The Saint Chinian is a beautiful and inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, with a prime location on charming rue Cler in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. Great Apartment - Centrally Located

Just like any rental, it takes a minute to get acclimated, but the Vacation Perfect team did an excellent job in promptly meeting us to open the apartment and show us around. The apartment itself was very nice, clean and had most of the comforts of home back in the US. This spot was centrally located to most of the attractions we were there to see, and it was super convenient to the Metro stations. The apartment gave us a true taste of Parisian life being right off Rue Cler with markets, bistros, bars, etc... We'd highly recommend Vacation Perfect and the Saint Chinian unit for your next stay.

Fantastic apartment

My husband and I just spent 5 weeks in this apartment and had a fabulous stay. We had originally rented another apartment but there was flooding in that apartment and Paris Perfect arranged for us to stay in St Chinian and we loved our stay. Many communications from Paris Perfect rave about Rue Cler and they are all correct. The shops on the street are straight out of a movie and it was a dream come true to have access to so many small markets and such amazing food. I'll miss "Harry Cover" the produce shop, the most - wonderful quality and friendly staff. We also loved Bistrot Belhara which is just around the corner and the fabulous wait staff there (and great food). The neighborhood guides that come with the apartments are priceless. We also used Victor for transportation - as they suggest - and that was perfectly smooth every time. The bedrooms for the apartment are off the street, but every room has windows which is great and possible because of the configuration of the building, we found it reasonably quiet for being in the heart of the city. The only small issue we had was related to cleaning, we wanted more frequent cleaning, and the communication was complicated and it didn't quite happen. No need for details except to say that if you are on an extended stay and want more frequent cleaning it is probably worth asking for the schedule in writing and probably worth confirming with the office a day in advance. But, no big deal. We have used Italy Perfect several times and love them. This was our first stay with Paris Perfect and we loved them, too. Maybe we will be so lucky as to use London Perfect next. A great, gorgeous apartment. Highly recommended.

Family Trip

This apartment was fabulous for our family trip!! There was plenty of space for four adults, and the three bathrooms (2 toilets) was perfect. The living spaces in the apartment were spacious (by Europe standards) and I liked how the kitchen was open to the living room and dining space. Located on Rue Cler is a wonderful location. Bakery, cafes, grocery stores, produce markets . . . all just right outside your door.

Three adults and two children stayed very comfortably here. We loved the access the the Rue Cler market and the Champs des Mars. We spent most days at either place, the park was perfect to watch the kids play while we relaxed with a picnic. Apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. The laundry came in handy as it the did the English TV when the kids were tired at the end of the day!

Lovely apartment. Fantastic location with rue Cler market literally at our doorstep. Our family of 6 enjoyed ourselves immensely. We were there during something of a heat wave. Air conditioning would have been a plus, but the fans throughout the home worked well and we cooled off nicely in the evenings. Definitely a great spot for a family in Paris.

The apartment was in great shape and in an ideal location if you want to "live like a Parisian". In addition, the Paris Perfect team were able to quickly adapt to our touring requests, arranging for Victor and his great service to transport us back and forth to CDG. I was a little "concerned about having to rent the apartment for five days/nights when we only were able to stay for less than 3 days and 3 nights (air travel disruption and schedule). However, our experience was great and we continue to view Paris Perfect as the only options when visiting Paris and wanting a unique/quality experience.

Stayed here with 3 other friends this past March. The apartment was well-appointed and modern while still being charmingly French. Our greeter was helpful, well informed and had everything organized perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was nice having the washer/dryer in the extra bathroom. Bedrooms were adorable, it suited us perfectly. Location couldn't be beat--we enjoyed the Rue Cler and made friends with several local shopkeepers and waiters very quickly. We had other friends staying at the Syrah which is almost just across the street so it worked out perfectly.

Great apartment near Rue Cler, an incredible market street. The apartment is clean and cozy. Good kitchen, comfortable living space and 2 nice bedrooms. The master bath is a little weird since its behind a glass wall/door (if you're in the bedroom, you're looking at whoever is in the bathroom). Still, not a big deal. Location is great. Short walk to the #7 Metro. Its a little noisy in the am as vendors open the market, but not bad. We would stay again.

Saint Chinian is magnificent for families and especially with teenagers and young people. The 'kids' loved the easy access to great food and great art and great people watching . The grown ups were the same but add in great wines and great shopping as well ! Must triess: Martine Lambert icecreams are NEXT DOOR TO THE APARTMENT ! If entertaining , buy an icecream gateau. If the peche de vigne sorbet is available , buy it at once , you will not regret it. Mariage Freres tea salon is now across the street and is worth a visit to try the Wedding Imperiale Tea , which has notes of chocolate and caramel ( and no calories.... win , win win ) . Rue St Dominique has great patiesseries especially Karamel and Gateau Thoumieux. The deli next to the apartment has TRUFFLED SALAMI . Now that makes picnics with a baguette and some cheese and wine really sing. The Rodin Museum is a lovely walk past the gilded Invalides dome and has a garden where we got the best ever family photo on a bench there. Everyone was relaxed and happy and well fed and well walked, so it is my favourite picture of all five of us. And yes the lift is teeny tiny but that was fun , as the fit ran up the stairs to beat the lift and the weary ( usually mum ) got to travel without annoying company!

This is a very comfortable well-equipped apartment - 3 good bedrooms (one with 2 single beds that worked well for our kids). The bedrooms are very quiet at night (important in Paris!) and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. All the furnishings and kitchen equipment and supplies were of very good quality. Great washing machine too! The area is fantastic - and if you have the chance to go around Christmas time (we were there after Christmas and over the NYE) - Rue Cler is so pretty and has wonderful shops - especially food - but other shops as well. Very central and easy to get to other destinations on foot or via Metro, Paris Perfect - you were so great to work with - very responsive and excellent orientation by the greeter. Also loved the restaurant booking service - worked really well (important for NYE) and Nicola was a delight to work with. Many thanks!
