With its private entrance and two-level layout, this graceful residence offers a rare chance to not just stay in Montmartre but to truly live its spirit and past. On the first level, you’ll find a beautiful open plan living and dining area adorned with gorgeous architectural details. Ornate paneling, antique accents and beautiful artwork create a space steeped in Parisian charm, while two living areas offer room to relax in style. One side features a comfortable sofa and a modern dining table – perfect for lingering over croissants or sharing a romantic dinner. The other is a stunning living room with a large window that fills the room with soft natural light. A separate kitchen provides a crisp contrast, with sleek white cabinetry and clean lines, fully equipped for preparing meals at home. You’ll also find a full bathroom with shower on this level.

Climb the stairs to the upper level and you’ll step into an extraordinary bedroom suite – a luminous space with soft pastel tones, elegant woodwork and an open, airy layout. From the window-side sitting area, gaze out across the street to Paris’s only remaining vineyard – a view that feels lifted from a painting. Vignes du Clos (1 minute walk)
The last operational vineyard in Paris, in operation since 1933 this lovely winery can be visited but has very limited hours
and availability.
Musée de Montmartre (1 minute walk)
Housed in buildings over three centries old and formerseveral famous artists such as Renoir, Valadon and Utrillo. The museum houses paintings, photographs, posters and manuscripts that depict the history of the neighbourhood along with a garden renovated according to Renoir's paintings.
Dali Paris (3 minute walk)
Located in the hear of the famous aritsts' village the museum houses the largest collection of Salvador Dali famous artworks.
Sacre Coeur Cathedral (6 minute walk)
A national historic monument and active Catholic Church and minor basilica. Overlooking the entire city of Paris it is second to the Eiffel Tower as one of the most popular tourist destination.
Je T'aime Wall (10 minute walk)
A loved theme walled in the Jehan Rictus garden square. Created in 2000 by artist Frédéric Baron and Claire Kito. Composed of "I love you" 311 times in 250 languages.
Moulin Rouge (15 minute walk)
Located at the foot of Montmartre the legendary Parisian cabaret is known as the birthplace of the can-can dance. A symbol of Parisain entertainment and culture. Renowned for its lavish shows and iconic red windmill.

Enjoyed living in Montmartre

Rose de Loire really felt like the Paris you see in postcards. But even better because we were staying there! We loved being able to walk everywhere and see Sacré Cœur and the view over Paris at so many times of the day. Plus there’s always something interesting happening just outside the door. The apartment has plenty of space and we enjoyed having two levels and especially the view of the vineyard across the street from the bedroom. We felt like we were living in Montmartre, not just visiting for a few days.

Absolutely magical

Montmartre has always been my romantic idea of Paris and being able to stay there for so long was a dream. Rose de Loire has so much charm just like Montmartre. Everything about space felt special and I especially loved the upstairs bedroom and long evening soaks in the tub after walking all day. Absolutely magical stay – thank you Paris Perfect!
