We were a family of four. The apartment was amazing, great location, clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. The host impeccable!!!!! I highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay in Paris! The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. It was so clean and all of the furnishings and accommodations were very high end. The bathroom setup is definitely a little odd. I hadn’t read that before booking. The master has a bathroom with a sink and shower but the toilet is back at the entrance of the apartment not in the room. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unmatched! Stunning! The apartment is so well appointed and the kitchen is amazing! The building itself is old and has a very tiny elevator that fits one person and a bag or 3 people. The area is so safe and the building is secure and we never felt uneasy. I highly recommend this apartment!

 

Amazing location, unit with an amazing view. Quiet neighbors. Not to miss. 

The accommodations were just as described. Beautiful, unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower, spacious flat with beautiful decorations. The neighborhood was safe, vibrant and very walkable. For a busy neighborhood, the flat was very quiet at night. We arrived early, so had to drop our bags at the storage locker vs. the flat which was a surprise but not a problem. It was only a 10 min walk to the flat and the greeter helped with our bags. Pickup and drop off in front of the building was very easy and accessible. Overall, it was a lovely experience and one I would do again.

 

This property is the real deal and the perfect way for our family of 4 to end our 3-week Euro trip. This place is perfectly designed, furnished and accessorized. As a traveling family, we often find a lot of "family friendly" apartments lacking. However, it's not the case for this property. They had plenty of extra towels, garbage cans all over. They had plenty of cups/plates/utensils etc that you never felt you need to do dishes. Just load and run the dishwasher before you leave. They had hooks behind all their doors. They actually had kid friendly utensils and dishes. They also included a complimentary bottle of milk, OJ and wine which was a nice surprise. The view alone is probably what you're after but this place checks all the boxes for a relaxing, hassle free visit in Paris. We have traveled to many places and there are very few places we would stay again. We would do this all over again in a heartbeat. Treat yourself and book this place.

I took my daughter on a trip to Europe to drop her off at Bible school in Germany so naturally a stop in Paris had to be part of the trip. This property was an excellent location to see a lot of the main landmarks in a few days. The view from the apartment is a perfect way to enjoy Paris. Thank you Paris Perfect, the staff was awesome.

My wife and I stayed 8 nights in Saint Emilion. We are very familiar with the 7th arrondissement, having stayed in hotels in the area numerous times. We love the area. This was our first time in an apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful. Clean, modern, up to date, well maintained. The elevator worked fine. Even though it's on a bustling street, you hear zero outside noise in the apartment which is a huge plus. A few other notes: (a) the block or two that the apartment is on are touristy and not appealing, but you're only a few blocks from the food shops on Rue Saint Dominique and Rue Cler, so it's a non-issue. Plenty of non-touristy shops and restaurants a short walk away, though the cafes on this block are pretty touristy; (b) while the flat is impeccable, the building could use some work. The common areas and stairway are a bit dingy (the carpet on the stairs is worn through for example). We've been in nicer buildings in Paris. But it's all clean and safe and the apartment is flawless; (c) the microwave worked sporadically, and the Paris Perfect rep was aware of the problem but for whatever reason the problem hadn't been fixed. Seems like it shouldn't have been too hard for them to have replaced the microwave but maybe that's not fair. Overall great service from Paris Perfect but for the microwave and high recommendations on the apartment, I'd stay there again for sure and certainly would use Paris Perfect again.

Easy check-in. Amenities were great. Location is superb, access to public transport routes, tourist attractions and a humbling view of the Eiffel Tower. The shimmering night show always impressed. Spent some time seated by the bay window admiring the tower. Apartment is on the top floor, which makes for an amazing view and quiet residence. Be mindful, this is on the 6th floor with over 130 steps. There is a small elevator, it's sensitive, but just like these old buildings, treat it well within its boundaries, and it works just fine. Family of 5.

Loved our stay recently for the Olympics. Apartment was perfect size for our family of 4. View of the Eiffel Tower was amazing and we were so lucky to be able to see the tower sparkle each night from the living room. Apartment washer/dryer was so nice to have. A/C worked great and we loved coming back from long days touring the city to a cool apartment. Would not hesitate to book with Paris Perfect for our next stay!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our 5-day stay for our family of 5 (children aged 11, 6, and 4) in Paris!! The proximity to the Eiffel Tower is amazing and the views of it are unbelievable! It is walkable to amazing restaurants (Rue Cler was a favourite of ours) and a great Boulangerie is a few short blocks away. The 7th is the perfect spot to stay if you want more of a local feel and to be close to great restaurants and parks. The apartment is exactly as the photos show, very well equipped, and absolutely charming. Paris Perfect were excellent communicators and we appreciated their level of service, Information about Paris, and personalized touch. We would absolutely recommend them and would stay at this apartment again in a heartbeat!

This location was perfect for us. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and we had an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Saint Emilion. The spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat was perfect for our family of four. The views of the Eiffel Tower from the living room cannot be beat, and we were easily able to access other parts of the city (Louvre, Latin Quarter, Montmartre) using the metro, taxi and just walking. While the building is vintage, the flat has been nicely updated making for a very comfortable stay, including air conditioning, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, and nice furnishing/touches. We used the manager's recommended driving service (Victor Cabs), which was reliable/arrived early. We flew in very late, and the manager and driver coordinated to make sure we were able to check in after 1 am. The only set-back for us was that the elevator was out during our stay, and a 6th floor walk up was not ideal. That said, it is a vintage building, there was little the management team could do to resolve the issue, and we were able to make it work. If you have any mobility issues, you should consider whether you can safely make the walk up/down 6 floors if the elevator is out (which happened at more than one location during our trip due to older buildings/smaller elevators). Elevator aside, we can easily recommend that anyone staying in Paris rent this flat for their stay -- it will exceed your expectations.

Beautiful apartment and perfect for 4 guests. Would be very crowded with more than that as some luggage needed to stay in the common area due to very limited space in the bedrooms. View of the Eiffel Tower was fabulous! Kitchen was well stocked and very nice to arrive to coffee supplies, a bottle of wine, orange juice and cookies. Bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioning was great. Hot water supply was limited. Check in was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend this apartment. It was lovely.

Super clean and extremely well located property. The view is incredible. The check-in assistance was personal and attentive. The rooms are a little tight but hey this is Paris. There's everything you need at the property. Very tiny but very useful elevator.

The views were INCREDIBLE! could not find a better location or better views in the city! felt safe and loved the apartment- beautiful decor and comfortable beds!

Wow, that can I say! The views of the tower were amazing, plus I can't believe how short the walk was to the entrance of the tower. 2 separate bedrooms was exactly what we needed. Great neighborhood and great places to eat right next to your gate entrance. This really was a dream come true for my girls. Thank you for making this all possible. A+++

My wife, my adult niece and I shared this wonderful apartment in early November. We could not have been more pleased. The pictures are very accurate, and the apartment couldn't be more "Parisian Perfect". The check in process was the best we have experienced. Samy not only gave us a tour of the beautiful apartment and explained how everything functioned, he also went for a walk with us to show us the area, help us locate a grocery store, wine shop and cheese store. The apartment is not large but the layout is excellent and very comfortable. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room is a very special treat. The area is delightful, extremely safe, and well located with numerous restaurants, bistros & shops in the immediate area. The elevator is typically European small, but it adds to the charm and is very welcome given the 6th floor location of the apartment. I could not recommend this apartment more enthusiastically! We will definitely be back.

GREAT apartment! Details below: I have visited Paris, too many times to count. This was one of my favorite apartments. Many before have been modern, yet this decor is exquisite, refined, well appointed and looks exactly like the pictures. The location is wonderful! Two cafes on the corner, market, ice cream shop, convenient walking or Uber pick up. THE VIEW! This is the closest view of the tower I’ve seen and it does not disappoint. Beautiful to wake up to and glamorous to end the evening. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all of the essentials. Check in and Check out were seamless as they have a team ready to accommodate entry. No guesswork.

Our experience at this Saint Emillion apartment could not have been better. Sammy met us as we arrived and gave us the best reception and property orientation we have experienced. The location right by the Eiffel Tower was amazing with a fantastic view of the iconic structure right from the living room. The neighborhood is very safe and surprisingly quiet given it is close to so much! The apartment is not huge at around 700 sq. ft. but it feels much larger. My wife and I were joined by my adult niece and it suited us perfectly. That accommodations are very nice and feel quintessentially Parisian. The elevator eliminated any downside to being on the top floor. I can't recommend this strongly enough, anyone renting this apartment could not possibly be disappointed.

Very nice apartment. Pictures are as advertised. Fine location. Two negatives. The bathroom with a toilet for the master bedroom is located outside the master suite. You have to travel through the common area to reach the toilet. See floorplan to better understand. Also, the drain for our shower was partially clogged. We reported it at 3:30pm on a Friday, so it was not fixed until Monday morning. In the interval, we very much had to limit use of that shower. Small nuisance but certainly affected our the portion of our stay over the weekend. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, and I enjoyed the location. Finally, personnel from Paris Perfect were attentive and kind.

Wonderful experience. The apartment is super well located, plenty of nice details like essentials, Nespresso machine, welcome wine and more. It fits perfectly fine for a family (we were 2 adults and 2 kids). Checking in and greeting was super smooth, beds comfortable, ac and heat great, and appliances 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back in the future.

The style, the location, the excellent conservation of the property and the support of the team make this place unique and perfect. All fantastic, unique experience. We will certainly be back soon.

There really aren’t enough words to highlight my joy with this experience. The apartment and view were stunning! Cannot wait to stay at this apartment again. A special shout out to the Paris Perfect host checking me in. He was superb.

This was our family's first trip to Paris and staying at Saint Emilion was one of the highlights of our stay! The location, the decor, the view... It truly was perfect! The apartment is located two blocks away from the Eiffel Tower off a quiet street. Maybe it was the time of year we were there, or maybe it was because of Covid, but it wasn't loud or crowded with tourists. We were welcomed by someone from Paris Perfect and she walked us through the apartment, which was very helpful. The Welcome Packet inside the apartment was very informative and we frequented the outdoor market on Rue Cler, where they sell things like fruit, cheese, wine, meat, roasted chicken, and prepared food, and every morning we'd pick up croissants and quiches from Artisan Boulanger, a 5-10 min walk away. The apartment is located in between two subway stops, which are off of two different lines, the Ecole Militaire and Pont de L'Alma so it made it relatively easy to get around. All the beds were super comfortable, even the pullout sofa. And the place was fully stocked with extra linens, blankets and towels. The three things I would note is that the "master" bedroom doesn't have its own toilet so my husband and I ended up staying in the first bedroom with two twin beds, closest to the front door. With there being a hot water tank you have to be mindful of the amount of hot water you're using a day. One morning after two people had showered we ran out. (Take quick showers!) And lastly the elevator is very narrow. It basically fits one large suitcase and one person. Other than that we fully enjoyed our stay in Paris and would definitely come back.

Excellent location close to local shops and restaurants. We stayed with our kids, place was safe and very quiet. Being so close to the street didn't hardly hear any noise.

Our stay was truly Paris Perfect! The apartment is absolutely spotless and everything in great condition. The beds are heavenly soft! The reference booklet was so helpful and we had all our dinners from their recommendations - amazing food and service. When we come back to Paris, we are staying here.

This apartment was the BEST I've EVER stayed in! EVER! The Paris Perfect team was overly prepared with check in and providing a book full of helpful information. The apartment is spotless and is absolutely spectacular. It is EXACTLY as shown in the pictures. It is overly comfortable for 4 people but can sleep 6. The location and the view of the Eiffel Tower is something you absolutely DO NOT want to miss. I have researched Paris Perfect extensively and I'll absolutely stay at PP apartments - not just Paris but London and Italy. You will not regret staying here. Thank you for an amazing stay and giving me this opportunity of a life time.

Everything was perfect. No need to mention the beautiful view out of this apartment. We had a perfectly organized pick-up at the airport with Victor and a warm welcome with Kevin. There was nothing missing in the apartment (except for pasta plates maybe). Except for the fact, that we had to get tested (Covid) at the Munich Airport and still do not have the results, we had a great time in the magnificent city Paris!! Had a wonderful stay at St. Emilion located steps away from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adult women. We highly recommend the Champagne tasting tour on the Seine sponsored by Chateau. Easy to walk to the boat from St. Emilion. Also, if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the tourist scene, have a leisurely breakfast/brunch at Chez Jacques located at the Branly Museum. No need to pay museum admission to access the restaurant. But the museum is also a hidden gem.

A small jewel box near the Eiffel Tower in the 7th well appointed, quiet and clean. A lovely company from which to lease a property. We shall contact Paris Perfect the next time we visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Saint Emilion! Paris Perfect was wonderful and the apartment offered many amenities to enrich our stay, including many helpful books and guides, lovely shampoo/conditioner/soaps, and OJ and milk in the fridge all ready for us. The view of Eiffel from Saint Emilion simply cannot be beat, and the location was wonderful--steps from a grocery store and many lovely restaurants. Our only complaint was that the 2nd bedroom smelled a bit of mildew. Everything else was perfect!

Lovely place and especially wonderfully located! It was a fabulous week in this lovely apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 daughters and the size was perfect. Plan to be back and stay at St. Emilion next spring.

We stayed at the Saint Emilion apartment for 5 nights and absolutely loved every moment of it! The staff was fantastic and so welcoming! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities anyone would need while in Paris. The location is perfect and the view is impeccable! I can't stay enough good things about this place, and if you're debating, look no further. Book this place! Can't wait to return!

The apartment was clean, well appointed, and we enjoyed our stay. The view of the Eiffel Tower and location were excellent. The two bedrooms were small with little room to maneuver around the beds. The bathroom set up is a bit odd. The bathroom for the smaller bedroom (two twin beds) was en-suite with a sink, toilet and shower. The Master bathroom was not en-suite to the Master bedroom and only included a sink and a shower. The toilet for the second bathroom was down the hall in a very small separate room and included a toilet and a very small hand sink. The apartment is on the sixth floor with 122 stairs. There is a very small elevator, barely large enough for one person and a rolling suitcase. Anyone with physical limitations and claustrophobia should steer clear of this apartment.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at St. Emilion! The view of the Eiffel Tower was stunning both day and night! The large open space in the front was perfect for our family of 5 and we could all sit comfortably and reflect on all our adventures from the day! The bedrooms were cozy, extremely comfortable and relaxing. Just a wonderful trip and couldn't be happier!

What a lovely place to spend Christmas! The view of the Eiffel tower is of course magnificent but the entire apartment was chic and stylish while still being very practical. Everything we could want was provided and communication after our stay when a necklace was lost was very helpful. The apartment has a large living area which was perfect for our Christmas festivities and the area is very close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to meet friends for lunch and spent Christmas Eve at the American church singing Silent Night to candlelight. This was our grand daughter's first visit to Paris and it was certainly memorable. She enjoyed her room and the bathroom attached and our room was very cosy. We would love to stay here again one day.

We were in the perfect location - a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. Many small cafe's and excellent restaurants were nearby and it was very accessible to metro and RER stations. There was just enough space in the apartment for 2 adults and 3 children and a comfortable kitchen. We will recommend to friends traveling to Paris!

The apartment had a great location and efficient service if needed. Paris Perfect's recommended concierge helped with restaurant reservations for 9 nights, tour plans, neighborhood food advice and pick up from and to CDG. Paris Perfect are very helpful!

Truly a "Perfect "vacation. The Saint Emilion is gorgeous - exactly like the pictures on the website. The view of the Eiffel Tower was stunning and made every day special. What made a beautiful apartment part of a spectacular vacation was the recommended concierge who planned a custom itinerary for my husband and I and our two daughters. They spoke with me often and we communicated frequently as she designed a tour each day - along with dinner reservations all based on our family's interests. Every single guide from the Paris walking tour to the private tour of the Louvre was coupled with incredible restaurant suggestions as well! The vacation is a memory our family will always treasure. The custom photo shoot at the end of the trip in front of the Eiffel Tower has given us amazing photos for the future. We will absolutely use Paris Perfect again and we are grateful especially to the concierge, for their kind attention to every single detail.

Wow! The Saint Emilion is a great apartment. It is convenient to great restaurants, a short, beautiful walk to museums and the view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing! It was even closer than the pictures suggest. Many nights we sat in the living room with the windows opened and watched the last light show. The Siene is only a block from the apartment if you want to walk, ride a bike or take a boat ride. Check in for the apartment was easy, it was clean and well stocked with high end appliances. There is everything you need to cook and dine. It was really nice to have the Miele washer and dryer. The apartment is in the 7th arrondissement which is a beautiful area of Paris. Even though the apartment was near the Eiffel Tower, the apartment was quiet and the neighborhood area felt safe. We would not hesitate to stay in The Saint Emilion again. We highly recommend the apartment and the ParisPerfect team.

Absolutely perfect! The apartment was well appointed and the view of the Eiffel Tower was second to none. We have used Paris Perfect and Rome Perfect prior and always had impeccable service and spaces. We were right in the heart of great shops and restaurants. We will be back!

My family of four had a lovely stay at the Saint Emilion apartment last month. In fact, we can't wait to go back! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing and the apartment was conveniently located for a family traveling with young children. The staff at Paris Perfect went above and beyond. And the recommended concierge Nicola - who helped us secure reservations at some of the most "hard to get" restaurants in the city. At one point during our trip, a family member came down with strep throat late in the evening, and we were able to reach Madelyn directly. She referred us to the American Hospital in Paris - and within 24 hours we were back to seeing the sights. Thank you so much for a wonderful and accommodating stay. We will be sure to recommend Paris Perfect to family and friends.

My husband and I and two young daughters (ages 2 and 4) just returned from a wonderful stay at the Saint Emilion. The view from this apartment is absolutely AMAZING! The girls loved their bedroom and ours was very comfortable, as well. The location is great - we used multiple nearby Metro stations, walked along the Seine quite a bit, and were close to delicious boulangeries, patisseries, fromageries and charcuteries. I look forward to visiting Paris again and staying at a Paris Perfect apartment. Everything was fabulous! Merci beaucoup!

What a great experience, from the ease of booking to the scheduling of tours, reservations etc. The location was perfect the view of the Effile Tower was beyond words, every hour from 7pm till midnight it sparkled for a few moments, to sit in the comfort of the apartment unwinding from the day to have that as your view, speechless! Upon our arrival we were greeted by the host and he walked us thru the apartment making sure we had the most knows. The apartment was well maintained, fabulous location, its a must for anyone looking to do "Paris-Perfect"

My daughter, my mother and I had a truly magical time at Saint Emilion. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful building, to the wonderful location, to the amazing decoration within the apartment, to the amenities, and last but not least, to the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from our very couch. After active days visiting Paris, we in fact could not wait to come back, sit on the couch, use the espresso machine to make our espressos, and take in the gorgeous light show of the Eiffel Tower until it ended at 1 am. We would go back to Saint Emilion in a heartbeat. I also want to thank the amazing crew at Paris Perfect for helping us with everything from cut the line tickets to cooking classes. Thank you Paris Perfect!!

Had a fabulous time in this charming apartment with spectacular views of the Eiffel tower , I have stayed several times in Paris perfect apartments and they have never disappointed me ,perfect location felt as a local, my friends and I loved it

I went with my wife and 3 little children, and we had a great time. The apartment had a wonderful location, and was great for exploring. The taxi service recommended was perfect for dropping us to and from the airport, and the taxi even had booster seats for our little ones. The apartment was well laid out for everyone to get adequate rest for a nap time. The kitchen was great. The bathrooms were clean. The bathroom off the double beds starts off chilly, but once the shower is running the bathroom warms right up. It was close to some great shops and a 5 minute walk to the Batobus. We definitely want to go back to Paris, and we will book with Paris Perfect. My wife wants to try out one of the places closer to Notre Dame or the Louvre for the next time, so that we can thoroughly explore more areas of Paris.

The information guide on the apartment utilities was extremely helpful. The apartment was amazing, and was perfect for our family. The team were very nice and helpful on check-in day. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time, thank you. The best service we have ever received from a rental company. Everything was as promised and all your recommendations were exceptionally good and efficient ( Victor's car service, dinner boat cruise, restaurant recommendations etc).

The view is priceless! Every night we watched the twinkling of the Eiffel Tower just outside our living/dining room window. It was magnificent! The apartment was well designed and seemed much larger than the advertised 650 square feet. The six of us (two small children and four adults) had plenty of room. The apartment was well stocked with linens, pots, pans, dishes, etc and was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the neighborhood immensely. Paris Perfect arranged a kid's tour for us at the Louvre (Louvre Treasure Hunt) and it was perfect for our kids. They loved it and learned so much about the 6-8 works of art that the tour focused on. They will remember the Louvre with a smile!! There were minor problems with the air conditioning, but we were comfortable without it. The elevator was out-of-order for several days and the 120 steps up to the seventh floor got very old! It was probably good for us, though. Paris is an incredible city, and we enjoyed our stay at St. Emilion very much. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

On our last day at this stunning apartment I cannot recommend it highly enough. We were a party of 4 adults, and although the apartment is compact, the space in such a magnificent area of Paris was perfect. "Paris Perct" as a company were without a doubt the most professional and well organised team I have ever experienced on my travels. The apartment is EXACTLY as advertised. Eiffel Tower view is unbelievable and although the apartment is compact, it suited our party of 4 more than adequately. There is amazing hidden storage for luggage etc, and the amenities and appliances are top shelf. Perfectly stocked kitchen utensils and the most extensive manual for all appliances I have ever come across. We were greeted by the lovely Verity who spent ages with us explaining how everything worked etc, basic apartment rules and contact numbers for her assistance at any time. We had no reason to contact her at any time as everything was perfect. Beds are comfy, towels are huge and fluffy, kitchen is stocked with everything you would require, air con works wonderfully, water pressure is great, gorgeous little stand on balconies to enjoy the tower view and plenty of natural light flooding the apartment during the day. Decor is quaint and very Parisian. Loads of gorgeous restaurants within walking distance as well as small supermarkets, chemists and boulengeries nearby. Initially I thought the apartment was a little pricey, but believe me, you get more than what you pay for. Thank you "Paris perfect" you made our first trip to Paris absolutely PERFECT!. I highly recommend this stunning apartment and will most definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay in St. Emilion -- a comfortable, light-filled spot with an incredible view! Kitchen was extremely well equipped and easy to cook in. Bathrooms nicely remodeled. Full-size washer/dryer super. Master bedroom very quiet with good bed; we slept really well! Be aware, however, that the second bedroom is very small.

We recently stayed at the St Emilion apt for a week. The apt. was just lovely. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. There was enough space for the 2 of us. The apt was epuipped with everything we needed. The Paris Perfect staff were gracious and helpful. They made some excellent restaurant recommendations. They even set up our transportation to and from the airport. All in all this was a very pleasant experience. I would book with Paris Perfect again.

We had a wonderful stay at St Emilion, The apartment was beautifully decorated and had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment included everything we could want, including washer/dryer, wifi, free phone calls, comfortable beds, and a complimentary bottle of wine. While there was AC, we mostly just kept the windows open as it was fairly cool and the breeze was nice. My favorite part of the day was coming home and sitting by the windows watching the tower sparkle while sipping a glass of wine. Just wonderful! I would definitely book again. One thing to keep in mind in the summer months though is that the RER line is closed for maintenance. Not an issue for us as we walked and/or took buses or taxis, but when we visited Versailles, the Javel train station was a 15-20 minute walk. Again not really an issue for us as we mostly walked, but something to consider. Also - elevator is very small, only 1-2 people can fit in at a time.

We have booked an apartment with Paris Perfect on at least six occasions in the past ten years. Never have we been less than satisfied with the accommodations, the locations, and the gracious service from the staff. Indeed, we have already decided to book another apartment next Fall or next Spring. We highly recommend Paris Perfect.

Saintt Emilion is just perfect for your holiday in Paris. The apartment is delightful with a superb view of the Eiffel Tower which does its sparkly stuff on the hour at night. It is extremely well equipped with everything you need to provide a meal. We would have liked a kettle but could easily live without it. The provision of a dishwasher and washing machine was a real bonus. The bedrooms were ell provided with hanging space and drawers. The beds were very comfortable. There are several bus routes within easy access which makes it easy to move around the city. It is a very quiet apartment and you would not know there are other residents in the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to enjoy St Emilion again. St Emilion is ideal for a Paris break.

Saint Emilion was well located and the amenities in the apartment were very nice. The views of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night, were magical. With two adults, it was nice to have a 2nd full bathroom. The materials Paris Perfect placed within the apartment on transportation etc was very helpful. The staff at Paris Perfect really made our vacation. Their restaurant recommendations were superb.

We just returned from our vacation in Paris and stay at Saint Emilion. We have been to Paris twice before and previously stayed at hotels. This was the first international apartment we've ever rented and it was the BEST experience ever! We can not boast enough on how helpful and wonderful Paris Perfect made our experience. Such a perfect location near Rue Clear close, as well as so many other interesting food shops. Breakfast at home is great Great 2 bedroom apartment, good for friends or family with children. The aparment was fully furnished. So close to the River and the Tower. Love this place ,no negatives to report.

The Saint Emilion apartment was great! Our party of 5 found the apartment spacious enough for our stay. The apartment was in a great location and walking distance metro stops and market. I was apprehensive when my husband and I first drove up, because the street view is lackluster, but we were very pleased when we entered the apartment. The view of the Eiffel Tower was outstanding, and the decor, simple but charming. The small kitchen was well equipped and served our needs. The appliances, including washer/dryer, were top of the line and especially impressed my husband. Because we are accustomed to a large master bath, I booked an apartment with two bathrooms. Paris bathrooms are rarely spacious and often quite tight, and I was glad we weren't sharing the limited counter space. Overall storage is at a premium, and we used every bit throughout the apartment. The location was ideal for us, and a great treat was being able to walk to wonderful, intimate neighborhood restaurants. One thing I found slightly objectionable was that the bedroom furnishings do not match the online photos. It didn't alter our stay, but for accuracy either the decor should match the photos or be replaced by those that do. All in all we had a very pleasant experience, and we would use Paris Perfect again.

Bonjour! We absolutely loved the location from waking to the Eiffel Tower every morning to cheering every evening as lights were twinkling. Louie XIV chairs reminded us of Versailles. We loved it and hope to return soon. Will most definitely recommend to all our friends. Asante!

Loved this apartment! We were on a whirlwind trip of three cities in two weeks and we were able to create a short-stay at the St. Emilion. Of the three cities we visited, Paris was definitely our favorite and the apartment had a lot to do with that. Being able to get up each morning and walk to Rue Cler to gather our bread, pastries, meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables for the day. Unfortunately, the restaurant specializing in duck that was just down the street was closed for the month as were the butchers in Rue Cler that the owners recommended. Note to self for future visits! Location could NOT have been better (sipping champagne and watching the Tower twinkle at night from the living room??) and the apartment was well equipped. Will definitely return to Paris and rent St. Emilion again!

Wonderful from the second we arrived. There were my wife and I, two kids, and my mother-in-law. Fabulous views, fabulous views, and fabulous views! About 5 minutes from the subway, 75 yards from the Eiffel Tower and 30 seconds to a nice meal from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Kitchen was small, but practical. Dining and living room were great. We used the phone to phone the US a couple of times (no charge). Rooms were fine and we never tripped over each other. Never watched TV but they had it. Plenty of towels and I did laundry while I was there. My wife and I are unsure if we will ever have a vacation where we stay in a hotel again if we can help it. Certainly we will use Paris Perfect in Paris or London. I forgot his name but the guy who greeted us was simply awesome (Sam?). We actually ran into him a couple of times after near the apartment. I rarely review things but I felt compelled. Probably the best vacation ever.

This apartment was a great fit for my family. The view of the Eiffel tower was spectacular. Being able to walk out my door, cross the street and be standing under such an iconic figure was truly a dream. The 7th arrondissement is a great location. We could easily walk to public transportation, bakeries, grocery stores and the amazing Rue Cler Market which made our trip to Paris all that I imagined it could be.

I had the opportunity to stay in Paris with Paris Perfect and then in London with London Perfect. I used to be a flight attendant and have traveled to Paris many times but have never experienced it the way I did with Paris Perfect. I would definitely recommend staying in one of their apartments. One of Victor's drivers fetched me from the airport and took me to the apartment. I stayed in Saint Emilion in the 7th which is a 2 bedroom apartment with my friend. I stayed in the room with twin beds and it had an en suite shower and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need so you can make your own meals and the G20 supermarket is just round the corner. The view is truly spectacular and the apartment is on the top floor. I woke up to the Eiffel Tower every morning and is really amazing when it is lit up at night! If you not sure where to stay then pick the 7th and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Everything is literally within walking distance. The Saint Emilion apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes to the closest metro and there is a bakery literally on every street. We often walked to the closest bakery for fresh baked chocolate croissants and found the most amazing coffee shop up the road. The Coffee Shop (that it's name) is run by a cute French guy whose English is excellent and was definitely the best coffee I had in Paris. The food is amazing and the French really know their stuff! You can get a fresh baguette from the bakery daily. Had the best pizza next to Italy at a place called Pizza and Pasta. You can even get fresh macaroons from the macaroon shop. My friend took us to her favorite place where they make every crepe you can think of. It is definitely worth a trip. I really thought it would be difficult to get around but most sights are within walking distance. We ate so much delicious food and really needed to walk some of it off. My friends and I visited the Christmas market, Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge and Notre Dame. You can simply go to any tobacco shop to buy bus tickets (just ask for a carnet - 10 tickets). When we did not feel like walking we caught the bus or train. There is so much to see and do. We took a French cooking class which was tons of fun and would definitely recommend trying it. When you go to the markets there is so much to choose from you don't even know where to start. We went to a cheese and wine tasting with a French lady who helped us to pick a tasty cheese from the market when we went again. The cheeses were some of the best I have ever tasted and I think even better than any first or business class flight. The wine was out of this world. We finished off our evening with a French chocolate tart. I too would keep that recipe a secret. Paris Perfect can give you the details of the cooking class and cheese and wine tasting if you looking for something different to do. Paris is great to visit with friends, family or as a couple. My friends and I spent our last night having duck at Café Constant the restaurant. It was an amazing trip and I cannot wait to go again. We wanted to do this special trip "right" - our family was traveling to Paris to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Happy to report that EVERYTHING went "right" with our Paris Perfect experience: Phillipe was extremely helpful & patient when we made our reservations, Kevin made sure that we arrived safely with all of our luggage, as well as giving us a status update of our apt (it was ready for us despite having arrived before the 3 pm check-in), Sam, our gracious greeter, was waiting for us when we finally arrived to our apt., despite having to go around numerous detours due to the Bastille Day activities around the Eiffel Tower (which is 1/2 block from the St. Emilion apt). Upon entering the apt. the WOW factor cannot be overstated-pictures cannot do it justice, you HAVE to experience it to believe it! I would wake up early & go for a run around the Eifel Tower/Champs de Mars & head to the local boulangerie for our daily breakfast items (it was a really cool experience when the owner recognized me & knew my order!). Seeing my family (in their PJ's) having bkfst over looking the Eiffel Tower is a memory I soon won't forget - it was so "right"! Thank you Paris Perfect - you were the "right" choice for us! We also HIGHLY recommend that you use Victor for all of your transportation needs - extremely dependable & reasonable!

Absolutely Paris PERFECT!!! This was our third Paris Perfect stay, and could not have been better! We were 4 adults and an 8 month old baby, and Saint Emilion was the perfect spot! We had everything we could ever need for our July 4th dinner party for 6, and a light show that "wow-ed" our guests! There isn't a better way to start the day than with a nespresso and a fabulous croissant (the ones downstairs are the best!) looking out to the Eiffel tower, and no better way to end it, than to walk under the sparkling tower at night! We were absolutely happy about the apartment we stayed in. The location is great - just a few steps from the Eiffel tower and in a close proximity to the majority of Paris most visited sights. The apartment was superbly equipped and furnished.We were pleasantly surprised by a nice selection of books and movies we could use during the stay. Walks along the Seine banks (which is right around the corner) were one of the memories to treasure.

We had a fantastic week in Paris at St. Emillion. The apartment was all we expected and more. It was roomy enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. The views of the Eiffel Tower out the front windows are amazing. We quickly felt at home there. The apartment was very well laid out and stocked with every amenity we could need, including toiletries, laundry detergent, even a bottle of wine. The kitchen also had everything we needed to prepare great meals at home. The greeter who met us for our welcome visit was very friendly and informative. All of the information that Paris Perfect gave us before the trip was very helpful, including help with transport from the airport, travel insurance, etc. We especially liked the information book which told us where to go to eat and shop in the neighborhood. We will definitely come back to Paris and rent from Paris Perfect again!

Our Paris Perfect apartment was everything we dreamed of and more. The convenience of its location in the 7th, the it-feels-like-we-live-here experience compared to a hotel room, and most of all, the spectacular view of the Eiffel tower made the Saint Emilion ideal for our family of four. We ordered groceries for delivery upon our arrival from Houra and took advantage of the compact and extremely efficient kitchen for lovely breakfasts 'in' before heading out sightseeing. Having access to kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and the bedrooms/baths being separate from the living quarters was fantastic. Returning 'home' each evening was such a treat. The staff at Paris Perfect were helpful and pleasant from our initial online inquiries straight thru to check out. All the special touches, local resources and recommendations were great. The apartment really made our dream vacation perfect.

My sister and i had a perfect stay in St. Emilion. Every amenity was available to us. Paris Perfect has really thought of everything, and we think it is the only way to go. I am very picky about cleanliness and the apartment was spotless. Also, it was just as pictured on website, so you can trust those pictures. I would go back tomorrow if I could and will never use a hotel again. Staying in the 7th turned out to be wonderful. Loved feeling like we were "locals". All in all, a perfect experience!

St. Emilion and the Paris Perfect Staff exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very comfortable for our entire group. Having the kitchen was very important, and we took full advantage of it eating at least two meals there each day. The linens were stocked, the cooking utensils were all there, and all of the other ammentities that we might be looking for, including wireless for our laptop, was available. As an example of their professionalism, we had a little trouble with the plumbing in our apartment the day we arrived, and they were on it immediately, with several follow up calls to ensure we were comfortable during the repair process and afterward. A situation that could have been very uncomfortable never became a real problem. I was highly impressed with how they handled it. I will definitely be renting again from Paris Perfect on my next trip to the city of lights.

We had a wonderful time in our St Emilion apartment. There we were, in a delightful apartment in a wonderful district, with that spectacular view of the Eiffel tower dominating the landscape. We were very impressed by the service we received as all our questions were answered with warmth and attention to detail. It was lovely to be greeted at the apartment by an Australian, in the person of Joel, and this set the tone for our week's stay. The detailed notes in the apartment about restaurants, cafes, shops and the local bus routes made our daily planning much easier. Our family of five will treasure our memories, as from now on, we will truly be able to say: 'We will always have Paris'.

The St. Emilion was even better than expected. We could almost reach out and touch the Eiffel Tower. The wonderful Rue Cler was within 2 blocks and we were supplied with a French shopping cart. We celebrated my daughter's 9th birthday here and she was thrilled and loved the apartment. She had her own room and bathroom and said her shower was like a dream. The apartment was very quiet and we sat and ate our findings of the day at the dining room table watching the Eiffel Tower put on its light show. I stayed at the St. Emillion apartment in Paris in June 2009. It was a wonderful place to say the least! I went with my 3 friends, we are 18, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We only had a minor problem with the air conditioning system, it leaked several times and the Paris Perfect team had to fix it three times. But besides that, it was a beautiful apartment and the view was amazing. We took turns sleeping on the couch in the living room every night just to go to sleep looking at the Eiffel Tower. I would love to stay here again!

We had the most amazing holiday staying at St Emillion. Paris was our first stop of the holiday and it remained the most special. We have the fondest memories and dream of coming back. We spent a week at the St. Emilion apartment in March, 2009 and it was an amazing week. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, with everything you can imagine to make you feel at home. The neighborhood is wonderful with fabulous restaurants (particularly Cafe Constant), bakeries, flower shops, cheese shops, wine shops, fresh food markets, butchers and just about anything else you might need for a true Parisian experience. All of this and the most magnificent view in Paris! The apartment is located withing walking distance to several historic attractions and the Metro is only a few blocks away, giving you easy access to all of the city. After experiencing the convenience, and luxury of St. Emilion, it's hard to imagine staying in a hotel which would cost about the same. We spent a fabulous week in this beautiful, well-appointed apartment! Snow in Paris! The Eiffel Tower looking like a lacy mirage! A memory forever! Restaurant Tasseille on Rue de Grenelle - fabulous cous-cous and tangine and very reasonable wine prices; nice service; and nice décor. Right up from Picards, which is a great place if you want an easy meal to prepare. We will definitely recommend you to anyone coming to the lovely city. All the best.

We arrived to a perfectly clean apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower that will be remembered forever. You were so gracious to accomodate our baby with a port a crib, which made our stay so comfortable. Also, thank you for the list of bus stops, restaurants and other useful information that you provide for your guests...we used it alot. We feel very blessed to have found Paris Perfect & will definately be back again.

Our family (daughter ages 14, 12, 10) loved the apartment. Hearing my youngest exclaim 'God, look at the Eiffel Tower!' The first she saw the lights sparkle was worth it in and of itself. Being so close to Rue Cler & the surrounding neighborhood let us really sample the shops & cafés. Coming 'home' every night to the Eiffel Tower was a wonderful treat. We will definitely recommend this apartment to friends looking to stay in Paris.

Dear Madelyn, Phillipe, and all the staff at Paris Perfect, We have had an amazing 2 weeks in Paris. This is our third trip to Paris and our stay at St Emilion made this visit the best! The apartment's location is ideal. The view is breathtaking. We really appreciate all of the invaluable information in the folder of the neighborhood. We really enjoyed shopping at Rue Cler. We ate at several great restaurants. Our favorites are Au Petite Sud Ouest and Au Bon Accueil. Our favourite Boulangerie is Pain d'Epis. They have wonderful baguettes and pain au chocolate. The also make a super grain-seeded baguette. We love the pastries from Lenotre. I don't think we ever exited the metro at Ecole Militaire without stopping in. We decided to take a couple of day trips out of Paris. We visited Brugge on day (about 2 ½ hours by train). Brugge was a beautiful, quaint city. It was very fairytale-like. They have great beer, chocolate and yes, Belgian Waffles! We also visited Giverny. This was more of a ½ day trip. Monets gardens were beautiful and it was a peaceful escape from the city for an afternoon. Thank you for all you have done to make our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back again! Au Revoir.

My children (ages 6, 8, and 10), husband, and I had a magical stay here. It has been our first trip to Europe and we will definitely return to this apartment. I have been dreaming about seeing my children watch the Eiffel Tower lights sparkle since I saw the pictures on the web sight. We were not disappointed. The children all slept in the living room the first night and watched the lights! All has been magical. Thanks for all the help - your yellow info packet is excellent!

Dear All, This was our second stay in St Emillion and 4th Paris Perfect. We have been planning this stay with great enthusiasm since our last stay in 11/06. We have enjoyed Le Clos Des Gourmets and Le Fontaine De Mar and found new places. This is the perfect home from which to explore the 7th, 16th, 1st; we can walk or Metro everywhere and then end the day with the sparkling lights of the Tour Eiffel. How perfect is that?

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in the St. Emilion apartment August 31-September 8th. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed the neighbourhood and the local restaurants. This was the first time we had strayed from hotel accomodations and were a little hesitant about being on our own but the Paris Perfect staff made it clear they were a phone call away should you have any concerns. We loved it so much we will be back.

My family and I had a fabulous week at St Emilion in December 06 and have since recommended PP to two other Aussie families visiting in January. My 18 year old daughters loved the decor and furnishings, the novelty of a door that buzzed and becoming regulars at the local patisserie. They roamed Paris on their carnets while my husband and I raided the wine shops and markets of the area. I loved not staying in an impersonal hotel and being able to cook if we felt like it or discover the fabulous restaurants reviewed in the yellow book when the mood took us. A wonderful time was had by all.

My husband and I celebrated my 40th birthday with two other couples in Paris. We had the most incredible vacation. The beautiful apartments we rented from Paris Perfect enhanced our visit. We rented the St. Emillion and the Bergerac apartments. They were both on the 6th floor of a lovely building. The best thing about this was we had the entire floor to ourselves, since these were the only two apartments on the 6th floor. Both apartments were beautifully decorated with many French antique furnishings and the views were to "die for". It was so much fun coming back every night and seeing the Eiffel tower all lit up right in front of the living room and bedroom windows. The apartment had all of the necessities we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt right at home. There was an espresso/coffee maker with coffee, hair dryer, a washer and dryer, CD player with CD's, DVD player, books on Paris, wireless Internet access and much more. Two wonderful hosts welcomed us upon our arrival; they showed us all of the amenities. Each apartment received a nice bottle of champagne, orange juice and milk. The Paris Perfect staff checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the apartments. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were terrific. The neighborhood was one of the best parts of our vacation, we ate at several local restaurants and we enjoyed the market place on Rue Cler. There were several wonderful Patisseries within steps of our apartment. The metro stop was close by and living among the local Parisians in an affluent French neighborhood was fabulous. You can't go wrong with Paris Perfect, because it is just that, "Paris Perfect"!

Staying at St Emillion was a definite highlight of our holiday and we were not disappointed in any way. Thank you for your comprehensive guides to both the apartment and around town. Keep up the good work. It's refreshing to find an organisation that actually delivers what they say they will!

My wife and I, and our two teenage children, spent a week in the St. Emilion apartment during the third week of March 2005. The apartment worked perfectly for us. It is every bit as lovely as it appears on the website. The furnishing are all high quality and tasteful. The bathrooms are the best we've encountered in many trips to Europe. The kitchen has first rate appliances and is fully outfitted. The overall quality of the apartment is excellent. The apartment functions well for a family of four. On some nights our kids shared the second bedroom (which has two beds), and on some nights one of them would sleep on the very comfortable trundle bed in the living room. They were happy in both configurations. The master bedroom is very comfortable and certainly big enough (especially compared to the size of Paris hotel rooms). The neighborhood is wonderful. The apartment is one short block from the Champs de Mars. I went jogging there several mornings, doing the loop from the Eiffel Tower to Ecole Militaire. Having done my obligitory physical activity, I then had to choose between going to the patisserie next door to the apartment (which is quite good) or walking a few blocks to Rue St. Dominique or Rue Cler to check out the action there. Tough choice! Metro access is easy, just a few blocks away. We used the bus system as well. Between the two, there's little need to use taxis (which generally require that you go to a taxi stand). The neighborhood is great. Not at all touristy, but with easy access to major tourist attractions (Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Rodin Museum, etc.). It's safe, clean and upscale. Madelyn's and Phillipe's restaurant recommendations were accurate and helpful. There are many good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment and we ate dinner out of the neighborhood only once. All in all, St. Emilion was a huge success for us. We've rented houses in France and Italy and have never had an experience that was as good as this. We plan to return Paris next year and will definately rent a Paris Perfect apartment then. Dear Paris Perfect Staff, We stayed right under the Eiffel Tower and always knew where "home" was when we were out and about. St. Emilion was comfortable with a dramatic view of the Tower and surrounding landscape. Our grown daughter Genevieve was with us and we three loved living the French apartment life. We shopped for breakfast each night and wandered around the lovely neighborhood locating small, excellent restaurants, just blocks from our building. We are so glad we stayed with you! The name says it all; "ParisPerfect." The St. Emilion is not just an apartment. Thanks to the personal touch of Philippe and Madelyn, every aspect of our stay was perfect. Beginning with the wonderful "Welcome" gifts to the beautiful decor and the wry humor in Madelyn's very helpful and entertaining information manual there was nothing more we could have asked for. Nothing that is, except to soon return to ParisPerfect.

What a wonderful home away from home in Paris! St. Emilion couldn't have a better location or a better view of the Eiffel Tower! The day trip to Normandy is a must and being within walking distance to all the "must see" places made those visits very easy. The best part was that, in February, there are no lines. Lunch at Jules Verne was also a treat - just pick a clear day. We also had a car for the week and the parking tip is to find a spot near the Tower - especially easy once the busses leave.

Dear Philippe, We returned yesterday from six weeks in Europe, and I wanted to write and say that the stay in the St. Emilion apartment was the highlight of a wonderful trip. Everything about our experience there was first-rate. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, very spacious and had a heart-stopping view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room. People considering Paris Perfect should compare it to a top-end hotel. A vacationer or longer-term business will enjoy having the extra rooms, great kitchen and dining space that would cost infinitely more in a Paris grand hotel. And, as someone who has stayed in the top hotels, I can say that none of them will ever come close to providing the warm hospitality that Philippe showed us. I've traveled all over the world both personally and on business, and you have instantly vaulted into my "global top five accommodations." If Paris Perfect were a home run, the ball would have been hit out of the park and last seen bouncing through the parking lot. Bravo, and we look forward to seeing you on our next visit to Paris!
