I recently stayed for 4+ weeks in the Prosecco apartment in the 7arr and cannot recommend it more highly! This was my second stay with Paris Perfect and it really is a fantastic way to book an extended stay in Paris, especially for a solo traveler. The location was in the lovely Rue de Bourgogne that has everything you need close by (1-2minute walk), boulangerie, fruit & vegetable market, convenience grocery/wine store, pharmacy and cafes. The closest metro is only a 4 minute walk away. It is close by and an easy walk to lots of attractions like Musee D'Orsay, Place de Concord, Tuileries & Louvre, Rue de Bac and Saint Germaine. The hidden gem, the Musee Rodin is at the end of the street. I felt very safe in this neighborhood, even walking home late at night. The actual apartment is beautifully decorated and even though it is only one bedroom, it is very spacious and has all the amenities you need for a longer stay. There is a washing machine, drying rack, well equipped kitchen. There are very good fans for hot weather and excellent heating (I used both in the month there!) It is a very quiet apartment block and the front windows are double glazed so street noise is not an issue. It was lovely to open up the big beautiful windows facing the street each day. There was an issue with the oven when I arrived but this was fixed in a few days so I was able to cook during my stay. My host Natasja was fabulous and was always available for assistance if I needed it. Thanks once again Paris Perfect! Looking forward to booking my next trip with you again soon.

My month long stay started upon arrival to meet my host! She was wonderful in getting me acclimated to my month's long stay. The Prosecco is a very well appointed apartment in every way. Fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable bathroom with plenty of linens and towels. Primary has plenty of closet space, and the bed/linens were so comfortable, and most quiet to end the busy days in Paris. Great use of space in this apartment, I highly recommend this apartment if you want to get to know Paris...I walked everywhere and stores, bakeries, restaurants are all very close!

What a perfect stay in Paris! The apartment could not have been better. The location was wonderful and we so enjoyed the feeling of actually living in Paris - shopping for groceries at the local market and the Bon Marche, getting breakfast across the street each morning, having the space each evening to relax after a long, full day of Paris fun made easily accessible by the nearby Metro stop. Bridgette couldn't have been more helpful upon our arrival. All tours recommended by Paris Perfect were as described and went very smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed each one! The transportation arranged through Paris Perfect was also perfect! We were thankful to have someone waiting for us at the train station at the end of the platform when we arrived. Although we were sad to leave, we were thankful to have the car service arrive promptly to get us to the airport for an early departure. We loved everything about the apartment. Our son loved the loft area. We all had plenty of space and felt completely at home. We can't wait to return and will definitely book through Paris Perfect when we do.
