Saint Chinian

Our family of 5 ( 3 adults + an 18 and 13 year old) absolutely fell in love with this apartment. Having 3 bedrooms was perfect. The luxury of being on rue Cler in the 7th arrondissement made places like the Eiffel Tower within walking distance. The apartment was just the right size and had everything we needed. Highly recommend the Saint Chinian , you can’t go wrong. Rue Cler street has a variety of place to eat, fresh flowers to pick up, grocery stores and bakery at your finger tips.

Our family of five adored this spacious apartment on Rue Cler, which was exactly as advertised. The apartment had everything we needed and all of our food dreams came true, right outside the building door. We popped down to the bakery on the corner every single morning for fresh pastries and strolled the street to shop for the components of dinner most evenings during our 5-night stay. I highly recommend this apartment for families travelling with kids (our are aged 8-12); having separate bedrooms and spaces to spread out in made our downtime in Paris very relaxing.

Loved my second stay with Paris Perfect in a different location (this time at Rue Cler!!). This location was right out of a movie. The cutest food shops line the streets and it made our stay feel like we were locals!! So so convenient. The apt was very spacious for two girlfriends off on a girls trip without husbands or children in tow. We loved having a living room, kitchen and our own bedrooms - we vowed to return soon. Staying in Paris Perfect apts made it so easy. You’ll have repeat clients in us for sure.

Very stylish and comfortable apartment. Very happy with the apartment and location. This was the third time we have used Paris Perfect and we will use them the next time we are in Paris.

We just got home from our trip and couldn’t have been happier with our stay in this apartment. The check-in process was smooth, the apartment was lovely and spacious, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was so quaint and charming and close to sites and the metro. I had a couple of questions during our stay and Paris Perfect was so responsive and helpful. We also used Victor Cabs and Travel Light which were recommended from the guest portal and both were amazing! I HIGHLY recommend booking a place with Vacation Perfect.

We enjoyed our five days at the Saint Chenin in Paris. The apartment met all of our needs. It was spotless and well located. The shared spaces were perfect for our evening wine time. The check in process was smooth and efficient. The recommended concierge service was amazing and we loved all of Karina’s recommendations. Thanks so much! Have stayed at several Paris Perfect locations - in various arrondissements. This apartment has a good location on Rue Cler - close to metro stop, patisseries and restaurants. Easy walk to Eiffel Tower (no actual view) and Siene. It served 4 adults with multiple bedrooms, a master bath with a standing shower, and a separate bath / shower for second just fine - but it doesn't have Paris chic. Check in/out was smooth and easy, and Victor cabs was right on time.

My wife and I were spending a week in Paris with our daughter and here two children, 5 and 7. We have been to Paris numerous times but had always stayed in hotels. With young children we needed a place where we could go back to at the end of the day that offered more than what a couple of hotel rooms could. The apartment was ideal for our purposes. It is well furnished and provided space for a variety of activities, including allowing us to have most breakfasts and dinners in the apartment. The close by Metro stop, L'Ecole Militaire, made getting around Paris quite easy and a fun experience for the kids. And, I must say, the Paris Perfect Team was very responsible and responsive.

Our second stay in this lovely apartment. Paris Perfect is a fabulous company. Victor Cabs is the best! We can't wait to return.

Saint Chinian was absolutely perfect for our family of four -- 2 adults and 2 teens. I knew from reading the other reviews that the location would be great, but I had not spent much time in the 7th on previous trips to Paris. Rue Cler is like something from a movie set. Every morning, we would step outside our door and take in the bustle and charm of the shops and markets. After long days of sightseeing, we would pop into the fromager and the boulangerie (and the wine store) to gather late-afternoon snack accoutrements. Paris was so crowded when we visited (over the holidays) but rue Cler never felt touristy. There were so many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood and it was a short walk to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle! The apartment itself was lovely. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living area is comfortable. I didn't think we'd need the third bedroom but it turned out to be nice for our kids to have separate spaces. The beds in all of the rooms are comfortable and while it took some getting used to, it was nice having the toilet separate from the sink/shower in the main area. The Paris Perfect team was available if needed. Overall, this was our first experience with Paris Perfect and I plan on being a repeat customer.

Saint Chinian’s location in the rue Cler is very convenient. It is a fun street for food shopping and for lingering in cafes. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and quiet. My one criticism is that the third advertised bedroom is tiny with no place to unpack or hang clothes. The Paris Perfect team is professional and user friendly. We did have a small plumbing issue on a Saturday. Someone from the team came by but it wasn’t fixed. Not a huge deal because we had a second bath but an on-call plumber would have been helpful. I would rent from Paris Perfect again, much more reliable than other rental options.

Just like any rental, it takes a minute to get acclimated, but the Vacation Perfect team did an excellent job in promptly meeting us to open the apartment and show us around. The apartment itself was very nice, clean and had most of the comforts of home back in the US. This spot was centrally located to most of the attractions we were there to see, and it was super convenient to the Metro stations. The apartment gave us a true taste of Parisian life being right off Rue Cler with markets, bistros, bars, etc... We'd highly recommend Vacation Perfect and the Saint Chinian unit for your next stay.

My husband and I just spent 5 weeks in this apartment and had a fabulous stay. We had originally rented another apartment but there was flooding in that apartment and Paris Perfect arranged for us to stay in St Chinian and we loved our stay. Many communications from Paris Perfect rave about Rue Cler and they are all correct. The shops on the street are straight out of a movie and it was a dream come true to have access to so many small markets and such amazing food. I'll miss "Harry Cover" the produce shop, the most - wonderful quality and friendly staff. We also loved Bistrot Belhara which is just around the corner and the fabulous wait staff there (and great food). The neighborhood guides that come with the apartments are priceless. We also used Victor for transportation - as they suggest - and that was perfectly smooth every time. The bedrooms for the apartment are off the street, but every room has windows which is great and possible because of the configuration of the building, we found it reasonably quiet for being in the heart of the city. We have used Italy Perfect several times and love them. This was our first stay with Paris Perfect and we loved them, too. Maybe we will be so lucky as to use London Perfect next. A great, gorgeous apartment. Highly recommended.

This apartment was fabulous for our family trip!! There was plenty of space for four adults, and the three bathrooms (2 toilets) was perfect. The living spaces in the apartment were spacious (by Europe standards) and I liked how the kitchen was open to the living room and dining space. Located on Rue Cler is a wonderful location. Bakery, cafes, grocery stores, produce markets . . . all just right outside your door.

A group of my girlfriends and I stayed at this apartment in April and it was perfect! Easy access, perfect location (the market on the street is SO cute), and a clean and spacious apartment. Would definitely recommend!!

This is a very comfortable well-equipped apartment - 3 good bedrooms (one with 2 single beds that worked well for our kids). The bedrooms are very quiet at night (important in Paris!) and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. All the furnishings and kitchen equipment and supplies were of very good quality. Great washing machine too! The area is fantastic - and if you have the chance to go around Christmas time (we were there after Christmas and over the NYE) - Rue Cler is so pretty and has wonderful shops - especially food - but other shops as well. Very central and easy to get to other destinations on foot or via Metro, Paris Perfect - you were so great to work with - very responsive and excellent orientation by the greeter. Also loved the restaurant booking service from your recommended concierge - worked really well (important for NYE). Many thanks!
