Saint Julien

This is my 5th stay in a Paris Perfect apartment, but first time in the beautiful Saint Julien. My mom and I stayed here for 8 nights. The apartment was immaculate, felt luxurious (looks exactly like the photos), and is perfectly designed to maximize the space with more built-in closets and shelves that we even needed. There is also a great storage area under one of the beds with extra blankets. We loved the layout of the apartment and that we each had our own bedroom (very comfortable beds) and bathroom. The only concern for light sleepers is that the second bedroom faces the street which can be noisy at night with motorcycles. The bedroom with the ensuite bathroom faces the courtyard and was very quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful and the location on Rue Saint Dominque had everything you need from a grocery store (G20) to several boulangeries (Maison Bergeron was our favorite) and fantastic restaurants (Fontaine de Mars, Les Cocottes, Gloria). The central heat/AC was a true luxury in Paris and worked amazing with separate controls in each bedroom and the main living/kitchen room. Another luxury was the separate washer and dryer, but be prepared to add an extra spin to the washer and for the dryer to take 3 hours. It was still great to have this convenience so that you can pack less and just dry your clothes on the drying rack. The apartment really felt like home. We loved our stay and hope to come again! 

This apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the pictures! We rented for five night for a girls trip of 3 women and it was perfect. Being able to hang out in the living room in the evenings and see the sparkling Eiffel Tower was a treat. We were walking distance to many sights and loved wandering around the neighborhood for shopping, food and drinks. We are picky and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot with great water pressure, anything we needed was available in the apartment and it was extremely clean. I will 100% stay here again when I return.

This apartment was great for a small family. We were 2 parents, a 7 year old and a MIL. The apartment was bright and comfortable. Paris Perfect staff checked in on us on the first day of our stay.

 

This apartment was just wonderful. My mom and I had a great time at this place. Paris Perfect staff was so nice and helpful. Fantastic accommodations, I would absolutely stay here again. I can't wait to come back. Thank you Paris Perfect for everything. 

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Our short stay was so comfortable in this modern, recently updated place. We enjoyed having more space to live in and exploring the neighborhood.

The space fully corresponds to the photos. Fresh renovation, beautiful furniture, very cozy as at home. Everything was on top, we felt at home. 1000% recommend this beautiful apartment.

 

We loved Saint Julien! So convenient to everything including multiple Olympic venues. Would love to stay there again! All was great!

We stayed at the St Julian property a 2-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower but far enough away from the crowds. Plenty of wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and transportation via cab, or subway steps away from the front door. We used Victor as a car service who was right on time and easy to find at CDG. Great place , clean and efficient. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. 

Perfect stay. Felt like a Parisian while there. The place looks just like the pictures. While one toilet room could be bigger, overall I have no complaints and would consider rebooking when I visit Paris again. The Paris Perfect team is great and also available by call, text or email. This apartment was great. Had AC but didn’t really need it. Location was great. Could walk to lots of restaurants including Rue Cler. The building is old but the flat is super nicely decorated and seems recently updated.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and very well equipped! The only thing I would change about the apartment is the uncomfortable sofa. No other detail was left undone! The location provided easy access to everything we needed. It is worth noting that if searching for a quiet, peaceful street, this is not the location.

Perfect for my family of 5. Younger kids had their own room to sleep in first while parents and teenager stayed up in a separate space. Apartment was spacious, updated, beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home - full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machines. A friendly in-person orientation when we first arrived and super helpful guide/binder which included local recommendations. That was a really lovely touch. Location was great - Eiffel Tower a block away, so many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. We had a wonderful stay, got a little taste of Parisian living. Already recommended Paris Perfect to several friends.

I’ve stayed in many apartments in Paris, but this one is the best for sure! Good quality of materials, perfect layout. It has Paris charm , without a floor’s noise! 2 minutes’ walk to Eiffel Tower and many different restaurants 100% the best choice in the area!

Our stay was fantastic! Super easy check-in and the locale was perfect. This was my 4th time in Paris but first time staying in the 7th and it’s a great arrondissement with lots of yummy cafes.

 

A perfect spot for exploring Paris. Rue St-Dominique has everything you could want as a visitor. A short walk to everything. The apartment was spotless and the communication with host exceptional. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 5.

We can't say enough about this apartment and the Paris Perfect service. It really was perfect for our family of four. First, the apartment itself was incredible. It has been recently remodeled so kitchen and bathrooms were modern as you can see in the photos. But the decor was still quaint and very Parisian. The bedrooms had a LOT of built in storage/closet space which is nice. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although there is some street noise at night in the master bedroom from the cafes below. It wasn't that hot in Paris but the central A/C worked great and made the apartment very comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. The location was awesome. 7th arrondissement near Eiffel Tower and Seine was the perfect location for us. Many good cafes and restaurants nearby and walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, the Louvre, etc. Rue Cler is a great experience for shopping and cafe dining. Finally, the Paris Perfect service is wonderful. They were very communicative before and during the stay answering questions. And they furnish the apartment with everything we could think of including a bottle of wine, juice, milk, Nespresso pods, paper towels, and all the soaps you would ever need for the shower, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Overall an amazing apartment and we loved our stay!

We had a great experience overall. St. Julien is a very clean and well-maintained apartment, and it had everything we needed for a week-long stay. It was quite a comfortable space for a family of 4, and the neighborhood can't be beat, with easy access to everything. The air conditioning was divine on a hot day. And on more moderate days, we could sit with the windows open and feel like we were immersed in a real Paris experience. The extensive neighborhood guide that Paris Perfect has put together was wonderful, and instructions for the washer/dishwasher/internet/etc. were clear and easy to follow. Beds were comfortable. The airport cab they recommended was great, and they coordinated our arrival seamlessly. I will absolutely stay with this company again if I come back, they are very good at what they do. My only complaint is that the street noise in the Queen bedroom of the St. Julien apartment was a little much for me. My son had a similar complaint when he tried sleeping on the fold-out couch in the living room. This may be because we were there in the height of July tourist season, but there were people partying outside every night until 2 or 3am, along with car horns and sirens and the usual sounds of the city. The bedroom that overlooks the courtyard and had no issues, though - it's just the sleeping spaces that face the street that have this problem. And on the plus side, we almost never heard our neighbors. Anyway, I highly recommend earplugs for sleeping if you are making a similar trip. With that addition, this apartment would be truly perfect.

This apartment is adorable. Just the right size, nicely done bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Every day after a lot of walking, we'd come home and breathe a sigh of happiness that we could return to this cute apartment. The only drawbacks are that the apartment building is located at the corner of a busy intersection and a couple of floors above a cafe, so there is street noise. I used earplugs at night. Also, the lobby of the building needs some attention. It needs some air freshener, better lighting, and a fresh coat of paint to start.

We spent a great handful of days in this property in Paris. Best value is the location, cleanness and quietness. The apartment is a good mix of traditional style and well maintained, renovated bathrooms and kitchen. The third-floor walk-up was fine for us, there is a small elevator available. Very quiet apartment, great for sleeping and resting, good daylight and views. Perfectly equipped, amazing service and communication from the manager. 

The apartment was a perfect place for family trip for 5. The room was exactly what was described on Airbnb and so clean. The surrounding was also a big advantage with 3 wine shops, 2 supermarkets and many good groceries for fruits, breads, butcher shops etc. in 5 mins walk. It was really convenient to have nice meals everyday. I would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

 

The Saint Julien apartment can't be better. Two large bedrooms with great high tech baths, complete, well equipped kitchen to have your morning croissants from Paris's best boulangerie just around the corner. It's in our favorite Paris neighborhood, close to everything and busses and metros. We'll be back!

Well-appointed apartment and perfect for our stay. We used the pull-out bed as well and it worked out fine for our family of 5. Central AC was key in the hot summer. Great location. King bedroom is near the street and there was some traffic noise but we used the sound machine on our phone and it worked out great. Would rent again.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was in a fantastic location, easily accessible to both attractions and Parisian life. There was so much thought and care put into the design of the apartment. All of the little amenities and thoughtful details were so much appreciated. I also loved the car service to and from the airport. Everything was designed to make the trip seamless and hassle-free. I've already recommended Paris Perfect to so many friends!

They say there is no such thing as a perfect apartment in Paris ….. well whoever said that never stayed in the Saint Julien apartment! BRIGHT, beautiful, modern, yet very Parisian, are just a few ways to describe this apartment. From the minute you enter the door you notice all the detail that went into this apartment. The apartment is well lit and even has floor lights to guide you at night. The main living area is stunning and has all modern, easy to use appliances. There is a trolley to go food shopping which I used a few times. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and comforter are heavenly. There is plenty of closet space and our suitcases fit in the closets. The bathrooms are modern and the shower water pressure was fantastic. The views of the Eiffel Tower was a nice bonus. The street has every store you can imagine. There is a market, boulangerie, produce store, butcher, wine shop all on the block. The bus stops are right across the street. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. When you walk out of the building and see the Eiffel Tower right there is really magical! I have been to Paris 5 times and this apartment definitely made it the best of all my trips to this beautiful city!!

Very nice stay, the flat is well furnished and clean, not to say this was a perfect location for us to stay there! Would have definitely enjoyed staying longer there. I'd definitely recommend.

My stay at this Paris Perfect apartment was indeed "Perfect". The location, the proximity to the river and shops, the hosts and the apartment itself were all fantastic. I cannot fault it, and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

This was our 6th Paris Perfect flat, and as always we were completely happy. These guys really know what they're doing -- anticipating your every need, providing copious illustrated guides to everything in the flat and neighbourhood. We were St Germain people for decades, but since our first PP flat near the Eiffel Tower, it's hard to go back. The food shopping along the rue Saint Dominique, and rue de Grenelle, and the rue Cler market are just astonishing -- and having PP's well-equipped kitchens allow us to BUY STUFF and cook it! This is real Paris living.

This is the fourth (maybe fifth) time I have stayed in a Paris Perfect apartment - and I have never been disappointed. Four of us had a lovely stay in the St. Julien apartment. As always, the decor is lovely. Every necessity is provided. The location on Rue St. Dominque made it especially spectacular. The 7th is my absolutely most favorite neighborhood. The proximity to restaurants bakeries, grocery shopping, wine shopping and Rue Cler could not be better. We enjoyed it all. I would not consider coming back to Paris and staying with anyone but Paris Perfect. Bien joue!!

I've stayed in three different Paris Perfect apartments and each has been fantastic. The St. Julien was, in a word, perfect: beautifully appointed, charmingly decorated and just the right size for two sisters on a short visit to a beloved daughter/niece studying in Paris. Wonderfully located near the university and in the midst of the vibrant 7th with plentiful shops and restaurants literally steps from the door. We availed ourselves of Victor Taxis to/from the airport and that was flawlessly coordinated through Paris Perfect, which also handled with ease a last minute change in our departure. I eagerly look forward to my next visit to Paris and my next stay with Paris Perfect!

We had a lovely stay at Saint Julien. The apartment fit our needs for 4 people and was in a wonderful location. We would recommend this apartment.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe our week in Paris, thanks to Paris Perfect. We were met promptly at the airport and then welcomed like royalty at our beautiful apartment. We were traveling with our 30 yr old granddaughter and she loved having her own space and bathroom. This apt is appointed so well that we never had to make a change or phone call for assistance. The neighborhood is charming, with great restaurants and shops for wine, cheese, coffee and of course bakeries. A big plus for us was the small but competent elevator to our 3rd floor home away from home. We are recommending this company to all our friends and can't wait to use it again. The Saint Julien was in the perfect location for our family of 6. Everything we needed for our stay was downstairs (grocery, bakery, etc). Rue Cler and many wonderful restaurants were within walking distance. The metro stop was convenient. The apartment itself was bright and cheery - two bathrooms a plus! It is a little tight for 6 grown ups but for a family it is perfect.

This is the fourth different apartment we have rented from Paris Perfect and like all the previous rentals the apartment did not disappoint. It was in a wonderful location near the Eiffel Tower and the neighborhood had some terrific restaurants. The apartment was very nice and very clean. We will be renting from Paris Perfect again.

My wife and daughter recently spent 10 days in Paris and stayed at St. Julien. The online photos looked just like the actual apartment, which was amazing. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for three adults. The kitchen, washer/dryer was great for a 10 day stay. The location was great, in the 7th Arr. which is close to the Eiffel Tower, and the local shops (wine, cheese, local markets, bread) were very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We arranged through Paris Perfect for transport to and from the airport which was great, and they know where all the apartments are located. We were met at the apartment by Paris Perfect staff and given a great reception on how all the amenities worked (TV, internet, etc.). The local guide in the apartment listed all the local markets and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, and was very helpful. After a long day of site seeing and shopping, it was great to return to St. Julien to relax and get ready for our late night dinners. The staff was great to work with, and kept in touch with us before we arrived. I highly recommend Paris Perfect if you are thinking about visiting Paris. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely stunning! This apartment was more than I imagined it to be. It's conveniently located to Rue Cler, bakeries, cafes, grocery stores, and the Eiffel. The view of the Eiffel from the living room area was magical, especially when the Eiffel twinkled. We enjoyed many evenings indoors using the wonderful kitchen amenities! The apartment made our first time in Paris extra special, nothing like spending a day wandering the city and coming back to an apartment that's warm and cozy. We look forward to our next visit! My husband and I absolutely loved the Saint Julien apartment. It is right in the 7th arrondissement -- which we think is one of the best districts! The apartment is very near lovely restaurants and shops. It is perfectly sized and the second bathroom came in handy when getting ready for a night on the town. Kevin with Paris Perfect was very knowledgeable about the area and provided everything we needed for our stay in the Saint Julien. I love Paris and I would definitely stay in this apartment again. The Saint Julien apartment was one of the warmest, most charming apartments we've stayed in....especially when the afternoon sun came streaming in all the lovely windows! With all our Paris Perfect stays (think we might be around 20?!), you've never failed to provide us with a wonderful apartment! You're getting lots of publicity in Canada....from us!

This was a great location and base for us. With cafes and supermarkets in walking distance, bike hire just around the corner and a metro station easily accessible. With so much on offer in Paris we were busy but enjoyed coming back to the apartment of an afternoon to just sit and watch the world go by from the windows of the tastefully decorated apartment.

My granddaughter and I spent 8 wonderful days doing all things Paris, based in the Saint Julien apartment, as we celebrated her 16th birthday. This was my third Paris Perfect apartment, her second and we agree that it really was perfect for this trip! We both loved being so close to the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower, especially for the spectacular Bastille Day fireworks. We had a bird's eye view of the street celebrations before and after the French World Cup Championship win. The location is ideal for walking the city and convenient to two metro stations and all the favorite bus routes. The neighborhood is full of wonderful cafes and restaurants, interesting shops, and the amazing markets of Rue Cler. And there is no better way to enjoy the City of Light than in a Paris Perfect apartment, where your every need has been anticipated and provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating, from initial contact through the booking process, helpful during the planning stages, right through arrival, your stay and departure. Thank you, Paris Perfect, for another perfect Paris vacation. I am already dreaming about the next one!

The perfect apartment for our family. We loved having two bathrooms and a small sitting room that converts easily to a bedroom with a trundle bed/couch. The street (Rue Saint Dominque) has everything you need with two patisseries, a butchery, wine store, pharmacy, and grocery store. Great restaurants nearby and a view of the Eiffel Tower!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in the lovely St. Julien apartment during our anniversary celebration trip to Paris. This was our first time renting an apartment for a vacation stay, and we were delighted not only with the apartment itself, but also the efficient booking process, wealth of information provided by Paris Perfect regarding the apartment, neighborhood, etc., and friendliness of the Paris Perfect team (both in the U.S. as well as in Paris). One thing we especially liked was the relative quiet of the apartment given how lively many locations in Paris are; the St. Julien apartment bedroom was especially quiet given that it faced a small inner courtyard, making for a lovely night's rest. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and the Champ de Mars/7eme neighborhood was both lovely and had every shopping amenity necessary for "keeping house" or dining out. The apartment was very clean and perfectly located, close to the Eiffel Tower and other shopping areas and restaurants which were in walking distance. The metro station was also a quick 5 minutes walk away. The amenities in the apartment were great, including a washing machine and dryer. The only thing missing was a microwave, that would have come in handy. The Paris Perfect list of recommended restaurants in the area was very helpful. I would also suggest having a checkout time at least at 11:00am instead of 10:00am. Will definitely book through Paris Perfect again!!

I would highly recommend the Saint Julien apartment; tasteful decor, lovely open concept design, even two full bathrooms so you don't have to share which is rare in apartments in Paris. Located beside the Eiffel Tour (views in late fall and winter) all amenities just steps away such as patisserie, grocery, wine shop and excellent restaurants. The market street Rue Cler is a short walk away. The people at Paris Perfect are welcoming and helpful, Cesar was a delight to deal with. Booking from start to finish is efficient and professional, including the option of booking your car service to and from the airport. Thank you Paris Perfect for another excellent stay.

The St Julien was a lovely apartment. A great location and easy to find. Paris Perfect Rentals were super accommodating as well as Victors cab. I highly recommend this unit and Paris Perfect.

Your representatives could not be more pleasant, attentive or accommodating. We mentioned that our daughter loved the Eiffel tower key fob and they GAVE her one!!! As our daughter is now spending her freshman year in Paris, we look forward to staying with you again.

Lovely apartment near nice restaurants and metro nearby. Apartment was ideal for our family of 3 with a teenager. Excellent service from the apartment team. We really also enjoyed all the tours and the tour guides were extremely well educated about Paris. Love locals!!!

My family-husband and 2 teenage daughters loved St.Julien apartment! It was a wonderful location with lots of fantastic restaurants right down the street. The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. Having 2 bathrooms with teenage girls was a big plus as was having a washer and dryer. We hope to return in the near future and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

What a wonderful stay in Paris, and once again it was perfect! The Saint Julien apartment is in a wonderful building in a prime location. So many wonderful restaurants and convenient food shopping just within the block. The apartment itself was outfitted with every convenience, and the space was perfect for our family stay. The additional services provided by Paris Perfect (transportation, travel wi-fi) make our frequent trips to Paris absolutely seamless. We feel truly spoiled by your wonderful service!

The apartment was lovely and decorated beautifully. Our experience was wonderful and we loved the area. Rue Cler was very close and the bakery a few doors down had amazing bread and the ladies were so sweet to us. The only disappointment was that there really was no view of the Eiffel Tower. The description said there was a view between the trees, but basically there was none. As that was my primary reason for choosing this particular apartment, it was very disappointing.

Two of my friends and I stayed at St. Julien in early May. We have stayed in a couple of other apartments in Paris and the location and this apartment were perfect. Paris Perfect is a great company to rent from. The apartment was well stocked to start your stay. You feel part of the neighborhood. Absolutely this apartment was appreciated by all.

Paris is always perfect with PARIS PERFECT! Over the last decade, we have stayed in several of the Paris Perfect apartments in the very same building and have loved them all...especially now our latest, Saint Julien. It was beautifully appointed, cozy and made us feel like true Paris residents! Wonderful location, easy access to Metro, buses and many walkable locations as well. JUST PERFECT!

The name Paris Perfect fully embraces my family's first and recent experience in staying at the St. Julien. Just from the intitial booking and planning alone, the chat feature of the website helped me find this gem with very corteous and informative responses. When we booked, what really helped my family of 5 a lot is the fact that they prepared the property waaay earlier than the check in time of 15:30. We arrived 10am to drop off our luggage but was very delighted to hear that the property is available already! My kids were able to relax after a long flight, to my enjoyment. The property itself is beautiful and well equipped. The location and window views are amazing. The linens were fantastic and the proximity to the Eiffel allowed us to enjoy this beacon of Parisian beauty everyday and certainly in the evening. There are shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby which helped greatly in our stay. I cant say enough good things and we will be back. Merci, Paris perfect!!

Charming apartment on rue st Dominique. Everything you could want to make dinner or dine in one of the delicious neighboring restaurants. The bedroom is situated on the courtyard... so it's very quiet.

Our stay in Paris at the Saint Julian was wonderful! The apartment was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences of home with so many little extras. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! Thank you Paris Perfect for helping to make our stay in Paris memorable. Looking forward to booking my next trip through Paris Perfect.

We have stayed at Saint Julien, Volnay and one other I believe whose name escapes me. I cannot say enough good things about these apartments, their owners and/or agents and the reps that are there to take care of every want and need you can possibly request. The apartments are identical to what is described, so there are no surprises. The cleanliness is beyond compare, and they are kept up to day with clean fabrics and other amenities that may need replacement. I cannot recommend these people enough. I am so sorry it took me this long to write about them and the apartments we've rented, most recently April 2016. We will be back and we will use Paris Perfect for sure.

We spent a delightful week in the Saint Julien on our first visit to Paris. The location is ideal, just a few steps to wonderful patisseries and cafes. We were there during the 2016 Euros and despite large crowds nearby the apartment was extremely quiet. A small disadvantage is the metro is a bit of a hike but you can catch a bus or easily hail a taxi in the area. The apartment is bright and very comfortable. We would certainly return to this lovely apartment for another stay.

We had a lovely experience during our week renting the St. Julien apartment in December, 2015. We were initially booked for the Pomerol but there was work being done in that building when we arrived so Paris Perfect offered to upgrade us to the St. Julien at no additional cost which turned out to be just fine. The apartment is very commodious for two people, even having two bathrooms and an extra "sitting room" which was great for storing the luggage. Beautifully decorated, the St. Julien has every accoutrement you could desire, including a Nespresso machine--so wonderful before setting out for a long day of walking! The only "tight squeeze" in the apartment is the bedroom where the queen-size bed is a bit tight against the outside wall and very near the luxurious, pooling draperies making it difficult for the person sleeping on that side to get in and out easily. But crawling up the bed proved no difficulty for me and actually added a bit of whimsy to the occasion and we were sure grateful for the queen-sized bed! The best part about the St. Julien is the location: 7th Arr., diagonal from the Champs du Mars and Eiffel Tower, right on the corner of the Rue St. Dominique and a stone's throw from the Rue Cler. There is really good shopping around this area and you can walk to bus stops and taxi stands are just across the street, a bakery is right next door (one of two on the block, along with a market, a vegetable/fruit stand, a wine shop, a chocolatier, two cheesy souvenir shops, a pharmacy and many wonderful restaurants.) In my opinion, this part of the 7th is the best location for restaurants in Paris and you can easily walk throughout the 7th and over to the 15th (which has a wonderful outdoor market on Wednesdays and Sundays) and the Rue de Commerce. The whole area is a less "manic" Paris, and, in parts, more like a high-class neighborhood. The only down side was the distance to the Metro. The apartment isn't really convenient to any one Metro station which is a shame because Paris' Metro is one of the easiest, most efficient in the world. But if you like taking the bus, you are golden! Major bus lines collide here and you can go virtually anywhere and enjoy the scenery as well. Lastly, I will say we got a great rate from Paris Perfect since December is off-season. I wouldn't recommend a person make her first visit to Paris in the winter, but for a "rebound" visit at Christmastime, it can be delightful: no lines at the museums, no sweating walking long distances, no huge tour groups crowding the tourist areas, Christmas lights along with the twinkling Tower, Christmas sales, seasonal foods, animated windows at the major department stores, or a trip on the train to Strasbourg to the Christmas market.

Beautiful location, apartments and amenities. It is our second time in that building on rue St. Dominique and we would return again and again. Staff is amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this apartment and would definitely request it again. We are familiar with the building. The location is a short walk to Rue Cler market street and to Les Invalides and the Rodin Museum. St. Julien has a panoramic view of the Champs de Mars from a wall of windows across the living room. The kitchen is open to the living room which worked out very well. The decor is charming, with cheerful blue and white checks in the living room and yellow and white in the bedroom. Having a second bathroom was a luxury for the two of us. Because part of the living room closes off to create a second bedroom, St. Julien would be great for two couples or a couple with a child or two. We are huge Paris Perfect fans and already planning our next trip.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable. The true bonus was having a water closet plus a bath room with a toilet! The neighborhood is wonderful. We've been coming here a long time and this area feels like a second home to us. The various restaurant and shopping suggestions in the booklet in the apartment are quite good and frankly probably all you need for going out unless you want to go to a Michelin starred restaurant. We'll be back.

This apartment is one of my favourites, location and well equipped. The decor was beautiful!! As usual Paris Perfect takes the stress away from holidays. Hospitality, ammenities, staff are delightful and very helpful. Always recommend!! Appreciate all the recommendations, love the Constant's restaurants - the best!!

Hard to find a better place to celebrate Valentin's day than Paris. Since it was February, weather issues are to be expected. Having a wonderfully appointed and spacious apartment such as St Julien made that a non issue. The apartment and location were perfect. The best part of Paris Perfect is how easy they make everything.

Another wonderful stay in a Paris Perfect apartment! Their properties never disappoint, from the moment you walk in. The views were stunning, with a side-view of the Eiffel Tower, which could be seen for the dining room, front room and small bedroom alcove windows (be mindful, they are not full-on views, but views to the right of the window). You are on a busy intersection, but the sounds of the cars are muffled well by the double-glazed windows. Fun to watch the activity below! There are two toilets, one in the master ensuite, the other in the main hallway water closet. The kitchen is small, but well-laid out and wonderful to cook in after a full day of sightseeing. Lots of amenities in the apartment...umbrellas, shopping trolly, some dvd's, and many guide books. Even Nespresso pods which were so appreciated! We have rented from Paris Perfect many times and will continue to do so in the future!

This was our third stay in a Paris Perfect apartment and as always it was well.....Perfect!!! Can't fault the service, apartment standards and location in Paris right near the Eiffel Tower. It is our only choice for accommodation when we stay in Paris. We will be back:)

Saint Julien is a lovely apartment: comfortable, attractive, ideally located for sight-seeing and enjoying neighborhood life in the 7th Arr of Paris. Although located in a very active neighborhood, it is quiet in the building and in the apartment. Wonderful patisseries, fromageries, green groceres and restaurants are literally steps away. The windows look out on an attractive street scene and treetops. The small kitchen works well for light cooking and the bathrooms are attractive and function well. Although ample for a couple, it would be cramped if you actually used the "2nd bedroom" as a sleeping area for anyone other than a very enjoyable and tidy child. We loved our time there. I already wrote my only complaint about the apartment: There is no real view of the Eiffel Tower, which I had specifically requested. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris (which included the terrorist attack on 11/13 (!) which the staff handled with calm and sensitivity) and will stay with you again. Staying with Paris Perfect (or London or Rome) is my favorite way to experience life in the city.

The Saint Julien was indeed the "Perfect Paris" apartment for us. This being the second time we had rented from you (the first was a very nice apartment off Blvd. Raspaill in 2010),we knew what to expect and, I must say that, if anything, your company has become more efficient and customer oriented over the 5 year period. You made our 5 weeks in Paris truly magical. The location of the apartment was fantastic, and the neighborhood gave us the feeling of being true Parisiens. Nightly strolls to watch the hourly light show at the Eiffel Tower became favorite pass times for us and our guests, and the Saint Julien was perfect for us to act as hosts to our friends for a week. Thanks for a memorable vacation, and we will definitely be return customers...for a third, fourth,...time!

Wonderful apartment with a very short walk to the Eifel tower. The location is excellent. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. The shower was wonderful. We were very happy with this place and would recommend it. Two negatives: 1. The building elevator is very, very small and once we were stuck on it until a few minutes later it started working again! 2. It is a bit of a walk to a metro stop Still we would recommend this apartment, and we really had a wonderful time.

Great apartment and location. Well kept. Bathrooms are very modern. Safe location. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family of 4 which include 2 adults, one 8 year old and a 1 year old. It is walking distance to Champs de Mar, Effifel Tower and Rue de Cler. There are some great stores in the neighborhood also for those who like to shop. Paris perfect was very responsive to our requests. We plan on returning to Paris in near future and will definite stay with them again.

Not only were we extremely impressed with the apartment, we are completely sold on Paris Perfect. They are a truly professional outfit. Kevin was waiting for us at the apartment, and in painstaking detail he went through everything with us. We didn't have to contact him again, as his de-brief, plus the book they leave behind which has EVERYTHING on the apt. in it, as well as local recommendations for dining, was extremely thorough. We didn't have to run out for paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, trash bags or soaps the first night. In fact soaps were provided by Paris Perfect. There were coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. The apt. is beautifully decorated. We were 5. Three 30 yr. olds, and 2 parents. The kids had no complaints about the sofa beds- indeed they are comfortable. Spare pillows are in the closets, and also stored under the main bed in a storage space. The bathrooms functioned perfectly, great water pressure, lighting, design. HAIRDRYERS. The street is not noisy- it has a great little buzz but once the windows are closed it is complete silence. The Eiffel Tower is 2 blocks away- WOW. The neighborhood is a bit pricey-but it is because it is where everyone wants to be. The apt. block is quiet. And another thing I liked about P.P. is that they provided slippers so that we would not walk on the floors in shoes and disturb the downstairs neighbors. That is very thoughtful of them. They cared about the apt. as if it were their own. I would 100% recommend this gorgeous apt. and this excellent company.

The Saint Julien apartment provided our family of 5 comfort and convenience in a fantastic location. After a long day of trekking around Paris, we sat with a glass of wine and watched the Eiffel Tower twinkle out of the living room windows. From the beginning of our trip, Paris Perfect made it simple. The apartment clean, very functional, and totally secure. We could not have asked for anything better. Thank you.

Our family of four enjoyed staying at Saint Julien for our brief stay in Paris. The apartment was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary items. The location was perfect for the Eiffel Tower - it was a little walk to the Metro but most of our trip entailed walking so we were fine with that. Would definitely recommend staying at one of the Paris Perfect locations to get a feel for the city. In fact we are planning our next visit already. Thank you!

We recently returned from Paris. This was our third time staying in a Paris Perfect apartment and, again, it was a great experience. St. Julien had everything we could possibly need for a two week stay. It was bright and comfortable and had plenty of storage, which always amazes me knowing that living spaces in Paris are much more compact than in the U.S. There is a nice choice of great restaurants close by, as well as several markets so that we could occasionally eat in after a long day of sight-seeing. Thank you for helping to make this a special vacation. We hope to return!

Our familty of 5 recently returned from a 1 week stay in the Saint Julien apartment and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The apartment was exactly as depicted on the website with great furnishings and an awesome location. On our trip to Europe, we rented a total of 5 apartments in various cities and it is clear that Paris Perfect is head and shoulders above the other companies out there--they literally think of everything--whether it was the welcome basket of milk, juice and cookies, the Nespresso machine, the guide books, the extra paper towels and even the soaps and shower gels everything is designed to allow you to enjoy your stay rather than worry about the little details. We could not have been happier with our stay and our working with Paris Perfect and cannot recommend them enough.

The apartment was in top order and centrally located. Our girls felt that they were 'really living in Paris' and loved running down to the Boulangerie every day for fresh croissants and bread. We just returned from our second stay with Paris Perfect and it was even better than our first. We spent 6 lovely days in the St. Julien with our 20 year old son and 16 year old daughter and had plenty of room, as well as private space. The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures, and the location cannot be beat. More importantly, the service from the Paris Perfect staff is outstanding. I am now enthusiastically recommending Paris Perfect to all of our friends and colleagues. I don't know yet when we will be able to return to Paris, but we will definitely stay with Paris Perfect. Our family of five had a wonderful stay at the St. Julien apartment last month. The aparment was clean and in excellent condition. The location was wonderful for exploring Paris by foot; we were within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, Invalides, the Rodin Museum, and many other attractions. The Ecole Militaire Metro station was a five minute walk away, and Rue Cler, with it's many gourmet food shops, was also nearby. We used the apartment's kitchen to make dinner "at home" on two nights, which the children loved. The other nights, we ate out, usually at one of the excellent restaurants on rue Saint-Dominique. Les Cocottes de Christian Constant was our family's favorite restaurant. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was roomy enough for our family of one girl (age 13) and two boys (age 11 and 8). It came with a washer/dryer, diswhasher, TV, DVD player, phone (with free phone calls to the US!), and free wireless internet. We appreciated the small touches, such as the DVD library, the dishsoap/laudry detergent, and electrical converters. The Paris Perfect staff had even stocked the refrigerator with a few essentials like milk, orange juice, and a bottle of white wine. This was all unexpected and greatly appreciated. For families, a Paris Perfect apartment is not only more comfortable than staying in a hotel, but much more economical as well. Our overall experience was extremely positive and we are going to recommend Paris Perfect to all of our friends.

We absolutely loved our apartment and the area where it was located. The apartment was beautifully decorated and was equipped with all the amenities we needed and then some. The area was very safe and close (walking distance) to the wonderful places in Paris that we love to visit each time we come. The information package provided by Paris Perfect is extremely thorough and the restaurant and shopping recommendations were wonderful. It's an invaluable tool and should be used without hesitation. We dined at 3 of the recommended restaurants and were very pleased with our meals and service. If there is anything we would caution a perspective client of the Saint Julien apartment, it would be that the 2nd bedroom faces the street and can be noisy. Otherwise, we recommend Paris Perfect without hesitation and look forward to our next visit.

We loved the apartment. The bedroom was completely quiet (it faces the courtyard) and even in December the apartment was filled with light. A highpoint for us was the cooking class at Le Violin d'Ingres. Don't miss it! It was great fun and we learned a lot--and then had a wonderful lunch that we had cooked.

I had the great privilige of staying at your wonderful apartment with 3 friends this past Nov. 09. All I can say is that it was truly perfect. Everything was exactly as promised and I loved having a true home to return to after a hard day of enjoying Paris. I will happily return as soon as I can. The Chinese/Asian fast food downstairs came in handy for take-away & we had 2 amazing dinners - Cafe Constant and our last night we had the most amazing dinner @ Constant's other restaurant in the street. We loved getting fresh baguettes each day right downstairs & their almond crossaints are heavenly! Thanks too for the great welcome basket. We loved all the goodies & I actually wore my slippers daily! The boys - just went barefooted. Will take great memories home with us - like Jaws 3 in French, The Eiffel Tower - climbing the steps to avoid the lines, etc etc! Thanks again for the Perfect Spot!

Wonderful food on rue St Dominique. Enjoyed Fontaine de Mars, have tried all of Christian Constant restaurants - delicious. A must is the Boulangerie at 20 Jean Nico - the best croissants and pain au chocolate ever. Loved it all.

What a joy to stay at your apartment on Rue St. Dominique! The neighborhood couldn't possibly be better for a family to enjoy. The shops and shopkeepers were so friendly and helpful, their foods SO good. The proximity to Champ De Mars, Invalides and the Eiffel Tower was ideal. We were also surprised at how easy it was to walk from our neighborhood over to Musee d'Orsay or to the Champs Elysees and other great locations. We hit Paris during a particularly cold week, but still managed to walk miles and miles each day. The apartment is charming and cozy, and even though it is small in the way of Parisian apartments, the four of us managed quite well. As a big coffee drinker, I appreciated the nice touch of the espresso maker and the Nespresso capsules. Your staff made our getting in and out pleasant and easy. As much as we enjoyed seeing the sites, I must tell you that our very favorite times were coming back to the neighborhood in the evening, shopping for wine and cheese, baguettes, pastries and other food and sitting around your table in the candlelight enjoying being together as a family.
