Saint-Pourçain

What can we possibly say? As good friends and professional colleagues of PP, it was a treat to actually stay as a guest at the St. Pourcain. It was everything and more than we ever could have expected - we got the full PP treatment! Vacation Perfect is a wonderful company to work with. Lize and her team were very responsive and helpful, as was our local contact. The car service they recommended was great. This is my second booking with Vacation Perfect in Paris and I highly recommend. Specifically, Saint-Pourcain was a great fit for our group of 6 adults. The location is convenient for site seeing and yet the area has a neighborhood feel. The restaurant below was very welcoming to us. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

First off, Saint Pourcain is simply gorgeous with its character filled architecture and clean eclectic design elements. A wonderfully quiet apartment on such a busy street full of life. Steps away from everywhere I love: Place Vendome, Opera, Louvre and great dining downstairs and all around. My aunt and I enjoyed the apartment very much and I highly recommend it. I would want it again. The particularly nice aspect of this apartment is the placement of it being in the bourse district with a lot more locals here than other Vacation Paris locations I've been to which I really love about this location. A definite apartment to return to, I loved it.

The apartment is as beautiful as described and pictured. All the necessities were there as well as directions for appliances and the neighborhood. The size was perfect for when my daughters and granddaughters arrived too. And the location was great too.

We could not have loved our Paris visit more and this apartment was perfect for us! Paris Perfect was fantastic to us…from our delayed/cancelled flight out of London —Franck was amazingly kind and accommodating to help us get settled in later than expected. The recommended concierge, Karina, was so thoughtful in picking out delicious and fresh provisions. The apartment was so well appointed and spacious and the decor was beautiful. I loved the designer details, the art work, and the mixes of modern and antique. While there was just three of us, we each had our own space and lovely areas to gather. The bar room is fantastic. It was definitely Paris Perfect and gave us a sense of feeling like locals. We loved Paris, and France, so much and can’t wait to return! Thank you for everything! xx 

Paris Perfect is an apt description of a classic Parisian apartment updated with modern conveniences. Elegant, comfortable and well equipped, Saint Pourcain was an ideal base for our group of six of grand parents, adult children and elementary school grandchildren. One queen bedroom is a bit snug and there is the occasional rumble from the metro below but otherwise outstanding. Paris Perfect were responsive hosts and I would use the company again.

During a recent trip to France, we spent time in Paris with our adult children and their spouses, so we needed 3 bedrooms. This apartment was absolutely perfect. Spacious and lovely, and also in a great location. All of us were very impressed! The book of local restaurant recommendations was very helpful. Easy walk to everywhere and a metro station is just down the block. We will definitely use Paris Perfect on all return trips to Paris, they were very responsive and a delight.

This apartment was lovely—just right in every way. We liked the building and the neighborhood—lots of good restaurants nearby. The kitchen was very well appointed. There were six of us: grandparents, parents and 2 pre-teen granddaughters. Perfect. Good beds, space, and very, very clean. Everything worked. We hated to leave after 10 days.

We loved our stay at Saint Pourcain! The location was perfect— cute little neighborhood, incredibly convenient to Metro stops— and the apartment was great. We were a group of 5: my spouse and I, our two kids aged 4 and 6, and my mother, who is 70. The apartment was the perfect size, spacious enough without being too big. Having laundry was key when Lufthansa lost our luggage and we had to wash our same one pair of clothes 3 nights in a row! Couldn’t ask for anything better and would definitely choose Vacation Perfect again. Felt much more secure dealing with a company rather than an individual (ie, Vrbo or Airbnb) in a new city.

Beautifully decorated apartment in a great central location in Paris. We were there with our two teenagers and everyone had their own space to relax and spread out. It was quite warm while we were in Paris and the AC was able to keep up which was great after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is comfortable, beautifully decorated and a great space for family group. We stayed with daughter and 2 teenage grand children, each had their own space. The location gives easy access to most of the central Paris landmarks for site seeing and the surrounding food establishments provide options for all. The metro stop is across the street and the grocery store is one block away. The small bar room was a great place for us adults to have a bit of quiet time. It was a rather cold, damp time in Paris, we came ready with outer wear but the apartment had difficulty keeping the heat up.

Beautiful place! Easy to get in, quiet, and private location. Near shops, restaurants, tourist activities, and the metro. I would definitely stay here again!

As a family of 4 with two older teenagers, Saint-Pourçain was a haven in central Paris. It provided everything we needed and more. An ideal location, conveniently on the first floor with a lift, superbly appointed and thoughtfully renovated we enjoyed a truly civilised stay. Whilst we were there the “road furniture” in the street below was restructured to create parking spaces - arriving in a car or taxi was challenging without that. The extra space in the apartment was greatly appreciated and helped create the sanctuary our family needed for a perfect holiday. We would return.

I stayed in this apartment for a month. It’s a great place to call “home”. Easy access to the metro, shopping and sites. The apartment is so comfortable and so well laid out. I had visitors during my stay and everyone had their own wing with amenities, meaning I didn’t have to share a bedroom or bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, living room is open and very conducive to family entertaining. While the view out the windows is not the best you get a real neighborhood feel. The restaurant downstairs was delightful and even offered us the use of their stairs while some courtyard renovations were going on. The apartment was fully appointed and we enjoyed many a family meal over the month. Thank you Paris Perfect. This was my eighth Paris Perfect stay…looking forward to my next one!

We stayed 11 nights in Saint Pourcain and it was perfect! The apartment was stocked with everything we needed and more. We had five people - me and my husband, our two boys (14 and 11) and my mother. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and a common area to enjoy after a long day of exploring. Kitchen, laundry, and AC were a blessing! We loved the location - it's more commercial than other neighborhoods, but for us that was a plus. Very walkable, easy transport, and close to shopping, groceries, etc. My sister lives in Paris and was blown away at how nice the apartment was! Better than any VRBO or air bnb we've stayed in.

This apartment was perfect for 2 couples with bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment for privacy. We would definitely rent this again whether traveling with another couple or with our kids. The layout, amenities and decor were fantastic, and we loved the location - beautiful block with cafes & a creperie steps from our door, as well as a ten-minute walk to the Louvre & Tuilleries - easy walk to all of Paris. We've rented quite a few apartments in Paris through different companies and Paris Perfect is by far my favorite - your customer service is outstanding and this apartment was absolutely ideal for us. Thank you!
