It was perfect. The apartment is cozy but has everything you need. The decor was beautiful and we could see the glittering Eiffel Tower (through a little bit of leaves) in the evening. What a treat! The neighborhood offered lots of cafes, bakeries, and bistros. We hope to visit again soon.

First time in Paris and we really enjoyed St Julien. Great area, close to metro access, clean, washer/dryer very helpful. Guide books were very useful for suggestions on places to eat. First time ever using an App to gain access to the apt....but we figured it out. Strongly recommend this place.

We had a fabulous time while we stayed in the Saint Julien unit. There were five adults and minimal trouble sharing bathroom space/time. (Except that hot showers were at a premium in the morning). The only disappointment we encountered was when we used the dryer after doing a bit of laundry. It took forever … and actually, the loads never dried - rather we pulled the clothes out and hung them on hangers in the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect - the location was great, we felt very secure, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequate for morning croissants and fruit!

We found this to be a great location. Everything we needed was in walking distance including the Eiffel Tower! Public transportation was nearby. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. There was a little street noise in the evening. Overall, a winner!!

This was our sixth visit to Paris and our second Paris Perfect accommodation. Saint-Julien was indeed perfect—particularly the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and air conditioning with individual controls for each room. We loved the location. It is close to the Champ de Mars but with an authentic neighborhood steps away. From initial booking to checkout, the staff at Paris Perfect were extremely helpful. The concierge services were outstanding, too — seamless transportation between CDG and ORY; Karina stocked our refrigerator with wonderful culinary treats. We will definitely be booking this apartment for future visits.

The place was great. Very much Paris. Loved the location and neighborhood. Many said not to stay close to the Eiffel tower but we LOVED our street. Very local. And the restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and cheese shops were the best we found. We would stay in exact same place again.

I had always wanted to stay in an apartment when in Europe and I’m so glad this time I did! My daughter and I both loved the apartment and felt so comfortable to come back and rest or have a leisurely morning before exploring Paris. I can’t wait to rent an apartment again from Paris Perfect. The staff were helpful and I felt comfortable knowing I could reach out with any questions.

This is my 5th stay in a Paris Perfect apartment, but first time in the beautiful Saint Julien. My mom and I stayed here for 8 nights. The apartment was immaculate, felt luxurious (looks exactly like the photos), and is perfectly designed to maximize the space with more built-in closets and shelves that we even needed. There is also a great storage area under one of the beds with extra blankets. We loved the layout of the apartment and that we each had our own bedroom (very comfortable beds) and bathroom. The only concern for light sleepers is that the second bedroom faces the street which can be noisy at night with motorcycles. The bedroom with the ensuite bathroom faces the courtyard and was very quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful and the location on Rue Saint Dominque had everything you need from a grocery store (G20) to several boulangeries (Maison Bergeron was our favorite) and fantastic restaurants (Fontaine de Mars, Les Cocottes, Gloria). The central heat/AC was a true luxury in Paris and worked amazing with separate controls in each bedroom and the main living/kitchen room. Another luxury was the separate washer and dryer, but be prepared to add an extra spin to the washer and for the dryer to take 3 hours. It was still great to have this convenience so that you can pack less and just dry your clothes on the drying rack. The apartment really felt like home. We loved our stay and hope to come again! 

This apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the pictures! We rented for five night for a girls trip of 3 women and it was perfect. Being able to hang out in the living room in the evenings and see the sparkling Eiffel Tower was a treat. We were walking distance to many sights and loved wandering around the neighborhood for shopping, food and drinks. We are picky and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot with great water pressure, anything we needed was available in the apartment and it was extremely clean. I will 100% stay here again when I return.

This apartment was great for a small family. We were 2 parents, a 7 year old and a MIL. The apartment was bright and comfortable. Paris Perfect staff checked in on us on the first day of our stay.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Our short stay was so comfortable in this modern, recently updated place. We enjoyed having more space to live in and exploring the neighborhood.

The space fully corresponds to the photos. Fresh renovation, beautiful furniture, very cozy as at home. Everything was on top, we felt at home. 1000% recommend this beautiful apartment.

We stayed at the St Julian property a 2-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower but far enough away from the crowds. Plenty of wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and transportation via cab, or subway steps away from the front door. We used Victor as a car service who was right on time and easy to find at CDG. Great place , clean and efficient. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. 

Perfect stay. Felt like a Parisian while there. The place looks just like the pictures. While one toilet room could be bigger, overall I have no complaints and would consider rebooking when I visit Paris again. The Paris Perfect team is great and also available by call, text or email. This apartment was great. Had AC but didn’t really need it. Location was great. Could walk to lots of restaurants including Rue Cler. The building is old but the flat is super nicely decorated and seems recently updated.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and very well equipped! The only thing I would change about the apartment is the uncomfortable sofa. No other detail was left undone! The location provided easy access to everything we needed. It is worth noting that if searching for a quiet, peaceful street, this is not the location.

Perfect for my family of 5. Younger kids had their own room to sleep in first while parents and teenager stayed up in a separate space. Apartment was spacious, updated, beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home - full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machines. A friendly in-person orientation when we first arrived and super helpful guide/binder which included local recommendations. That was a really lovely touch. Location was great - Eiffel Tower a block away, so many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. We had a wonderful stay, got a little taste of Parisian living. Already recommended Paris Perfect to several friends.

I’ve stayed in many apartments in Paris, but this one is the best for sure! Good quality of materials, perfect layout. It has Paris charm , without a floor’s noise! 2 minutes’ walk to Eiffel Tower and many different restaurants 100% the best choice in the area!

Our stay was fantastic! Super easy check-in and the locale was perfect. This was my 4th time in Paris but first time staying in the 7th and it’s a great arrondissement with lots of yummy cafes.

A perfect spot for exploring Paris. Rue St-Dominique has everything you could want as a visitor. A short walk to everything. The apartment was spotless and the communication with host exceptional. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 5.

We can't say enough about this apartment and the Paris Perfect service. It really was perfect for our family of four. First, the apartment itself was incredible. It has been recently remodeled so kitchen and bathrooms were modern as you can see in the photos. But the decor was still quaint and very Parisian. The bedrooms had a LOT of built in storage/closet space which is nice. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although there is some street noise at night in the master bedroom from the cafes below. It wasn't that hot in Paris but the central A/C worked great and made the apartment very comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. The location was awesome. 7th arrondissement near Eiffel Tower and Seine was the perfect location for us. Many good cafes and restaurants nearby and walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, the Louvre, etc. Rue Cler is a great experience for shopping and cafe dining. Finally, the Paris Perfect service is wonderful. They were very communicative before and during the stay answering questions. And they furnish the apartment with everything we could think of including a bottle of wine, juice, milk, Nespresso pods, paper towels, and all the soaps you would ever need for the shower, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Overall an amazing apartment and we loved our stay!

We had a great experience overall. St. Julien is a very clean and well-maintained apartment, and it had everything we needed for a week-long stay. It was quite a comfortable space for a family of 4, and the neighborhood can't be beat, with easy access to everything. The air conditioning was divine on a hot day. And on more moderate days, we could sit with the windows open and feel like we were immersed in a real Paris experience. The extensive neighborhood guide that Paris Perfect has put together was wonderful, and instructions for the washer/dishwasher/internet/etc. were clear and easy to follow. Beds were comfortable. The airport cab they recommended was great, and they coordinated our arrival seamlessly. I will absolutely stay with this company again if I come back, they are very good at what they do. My only complaint is that the street noise in the Queen bedroom of the St. Julien apartment was a little much for me. My son had a similar complaint when he tried sleeping on the fold-out couch in the living room. This may be because we were there in the height of July tourist season, but there were people partying outside every night until 2 or 3am, along with car horns and sirens and the usual sounds of the city. The bedroom that overlooks the courtyard and had no issues, though - it's just the sleeping spaces that face the street that have this problem. And on the plus side, we almost never heard our neighbors. Anyway, I highly recommend earplugs for sleeping if you are making a similar trip. With that addition, this apartment would be truly perfect.

This apartment is adorable. Just the right size, nicely done bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Every day after a lot of walking, we'd come home and breathe a sigh of happiness that we could return to this cute apartment. The only drawbacks are that the apartment building is located at the corner of a busy intersection and a couple of floors above a cafe, so there is street noise. I used earplugs at night. Also, the lobby of the building needs some attention. It needs some air freshener, better lighting, and a fresh coat of paint to start.

We spent a great handful of days in this property in Paris. Best value is the location, cleanness and quietness. The apartment is a good mix of traditional style and well maintained, renovated bathrooms and kitchen. The third-floor walk-up was fine for us, there is a small elevator available. Very quiet apartment, great for sleeping and resting, good daylight and views. Perfectly equipped, amazing service and communication from the manager. 

The apartment was a perfect place for family trip for 5. The room was exactly what was described on Airbnb and so clean. The surrounding was also a big advantage with 3 wine shops, 2 supermarkets and many good groceries for fruits, breads, butcher shops etc. in 5 mins walk. It was really convenient to have nice meals everyday. I would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

The Saint Julien apartment can't be better. Two large bedrooms with great high tech baths, complete, well equipped kitchen to have your morning croissants from Paris's best boulangerie just around the corner. It's in our favorite Paris neighborhood, close to everything and busses and metros. We'll be back!

Well-appointed apartment and perfect for our stay. We used the pull-out bed as well and it worked out fine for our family of 5. Central AC was key in the hot summer. Great location. King bedroom is near the street and there was some traffic noise but we used the sound machine on our phone and it worked out great. Would rent again.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was in a fantastic location, easily accessible to both attractions and Parisian life. There was so much thought and care put into the design of the apartment. All of the little amenities and thoughtful details were so much appreciated. I also loved the car service to and from the airport. Everything was designed to make the trip seamless and hassle-free. I've already recommended Paris Perfect to so many friends!

They say there is no such thing as a perfect apartment in Paris ….. well whoever said that never stayed in the Saint Julien apartment! BRIGHT, beautiful, modern, yet very Parisian, are just a few ways to describe this apartment. From the minute you enter the door you notice all the detail that went into this apartment. The apartment is well lit and even has floor lights to guide you at night. The main living area is stunning and has all modern, easy to use appliances. There is a trolley to go food shopping which I used a few times. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and comforter are heavenly. There is plenty of closet space and our suitcases fit in the closets. The bathrooms are modern and the shower water pressure was fantastic. The views of the Eiffel Tower was a nice bonus. The street has every store you can imagine. There is a market, boulangerie, produce store, butcher, wine shop all on the block. The bus stops are right across the street. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. When you walk out of the building and see the Eiffel Tower right there is really magical! I have been to Paris 5 times and this apartment definitely made it the best of all my trips to this beautiful city!!

I've stayed in three different Paris Perfect apartments and each has been fantastic. The St. Julien was, in a word, perfect: beautifully appointed, charmingly decorated and just the right size for two sisters on a short visit to a beloved daughter/niece studying in Paris. Wonderfully located near the university and in the midst of the vibrant 7th with plentiful shops and restaurants literally steps from the door. We availed ourselves of Victor Taxis to/from the airport and that was flawlessly coordinated through Paris Perfect, which also handled with ease a last minute change in our departure. I eagerly look forward to my next visit to Paris and my next stay with Paris Perfect!

Absolutely stunning! This apartment was more than I imagined it to be. It's conveniently located to Rue Cler, bakeries, cafes, grocery stores, and the Eiffel. The view of the Eiffel from the living room area was magical, especially when the Eiffel twinkled. We enjoyed many evenings indoors using the wonderful kitchen amenities! The apartment made our first time in Paris extra special, nothing like spending a day wandering the city and coming back to an apartment that's warm and cozy. We look forward to our next visit! Two of my friends and I stayed at St. Julien in early May. We have stayed in a couple of other apartments in Paris and the location and this apartment were perfect. Paris Perfect is a great company to rent from. The apartment was well stocked to start your stay. You feel part of the neighborhood. Absolutely this apartment was appreciated by all.

We had a lovely experience during our week renting the St. Julien apartment in December, 2015. We were initially booked for the Pomerol but there was work being done in that building when we arrived so Paris Perfect offered to upgrade us to the St. Julien at no additional cost which turned out to be just fine. The apartment is very commodious for two people, even having two bathrooms and an extra "sitting room" which was great for storing the luggage. Beautifully decorated, the St. Julien has every accoutrement you could desire, including a Nespresso machine--so wonderful before setting out for a long day of walking! The only "tight squeeze" in the apartment is the bedroom where the queen-size bed is a bit tight against the outside wall and very near the luxurious, pooling draperies making it difficult for the person sleeping on that side to get in and out easily. But crawling up the bed proved no difficulty for me and actually added a bit of whimsy to the occasion and we were sure grateful for the queen-sized bed! The best part about the St. Julien is the location: 7th Arr., diagonal from the Champs du Mars and Eiffel Tower, right on the corner of the Rue St. Dominique and a stone's throw from the Rue Cler. There is really good shopping around this area and you can walk to bus stops and taxi stands are just across the street, a bakery is right next door (one of two on the block, along with a market, a vegetable/fruit stand, a wine shop, a chocolatier, two cheesy souvenir shops, a pharmacy and many wonderful restaurants.) In my opinion, this part of the 7th is the best location for restaurants in Paris and you can easily walk throughout the 7th and over to the 15th (which has a wonderful outdoor market on Wednesdays and Sundays) and the Rue de Commerce. The whole area is a less "manic" Paris, and, in parts, more like a high-class neighborhood. The only down side was the distance to the Metro. The apartment isn't really convenient to any one Metro station which is a shame because Paris' Metro is one of the easiest, most efficient in the world. But if you like taking the bus, you are golden! Major bus lines collide here and you can go virtually anywhere and enjoy the scenery as well. Lastly, I will say we got a great rate from Paris Perfect since December is off-season. I wouldn't recommend a person make her first visit to Paris in the winter, but for a "rebound" visit at Christmastime, it can be delightful: no lines at the museums, no sweating walking long distances, no huge tour groups crowding the tourist areas, Christmas lights along with the twinkling Tower, Christmas sales, seasonal foods, animated windows at the major department stores, or a trip on the train to Strasbourg to the Christmas market.

Hard to find a better place to celebrate Valentin's day than Paris. Since it was February, weather issues are to be expected. Having a wonderfully appointed and spacious apartment such as St Julien made that a non issue. The apartment and location were perfect. The best part of Paris Perfect is how easy they make everything.

The Saint Julien was indeed the "Perfect Paris" apartment for us. This being the second time we had rented from you (the first was a very nice apartment off Blvd. Raspaill in 2010),we knew what to expect and, I must say that, if anything, your company has become more efficient and customer oriented over the 5 year period. You made our 5 weeks in Paris truly magical. The location of the apartment was fantastic, and the neighborhood gave us the feeling of being true Parisiens. Nightly strolls to watch the hourly light show at the Eiffel Tower became favorite pass times for us and our guests, and the Saint Julien was perfect for us to act as hosts to our friends for a week. Thanks for a memorable vacation, and we will definitely be return customers...for a third, fourth,...time!

Not only were we extremely impressed with the apartment, we are completely sold on Paris Perfect. They are a truly professional outfit. Kevin was waiting for us at the apartment, and in painstaking detail he went through everything with us. We didn't have to contact him again, as his de-brief, plus the book they leave behind which has EVERYTHING on the apt. in it, as well as local recommendations for dining, was extremely thorough. We didn't have to run out for paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, trash bags or soaps the first night. In fact soaps were provided by Paris Perfect. There were coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. The apt. is beautifully decorated. We were 5. Three 30 yr. olds, and 2 parents. The kids had no complaints about the sofa beds- indeed they are comfortable. Spare pillows are in the closets, and also stored under the main bed in a storage space. The bathrooms functioned perfectly, great water pressure, lighting, design. HAIRDRYERS. The street is not noisy- it has a great little buzz but once the windows are closed it is complete silence. The Eiffel Tower is 2 blocks away- WOW. The neighborhood is a bit pricey-but it is because it is where everyone wants to be. The apt. block is quiet. And another thing I liked about P.P. is that they provided slippers so that we would not walk on the floors in shoes and disturb the downstairs neighbors. That is very thoughtful of them. They cared about the apt. as if it were their own. I would 100% recommend this gorgeous apt. and this excellent company.

The Saint Julien apartment provided our family of 5 comfort and convenience in a fantastic location. After a long day of trekking around Paris, we sat with a glass of wine and watched the Eiffel Tower twinkle out of the living room windows. From the beginning of our trip, Paris Perfect made it simple. The apartment clean, very functional, and totally secure. We could not have asked for anything better. Thank you.

Our family of four enjoyed staying at Saint Julien for our brief stay in Paris. The apartment was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary items. The location was perfect for the Eiffel Tower - it was a little walk to the Metro but most of our trip entailed walking so we were fine with that. Would definitely recommend staying at one of the Paris Perfect locations to get a feel for the city. In fact we are planning our next visit already. Thank you!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at the St. Julien apartment last month. The aparment was clean and in excellent condition. The location was wonderful for exploring Paris by foot; we were within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, Invalides, the Rodin Museum, and many other attractions. The Ecole Militaire Metro station was a five minute walk away, and Rue Cler, with it's many gourmet food shops, was also nearby. We used the apartment's kitchen to make dinner "at home" on two nights, which the children loved. The other nights, we ate out, usually at one of the excellent restaurants on rue Saint-Dominique. Les Cocottes de Christian Constant was our family's favorite restaurant. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was roomy enough for our family of one girl (age 13) and two boys (age 11 and 8). It came with a washer/dryer, diswhasher, TV, DVD player, phone (with free phone calls to the US!), and free wireless internet. We appreciated the small touches, such as the DVD library, the dishsoap/laudry detergent, and electrical converters. The Paris Perfect staff had even stocked the refrigerator with a few essentials like milk, orange juice, and a bottle of white wine. This was all unexpected and greatly appreciated. For families, a Paris Perfect apartment is not only more comfortable than staying in a hotel, but much more economical as well. Our overall experience was extremely positive and we are going to recommend Paris Perfect to all of our friends.

We were really happy with Paris Perfect and our stay in the St. Julien. Paris Perfect renewed our trust in renting an apartment in Paris and we would highly recommend them. Dear Paris Perfect, Our stay was wonderful! The apartment have everything we needed & was most comfortable. Your guidebook was thorough and a big help - You seem a very efficient organisation and it was most appreciated. We loved Le Violon d'Ingres as well as La Fontaine de Mars. The bakeries were great - what a treat having fresh baked goods in Paris every day - Thanks so much
