Comfort and Location

This apartment was lovely—just right in every way. We liked the building and the neighborhood—lots of good restaurants nearby. The kitchen was very well appointed. There were six of us: grandparents, parents and 2 pre-teen granddaughters. Perfect. Good beds, space, and very, very clean. Everything worked. We hated to leave after 10 days.

Excellent stay

We loved our stay at Saint Pourcain! The location was perfect— cute little neighborhood, incredibly convenient to Metro stops— and the apartment was great. We were a group of 5: my spouse and I, our two kids aged 4 and 6, and my mother, who is 70. The apartment was the perfect size, spacious enough without being too big. Having laundry was key when Lufthansa lost our luggage and we had to wash our same one pair of clothes 3 nights in a row! Couldn’t ask for anything better and would definitely choose Vacation Perfect again. Felt much more secure dealing with a company rather than an individual (ie, Vrbo or Airbnb) in a new city.

Wonderful Parisian apartment

Beautifully decorated apartment in a great central location in Paris. We were there with our two teenagers and everyone had their own space to relax and spread out. It was quite warm while we were in Paris and the AC was able to keep up which was great after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful for Family

The apartment is comfortable, beautifully decorated and a great space for family group. We stayed with daughter and 2 teenage grand children, each had their own space. The location gives easy access to most of the central Paris landmarks for site seeing and the surrounding food establishments provide options for all. The metro stop is across the street and the grocery store is one block away. The small bar room was a great place for us adults to have a bit of quiet time. It was a rather cold, damp time in Paris, we came ready with outer wear but the apartment had difficulty keeping the heat up.

Convenient, comfortable and civilised -

As a family of 4 with two older teenagers, Saint-Pourçain was a haven in central Paris. It provided everything we needed and more. An ideal location, conveniently on the first floor with a lift, superbly appointed and thoughtfully renovated we enjoyed a truly civilised stay. Whilst we were there the “road furniture” in the street below was restructured to create parking spaces - arriving in a car or taxi was challenging without that. The extra space in the apartment was greatly appreciated and helped create the sanctuary our family needed for a perfect holiday. We would return.

Lovely Apartment in 2nd

I stayed in this apartment for a month. It’s a great place to call “home”. Easy access to the metro, shopping and sites. The apartment is so comfortable and so well laid out. I had visitors during my stay and everyone had their own wing with amenities, meaning I didn’t have to share a bedroom or bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, living room is open and very conducive to family entertaining. While the view out the windows is not the best you get a real neighborhood feel. The restaurant downstairs was delightful and even offered us the use of their stairs while some courtyard renovations were going on. The apartment was fully appointed and we enjoyed many a family meal over the month. Thank you Paris Perfect. This was my eighth Paris Perfect stay…looking forward to my next one!

Perfect experience and apartment!

We stayed 11 nights in Saint Pourcain and it was perfect! The apartment was stocked with everything we needed and more. We had five people - me and my husband, our two boys (14 and 11) and my mother. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and a common area to enjoy after a long day of exploring. Kitchen, laundry, and AC were a blessing! We loved the location - it's more commercial than other neighborhoods, but for us that was a plus. Very walkable, easy transport, and close to shopping, groceries, etc. My sister lives in Paris and was blown away at how nice the apartment was! Better than any VRBO or air bnb we've stayed in.

This apartment was perfect for 2 couples with bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment for privacy. We would definitely rent this again whether traveling with another couple or with our kids. The layout, amenities and decor were fantastic, and we loved the location - beautiful block with cafes & a creperie steps from our door, as well as a ten-minute walk to the Louvre & Tuilleries - easy walk to all of Paris. We've rented quite a few apartments in Paris through different companies and Paris Perfect is by far my favorite - your customer service is outstanding and this apartment was absolutely ideal for us. We truly enjoyed the apartment! It has been beautifully renovated and perfectly served the needs of our family of seven! We put an air mattress in the study and our 11 year old was thrilled to have his own private space with his own half bath! We could not have asked for more! There are only two things that were minor inconveniences. The more important of the two was the lock on the air-conditioning. It would have been nice if we could have lowered the temperature ourselves, but the next morning after an almost sleepless night for all of us, Paul, the manager came over and lowered the temperature for us. After that it was perfect!!! The other was a minor annoyance simply because we love to follow the news closely and we could not find find an English speaking news station on the T.V.. But as I said, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent the same apartment again through Paris Perfect!!! Thank you for the care you gave us during our stay and for the helpful information you sent us prior to our arrival!

Saint-Pourçain Review

Our extended family (kids, parents, grandparents) just spent 8 nights at Saint-Pourcain and it was wonderful. The apartment met or exceeded all of our needs, was wonderful to return home to after a day of sight seeing and was comfortable just relaxing and enjoying a typical French meal. It was our first time to Paris so we were pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location of the apartment is (grandparents were able to walk to the museums on the Seine, metro stop literally half a block away). We entertained two sets of friends who were also visiting Paris, and both groups were stunned by how nice the apartment was. Finally, we need to acknowledge Paris Perfect and the staff. We saw the heatwave coming and asked that the air conditioning be turned on, within an hour somebody had come by and made the necessary adjustments. Saint-Pourcain definitely helped make our trip a memorable one.

We had an impeccable stay. Even though Saint Pourcain was offered to us after an extremely unexpected last minute cancellation for our bigger, preferably located first choice apparent, this place was a suitable exchange. The place was very centrally located, plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and metro-lines around to make you feel deeply connected to the city's opportunities. What we loved most about the apartment was the completeness of the kitchens and rooms in general. The availability of coffeemakers, bread toaster plus other kitchen tools was great, so was the small printer station and their choice of bed linens and towels was lovely. Saint Pourcain felt clean, chique and would highly recommend for a group of friends or a large family.
