Paris Perfect was, indeed, Paris Perfected! The rental unit was amazing, with all necessary amenities. The location was second-to-none, only two blocks from the Eiffel Tower.

The apartment was just right under the Tour Eiffel, and even better than how it appears in the pictures and description. The view was spectacular, the surroundings stunning, the apartment very quiet. 10 out of 10. We’ll definitely come back to this apartment next time we come to Paris. Thank you.

Perfect location, with a gorgeous view of Eiffel Tower. At night the Tower sparkles with a light show on the hour and it was magical. The building has lots of old world charm, but the apartment is very modern and spotless. We worried about the couch for sleeping but the trundle bed beneath it was perfect. Family of 5 fit just fine. Check in was simple and we ate at many of our hosts recommendations. Cafe Bergeron for croissants, Chez Fernand Christine for Beef Bourguignon and El Vecino for the kids who had to have tacos (in Paris?). A truly wonderful stay!

The local contact was amazing and so helpful getting us settled in. The driver, Victor, was a tremendous first introduction to Paris. The apartment was beautiful. The amenities were very nice.

We flew into Charles de Gaulle airport and was met by Victor Cabs (recommended and booked through Paris Perfect) at a prearranged location as soon as we left Customs. We called Paris Perfect when we departed the airport and were able to check in approximately 30 minutes early. We did have a back up plan with friends who had already checked into the same complex in case the apartment wasn't available. We stayed at the Saint Emilion 2 bedroom apartment which has a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. My husband and I stayed in the guest bedroom. The only issue I had was with using my curling iron as the sink was quite small with no room to sit the iron. The bedroom had a desk area but did not have a mirror to use. I would suggest they add a mirror to this desk area. We ate breakfast several times at Emily's restaurant next to the entrance to the complex. Everyone was so friendly and the food was good. The apartment is in a great location for to walking to the Eiffel tower and Seine River. We booked the Paris Perfect's recommended dinner cruise with Bateaux Parisiens Seine River cruise and it was wonderful. We did pay extra for window seats and it was worth it. We would definitely book this apartment again!

The most amazing location!!! Eiffel Tower at our window, great food, easy access to all things. Efficiently outfitted for comfy 4. I would get rid of living room rug (it slips) and redo seating cushions for comfort but really we were rarely there but to sleep. Would rent again!!!

Amazing stay in a perfect location for visiting Paris! Stayed as a family of 3 and the apartment was roomy, and the view was so special. My daughter and I spent one rainy afternoon painting a picture of the Eiffel tower from the living room window, just dreamy!

This flat was absolutely perfect! From the location to the super comfortable mattresses, it was just amazing. The view of the Eiffel Tower was completely surreal, and we had absolutely everything we needed! 10/10 highly recommend!!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 16th birthday in Paris and this property did not disappoint! Our party of 4 (husband/wife, 16/11 yr old daughters) really enjoyed the 2-bedroom apartment. Nothing beats getting greeted daily by the beautiful Eiffel Tower right outside the window. The classic furnishings and modern appliances strike the perfect balance of old-world charm and new world comfort. Best of all, all rooms were comfortably climate controlled during a summer heat wave. Plenty of dining options within short walking distance and Paris sites and monuments with 30-40 minutes walk or short cab ride. We had an amazing week and look forward to returning in the future, thank you Saint-Emilion!!

Wonderful stay with a jewel of a view the Eiffel Tower in the night. Quiet in the evenings. Very attentive local team to welcome in person and walk thru the house with us.

Saint Emilion was a perfect base for a week in Paris - fabulous view, attractively appointed, and very clever use of space. One suggestion - put a night light in the bathroom (not en-suite) or at least nearby so that finding your way from the primary bedroom to the bathroom in the middle of the night isn’t a challenge!

We were a family of four. The apartment was amazing, great location, clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. The host impeccable!!!!! I highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay in Paris! The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. It was so clean and all of the furnishings and accommodations were very high end. The bathroom setup is definitely a little odd. I hadn’t read that before booking. The master has a bathroom with a sink and shower but the toilet is back at the entrance of the apartment not in the room. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unmatched! Stunning! The apartment is so well appointed and the kitchen is amazing! The building itself is old and has a very tiny elevator that fits one person and a bag or 3 people. The area is so safe and the building is secure and we never felt uneasy. I highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing location, unit with an amazing view. Quiet neighbors. Not to miss. 

The accommodations were just as described. Beautiful, unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower, spacious flat with beautiful decorations. The neighborhood was safe, vibrant and very walkable. For a busy neighborhood, the flat was very quiet at night. We arrived early, so had to drop our bags at the storage locker vs. the flat which was a surprise but not a problem. It was only a 10 min walk to the flat and the greeter helped with our bags. Pickup and drop off in front of the building was very easy and accessible. Overall, it was a lovely experience and one I would do again.

This property is the real deal and the perfect way for our family of 4 to end our 3-week Euro trip. This place is perfectly designed, furnished and accessorized. As a traveling family, we often find a lot of "family friendly" apartments lacking. However, it's not the case for this property. They had plenty of extra towels, garbage cans all over. They had plenty of cups/plates/utensils etc that you never felt you need to do dishes. Just load and run the dishwasher before you leave. They had hooks behind all their doors. They actually had kid friendly utensils and dishes. They also included a complimentary bottle of milk, OJ and wine which was a nice surprise. The view alone is probably what you're after but this place checks all the boxes for a relaxing, hassle free visit in Paris. We have traveled to many places and there are very few places we would stay again. We would do this all over again in a heartbeat. Treat yourself and book this place.

I took my daughter on a trip to Europe to drop her off at Bible school in Germany so naturally a stop in Paris had to be part of the trip. This property was an excellent location to see a lot of the main landmarks in a few days. The view from the apartment is a perfect way to enjoy Paris. Thank you Paris Perfect, the staff was awesome.

My wife and I stayed 8 nights in Saint Emilion. We are very familiar with the 7th arrondissement, having stayed in hotels in the area numerous times. We love the area. This was our first time in an apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful. Clean, modern, up to date, well maintained. The elevator worked fine. Even though it's on a bustling street, you hear zero outside noise in the apartment which is a huge plus. A few other notes: (a) the block or two that the apartment is on are touristy and not appealing, but you're only a few blocks from the food shops on Rue Saint Dominique and Rue Cler, so it's a non-issue. Plenty of non-touristy shops and restaurants a short walk away, though the cafes on this block are pretty touristy; (b) while the flat is impeccable, the building could use some work. The common areas and stairway are a bit dingy (the carpet on the stairs is worn through for example). We've been in nicer buildings in Paris. But it's all clean and safe and the apartment is flawless; (c) the microwave worked sporadically, and the Paris Perfect rep was aware of the problem but for whatever reason the problem hadn't been fixed. Seems like it shouldn't have been too hard for them to have replaced the microwave but maybe that's not fair. Overall great service from Paris Perfect but for the microwave and high recommendations on the apartment, I'd stay there again for sure and certainly would use Paris Perfect again.

Easy check-in. Amenities were great. Location is superb, access to public transport routes, tourist attractions and a humbling view of the Eiffel Tower. The shimmering night show always impressed. Spent some time seated by the bay window admiring the tower. Apartment is on the top floor, which makes for an amazing view and quiet residence. Be mindful, this is on the 6th floor with over 130 steps. There is a small elevator, it's sensitive, but just like these old buildings, treat it well within its boundaries, and it works just fine. Family of 5.

Loved our stay recently for the Olympics. Apartment was perfect size for our family of 4. View of the Eiffel Tower was amazing and we were so lucky to be able to see the tower sparkle each night from the living room. Apartment washer/dryer was so nice to have. A/C worked great and we loved coming back from long days touring the city to a cool apartment. Would not hesitate to book with Paris Perfect for our next stay!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our 5-day stay for our family of 5 (children aged 11, 6, and 4) in Paris!! The proximity to the Eiffel Tower is amazing and the views of it are unbelievable! It is walkable to amazing restaurants (Rue Cler was a favourite of ours) and a great Boulangerie is a few short blocks away. The 7th is the perfect spot to stay if you want more of a local feel and to be close to great restaurants and parks. The apartment is exactly as the photos show, very well equipped, and absolutely charming. Paris Perfect were excellent communicators and we appreciated their level of service, Information about Paris, and personalized touch. We would absolutely recommend them and would stay at this apartment again in a heartbeat!

This location was perfect for us. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and we had an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Saint Emilion. The spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat was perfect for our family of four. The views of the Eiffel Tower from the living room cannot be beat, and we were easily able to access other parts of the city (Louvre, Latin Quarter, Montmartre) using the metro, taxi and just walking. While the building is vintage, the flat has been nicely updated making for a very comfortable stay, including air conditioning, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, and nice furnishing/touches. We used the manager's recommended driving service (Victor Cabs), which was reliable/arrived early. We flew in very late, and the manager and driver coordinated to make sure we were able to check in after 1 am. The only set-back for us was that the elevator was out during our stay, and a 6th floor walk up was not ideal. That said, it is a vintage building, there was little the management team could do to resolve the issue, and we were able to make it work. If you have any mobility issues, you should consider whether you can safely make the walk up/down 6 floors if the elevator is out (which happened at more than one location during our trip due to older buildings/smaller elevators). Elevator aside, we can easily recommend that anyone staying in Paris rent this flat for their stay -- it will exceed your expectations.

Beautiful apartment and perfect for 4 guests. Would be very crowded with more than that as some luggage needed to stay in the common area due to very limited space in the bedrooms. View of the Eiffel Tower was fabulous! Kitchen was well stocked and very nice to arrive to coffee supplies, a bottle of wine, orange juice and cookies. Bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioning was great. Hot water supply was limited. Check in was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend this apartment. It was lovely.

Super clean and extremely well located property. The view is incredible. The check-in assistance was personal and attentive. The rooms are a little tight but hey this is Paris. There's everything you need at the property. Very tiny but very useful elevator.

Wow, that can I say! The views of the tower were amazing, plus I can't believe how short the walk was to the entrance of the tower. 2 separate bedrooms was exactly what we needed. Great neighborhood and great places to eat right next to your gate entrance. This really was a dream come true for my girls. Thank you for making this all possible. A+++

My wife, my adult niece and I shared this wonderful apartment in early November. We could not have been more pleased. The pictures are very accurate, and the apartment couldn't be more "Parisian Perfect". The check in process was the best we have experienced. Samy not only gave us a tour of the beautiful apartment and explained how everything functioned, he also went for a walk with us to show us the area, help us locate a grocery store, wine shop and cheese store. The apartment is not large but the layout is excellent and very comfortable. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room is a very special treat. The area is delightful, extremely safe, and well located with numerous restaurants, bistros & shops in the immediate area. The elevator is typically European small, but it adds to the charm and is very welcome given the 6th floor location of the apartment. I could not recommend this apartment more enthusiastically! We will definitely be back.

GREAT apartment! Details below: I have visited Paris, too many times to count. This was one of my favorite apartments. Many before have been modern, yet this decor is exquisite, refined, well appointed and looks exactly like the pictures. The location is wonderful! Two cafes on the corner, market, ice cream shop, convenient walking or Uber pick up. THE VIEW! This is the closest view of the tower I’ve seen and it does not disappoint. Beautiful to wake up to and glamorous to end the evening. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all of the essentials. Check in and Check out were seamless as they have a team ready to accommodate entry. No guesswork.

Our experience at this Saint Emillion apartment could not have been better. Sammy met us as we arrived and gave us the best reception and property orientation we have experienced. The location right by the Eiffel Tower was amazing with a fantastic view of the iconic structure right from the living room. The neighborhood is very safe and surprisingly quiet given it is close to so much! The apartment is not huge at around 700 sq. ft. but it feels much larger. My wife and I were joined by my adult niece and it suited us perfectly. That accommodations are very nice and feel quintessentially Parisian. The elevator eliminated any downside to being on the top floor. I can't recommend this strongly enough, anyone renting this apartment could not possibly be disappointed.

Very nice apartment. Pictures are as advertised. Fine location. Two negatives. The bathroom with a toilet for the master bedroom is located outside the master suite. You have to travel through the common area to reach the toilet. See floorplan to better understand. Also, the drain for our shower was partially clogged. We reported it at 3:30pm on a Friday, so it was not fixed until Monday morning. In the interval, we very much had to limit use of that shower. Small nuisance but certainly affected our the portion of our stay over the weekend. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, and I enjoyed the location. Finally, personnel from Paris Perfect were attentive and kind.

Wonderful experience. The apartment is super well located, plenty of nice details like essentials, Nespresso machine, welcome wine and more. It fits perfectly fine for a family (we were 2 adults and 2 kids). Checking in and greeting was super smooth, beds comfortable, ac and heat great, and appliances 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back in the future.

The style, the location, the excellent conservation of the property and the support of the team make this place unique and perfect. All fantastic, unique experience. We will certainly be back soon.

There really aren’t enough words to highlight my joy with this experience. The apartment and view were stunning! Cannot wait to stay at this apartment again. A special shout out to the Paris Perfect host checking me in. He was superb.

This was our family's first trip to Paris and staying at Saint Emilion was one of the highlights of our stay! The location, the decor, the view... It truly was perfect! The apartment is located two blocks away from the Eiffel Tower off a quiet street. Maybe it was the time of year we were there, or maybe it was because of Covid, but it wasn't loud or crowded with tourists. We were welcomed by someone from Paris Perfect and she walked us through the apartment, which was very helpful. The Welcome Packet inside the apartment was very informative and we frequented the outdoor market on Rue Cler, where they sell things like fruit, cheese, wine, meat, roasted chicken, and prepared food, and every morning we'd pick up croissants and quiches from Artisan Boulanger, a 5-10 min walk away. The apartment is located in between two subway stops, which are off of two different lines, the Ecole Militaire and Pont de L'Alma so it made it relatively easy to get around. All the beds were super comfortable, even the pullout sofa. And the place was fully stocked with extra linens, blankets and towels. The three things I would note is that the "master" bedroom doesn't have its own toilet so my husband and I ended up staying in the first bedroom with two twin beds, closest to the front door. With there being a hot water tank you have to be mindful of the amount of hot water you're using a day. One morning after two people had showered we ran out. (Take quick showers!) And lastly the elevator is very narrow. It basically fits one large suitcase and one person. Other than that we fully enjoyed our stay in Paris and would definitely come back.

The apartment had a great location and efficient service if needed. Paris Perfect's recommended concierge helped with restaurant reservations for 9 nights, tour plans, neighborhood food advice and pick up from and to CDG. Paris Perfect are very helpful!

Truly a "Perfect "vacation. The Saint Emilion is gorgeous - exactly like the pictures on the website. The view of the Eiffel Tower was stunning and made every day special. What made a beautiful apartment part of a spectacular vacation was the recommended concierge who planned a custom itinerary for my husband and I and our two daughters. They spoke with me often and we communicated frequently as she designed a tour each day - along with dinner reservations all based on our family's interests. Every single guide from the Paris walking tour to the private tour of the Louvre was coupled with incredible restaurant suggestions as well! The vacation is a memory our family will always treasure. The custom photo shoot at the end of the trip in front of the Eiffel Tower has given us amazing photos for the future. We will absolutely use Paris Perfect again and we are grateful especially to the concierge, for their kind attention to every single detail.

My family of four had a lovely stay at the Saint Emilion apartment last month. In fact, we can't wait to go back! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing and the apartment was conveniently located for a family traveling with young children. The staff at Paris Perfect went above and beyond. And the recommended concierge Nicola - who helped us secure reservations at some of the most "hard to get" restaurants in the city. At one point during our trip, a family member came down with strep throat late in the evening, and we were able to reach Madelyn directly. She referred us to the American Hospital in Paris - and within 24 hours we were back to seeing the sights. Thank you so much for a wonderful and accommodating stay. We will be sure to recommend Paris Perfect to family and friends.

My daughter, my mother and I had a truly magical time at Saint Emilion. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful building, to the wonderful location, to the amazing decoration within the apartment, to the amenities, and last but not least, to the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from our very couch. After active days visiting Paris, we in fact could not wait to come back, sit on the couch, use the espresso machine to make our espressos, and take in the gorgeous light show of the Eiffel Tower until it ended at 1 am. We would go back to Saint Emilion in a heartbeat. I also want to thank the amazing crew at Paris Perfect for helping us with everything from cut the line tickets to cooking classes. Thank you Paris Perfect!!

We recently stayed at the St Emilion apt for a week. The apt. was just lovely. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. There was enough space for the 2 of us. The apt was epuipped with everything we needed. The Paris Perfect staff were gracious and helpful. They made some excellent restaurant recommendations. They even set up our transportation to and from the airport. All in all this was a very pleasant experience. I would book with Paris Perfect again.

We just returned from our vacation in Paris and stay at Saint Emilion. We have been to Paris twice before and previously stayed at hotels. This was the first international apartment we've ever rented and it was the BEST experience ever! We can not boast enough on how helpful and wonderful Paris Perfect made our experience. From their patience in helping find us the most amazing apartment to helping plan our tours and getting us reservations for meals and activities, Paris Perfect made our trip exceptional! I loved the way I felt when I looked at the pictures of Saint Emilion online. If you are considering this apartment, the pictures look EXACTLY like what it is in person! My husband and I loved sitting in our living room each night with doors open gazing up at the twinkling Eiffel Tower. It was truly magical. I would and will recommend Paris Perfect to anyone I know going to Paris or London. We are excited to use their service again and stay at their beautiful properties. Thank you, Paris Perfect! Dear Friends at Paris Perfect, Our October stay at your Saint Emilion apartment in Paris was one of four bookings we have experienced with Paris Perfect. Once again everything was FABULOUS! We so appreciate the greetings we always receive, and the professionalism and courtesy shown whenever we need assistance. And of course your apartments have never failed to live up to their online images and more! This trip our group stayed in both the Saint Emilion and your Champagne Apartment down the street. We had some concerns about the close proximity to the Eiffel Tower being too "touristy"....but we were PLEASANTLY surprised. Not only were the views enchanting, but your in room and online Paris Guides thoroughly revealed so many "Gems" in the neighborhood, for Dining and Shopping, it really sold us on the location of these apartments. I had the opportunity to stay in Paris with Paris Perfect and then in London with London Perfect. I used to be a flight attendant and have traveled to Paris many times but have never experienced it the way I did with Paris Perfect. I would definitely recommend staying in one of their apartments. One of Victor's drivers fetched me from the airport and took me to the apartment. I stayed in Saint Emilion in the 7th which is a 2 bedroom apartment with my friend. I stayed in the room with twin beds and it had an en suite shower and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need so you can make your own meals and the G20 supermarket is just round the corner. The view is truly spectacular and the apartment is on the top floor. I woke up to the Eiffel Tower every morning and is really amazing when it is lit up at night! If you not sure where to stay then pick the 7th and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Everything is literally within walking distance. The Saint Emilion apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes to the closest metro and there is a bakery literally on every street. We often walked to the closest bakery for fresh baked chocolate croissants and found the most amazing coffee shop up the road. The Coffee Shop (that it's name) is run by a cute French guy whose English is excellent and was definitely the best coffee I had in Paris. The food is amazing and the French really know their stuff! You can get a fresh baguette from the bakery daily. Had the best pizza next to Italy at a place called Pizza and Pasta. You can even get fresh macaroons from the macaroon shop. My friend took us to her favorite place where they make every crepe you can think of. It is definitely worth a trip. I really thought it would be difficult to get around but most sights are within walking distance. We ate so much delicious food and really needed to walk some of it off. My friends and I visited the Christmas market, Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge and Notre Dame. You can simply go to any tobacco shop to buy bus tickets (just ask for a carnet - 10 tickets). When we did not feel like walking we caught the bus or train. There is so much to see and do. We took a French cooking class which was tons of fun and would definitely recommend trying it. When you go to the markets there is so much to choose from you don't even know where to start. We went to a cheese and wine tasting with a French lady who helped us to pick a tasty cheese from the market when we went again. The cheeses were some of the best I have ever tasted and I think even better than any first or business class flight. The wine was out of this world. We finished off our evening with a French chocolate tart. I too would keep that recipe a secret. Paris Perfect can give you the details of the cooking class and cheese and wine tasting if you looking for something different to do. Paris is great to visit with friends, family or as a couple. My friends and I spent our last night having duck at Café Constant the restaurant. It was an amazing trip and I cannot wait to go again. Make sure to contact Paris Perfect if you are planning a trip and you won't be disappointed!
