and friends.

We had a wonderful week in Paris! The greeter was there to greet us on our first day and settle us in. Then we were off to explore the fantastic Rue Cler neighbourhood. We have enjoyed eating at many of the local restaurants and were regulars at the boulangerie/patisserie and produce shops. Check out "Satine" across the street for women's designer-fashions. The owners are very friendly and the clothing is fashion forward. The apartment has been a welcome refuge after long days of walking and sightseeing. We will happily recommend Paris Perfect to our friends and family, and hope to be back in France soon. Merci beaucoup!

What a wonderful week in Paris thanks to a beautiful city and a great apartment in rue Cler. Thank you Paris Perfect Team for all of your attention to details.
We loved dinner at Tribeca and our favorite Café le Bosquet (take a right out of the Apt Building and your 1st Right Down 1 Block).
The taste of Life as a Parisian was the best! Our children (Elizabeth 12 & Matt 10) loved the pain au chocolats. A day at Orsay was great and the sites of Paris remarkable.

This was my first trip to Paris & the apartment made our stay a lot more enjoyable because we were able to rest very comfortably and enjoy all the amenities the apartment had to offer at the end of each day.
We especially enjoyed buying all the food and drinks we needed from the stores just below our apartment. The location of our apartment was excellent as we were just a short walk to the metro and bus stops. We would certainly recommend Paris Perfect to our friends wishing to visit Paris for at least a week. Needless to say, Paris Perfect will be our contact on our next visit to Paris - which we hope will be soon. Au Revoir!

This is a wonderfully peaceful and picturesque location and we particularly enjoyed using the beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy the cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables which we could purchase just below us. The neighborhood gave us a relaxing feeling.
The apartment was beautifully furnished and we appreciated the hospitality of the staff when we arrived.
We enjoyed Paris neighborhoods such as Montmartre, Marais and others. In particular, we liked 'Au Lapin Agile', a caberet in Montmart. We found our apartment a convenient base (using the metro) to visit Versailles, the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Musee Rodin (the parent of our Rodin museum in Philadelphia), and the nearby Eiffel Tower (on foot).
We all agreed we would like to return again. Merci!!!

Words cannot begin to describe what great of a time we've had here. We felt at home thanks to the cleanliness of our apartment. Being able to shop for groceries in French downstairs with the grocery cart/bag was very fun. Your location for the apartment is marvellous! Everything is so near! The décor of the apartment was very charming. Your generous hospitality with your useful advice in the books truly did help us.
We've had such a delightful stay that we are ready to give our many recommendations to our friends and family in the States.

Being a mother of sons, I knew I would have to organize my own birthday party, so we decided to celebrate my 60th with a wonderful week in Paris.
The apartment is special. We only saw you once but didn't need to as your professional approach, wonderful 'local notes' thought of everything.
We have always loved PARIS 7 and rue Cler with its local flavour is great. The busy day to day activity of operational Paris makes you feel like you are 'living the dream' if only for a short time.
We hired motorscooters so highlight:-
6AM bike ride through PARIS - over bridges, under towers & watching the sunrise over the river before breakfast on the balcony. A birthday to remember.

The apartment and neighborhood are absolutely wonderful! What a great location, I just wish we'd had more time to relax and explore the neighborhood more since we were busy dragging our poor children (ages 10& 13) all over Paris to see the sights. My husband did manage to sit on the balcony several times to enjoy his red wine, bread and cheese. (vin rouge, pain et fromage, the only word in french that he knows!)
We visited the Greek restaurant for crepes many times.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay in Paris. The apartment is a perfect combination of comfort with elegance.
It is a testament to your creativity hat within minuets one can grab a blanket, pull a shot of expresso, and plop down on the couch with a Paris Top Ten magazine as if you've been living there for months!
We especially appreciated the music selection and console. As advertised the attention to lighting design in the apartment set such a romantic mood which cont'd on out into the most romantic city in the world.
Our stay was on the shorter side so we focused on just walking around in beautiful neighborhoods. We had been to Paris 2 years back and crammed all the sights in then. This time we luxuriated in the simplicity of walks, cafes, and finding delight in getting a little lost every now and then.
I believe there is a Rick Steve's segment on rue Cler's fantastic markets. Regardless, this location is the best we've stayed at. The food along rue Cler in combination with convenience of our apartment's kitchen was just fantastic - the best food - we can't stop talking about how delicious everything is.
Thank you so much for all your superb hospitality and attention to detail - You have made our mini-break to Paris memorable and relaxing, but most of all romantic!

This is our fourth stay with Paris Perfect, including one stay in London! And all have been excellent. The 'greeters' are helpful and knowledgeable, and the apartment very cheerful and comfortable and well equipped for light cooking and entertaining! And your info package is superb - one of the best!
At this point, I think we've tried every restaurant in the quartier and most markets & shopping areas, and all your thoughts/recommendations, perfect.

My husband and I (and our 2-year-old toddler) just returned from a fabulous stay at The Saint Romain apartment near Rue Cler. Our apartment was impecable and the view from our balcony was amazing! Philippe and Madeline provided us with extremely useful and entertaining information about our neighborhood, which proved more helpful than any guidebook. The neighborhood was quaint and the shops were terrific.
When we arrived the first day, a market on our street was in full swing. We took some time to buy fresh poultry, veggies and, of course, fromage.
The apartment was bright and airy with pleasant and comfortable decor. (We hid the breakables in a cabinet so our toddler would not destroy anything.) Each day we walked around the city and stopped at every park along the way. Paris is very kid friendly and so is Paris Perfect. (We forgot our stroller at a hotel in Nice, and Caroline, the apartment's manager, expedited its safe return for us). In the evening we ate our meals together and then read a bedtime story to our toddler before retreating to the balcony for a class of wine and classical music.
It was splendid! A trip of a lifetime for us. Thank You!

What a wonderful week I had on my most recent trip to Paris thanks in no small measure to Paris Perfect. I can honestly now refer to 'my pied-a-terre'.........Every detail has been condsidered from the welcome basket to the French-themed DVDs (particularly my favorite, LA FEMME NIKITA). Once one has fallen in love with the City of Light, it makes all the difference to be a resident in the neighborhood and not simply a lodger in a hotel room. Your restaurant tips were terrific as well. Needless to say, I am earnestly studying next year's calendar in preparation for my next booking!
