Wow! What an incredible view, it was absolutely magical! The pictures looked beautiful, but no pictures could truly do it justice. We felt like we could touch the Eiffel Tower and had the best view in Paris! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and had an excellent recommendations book with all the information about the area. Meeting the host in person was a plus to familiarize ourselves with getting in and out of the building. We enjoyed the location, being close to the Eiffel Tower and Seine was great and the neighborhood had many hidden gems and shops! We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We rented this beautiful Romanee apartment overlooking the Eiffel Tower for an 18th birthday of our daughter and a black tie wedding in Paris. The apartment, amenities, accessories and neighborhood absolutely fit the bill for the high-end events we were attending. The communication from the staff and opportunity to meet a person who would walk us up to our place and ensure we understood everything we might need to know was extremely helpful. Would absolutely book with this agency and this specific location again.

We truly enjoyed staying at this apartment, we loved watching the Eiffel Tower in the evening, loved how close we were to so many things. The apartment was very nicely decorated and well appointed. It was by far the quietist apartment we have rented in Paris. We would definetly return.

This apartment was truly unforgettable. The moment I walked in, I was met with a breathtaking, postcard-perfect view of the Eiffel Tower—the kind of view you dream about when planning a Paris trip. It felt magical waking up to it every morning and watching it sparkle at night. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just steps away from Emily’s Café, a charming little spot that feels straight out of a Parisian movie. The whole neighborhood has that quaint, authentic Parisian charm—cobblestone streets, local boutiques, and cafés that make you feel like a local. Inside, the apartment was exactly as pictured—stylish, clean, and beautifully decorated with a classic Parisian touch. Everything matched the photos perfectly, which is always such a relief. Overall, this stay exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for a true Paris dream experience, this is the place. I would absolutely stay here again.

My daughter and I celebrated my birthday with a trip to Paris. We could not have been happier with our stay at Romanee. The Eiffel Tower views are truly amazing, the apartment is delightful, and the location was perfect. By the end of our stay, we truly felt like Parisians. Just know that the elevator is very small, but you get used to it. I highly recommend Paris Perfect and will most definitely use them for our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay in Romanee very much. It was comfortable and well furnished, and served as a great base for exploring Paris. Proximity to Rue Cler was a real plus. Communication with Paris Perfect was highly responsive and we appreciated the thorough check-in process.

The location is terrific, amble restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and shops abound. The pictures are accurate. You can really see everything just as shown. All appliances worked great and were easy to use. Apartment is quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Paris. 10/10 would recommend!

Just returned from a heavenly week in Paris, staying at the Romanée apartment. The apartment is beautifully appointed, has everything you'd want or need, and the view of the Eiffel Tower just can't be beat. This is our third time staying with Paris Perfect and it just keeps getting better and better.

Good location several restaurants downstairs for both breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Paris Perfect provided a bottle of milk and coffee to start the day, a very nice gesture, also the bottle of wine was a nice gift. The place is a 2-minutes’ walk from Champs de Mars. And we could see the Eiffel Tower from our living room. When you are staying here don’t forget to visit Le Marche Grenelle on Wednesday morning. Our stay was fantastic.

Our stay with Paris Perfect was perfect! From the friendly communication, hospitality shown at check-in, picture perfect apartment with amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and great location, this home cannot be beat. It is definitely a top-notch rental!!

Our stay in Romanée was our fourth stay with Paris Perfect over many years, each time in a different location. Romanée had the Eiffel Tower view which we wanted for this visit; and the location gave us the chance to explore a new neighbourhood, which is lively and well-served with restaurants, bistros and small well-stocked supermarkets. The apartment is tucked away from street noise, and was quiet, snug and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, the showers worked well with plentiful hot water, and the central heating was cosy for our mid-December stay. We were very pleased to find that the kitchen was the best-equipped of any apartment we have rented anywhere in Europe, the US and our homeland Australia. Our only negative was that the decor is overdone, cluttered and twee compared to other Paris Perfect apartments we have stayed in. Other than that, our stay was another Paris Perfect delight!

Wonderful location -- so close to the Eiffel Tour and just a short walk across the bridge to the 16th. As always, Paris Perfect made everything seamless. The apartment is nice but smaller than I expected. It felt tight for two of us. Will definitely use Paris Perfect again but won't stay at the Romanee.

We had an incredible stay with an epic view of the Eiffel Tower. The unit was exactly as described, and the portable AC in each room worked perfectly. Having an onsite team that was almost always available throughout the day was a great plus. We were just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and only a 5-minute walk to the Seine. The nearby grocery store was super convenient, especially when traveling with young kids. We used the metro to get around everywhere else, making the location even more ideal.

We recently stayed at Romanee with our 3 young children and we loved everything about it…the location was great, the apartment was clean and the size was perfect for our family, and the view of the Eiffel Tower was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed watching the twinkling lights on the Eiffel Tower right from our apartment window every night. We will definitely be using Vacation Perfect for future vacations, and will be recommending to all of our friends!

Perfect apartment with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. The furniture and overall art decor of the house was very pleasant. Full points for cleanliness and responsive team at Paris perfect! If you have small kids who like to jump and run around in the house, you just need to be careful and keep reminding them not to ( which is what we had to do) because the sound on the wooden floor and voice does propagate a lot. The listing does state that.

From the meet and greet which made us feel so welcome to the fantastic Romanee apartment which is exactly as described with magical views of the Eiffel Tower and location. The apartment was very clean with all amenities provided. The hosts are very professional. We are using Paris Perfect again for our Christmas vacation as the apartments and service are first class.

We had a very great time in family in Paris on this apartment. When we arrived they were very helpful clearing all the doubts and all was very clean and comfortable.

It was a magical location with a fantastic view and it was a comfortable apartment! Spotless clean and easy to use, with great character, we surely want to be back to this place. The hosts were a professional team, and everything was very convenient.

The apartment has to be seen to be believed. The view is better than the pictures and although its proximity to the Eiffel Tower is almost as close as living there, we all felt very safe in the apartment. The PP team could not have been more helpful, even organizing taxis to and from airports and train stations. We WILL stay there again. Thank you PP team.

The location was perfect with amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The check in was seamless and the amenities were as described. We travelled with a baby and having the washer/dryer was a big bonus. The apartment was very quiet despite being so close to the Eiffel Tower. Overall we had a good holiday and definitely would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in Romanee. PP reps were helpful and always available, tho we didn’t really have any big issues. The apartment was ready early for us, which was awesome. Very well equipped flat. The second bedroom didn’t have a closet, but there is storage in the main BR and front room. Quiet at night and yet right in the best part of town!

The apartment was stunning, comfortable, well-stocked and close to anything you might need. Our family of 5 had plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. In the mornings, we could walk to breakfast or any number of pastry shops. In the evenings, we could enjoy watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle just outside the windows. I would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone who wants a magical time in the city of light!!

Great location, great view, but also a great host, with very clear instructions on what to expect and how to proceed for the check in, check out and emergency (luckily no need to use it). They also helped to coordinate transport in and out. Strongly recommended.

We absolutely loved our time in our Paris apartment. The view was even better than we hoped, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The view from the windows is worth the cost of admission by itself. What a great spot. We all really enjoyed our stay. Super walkable to restaurants and sights. We came in June which was very busy, but the bustle just added to the experience, and never impeded getting around. Highly recommended.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the sitting room is magical, particularly when the light show takes place at 11:00pm. There are numerous restaurants within metres of the entrance to the building and a well-stocked Franprix supermarket about 60 metres away. The Avenue de la Bourdonnais is a beautiful avenue with many shops and restaurants along its full length. There are various attractions within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

The apartment was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants close by. It was roomy and comfortable, immaculate when received, beautifully appointed, and provided a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower -- especially at night. I must say, it really felt like "Paris" when staying there. A very thorough orientation was provided by the company representative before taking possession as well. However, a safety note -- while the building did have fire alarms, it did not appear to have any fire escapes, nor any escape plans visibly posted, in the event of an emergency. This may be an issue for some.

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. For the price of two hotel rooms, we had our own comfortable place to stay after a long day sightseeing. And, the view! All my friends loved the pictures on Facebook. The apartment is as pictured on the Paris Perfect website. Clean and quiet too.

Romanée is the location for the best Eiffel Tower View straight from your apartment. The apartment is in like new condition and provided for all of our needs. I cannot recommend this apartment enough for anyone who loves Paris and the Eiffel Tower! 6 out of 5 stars!

Romanee was absolutely perfect. The apartment was exactly what we needed and expected. We traveled with our daughter and son in law and 15 month old granddaughter. The apartment was perfect for us. The location was amazing. The apartment was so clean and the staff who greeted us upon arrival were excellent. Very helpful and welcoming. Could not ask for more! Highly recommend!

This was an amazing location with an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. Spacious living area. Bedrooms are on the small side, but beds were comfortable. Bathrooms accommodate 4 people getting ready at once. Excellent cafes within walking distance. Metro is a short walk away. Greeter showed us around the apartment and made sure we were comfortable. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

We stayed in Romanee, my wife and children and a friend and everything was perfect. The view extraordinary, the apartment clean, comfortable and well-appointed and the neighborhood was perfect, with many restaurants and Rue Cler close by. This visit will be long remembered by my family as a success! Merci Beaucoup Paris Perfect!!!

My granddaughter and I stayed at Romanee for a week during the heat wave. First, the lovely gentleman from Paris Perfect was there to greet us, had the AC up and running, and made everything easy. We loved the bedrooms, the baths, and most of all, watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle each night. Everything about the flat was easy, comfortable and charming. I can't imagine ever staying elsewhere after this magical experience!

I rented the Romanee for 2 weeks, with 2 sets of guests staying for one week each. This apartment was perfect, and exactly what I had in mind. The living area was spacious and was arranged with comfortable furniture and every amenity we could have asked for. The beds were very comfortable and Paris Perfect graciously and efficiently accommodated my request for extra linens when they were needed. As the Romanee is on the top floor, it has an incredible view and is very quiet. Everyone loved this apartment, and I'd rent it again in a heartbeat. I also was very satisfied with Paris Perfect, who were readily available and willing to help in any way. They even arranged for me to look at a few more apartments for future possible rental.

A very enjoyable one week stay at the Romanee Apartment. The apartment is well situated with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. It also is well equipped with a full kitchen and plenty of crockery etc. The heating worked well (Important for a December stay!) as well as the hot water. Good WiFi coverage and speed (except the second bedroom that has little reception). We used "Victor Cabs" for transport to/from CDG that was also very efficient. We will be back - maybe over New Year next time!

We stayed at Romanee while visiting Paris with another couple in November, 2013. The apartment was perfectly located - easy walking distance to the Batobus, the corner market and delightful restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Le Fontaine de Mars and Au Petit Sud Ouest - both of which were recommended by Paris Perfect. We also enjoyed visiting the Marche President Wilson and buying our morning croissants and evening baguettes at the corner boulangerie. The apartment was comparable in size to anything you'd find in NYC or San Francisco in the U.S. The beds were very comfortable and we were all amazed at how quiet it was! The greeter was welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend Victor's Cab service, which Paris Perfect recommends in their materials. Victor and his drivers were always prompt and most helpful when we had trouble locating the rental car office (which had moved). We will definitely rent from Paris Perfect again when we return to Paris!

We just returned from our trip to Paris. We had a crew of family ranging in age from 23 to 82 years and elected to find a flat to accommodate all. We came across Paris Perfect on the Internet after quite a bit of research. Paris Perfect answered every question and helped us settle into the Romanee apartment for 2 weeks. The location was very convenient just two blocks from the Eiffel tower. The accommodations were wonderful and our view each night spectacular. The apartment was well stocked and suited our needs very well. We will definitely use Paris Perfect for future holidays and do very highly recommend them!
