Quincy is our charming and oh-so-Parisian Left Bank apartment with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower and the Église Saint-Léon. Featuring modern amenities and decorated with unique Parisian touches throughout, this apartment is located on the top floor with great natural light and captivating views. The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is created by closing off half of the living room with sliding doors. Bedroom 2 also doubles as a lovely sitting room. This apartment sleeps up to five people comfortably. Quincy is located in an elegant building on a lovely street near the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars gardens. Nearby you'll find myriad restaurants and cafés, bustling Parisian shopping along the Rue du Commerce, a quiet, undiscovered park at the Place Dupleix and the wonderful open-air market at the Boulevard de Grenelle.

We loved our stay at the Quincy Apartment in Paris. There were 3 of us and the accommodations could not have been better. We liked the doors that closed off a room that made a separate sleeping area, along with the couch that folded out and the bedroom. We all agreed the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is on the 6th floor or in the US we would consider it the 7th floor. There was a small elevator that worked well when we didn't want to walk up all the flights of stairs. We loved the area and especially the Metro line because it has 3 lines (6, 8 and 10) we could take. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Of all the Paris Perfect apartments we have rented, we like the location and layout of Quincy the best. It's very quiet but is close to 3 metro lines and various services such as Monoprix, Simply (a grocery store), several bakeries and other shopping (for instance on rue Commerce). Besides neighborhood cafes, it's within easy walking distance to rue Cler where there are several cafes we like. There's the blvd Grenelle open air market twice a week that's only a block away. And, of course it is close to the Eiffel Tower, where many events are held. When we visit in September, we like to watch the La Parisienne 7K run around the Eiffel Tower and in October, there's a 20K rollerblade race that starts and stops at the Eiffel Tower. We love visiting Paris and find renting an apartment the best way to have a relaxing, enjoyable time.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the charming Quincy apartment very much. We had everything we needed plus a view of the top of the Eiffel tower! Nice neighborhood (loved hearing the bells from the nearby church) and building. The ability to close the pocket doors and have a second bedroom with privacy was very nice. And the bathroom set up (a toilet & sink in one separate room with the shower & sink in another room) worked well for us so that 4 people could share "one" bathroom easily. The mobile air conditioning units helped, but when it's very humid, they can only do so much, just fyi. Great stores nearby to pick up a few groceries (a good sized Monoprix!) and the kitchen was very functional. The nearby cafes were great and waitstaff seemed accustomed to at least some English (we didn't find that true everywhere), and a Starbucks just one block away!! (p.s. They couldn't use my American Starbucks gold card though.) We didn't visit Subway or McDonald's or any other 'chain' other than Starbucks, forgive us. The close proximity to the LaMotte-Piquet Grenelle Metro station with multiple lines was a BIG plus for our family, it is about a 3 minute walk. We got the week long Navigo pass and used the entire metro system quite a lot to get around, even the RER and a few buses! Was very easy with Google maps. However, with the amount of luggage we had for four people, we would NOT have tried to get to/from the airport on the metro. The coordination with Victor's taxi service was PERFECT, they provided excellent service and we felt it was definitely worth the cost. Maybe when we can return as a couple with less luggage, we'll plan on using the metro, now that we're quite experienced with it! All in all, our whole family LOVED having this Paris apartment to live in and by the end of the trip felt almost like locals (or like we could conceivably be locals someday). Our college age daughter might be making plans to move to Europe! lol Thanks to Paris Perfect for everything.

Since selling our apartment in the 7th back in 2011 my husband and I have rented different properties each year hoping to find one to return to again and again. Our search is over and we hope to have many happy weeks at the Quincy! We loved everything about it. Near enough to our old neighborhood that friends and favorite haunts were close by yet new enough that we were able to explore a new "quartier" and quietly observe and enjoy the Parisian life we love so well. The apartment itself was perfectly outfitted, quiet and private. Being able to lay in bed and watch the Eiffel Tower twinkle before going to sleep each night was magical. The portable AC units worked remarkably well during the first few days which were unseasonably warm. We appreciated the walk in shower rather than the usual tub plus hand-held shower configuration. I was also thrilled to find a drip coffee maker! I'm not a big fan of Nespresso. The Paris Perfect staff was helpful at all stages of our trip. My dream of a perfect dinner cruise on the Seine finally came true thanks to their recommendation. Victor's Taxi service was welcome after long delays with our flight. We had a small issue with the key out to the courtyard in order to take out the garbage but on-site staff was very accommodating. All I can say is that you truly lived up to your name, our Paris stay was truly Perfect! Can't wait to do it again.

My wife and I have stayed in this apartment before, and we will again some day. Love the location, the size of the apartment, and the warm feel that the apartment has. It is truly a lovely place. As a plus, you can hear kids playing in the school yard as well as the church bells that chime the time. In addition, there is this significant architectural structure that one can see from the bedroom and the kitchen. Take your morning constitution on the Champs du Mar and meet a lot of dogs. ...and last, but not least it is 1.5 blocks from a great grocery store, many local cafes and a Starbucks.

Our stay at Quincy was delightful. The well-equipped apartment is on a quiet street, convenient to the La Motte Picquet-Grenelle Metro, and a short walk to the Champ de Mars. Our welcome was made even warmer by the surprise gift of wines and madeleines. Transportation from and to CDG arranged with Victor was a breeze, and the portable wifi hotspot, also arranged through Paris Perfect, was well worth the modest cost. Detailed instructions on using the washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven saved much time and guesswork. The staff are true professionals, responding to inquiries promptly and ensuring a comfortable stay. We will definitely arrange our next Paris stay with Paris Perfect.

I can tell you honestly, we were thrilled with the Quincy apartment. The location was very convenient to the Metro as well as easy access to the local shops and restaurants. We were able to stock the fridge for our breakfast foods which we prepared daily with ease. It was a pleasure dealing with Paris Perfect and all the staff every step of the way during our planning as they were extremely available and knowledgeable of our inquiries and concerns. Also it was very sweet being greeted with a bottle of wine, milk and juice in the fridge, and the other incidentals which made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend Paris Perfect! Thank you.

We found the Quincy apartment to be charming, well-furnished, extremely clean, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and especially the Metro. It is in a very quiet neighborhood which was delightful after busy days touring the city. The Metro station has 3 major lines running through it so getting around the city was very easy. The market on Blvd. de Grenelle is not to be missed on Wednesday and Sunday. This is the third apartment we have rented from Paris Perfect and once again it was a very positive experience. We highly recommend both the company and this apartment.

What a lovely apartment! The decoration was very french and pretty. The kitchen and bathroom were small but very functional and with everything you need in it. Having the bathroom divided was odd at first, but very convenient for a party of four. We really loved the neighborhood with cafes, stores, patisseries, brasseries, good restaurants, markets and the Eiffel Tower just tho blocks away. It also had a metro station close by. Our family of 4 stayed in the Quincy apartment for a week at Xmas. The apartment is beautiful, and had everything we needed and coud wish for. The lounge was large, and coud be separated into a second sleeping area which was perfect for our children. The views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular, especially at night. The bedroom faced into a courtyard, and the whole apartment was quiet both day and night. The apartment is situated in a great area, with shops and a metro station close by. We were surrounded by great cafes also. It was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the 7th arrondissement. Our booking was completed easily and efficiently online by the Paris Perfect staff. Our greeter, Verity, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and showed us everything in the apartment. The guide to the local neighbourhood provided by the Paris Perfect team was invaluable, and we used it daily. The welcome basket was a lovely and thoughtful touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our Xmas in Paris, and we can't wait to return. We would definitely use Paris Perfect to organise our accommodation again, and cannot recommend them highly enough. We had a perfect stay in our favourite city in the world.

Absolutely fantastic. The experience exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by a very helpful girl on arrival after our long flight who explained the features. The apartment was spotlessly clean, light and well equiped. The wireless network was easy to negotiate and reliable throughout our stay. The kitchen whilst compact had everything a passionate cook needed with quality appliances to make cooking a pleasure. The location was perfect, close to a metro, in a quiet residential area with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants were only a short walk away as was a supermarket. The gourmet food market of Rue Cler was a ten minute walk and with the shopping trolley provided created a great outing. Bathroom facilities were excellent with the bonus of a seperate toilet. We were also grateful for the free calls home to landlines. It was very hard to leave and we are very impressed with the positive experience of Paris Perfect. The name says it all !

My husband and I came to Paris for a week to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We travel often and typically stay in a nice hotel, but, with admittedly some hesitation, this time we decided to try a short term apartment rental. Paris Perfect had been highly recommended to us by two sets of friends. The booking process, the greeting upon arrival, the apartment itself, and the organized departure all made for a truly perfect stay! The Quincy is on a quiet street in a wonderful, vibrant and convenient neighborhood, has lovely furnishings, and is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures are modern and efficient. From the Quincy we easily walked or took the Metro (2 blocks away) to great restaurants and all the Paris attractions. It was a memorable week and we are already planning our next visit. We will most certainly use Paris Perfect and would welcome another stay in the Quincy apartment!

My teenage daughter and stayed at the Quincy apartment for 6 nights in June. We loved the apartment! We especially loved seeing the Eiffel tower sparkle for a few minutes on the hour late at night. The apartment was much larger than I expected - and was very comfortable for the two of us. Everything was exactly as pictured on the website photos. The living room and bedroom are beautifully decorated, the apartment has an abundance of natural light from the large windows. The Paris Perfect Guide is an invaluable resource to help find anything in Paris. Quincy is well located near a metro stop, in a quiet building tucked on a quiet street. We could easily walk to three markets for groceries, several bakeries, restaurants and many shops. I realize that you are not able to improve upon the bathroom arrangement, but it was odd to have the shower and toilet in separate rooms. Functional - just took a bit to get used to. Also people should be aware that they must take the trash and recycling down six floors and out to containers in a locked courtyard. Again - not something you can change. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for it's comfort, style, view of top of the Eiffel Tower and it's location. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is my second time staying with Paris Perfect. And, what can I say? Perfect fits the bill! Everything from the first contact to the greeting at the apartment to the final farewell was professionally done. The last time we were in Paris we stayed on the other side of the Eiffel Tower. I was a little apprehensive to stay in the Quincy since it wasn't "my" neighborhood". Well, I am so glad we chose the Quincy. It was an even better neighborhood, if that is at all possible. The metro is down the street, the groceries are close, the apartment is silent - how is that possible in a big city? Beats me. During the day, the children are playing in the school courtyard, so you feel like you really are in a small neighborhood. And, did I mention the view of the Eiffel Tower? And, the well organized apartment? It was so nice to be able to have three separate sleeping areas all in a one bedroom. All in all, the Quincy and the Paris Perfect team score an A+. Well done! Already planning our next trip to "our" neighborhood and the Quincy.

Staying at the Quincy apartment was a real pleasure. It was warm, cozy and comfortable. The mattress on the bed was of the best quality and there was plenty of closet space. Every morning I enjoyed the sunshine pouring through the windows of this top floor apartment while I sipped my coffee and mapped out my coming day exploring the churches and museums and beauty of Paris. And the view of the Eiffel Tour through the windows at night cannot be improved upon. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our little pied a terre in Paris. The apartment is in a little neighborhood quite close to the Metro, outdoor markets, Monoprix and neighborhood restaurants. The apartment is cosy, nicely decorated with a modern, up to date kitchen and bath . Everything that one could possibly need is provided- a comfortable bed,washer,dryer,umbrellas, even a shopping cart for going to markets! The staff at Paris Perfect is professional and responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. The information packet that is provided is comprehensive and makes for a very seamless entry into being a Parisian resident for a short time. We will be back!

We truly loved our stay in the Quincy apartment! It was my fifth and favorite trip to Paris- largely due to the experience of renting an apartment with Paris Perfect. In the past, as a family of four, we have felt very cramped in hotel rooms designed to sleep two adults with two children. It was so relaxing to have what felt like an actual home in Paris! We truly enjoyed shopping at the local markets and creating delicious, as well as nutritious meals (our 11 year old is a somewhat finicky eater). The neighborhood was very nice and non-touristy which we really enjoyed, and we walked to the Eiffel Tower with ease. The beds were very comfortable which is not always the case when traveling. Our kids are already asking when we can go back (and we've been home for one day)! We will definitely go back, since Paris is the cultural center of Europe, and renting with Paris Perfect made the experience a complete delight!

My sister from New York, my niece from San Francisco, and I from Florida rendezvous-ed in Paris for a week's stay at the Quincy Apartment in March 2013. I had organized the trip and chose Paris Perfect because of a prior stay in another apartment four years earlier that had been, well, "perfect". This second visit exceeded even my expectations and charmed my family. The apartment is well appointed, exactly as pictured in the web site, with sleeping accommodations that provided privacy and affordable comfort. The 15th arrondisement location was delightful. My first stay had been in the 7th, and I had been a little worried that the 15th would be more remote. I was wrong. The 15th has its own unique charm and ambiance, and it was easily accessible, both on foot and by taxi, bus, and train. The Paris Perfect "handbook" for Quincy provided excellent tips for local dining, shopping and historical venues. We returned to the apartment each day, happily exhausted, but not too tired to have stopped on Rue de Commerce or Rue Cler for provisions and wine. We all had a wonderful stay in Paris, and there is no better commendation than our promise to each other to return next year.

Quincy is a well appointed charming apartment. In a good location close to transport, restaurants/cafes/bistros, markets and supermarkets. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well - equipped kichen - our family had an awesome time! We cannot find any fault with the apartment or the staff of Paris Perfect. When we return to Paris, we will stay in a Paris Perfect apartment again!Just one word of caution - Customs At Charles de Gaulle Airport is frustrating with regards to return of VAT. Allow a lot of time to deal with French bureaucracy.

We were very happy with our choice of Paris Perfect and the Quincy Apartment. The amenities in the unit were just what we needed and the location was ideal; close to metro, lots of cafes and within walking distance of many of our destinations. The staff at PP couldn't have been more helpful and everything was handled smoothly. I also highly recommend Victor's taxi service. I definately recommend Paris Perfect for a stay in Paris.

We were delighted with Quincy. Cleverly renovated to be lovely, practical and comfortable. Excellent location with a Metro with 3 lines, lots of good food shops, and very good neighbourhood restaurants. We found the Quartier information provided very useful in coming to know what's what around us very quickly.

ParisPerfect made our stay in Paris absolutely perfect. We loved our apartment and our neighborhood, we appreciated all the advice and insider tips we received, and we used them gladly. Even though we don't speak French, we at least felt part of the neighborhood. The rough edges of travel were smoothed out by ParisPerfect, and the staff was very responsive when needed. Would we use ParisPerfect again? You bet!

Quincy is ideally situated, a block away from Monoprix, the Metro, quiet and sparkling views on the hour of the Tour Effel. I wanted to thank you for our wonderful stay in Paris. The Quincy apartment was lovely and clean and very well supplied for stay. We enjoyed it's convenient location and thoroughly enjoyed shopping in the wonderful local markets and preparing our dinner in the apartment each evening . We were able to walk most everywhere as the weather was beautiful but it was good to know that the Metro was so close by if it was needed. Having Victor's Taxi service take us to and from the airport also simplified things tremendously for us and his service was very pleasant and punctual. One final compliment goes to the lovely young woman who met us at the apartment on our arrival and gave us an extremely thorough orientation to the building and apartment as well as all of the appliances within it.We felt more comfortable being in a city new to us with your willingness to help us out if it was needed. Again, thank you for all of your assistance. You run a wonderful business! We hope to be able to visit Paris again with you someday.

Our stay was perfect. Paris Perfect is very detail oriented and answered all our questions. We know from a previous rental with PP that had we needed repair assistance, they would have come to us immediately. My wife and I recently stayed at the Quincy apartment and really enjoyed its location as it is close to a couple of large outdoor markets, numerous stores/bistros and public transportation. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It's location is just a couple of blocks outside the the main tourist area of Paris and this allows you to live like a local. We also appreciated the service and the attention to detail that Paris Perect provided us. Arriving in Paris after an over night flight I was happy that that one of Victor's drivers was waiting for me and everything about the apartment was exactly as described. We look forward to returning to Paris in the near future. Gord Dawson

We spent the week just prior to Easter in the Quincy apartment in the 15th Arr., and we would like to give some of our impressions of our stay. My wife likes milk in her morning coffee, so the "Welcome Basket" containing a bottle of white wine, orange juice, butter cookies, and low fat milk was most appreciated. We also liked the personal touch of having an apartment greeter waiting for us when we arrived. Chris was very friendly and showed us all the amenities the apartment offered. He showed us the washer/dryer, how to operate the stove and microwave (note: microwave was only non-user friendly appliance we encountered), where to take the trash, and gave us some "neighbor-friendly" rules of etiquette. Since we didn't activate our cell phones, we depended on using my laptop e-mail to communicate with some local friends, as well as contacting the U.S. The free WiFi was much appreciated and used daily to check weather reports, local restaurants, etc. We did use the land line phone a couple of times, and we found it handy. My wife is a planner, and the apartment guidebook of the local neighborhood and city guide was needed and consulted daily. Along this same line, we also found some of the books in the apartment quite helpful, particularly the restaurant guidebook. We also listened to a couple of the music CD's that we found in a basket in the bedroom, as my iPod charger wasn't compatible. Oh, I almost forgot to mention our transportation to and from the airport. We employed the Victor Cab Service that Paris Perfect recommended and has a working relationship. Upon our arrival at the airport, we easily found our young driver at the baggage area holding a sign with our name neatly printed on it. He was on time, and we knew how much we needed to pay up front, so that eliminated some possible anxiety that may have occurred with a rogue taxi. When we were ready to head back for our return flight, our driver was again right on time, and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Back to the apartment - Small 1 bedroom, but clean, well appointed with up to date appliances. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and comforter. In summary, we would recommend our experience with Paris Perfect as being fairly close to the name implication - Perfect!

Another great stay in Paris; thanks for helping make it so enjoyable. Apartment is great, very handy to Metro nearby which although not the most scenic, is certainly the most efficient and convenient. The open market was fantastic and convenient; just wish we were staying longer to take advantage more often. Staying here gave us a chance to get acquainted with a new area so near to our favorites in the 7th.

Apartment very enjoyable, well provisioned and comfortable. Monoprix 2nd floor has everything you may need. L’Alchemie and La Gauloise became two of our favorite restaurants. Brasserie Le Suffren has good seafood. Paris Perfect and driver Victor were very responsive. We will be back.

This is a very nice apartment. It was recently remodeled and had a modern shower and a comfortable queen bed. Best of all, you can see the Eiffel Tower from your bed! There is a very nice sitting room and you can look across the street to many other apartments. The apartment is located in a neighborhood and doesn't have the same amount of action as it would on a main street. There are some nice cafes close by and you interact with many more locals and less tourists than you might elsewhere. It is very convenient to the Metro as three different lines converge about one block away.
