Booking Period: Monthly stays of 30+ nights falls under civil lease; renters insurance is required. 

PLEASE NOTE: Building works are currently in progress across the street; expected completion is June 2028. Discretionary discounts applicable in consideration of the inconvenience depending on stay dates. There can be some noise and unsightly construction materials on the surrounding street. According to Paris Law, construction crews are required to abide by set working hours.

Everything about this apartment was perfect for our family of five. Perfect amount of space, perfect location, perfectly clean with modern amenities. We were there during the height of the heat wave and the a/c held up wonderfully. There's an elevator, but it's a first-floor walk-up, so not many steps to take after a long day sight-seeing. On-site washer/dryer was a nice bonus since we were at the end of a multi-city tour. Metro was at the front door and the neighborhood felt charming and safe. Highly recommend!

Excellent Apartment

Everything was just perfect. Was welcomed on time, shown the apartment and provided with a book in both French and English about how everything in the apartment worked. Beds were very comfortable and showers and bathrooms were large and modern. The showers were just like home. The neighborhood (2nd Arr bordering 9th Arr) is a great location with a metro station just steps away. Looking forward to our next stay with Paris Perfect.

Truly Made Paris Perfect For Us!

Vacation Perfect is a wonderful company to work with. Lize and her team were very responsive and helpful, as was our local contact. The car service they recommended was great. This is my second booking with Vacation Perfect in Paris and I highly recommend. Specifically, Saint-Pourcain was a great fit for our group of 6 adults. The location is convenient for site seeing and yet the area has a neighborhood feel. The restaurant below was very welcoming to us. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.
