I cannot say enough good things about Paris Perfect. From the original communication to the setup of drivers and transfers, to the beautiful apartment, they are courteous, organized and the consummate professionals. I highly recommend Paris Perfect for your trip to Paris, you won't be disappointed. Additionally, check out the other cities where they have apartments, we loved everything about our stay with them in London.

We enjoyed our stay at St Amour. The place is as described, a mix of an oldish apartment, well maintained and renovated. The location is excellent, it is quiet and clean. We were a family of 4 and fit comfortably. The reception and communication was outstanding. Three flights walk-up is manageable. Were somewhat unlucky with the cooking habits of a neighbor two floors below.

We are still talking about the great apartment and neighborhood in the 7th. We were close enough to the Eiffel Tower to enjoy the view and its greatness without enduring crowds or passerby’s. Comfortable, updated furniture, plenty of tableware and glassware, quality linens, quiet for being on a main road. Appreciated the key fob for quick entry/exit. Weather was cold! Paris perfect had been used before and they do not disappoint.

My parents and I spent the most memorable Christmas at this beautiful apartment-style home in the center of Paris. We had a direct view of the Eiffel tower which we couldn't help but admire every night (the lights are simply stunning). Additionally, there are many restaurants/bakeries/grocery stores right outside your door, making this location super accessible and convenient. The apartment itself is extremely clean and perfectly captures the French/Parisian essence. Amenities were also super complete and helpful (we were able to cook a lovely Christmas morning breakfast)! Overall, our stay was absolutely perfect and I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to spend their holidays in Paris!

Our family of five had a wonderful 4 night stay in Saint Amour. Great location and neighborhood bistros and boulangeries. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed, including the intro meeting in which a Paris Perfect team member went over all key information. We would stay here again!

My wife and I have stayed with Paris and London Perfect many times since 2013. This is a well appointed apartment in the 7th on Avenue de la Bourdonnais. The main bedroom is a decent size while the second bedroom has 2 bunks. The overall size is 60 sqm. Right in the heart of the Rue Saint Dominique area with great access to restaurants, wine shops, cheese shops etc... The best restaurant locally is Pertinence but the price reflects this. We regularly eat at Fountain de Mars, Les Cocottes, Pertinence, Pottaka, Le Petit Croquet and Cafe D'Alma (if I have spelled these all correctly) - but there are many others within a 5 minute walk. You will get a bit of road noise but I am a lite sleeper and I found it ok.

Really nice flat in a great location, close to the Eiffel Tower and great shops and restaurants. The apartment has a lot of character, is well fitted out and decorated, and is clean and tidy. The lounge and first bedroom are a good size. The second bedroom is small, mind you; our 15 year old daughter could just about fit in there.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Lage war einmalig, alles wichtige direkt vor der Haustür. Und natürlich der Eiffelturm! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben fussläufig einen Platz im einem Haus vorab reserviert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es war alles da was man braucht. Der Check-In und Out war völlig problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder .

We arrived by car and reserved a place in a house within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, everything you need was there. The check-in and out was completely problem-free. We can only warmly recommend the apartment and would love to come back

 

Paris Perfect is very well organized. From their car service (Victor Cabs) to the welcome representative we felt well taken in hand from the moment we arrived at CDG. The apartment is reasonably spacious with good views of the Ave. de la Bourdonnais and the Champs de Mars. It is well placed, right on the corner with the rue Saint Dominique where all of the great restaurants in the 7th are located. The local purveyors were all top quality and very accommodating. We recommend the Paris Perfect group for your travels. We will certainly use them again.

This was the most perfect experience we could every have imagined... a manifested reality that will remain forever in our hearts! We were inspired to explore this area of Paris that we usually ignore since we were so well situated: musée Quai Branly, a boat cruise along the Seine, the neighborhood shops, and the meeting point for an excursion out to Giverny one morning with Paris tours. Just perfect!

This apartment was in a great, quiet location that is great for first time visitors to the city. It is centrally located and close to various specialty food shops. The bunk room was good, but if you have older children then the pull out sofa is wonderful to have to give the kids some space. You do need to ride the metro or get a cab (highly recommend G7 and not uber if you have 4 or more due to uber being subject to distancing restrictions and so not very many cars that can accommodate that many) to get to the other areas of the city, but it was still a great apartment and location. Paris Perfect group was so helpful and I highly recommend renting from them.

Amazing location with a view of the Eiffel Tower; stayed here with a friend and absolutely loved the neighborhood's shopping, close to metro, etc. plus all the amenities of a hotel, really worth it!!

I stayed in this flat with a friend for a prolonged period of time, and absolutely loved it! This is a very capacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The Paris Perfect team is quick to respond to any requests and is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Great apartment, very tastefully decorated. The location is excellent if you wanna go out exploring Paris. There's plenty of room and you'll have all the amenities you'll need.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent and calm area with gorgeous views on the Eiffel-tower. The apartment was perfectly clean and the service of Paris Perfect impeccable. The site is in a very good place to visit the tourist-attractions but was also very practical for me for work-purposes. Supermarket nearby. Just brilliant!

Wonderful apartment, in the neighborhood we love.

The apartment was wonderful. Lovely view. Well located for groceries, boulangerie, No balcony but we didn't need in December. We would have liked some baking dishes as we love to cook in apartment. Also some grab bars in shower for we 'older' folks. This has been our 3rd stay in a Paris Perfect apartment - twice in Champagne (we have also stayed once in an Italy Perfect apartment). We are planning to return in May to your Cabernet apartment. As you can see, we love Paris Perfect.

Saint Amour apartment is great for a family of 4. Bunk bedroom works great for 2 kids and having air conditioning is an excellent perk. Kitchen is well appointed. Communication from Paris Perfect was excellent and I highly recommend Victor cabs for transport to/from the train station. Metro is an easy less than 5 min walk from Saint Amour and the location near the Eiffel tower is great (can see the top third out the master bedroom). Would definitely stay here again and would use Paris Perfect!

Everything was perfect at St. Amour. Location was great. The flat was well appointed and had everything we needed! Close to everything! AC was very much appreciated during the heat wave! Even with the heat wave, the fan kept the second bedroom at a very manageable temperature! Kevin from PP welcomed us and made it very simple to settle in.

This is the third time we have used Paris Perfect since 2010, and each time, we have been very pleased with the condition and location of their apartments. In 2010 we stayed for 2 weeks; in 2015, 5 weeks, and this past September 2018, we spent nearly the entire month of September at the Saint Amour apartment. In fact, we have already booked our 3 week stay for 2019! Since we first started with them in 2010, Paris Perfect has maintained their high standards and improved the services they recommend to their guests. One of the best bargains in my mind is their restaurant booking service. I worked extensively with the recommended concierge, Nicola this last trip, who couldn't have been more accommodating. We also booked our Paris Museum Passes and Eiffel Tower tour through Paris Perfect and, again, all was "Perfect". I have had the pleasure of personally meeting Maddy back in 2015, and she is every bit as charming and welcoming as one would imagine. I can't imagine a trip to Paris without a stay in one of their lovely properties. They truly know how to make magical moments come true in the City of Light!

We had a great stay at Saint Amour. The apartment was exactly as described! Location was great; apartment facilities were very nice down to the Nespresso machine. We didn't cook anything as it was nice to eat out. Yes, the Dome does overcharge. I had one 25 CL 1664 and it was 6.5 Euro. I highly recommend the wine shop around the corner on Rue Saint Dominique, the opposite side of the road. The boulangerie further up the same road, same side, is also quite good for morning croissants. We ate at Cafe Constant and at Pottaka locally. Pottoka was excellent; Constant was good. I picked up a pizza to go from L'Atelier for my daughter one evening, and that met her approval, as she said it was awesome. She also like riding one of those flat electric scooters along the Seine. I would definitely stay at Saint Amour again.

We had a lovely trip to Paris and are indebted to Paris Perfect for helping to make it such a wonderful trip. Our apartment, St. Amour, was in a great location - within walking distance to much of Paris, close to delicious cafes and restaurants, and with a view of the Eiffel Tower. They set up a driver to and from the airport and recommended a tour of the Eiffel Tower, an incredible day tour of Normandy and a bike tour of Paris. They recommended purchasing museum passes, which saved lots of time in lines. From their service to their travel tips to their follow up, we could not have been more pleased. Paris Perfect was recommended to us by friends and we plan to recommend them to others as well.

My family and I absolutely adored Saint-Amour. The location is ideal - convenient to some of the best restaurants, Rue Cler, and of course the Eiffel Tower. The patisserie right around the corner on St Dominique is to die for! We took public transport the majority of the time, and the apartment is situated across the street from three bus lines that conveniently go to many of the main sites you want to visit. The apartment had everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer was so helpful. One very nit-picky comment, I would recommend that Paris Perfect take the luggage directly to the apartment should we have to wait until 3:30 - like we had to. It would be a nice service to offer. Just a thought, otherwise, Paris Perfect was fantastic and the apartment was perfect!

My usual trips to Paris stayed at hotels. Tried Apartment and no regrets.Perfect cozy , spacious and clean apartment for 4. Location was great, very central to visit Eiffel, orsay, rue de cler market where we had good breakfast and very convenient to buy everything we needed.Eiffel view from the windows at night.... wow!!!! 7th arr, perfect location. The Paris Perfect team was very helpful and promptly responded to all my queries. Check in was easy. Tried their recommended restaurants for dinner, delicious french cuisine. My next trip to Paris definitely be booking via Paris Perfect so much better than a hotel! Thank you Paris Perfect Team!

Great place to stay. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and close by many metro stations. All the information given at the check-in was very useful and the cleanliness of the place was great. The rooms and the bathrooms were very good. Just had trouble getting the sofa bed out because of the carpet. And I think it would have been nice to have a small tour of the apartment since we had trouble finding somethings like the bed sheets and covers. In general we would recommend the place to friends and will think about you for my future trips to Paris and other cities where you have accommodations.

This was a very cute apartment and the air-conditioning worked well. It's located in a great place - convenient for walking out to the Eiffel Tower quickly and to other important locations as well!

This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The view of the Eiffel tower was phenomenal, the restaurants close by were off the charts. It was very central, accessible and quiet neighborhood for walking and very safe. The staff was eager, and met us at the apartment to walk us through everything and make sure that everything was in order. I can't think of a possible improvement

This was the second time we rented the St. Amour apartment in 2016. It's the perfect property for our needs...just the right size, well-furnished, in a great neighborhood, at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? We hope to be there again in 2017. Also, the entire Paris Perfect staff was a pleasure to deal with!

We had a lovely stay at Saint Amour during our time in Paris. The apartment was in a great location a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment was beautiful with enough space for 5 women. Everything we needed was there plus it was luxurious. I will definitely stay at Ssint Amour when I return. Thank you for making my stay pleasurable.

We loved our Paris apartment, and everything was perfect. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We loved the location. We were so close to the Eiffel Tower yet we also were far enough removed, we could easily feel like one of the "locals". Would absolutely use Paris Perfect again.

This was our second stay at St Amour. Our first trip was three years ago and we didn't get to see everything we wanted so we came back. As before, the location was perfect. There's a bus stop right outside, but my kids are partial to the metro since there's no subway at home. We did have a few days of unexpected construction that woke us up, but it didn't last all day.

We stayed in the St Amour apartment for two months (Feb.-Mar.) and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had! The apartment was perfect for our needs...just the right size, beautifully appointed and only steps from the Tour Eiffel. Ever though it's in a busy neighborhood the apartment was very quiet when you closed the windows. We were so pleased we're already thinking about returning to exactly the same apartment later this year. Also, can't say enough good things about the people at Paris Perfect...it was a total pleasure dealing with these helpful and knowledgeable professionals.

My husband and I spent two weeks in the Saint Amour apartment, and found it to be extremely comfortable and convenient. It was equipped with everything we needed and beautifully furnished. Three bus lines are just across the street and can take you all over Paris. The neighborhood is a mecca of gourmet food shops, cafes and restaurants, and you are just steps from the Eiffel tower, which you can see when standing at the living room and bedroom windows. The Paris Perfect team was responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. We'll be booking our next trip with Paris Perfect.

Our Christmas was magical in this Saint Amour gem! The location was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 11 and 12) walking to everything, right on the Champs de Mar park, with a full view of the Eiffel Tower and that sparkle every night (at an angle to building, so you have to walk to the window to see if but happy to do this!). Rue Cler, lots of shopping and delicious local restaurants, taxi stand across the street, delicious coffee at our front door. Kids loved the bunk beds, we loved the distance between rooms and the full kitchen. Saint Amour for the WIN. We will be back!

The St. Amour is our fourth Paris Perfect apartment and features a lovely view of the Eifel tower from its tall windows in the LR, DR and Master Bedroom. A short block to our favorite café,Café Constant, and a quick walk to the metro.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Verity gave us an excellent tour of the apartment. Excellent location and easy access to RER or the Metro. I would not hesitate to recommend Paris Perfect to anyone.

Simply outstanding ! Expectations exceeded, apartment was excellent, welcome induction was very good and all pre-planning and interaction very professional. As a first time client we Wished for the best and were ready to be disappointed but this was not the case!! First class all round.

My husband and I just completed an 8-day stay at the wonderful Saint Amour. The apartment was sparkling clean and even nicer than the photos. Our children (3 yrs & 8 yrs) loved the bunk beds and having a second WC made getting ready for outings so much easier. The location of the Saint Amour can’t be beat with views across to the Champ de Mars park, and of course the Eiffel Tower looking out to the right. A 5-minute walk to the Marionette theatre in the Champ de Mars park which was a hit with our children. Bus routes #42, #69 and #87 are literally steps from the front door. Routes #42 and #69 are the sightseeing routes taking you past the best parts of Paris. The Ecole Militaire Metro is an 8 min walk away and is across from a large Carrefour City Market. A lovely bakery 30 seconds from the front door, opens at 0700hrs for your morning pain au chocolat and a butcher across from the bakery sells delicious rotisserie chickens perfect for stay-in dinners. The G20 next to the bakery, carries all you will need grocery-wise with a good wine selection too. Staying at an apartment is so superior to staying in a hotel room - once you try an apartment you will never go back to hotels - Paris Perfect made our stay just that - Perfect! A special thank you to Sam our greeter, who gave an excellent intro to the apartment to travel-weary guests. Special mention as well about the Paris Info booklet - everything you need to know is in the booklet - very helpful and the Paris Perfect team provides a copy in the apartment so you don't have to carry yours overseas. All in all a great stay. Thank you to the friendly, helpful Paris Perfect team - we're already booking our next stay in Paris with Paris Perfect.

We were greeted by friendly helpful staff on arrival and given the full tour. This is the second time that we have used Paris Perfect and they are great. The apartment was well appointed the position was great.

Apartment is lovely. Info was most helpful. We went to Cafe Constant at 7.00 one evening - Perfect! Excellent service. Sam was especially helpful.

St. Amour and Paris Perfect provided an excellent stay for our family trip to Paris. The location was great and the convenience of traveling within the city was so very convenient. The apartment was a good size for our family of 5 adults and everything we could have needed was there...in a practical place...even umbrellas! The accommodation was much more than is visible in the photos online. The personal attention from the Paris Perfect team was also excellent. It's like having an adventurous stay on another continent...with a gracious safety net, just in case. Perfect. As we say in the south..."A good time was had by all" - Thank you, Paris Perfect, for the family trip of a lifetime.

Our family of four had a wonderful time during our stay in Paris and much of that had to do with the fabulous accommodations at the Saint Amour apartment. The apartment was flawless, as was the Paris Perfect staff. They did a terrific job recommending an apartment, communicating the details for meeting with the Paris Perfect staff at the apartment, and recommending a wonderful cab service for transportation from the airport. This was our first trip to Paris and we really appreciated the "Guide to Paris" that Paris Perfect had sent us, as well as the details and maps of the neighborhood that was in the apartment when we arrived. The apartment possessed all the modern conveniences including a full kitchen, modern bathrooms, washer and dryer facilities, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of closet space. The apartment was conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance to several other monuments. We would highly recommend the Saint Amour apartment, as well as the services from Paris Perfect and look forward to utilizing them again in the future.

We are a family of 5 with almost all teenage kids (11, 13, 15). We made a last minute decision to travel to Paris for New Years Eve week. After looking for a place to stay for a few day (who knew everything would be booked), we were very lucky to stumble upon the Saint Amour apartment! We LOVED the apartment and it fit our family very nicely. One bedroom had bunk beds that our two younger kids slept in and our oldest son slept in the very comfortable pullout bed that is so cleverly hidden in the couch. We loved that the master bedroom doors could be closed or open as part of an extension to the quaint living room. It was also nice to have 2 toilets and 2 showers that came equipped with all the necessities. The apartment had everything we needed and only required us to go to the grocery store around the corner for groceries or to the fabulous bakery below. The proximity to the Eiffel Tower was absolutely AMAZING and an easy walk to the Metro, which we took the entire time we were in Paris. The restaurants close to the apartment were also fabulous. We would absolutely stay in the Saint Amour apartment again and have already recommended the apartment to several friends since we've been back to the US. Merci Beaucoup for a vacation to remember, we have memories that will last us a lifetime!

Our family stayed at the St. Amour last August 2013. I have researched Paris Perfect for a while now but was still not sure what to expect since it was our first time to use them. I am glad to say that everything turned out perfect and that we had a wonderful stay at their St. Amour apartment. The location was perfect for the area. Easily accessible via bus, train to and from anywhere we were going in the city (although we did a lot of walking which was fun). My kids loved the area with the restaurants (we went to Café Constant) and the market at Rue de Cler. After a tiring day, it was great to be able to relax in such a great apartment. The next time we visit Paris, we will be sure to contact Paris Perfect again. Thanks you Paris Perfect for a great vacation!

The St Amour apartment was everything that we expected. It was easy to complete the meet and greet. Upon our arrival, the apartment was neat and comfortable. The location in the 7th arrondisement was close enough to be able to walk to see the sites that we really wanted to see. A Metro Station is within easy walking distance for destinations further afield. Each morning, we ventured to Rue Cler for breakfast. What a wonderful locale. We lucked out (for a late season stay - the weather was cooperative). I would definitely consider Paris Perfect and the St Amour apartment for future visits. Paris is one of my favorite European cities - Paris Perfects ammenities makes is very easy to keep this preference.

St. Amour was the perfect place to stay. Clean, neat and well furnished with 3 sets of lovely French doors looking out on to beautiful trees. At night you can see the lights of the Eiffel Tower sparkling through the leaves. There was plenty of room for three of us to stay and by Paris standards the apt. is spacious which would allow for an extended stay. The layout of the apartment is conducive for entertaining or for privacy. The bathrooms were new lovely and clean. There are plenty of nice restaurants just around the corner and all the Paris must see sites are within walking distance. There aren't many draw backs. The lift is very small so if you are claustrophobic take the stairs. The second bedroom with bunk beds was comfortable but very small however storage was efficient so it didn't seem crowded. I would definitely stay in St Amour again! Bravo!

Our family of 5 stayed in the Saint Amour in April 2013 and it was an amazing vacation for us. The apartment was just the right size for us and our three kids (11, 8, and 3). The older kids slept in the second bedroom bunk-beds and our youngest slept on the convertible sofa in the main room. There were three grocery stores within easy walking distance (G20, FranPrix, and Picard) and a bakery about 100 ft away just around the corner for fresh bread every morning There were three Metro stations within an easy walk from the apt to take us pretty much anywhere. Also many restaurants, but we actually cooked dinner every night in the kitchen since the kids were exhausted every evening after hiking around Paris. The washer and dryer were key since we only packed 3-days worth of clothes for our 8-day trip. 3 loads of laundry during our stay was easy. The apartment, the location, and the ease of the entire process all exceeded our expectations. If we every come back to Paris, we won't bother looking anywhere but Paris Perfect. -Brian

Traveled to Paris for Thanksgiving break. Wonderful time with the family. Our children want to make it an annual event. The Saint Amour was "perfect" for our family of 5. The view of the Tower, especially in the evening, was stunning. The location was quiet. We enjoyed the park each morning with a stop for pastry on the way home and Christian Constant's restaurants in the evenings!

We just returned from a lovely stay in the St. Amour apartment and can't say enough good things about the space and location. We appreciated having the second bedroom to store our luggage and purchases we made during our 8 day visit. Also, it was nice to have the separate bathrooms so we didn't trip over each other! The oversized queen bed was very comfortable from the very first night. I was impressed by how clean and orderly the whole apartment was, as well as being fully stocked with kitchen and bath needs. The Paris Perfect folks send so much helpful information regarding nearby shops, restaurants, and sites to see that it's hard to go wrong. Every place we tried was terrific. We loved the Picard store and Cafe Constant, as well as all of Rue Cler! We will definitely use Paris Perfect on our next trip to that beautiful City of Light.

The location was wonderful! Catherine, our greeter, was fantastic. We were still disappointed that our initial reservations were messed up. The fold out sleeping arrangements worked fine, but were very much an inconvenience. The neighborhood restaurants were great. We tried several and all had good service and delicious food. The corner place next to the apartment was a wonderful place for drinks while watching the Eiffel Tower light up.

The apartment was in a fabulous location, could see the Eiffel Tower out of the windows without having to feel crowded. The apartment was very clean and modern. While the second bedroom was small the kids loved it. The location could not be beat, with fabulous restaurants, green grocer, butcher, wine store and patiserries just around the corner. The apartment is located just above a cafe and with the sun shining in, several times we opened the French doors and had our afternoon cafe experience, without the smokers, which my children could not tolerate, we had our own smoke free cafe. Great location, great people (both the greeter and the driver organized through ParisPerfect) great apartment. As an overall note I would advise that I have highly recommended your organization to several colleagues who are looking to travel to London, Paris and Italy. In fact I have reviewed your sites for Italy, which is coming up on our agenda. I have found your organization extremely professional, and your properties live up to their billing. Both my wife and I, who both travel on business and are use to Four Seasons quality accommodation, were very pleased with your apartments.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Saint Amour. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, especially lots of really useful information. Although we have been to Paris numerous times, the information about restaurants and services right in our neighborhood was perfect. After long days out we wanted to eat near home so we used the "top 5" and had good experiences at all we were able to get tables at. We will not hesitate to use Paris Perfect when we come to Paris again. Thank you!

We really could not have asked for more in an apartment. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted. Perfect for us since we are cooking teachers and love to cook. And cook we did. The markets and stores in the neighborhood were just terrific. We tested out many a bakery for our morning croissant and breads. We have rented many a house but never had someone give us such a great run through on how everything worked. Great week! Thanks for all the work you do to make it possible.

We took our three children to Paris for their first visit, and stayed in the Saint Amour apartment for eight days. What a fantastic trip from beginning to end! We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage nearby. What a wonderful service! The apartment was in the perfect location for sightseeing, and was fitted with everything we needed. The neighborhood offered plenty of restaurants, as well as bakeries, floral, and meat shops. The Rue Cler is less than ten-minutes' walk from the apartment,offering even more fabulous choices, as are the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars. We had a marvelous time, and are already planning our next visit. Just which apartment to choose...

We were 3 adults and a child and had a wonderful time. Everything worked out very well, except the painters outside the building. Everything was very well organized, as soon as we arrived we already had milk, orange juice, soap, etc all you need to get started. Metro, bus, grocery, bakery, gift shop , restaurants, Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Musee Militaire, Musee Rodin, the river, all this a few feet away. Very convenient location. The phone calls to the U.S. free. Very quiet until you open the windows. Many compliments to those you rent this apartment. Job well done.

Wonderful stay AGAIN at Paris Perfect in St. Amour apartment. Charming apartment in an ideal location. We have stayed with Paris Perfect many times and have never been disappointed. Loved it.

A Perfect Stay in Paris! Visiting Paris? Then do yourself a favor and stay at one of the apartments managed by the Paris Perfect team. Our stay at the St Amour apartment was nothing less than superb. With close proximity to the Metro, Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars Park, Ecole Militaire and everything else in downtown Paris, you cannot go wrong with this location. We would start our day with coffee and a treat from the patisserie around the corner. Then, off to the Metro for a trip to some wonderful location, such as the Sacre Coeur or the Louvre. If our day ended near the Louvre or the Latin Quarter, we would just walk back to our apartment, enjoying the charming neighborhoods along the way, stopping to enjoy ice cream at Grom or Berthillon's. Dinner was always at a nearby restaurant, dining outdoors and watching the world go by. There were so many wonderful dining choices within easy walking distance! The Saint Amour apartment is excellent, and has every possible convenience. Lovely furniture, a full kitchen and spacious accommodations. We were more than satisfied; we were overjoyed. Truly a wonderful experience.

This was our first ever trip to Paris with our teenage daughter and it could not have been more perfect! From our online experience, to our in-person experience, the Paris Perfect team couldn't have been more helpful, an the St Amour apartment was all that was promised, and more. It was so nice to eat in a couple of times when our feet simply couldn't take another step! We found all the shops in the neighborhood to be a great resource - and yes, Picard is wonderful! And especially enjoyed the patisseries on St Dominique and Ave Rapp. Also Gusto Italian was a fun, locals only dinner (in Rue Grenelle). Many thanks to you for a great experience. After enjoying a whirlwind trip to Paris 19 years ago, we returned with our own teenage daughters and had a wonderful time! We booked your apt online after much searching and hoped it would be 'as pictured' - it was better! The apartment is just lovely and a perfect retreat after a busy day. The area is so charming and the shop keepers we encountered were very spacious - even with our horrible french. Thank you for providing all that we could need and for having such a friendly and helpful staff. Your staff were so patient with our jetlag 'fog' and kind. We hope to be back before another 19 years rolls around but until then we will definitely recommend 'Paris Perfect' to our friends and family. It will be our choice of residence when we return. We loved the Saint Amour apartment. My son and I felt very secure. We loved the location. We will miss our view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious - after our hotel stay in London. The furniture and decorations were lovely. It was so nice having the washer and dryer too. The information you provided was greatly appreciated. We used the Rick Steves book many times. It was nice having movies to watch too. We hope you prosper and that we are able to return someday. Wow! What a great trip! My husband I were just here in May - we stayed at the Plaza Athenee! This time, we came back with our 16-month-old son & nanny. Our stay at the St Amour ending up topping our last trip! The location of the apartment was perfect. We loved all the little shops along Rue St Dominique. Each morning started with croissants at the backer around the corner on St Dominique - so tasty! The service of Paris Perfect was pretty impressive. Every question was answered & every need attended to. We found the yellow book of recommended restaurants extremely helpful - it was fun trying out a few of the top five spots! Will definitely be back as soon as possible - it won't be soon enough! Thank you to the Paris Perfect Team!

Bravo again! What a wonderful job you have done on the delightful St Amour. Spacious, charmingly decorated and equipped (as always) and veritably our 'home' in Paris. Thank you, yet again. Although the Quartier is well known to us from our many previous visits, we 'discovered' another lovely place to dine - reasonably, and elegantly. 153 Grenelle on Rue de Grenelle. Jean Jacques Touteaux is a wonderful host, the cadre is simple and elegant, and the food is quite delicious. We love the 7eme!! Always something new to discover. Thanks again and a bientot.

We had a great time at Saint Amour. They have thought of everything to make our experience perfect. We are a family of 6 and we never felt that we were on each other toes. We truly had a great time. Would recommend to anyone.

We've stayed in many of the 'great hotels' of Paris multiple times (the Ritz, the Meurice, the Crillon, the Plaze Athenee, and the George V), but once we found Paris Perfect, we never stayed in a hotel in Paris again. Now, our sixth summer in your apartment and we can't wait to return again next year. We love the new Saint Amour apartment, and we hope to be back in this exact same apartment next summer with our kids.

I had a great time. I think all the years I have been to Paris, this year has been the best. I especially like spending time with my family, doing fun stuff and meeting lots of new friends. Bois de Boulogne and Versailles were fun places to visit. I think Paris and France are spectacular.

I'm late in my comments! I stayed in the lovely St. Amour! The Eiffel was outside all my windows. This is my favorite area with the bus access, all the Christian Constant restaurants around the corner. This is the best area in Paris to stay. The dedicated staff is there to answer any question and helpful en every way. And how can you beat Madelyn and Philippe. I am lucky that I have the new Meursault rented for a month in the fall. I am really looking forward to it and its great views, from up so high. I have also rented the Kir for a month in Spring of 2009 and now working on the fall of 2009. Paris Perfect is the way to do it... for me!!
