We arrived early and were readily accommodated. That really set the trip off on a good note. We were a bit hesitant after reading the description because we were 2 adults and a teenager, but it worked out fine. We could have selected a larger apartment but were very happy with the location and view. Will not hesitate to use Paris Perfect for future trips.

We have stayed many times in the neighborhood. This was very clean, well stocked and good communication from 9AM on during the day. It was good for both of us. We come with a bit more luggage so the elevator took a few trips but we worked that out! Kitchen had everything you need. It was the location that we always come back to. Rue Cler always has everything you need!

Excellent location and good amenities. The kitchen is European-size (i.e. small) but fully equipped. Great for breakfast and lunch, and why cook dinner when all these great restaurants are around? The company provides great information on restaurants etc. The shower was hot and strong, and the bed is comfortable. If you are going to be in Paris for more than a few days, this is a much better option than a hotel room.

Wonderful flat! It was very pretty, comfortable and had everything we could want. We enjoy a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. There were many wonderful places to dine and shop to. It was helpful to have a lift as well.

Pomerol is the ideal place for our quick visit. It was centrally located for what we had planed for our short visit to Paris. We stayed there a number of years ago and was an ideal place for two. It was clean and neat. We did have to wait for our host to arrive for about 30 minutes, but she did apologies for running late due to the fact she was the only one in the office and was hung up. We understood. We left at the appointed time of 10AM would of like to stay until 10:30 but their cleaning schedule need us to leave by 10am. All in all I would stay at the Pomerol again.

When the name for your company was chosen …Boy, did they get it right!!! Paris Perfect really made our visit perfect. Every comfort and convenience was at our fingertips. The location of this apartment on the corner of Rue Le Cler… couldn’t be more perfect. Only a few steps away from our fresh baguette and pastry in the morning with coffee we brewed in the apartment…we had to force ourselves to leave the apartment each day. ? Dinner was also just a few steps away whether we wanted to eat in or out. We never felt isolated without help, if needed….Always just a phone call away. Thank you for all you do… will highly recommend you to friends.

This apartment was wonderful and in a perfect location right next to Rue Cler! Just for two of us it was so enjoyable. The host met us to go through everything once we arrived. It had everything we needed and was super clean. So charming and we enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower light up. We would most certainly rent from Paris Perfect again!

This is our 9th Paris Perfect rental and we couldn't be more pleased! We know it will be a lovely, clean apartment with fluffy towels. We also are pleased with the updated website which has videos on how to work the appliances in the apartment. The location of the Pomerol apartment is one of the reasons we have rented it multiple times. It's out the door and viola, you're at Rue Cler, one of the best foodie streets in Paris! It's small but has everything you need! The view of the Eiffel Tower while lying in bed is magnificent! We watched the tower sparkle many nights and pinched ourselves to be tucked in at our special apartment in Paris!

Returning guest, but first time at this apartment (Pomerol); once again thrilled with our stay! The location is absolutely amazing; right at the head (or foot?) of the pedestrian section of Rue Cler, and many dozens of fabulous restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The apartment, though small, was perfect for a couple, and the scale of the furniture was perfect; as if it was decorated by an interior designer from Lexington MA... 😉 The host was super friendly, and very helpful, and the views were fabulous. Bed was also super comfortable! The only thing I wished we had was an extension cord, as all of the electrical outlets were at floor level, and it would have been nice to be able to charge multiple devices on the table etc. But an easy $10 fix, or BYOEC. Would return in a minute next time we are in Paris!

Absolutely loved our stay at Pomerol! The apartment was spotless and adorably decorated. Being on Rue Cler was ideal! Fabulous neighborhood! We booked tours and transportation through recommendations from Paris Perfect and had a first rate experience on our Paris vacation. Would definitely stay again.

We came for the Paris 2024 Olympics. We have been to Paris a few times, but stayed in hotels. This was by far our favorite experience!! The location and apartment CAN’T be beat! We would literally walk out the apartment to find fresh produce, restaurants, and shop the quaint stores! We will be back! Also, can’t wait to try out other locations with Paris Perfect!

Exceeding expectations
We visited Paris in a super cold January weather, one day with a heavy rain, one day with snow/ice, and one day with wind. Despite the cold weather, we enjoyed walking in the city and staying at Pomerol. Actually, Pomerol beat our expectations. Although the place is small, it did not feel small because of the floor plan with a combined living and dining area and lots of windows overlooking Parisian rooftops and the Eiffel Tower. While we have stayed in other beautiful Paris Perfect apartments, the combined space worked well for us. As many reviewers have already mentioned, watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night while in bed was a really wonderful experience. The bathroom was functional with a good-working shower. And of course, the location: rue Cler. We chose this apartment because of the location; we enjoyed purchasing a lot of delicious food at traiteurs and eating at the apartment. Also, it was clear to us the other residents who live in the building care about the building; we did not see short-time visitors except for ourselves. Some of the heating devices appeared turned off at the beginning (and it was cold), but we quickly figured out, and the heater worked perfectly. There was some noise particularly in the early morning. But we live in a city in the USA, so the noise was not an issue for us. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Pomerol. Thank you.

Charming
Pomerol was more than perfect for my husband and I. It was comfortable, well-appointed, and in a wonderful neighborhood. It felt like we were borrowing a friend's apartment. Such a unique alternative to a hotel.

Clean, Convenient & Cozy!
Wow! We didn’t want to leave! We were really impressed not only with the size and little touches of amenities but with the amazing location! It’s located on the corner of Rue Cler which is a popular local street that is closed off to cars. We started talking to another American and when we told her we were staying at one of the apartments above this street she said “amazing how did you find that place?” We said Paris Perfect of course! Other things to mention that we were pleased to have were the air condition and an additional 2 tower fans which kept air moving. No issues at all. We will definitely be back and are a Paris Perfect fan for life. Thank you Paris Perfect! PS: Victor Cab Co was on time and super friendly too which was recommended by Paris Perfect

This is a lovely apartment. There are supermarkets and various restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The apartment was exactly as described in the pictures. The most impressive thing is that the person who received us was very friendly. Our family of three had a wonderful holiday here! Highly recommend this apartment.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in the little one-bedroom apartment on rue de Grenelle in the 7th arrondissement. The apartment was very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, good shower, air conditioning and right next to rue Cler the best food shopping street in Paris. The apartment is close to the Eiffel Tower, and within walking distance of many Parisien landmarks.

Perfect Location & Cosy Stay for Two
This was our second stay in Pomerol. We love the area and the apartment. While rue Cler can be noisy, closing the windows eliminated the problem. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and shops. Seeing the sparkling Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window was a perfect end to every day.

Pomerol was very comfortable and nicely comported, in keeping with our other stays at a number of other Paris Perfect apartments in the 7th. Its location right around the corner from rue Cler on Grenelle is particularly well located for rue Cler grocery/produce/wine/cheese/pate shopping. local restaurants and sites. We would highly recommend it.

What a wonderful apartment! Watched the Eiffel Tower light show from one of the windows. Perfect size for my husband and me. Beautifully decorated. Having a small kitchen and washer/dryer was convenient. There are a mobile a/c unit and a couple of standing fans. It's not a/c like in the US, but we adjusted to it just fine, even during a heat wave. The area is safe, clean, and easy walk to Eiffel Tower. It is on the corner of Rue Cler, with a mini market, fresh markets, restaurants and shops steps away. An English-speaking staff member of Pars Perfect was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived to show us the ropes. Made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

We loved this apartment! This is the 3rd time we rented an apartment (a different one each time) from Paris Perfect and the check in went very smoothly and they were able to check us in early which was wonderful since we arrived early in the morning. The apartment is in a wonderful part of the city--right by Rue Cler so you have only to walk out your door and a fromagerie, poissonerie, grocery store, fresh fruit & vegetable store, flower store, many wine stores are all within a block or less!!! It felt like we were real Parisians, getting our baguette or croissant every morning and able to eat lunch or dinner in our apartment if we chose. There are many great restaurants within easy walking distance. We particularly like Le Florimond, Il Sorrentino, Au Bon Accueil and discovered Bistrot Chez France this trip which is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. One of the best things about this apartment is that when lying in bed you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower!!! My husband and I discovered this our first night and enjoyed the light show every night!
Our apartment was spotlessly clean and the towels and sheets are fabulous. It's such a pleasure to stay in such lovely surroundings. If you need something or have a question Paris Perfect is only a phone call away and they are happy to help. I don't even know where to start! Absolutely everything about our stay in the Pomerol was perfect. From the initial conversations and guidance in selecting the best apartment for our needs, to the blog posts to help plan our visit, to the pleasant greeter who ensured we had a wonderful stay. The entire process was flawless. And then, once you open the shutters and experience the gorgeous views from very windows, well I just knew it was going to be a fabulous week. The location could not have been better, with the Rue Cler market directly below and quick access to so many wonderful restaurants, shops and metro stops nearby. It felt like the perfect home away from home. Most days, we were able to walk directly to our destination, with no need for transportation. And despite the market activity and holiday bustle below, the apartment was very quiet and extremely comfortable. For Christmas, we decided to stay in and relax, cooking our own holiday meal in the well equipped kitchen. It couldn't have been more perfect! We had such a memorable trip, I'm already eagerly watching airfares and specials to see if I can arrange another visit in the Spring. I can assure you the Pomerol will be my pick once again! ParisPerfect, the name truly says it all.

This was my second stay in a Paris Perfect apartment. I love this neighborhood between the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower - despite how close it is to these two tourist attractions the area doesn't feel too touristy. As a single person traveling alone I love being able to cook my dinners, and being able to shop on Rue Cler is such a delight, everything that one could possibly want can be found there. The Pomerol apartment has a combination microwave and real oven, so I could actually make roast chicken. The kitchen is very well fitted out with pots and dishes. There's a washer/dryer combo as well which makes packing so much easier. The only difficulty I had was working the heaters, because the controls are small and hard to access, but they do work well. The apartment itself is charming with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower that is visible from the bed, you can fall asleep while gazing at it. The Paris Perfect staff are very helpful and straightfoward. While these beautiful apartments are more expensive than an airBNB or even a hotel, you get so much more. I'm not a well-off person but am willing to spend more for good value. All of the apartments are lovely spaces that you would want to spend time in if there was a rainy day and you just didn't feel like going out. One thing I appreciate are the detailed neighborhood guides (which I don't need any more but newcomers will love) with recommendations for shops and restaurants, and important information like doctors and dentists if you have an emergency. In a foreign country it adds a sense of security to know that you can get quick and knowledgeable help if necessary. And if you want to go on special tours they have many to choose from. Have already booked my next stay in a different PP apartment in the same area.

There really are no words to express how much we enjoyed our stay at The Pomerol and booking our Paris vacation with Paris Perfect. From the initial questions with the reservation, to the care and attention received till the end of our visit, there really is no other way to enjoy a trip to Paris. We had been to Paris the year before & stayed at a luxury hotel-however this time around, I wanted to blend into the neighbourhood rather than feel like a visitor. We were met at the apartment by a representative of the company who made us feel so welcome & immediately at home, answering any questions we had. After a long trip, our fridge was stocked with the most and best delicious food items so no trip to the stores for us, as I took advantage of the grocery service they offer. That evening, we had the pleasure of the BEST dinner prepared by private chef Brian DeFehr. From preparation to presentation, his professionalism & personality made for a perfect evening! We highly recommend booking him & what a great way to celebrate our 34th anniversary with a beautiful meal, in our apartment, looking at the Eiffel Tower. We had an issue with the fan that was in the apartment, Kevin was simply amazing taking care of that for us-so really there is no need to stay at a hotel! We will come back again & everytime we will book one of the beautiful apartments through Paris Perfect. We are looking at Italy for 2019 - lucky for us, there is Italy Perfect! Thank you so much to the amazing team - it was a vacation we will always remember!

The apartment is close to Rue Cler. It is on the 5th floor of an apartment building and is very quiet. We were met by a manager assistant and could always contact him/her and get answers to our questions. It is possible to schedule a taxi through the department manager. The building is perfectly situated at 163 rue de Grenelle so that you can walk down Rue Cler, visit places to eat and have a drink, buy fruits and vegetables, and just observe people going about their business. The apartment was very well equipped. Although small, it was exactly what we wanted with a bedroom separate from the living room, televisions & wifi, a kitchen area with a microwave and clothes washer/dryer, and an eating area. It was relatively cool although the summer was quite hot. There was a type of air conditioner that had a vent to the outside and some small fans. We highly recommend this apartment.

This charming apartment is in the 7th arrondissement near rue Cler. It is immaculate and spacious enough for 2 people. There were plenty of linens and, and even a bottle of wine and coffee with cream available on arrival.
We loved seeing the Eiffel Tower from the living room window. The building was also immaculate and we felt very safe staying here. Loved the "village" feel of the area!

This is my second stay with Paris Perfect and it will not be my last. We stayed in Cabernet the first time and this time it was my 14-year-old daughter and I that stayed at the Pomerol - it was perfect. I love the location and the safety the neighborhood offers. The size is perfect for two people and it looks exactly like it does online. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has been updated nicely. We love Paris and Paris Perfect!

Just a note to thank you for a lovely stay at Pomerol for the last 10 days. The Paris Perfect team has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the planning of our visit and our stay. All the staff was responsive and professional.
The apartment is delightful!It has every convenience we would want including spacious windows, splendid views, good lighting, plenty of storage, a comfortable bed, charming decor, etc. The building is ideally situated and it is blessedly quiet.
The information provided in advance and at the apartment was extremely helpful. By the way, the cafes recommended did not disappoint. The welcome gift of wine, juice, and milk was very welcome. On to London and Queens Gate!

The apartment was so lovely and well equipped, there wasn't one thing missing and we loved just hopping down to Rue Cler for yummy cheeses and delicacies. We had a wonderful dinner at Le Voltaire thanks to your making our reservations Nicole. We had a really fun afternoon making a cheese souffle at Francoise Guida Davin's apartment.We found her through Tasting Spoon and we highly recommend their native cooking classes. We loved the location of the apartment. Also, it was equipped with everything we needed. We especially liked the Nespresso machine! I think we're going to buy one now that we're home. The bath towels were very luxurious! If there was a place to buy them in the states I would, but I don't think they are sold over here. We appreciated the quality of the property and that it has everything you need, i.e, paper goods, soap, Nespresso pods, books, maps, the notebook listing recommended restaurants,etc.

All the pre-arrival information was so helpful, especially about what is in the neighborhood. Check- in went very smoothly. We even got to get into the apartment earlier than we thought could. It made our arrival day much nicer since we just got off a very long flight. The greeter was thorough with the apartment orientation. Pomorol itself was very comfortable for my daughter and I. It will be a very tight squeeze for three adults. The daybed could be ok for a small child. It is in the middle of the floor when it is pulled out. There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. It is very nice to be so close to the Rue Cler. I went shopping there almost daily, except there was one day when a lot of shops were closed. I would pick another location next time, just for so e variety. I would Paris Perfect again if I ever find myself coming to Paris.

A highlight of the apartment is your personal view of the Eiffel Tower and the Rue Cler market/street scene below from the comfort of both the bedroom and living areas! Ideally situated, the apartment is just a short walk from excellent restaurants, markets, and Metro stations. Pomerol turned out to be quite perfect for our stay. We especially liked the location in the 7th and could easily imagine that we actually lived in Paris, walking up the spiral staircase to our 5th floor apartment (or using the tiny elevator). Pomerol is not a "luxury" experience but more of a well-kept, live as a comfortable Parisian experience. The bed linens are quite nice, and the apartment is well-furnished. We never did figure out the "two in one" Miele washer-dryer but didn't mind using the drying rack. A few extra towels would be nice and Americans do like their washcloths, something the French don't seem to use. We enjoyed Pomerol quite a lot, and having two half-bathrooms in a small apartment makes a difference. Upon our arrival, the neighbor on the first floor made it clear that we had better not be noisy. As it turned out, we were the especially quiet ones. People party on the weekends. One important note--one of us was quite sick and it would have been great to have found info on finding healthcare in the provided information which was otherwise quite complete. Our greeter, Kevin, was very professional and as it turned out, a Californian like us. Paris Perfect is no doubt a reliable choice.

My husband, daughter and I had the extreme pleasure of spending two weeks in the Pomerol apartment in the 7th while I was working in Paris this spring. What a warm welcome from the staff! We felt instantly at home. The apartment matched the specs on the website and we were enchanted by our own private view of the Eiffel Tower each night as we tucked into bed. Our daughter stayed on the couch, which nicely made up into a third bed, and my mother even stayed on the trundle during a brief breeze through Paris.
The apartment amenities (ie, free long-distance, wireless, etc) made staying in touch with work effortless. And, the location on the corner of Rue Cler was enchanting. I was on a first-name basis with the local vendors by the time we left!
I will, without a doubt, return!

We had originally booked an apartment in the 1st, but were changed to Pomerol. I was concerned this might be too quiet, but not so. The Rue Cler area was busy at the cafes every night with lots of locals.
The Metro stop La Tour-Maubourg was an easy walk from the apartment. After some initial jitters, we found using the Metro very easy. We also used the RER and took trains to Giverny and Normandy.
The people at Paris Perfect were very helpful. We needed some maintenance done on the air conditioner and they were prompt. They also brought extra pillows at our request. Just ask.
I will say the apartment was cramped for 3 of us. If the bedroom door is closed for privacy, there is no air conditioning. Also, one of the party slept on the (very comfortable) trundle bed. That meant that the other 2 had to navigate around her to use the restroom at night. You probably need to be GOOD friends to share this apartment.
Overall a good experience. Quiet neighborhood but easily walk to lots of busy streets. Very small elevator, really just 2 persons at a time. Lots of nice local shops which we used to buy fruit, bread, cheese, wine, etc.

We stayed in Pomerol, which was perfect for us. I thought that cooking in this unit might be a problem - especially after staying in Tavel before. But I was happily mistaken. I was able to turn out great meals in the french style daily, using the wonderful street market below. The dining room view of the Eiffel Tower was a great treat. We visit Paris yearly and being centrally located allows us to venture out and discover more of Paris. We use the bus for its convenience (#69 dropped us just across from our front door) as well as the visual tour each ride affords us. This years visit was great - we really unwound and relaxed!

We stayed in the Pomerol apt (not in your list) in January 2013 for 8 days. It was a great apartment for us. This is our second time staying with Paris Perfect and I would easily chose them again. The location is great - step out of the door and you're on Rue Cler with its wonderful market stores, restaurants and cafes. This location gave us a great opportunity to explore the 7th, which we did. Walked our feet off, as usual. Best features of the apartment? View of the top half of the Eiffel Tower out the bedroom window. We'd leave the louvre blinds partially open at night and fall asleep to the sparkling tower - how much more Paris does it get? Also, the oversize bathtub, cozy living room and the the view over the rooftops. High speed internet was flawless, free world phone is handy. Can't comment on the TV - we never turned it on! Paul and I loved the Pomerol Apartment. The welcome and information given to us was warm and really helpful. We had the best week in Paris. The apartment was so close to most attractions and also a great variety of places to either eat or purchase take out food.
I found the laundry facilities in the apartment great. Having a washing machine on hand saved me a lot of time. I was able to do Paul's and my washing quickly and have dried ready to wear clothing by the morning. I guess this is possibly something not many would comment on, but I feel it was important to Paul and me and it certainly help make our stay in Paris very pleasant.

We were very pleased with the location of Pomerol and now consider this area to be our "home base" in Paris. Absolutely loved this location! We had everything close at hand. Wonderful markets, shops and restaurants. Th apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were lovely and the view of the Eiffel tower was breath taking. Every evening we would open our windows to take in the beautiful sounds and sights of Paris. We had a spectacular time. I had always wanted to rent an apt in Paris and this was the perfect way to enjoy Paris. The location was extraordinary. I loved the neighborhood and all the tips that were provided regarding where to eat and shop. The apt was very small [perfect for two] but the views of the Eiffel Tower were out-of-this-world. Falling asleep watching it was priceless. The only negatives were the fact that the entrance and courtyard to the building were being remodeled and it was a bit shocking when you first walk in. Also the elevator is VERY small. I am sure that when the entrance is finished, it will be beautiful. I highly recommend the Paris Perfect apts. They make your visit to Paris a marvelous experience.

The Pomerol apartment was truly "Paris perfect" for our week vacation. From the reservation process to the check-in on site at the apartment everything was handled professionally. Even Victor's taxi from CDG and back was perfect.
The apartment itself was clean, well equipped, nice towels and bedding, nicely decorated and homey, and so well located for visiting all the major tourist spots. We loved the Rue Cler market and being able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro. Pomerol is a lovely apartment, and a fantastic location just near Rue Cler. One of the highlights of our trip was shopping there most days - we particularly loved the oysters freshly shucked outside Cafe du Marche, and the meat and cheeses. Our teenagers are already missing the croissants and pastries!
The apartment was very well equipped, and had everything that we needed. The welcome basket was a lovely touch, and we especially thank you for your restaurant recommendations. We ate several times at Cafe Constant, which was our favourite restaurant of the entire trip, and we can't wait to come back and try Christian Constant's other two restaurants.

We have been coming to Paris every other year for at least the last thirty years. This is the first time we have stayed in an apartment and it has spoiled us for any other experience. But a Paris Perfect apartment is not just any apartment. Our apartment looked exactly as it was represented on the internet, no surprises. It was furnished very tastefully but even more important every possible convenience for a comfortable stay had been anticipated down to the hooks on the doors, the quality of the towels in the bathroom, the kitchen equipment and so much more. We loved our neighborhood. The restaurants and markets were superb and in the food shops we were always treated as if we were regulars instead of short term guests. Most important was the advantage of being able to speak at any time to the wonderful staff at the Paris Perfect. There was no question that was too simple or too complicated for them to address, and always in the most friendly and helpful manner. We look forward to returning in the near future.

As always, we very much enjoyed our stay in Paris . Having lived in Les Loges en Josas (pres de Jouy en Josas & Versailles) We visit as often as possible. If the "sejour" is 5 days or more, we rent an apartment. Often our daughter & her family are with us & we require larger quarters. Last summer we were in the 6th, across from the senate at le Jardin de Luxembourg . Everything was lovely except for "le bar en bas". It is VERY popular & noisy till closing! In fall or winter it may not be a problem; In summer "c'eaist trop"! I was not trying to sleep; I was trying to work or regard TV5. We will be returning in March (I am not certain as to how much time will be in Paris ,) but please do keep us informed of apartments that might be agreeable.

We love Pomerol. The view of the Eiffel Tower was awesome. The apartment was very homey and you could not get a better location. But what was even better was the service we received from Paris Perfect. We decided last moment to go to Paris. We looked on line and found cheaper apartments but when we did more research we read bad reviews about the apartments we had found. So what do you do. Who do you believe. So since we had stayed at a Paris Perfect apartment before we called them and told them our situation. They immediately found us a place at a good price and resolved our issues. We knew that we were getting a nice, clean, and perfectly located apartment. They are the best and when we return to Paris we will call them again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pomerol. The location is perfect in terms of convenience and the proximity of the Eiffel tower is really hard to beat. We had picnics there so many times and just walked home late at night after enjoying the view. Rue Cler is the perfect place for everything we needed and the restaurants are great around the area. The elevator was small so we mostly chose to take the stairs for exercise; we discovered most elevators in France are small because they were put in after the buildings were constructed.

Our stay in Paris was made even more memorable thanks to our choice of Pomerol near Rue Cler. Fresh baguettes and croissants that we bought each morning with our homemade coffee and view of the Eiffel Tower was magnifique. My only disappointment was that I could not practice my French since everyone recognized us as Americans and greeted us in excellent English.
We highly recommend the 69 bus from Rue Dominique a block away and a return stop almost directly across from the apartment. It got us to Musee D'Orsay, the Louvre and Ile de la Cite quickly and conveniently (except at rush hours!)
We found the area safe, clean and delightful on late evening walks from the Seine .
We will NEVER do anything in Paris from a hotel again. Thank you Paris Perfect; we’ll be back!

Stayed here in Dec '08. Super location..Grenelle and rue Cler. How much better can you get! Cute apartment with lots of charm. Plenty of closet space. The trundle bed is a great idea and most comfortable. The bath arrangement works great for two areas for "getting ready". One has the tub/shower and sink..the other has toilet and sink. Paris Perfect greeting and taking care of us was their usual "can't get any better" service. A friend joined me on this trip and the apartment worked out great for the two of us. Buses, metro available. So many, many places to walk to..high end shopping on George V and Montaigne, walking along the Seine..great memories to last! Now, which one will be the next Paris Perfect great stay be! Don't think you could do better.

How does one describe a perfect stay in Paris? We had a wonderful week at the Pomerol apartment. The apartment was everything as described on the Paris Perfect website, only better. We were delighted to find such a sweet, charming and most importantly for me a very clean apartment. We were in the best possible location, everything was in easy walking distance.

The staff called on our second day there just to see if all was okay...there are very few hotels that do this.
I guess the best recommendation I can give is that on the plane ride home I was already planning my next trip to Paris and I will only stay in a Paris Perfect apartment. To Madelyn and Philippe a very big Thank you! We had the best time in Paris and a wonderful apartment to come home to after a day of sightseeing etc.

We stayed at the Pomerol apartment in Novemeber '05. It was a beautiful apartment, immaculately kept. The staff and owners were was very helpful and accomodating, and their recommendations were better than any guidebook. The location was ideal - right above Rue Cler, a lovely market, and close to everything. We found being in an apartment was far more comfortable and private and way better than a hotel and would recommend parisperfect. I expect we'll try to sample some more of PP's offerings in future.

Paris has served as the book-end of 3 previous vacation trips to Europe, so when my husband and I were planning our 50th birthday/20 anniversary/no children vacation, we knew it was time to give Paris our full attention and we also knew we wanted an apartment in the rue Cler area.
When I discovered ParisPerfect I knew that I would plan our vacation around when I could book the apartment I wanted. Our trip turned out to be all that I hoped it would be, and Pomerol was a large part of the success!
We spent 10 days "playing house" out of our lovely, well-planned apartment. We breakfasted on local baked goods and fruit with the Eiffel Tower in sight. We picked one neighborhood a day, walked until we could no longer move, and always knew we could stop off at our comfortable apartment for a short (or long) rest. On days when we ate a large restaurant lunch, we knew we could always find something delicious in the markets on our street to make a light dinner. Every evening, no matter what time, we would stroll the Parc du Champs de Mars for the day's last look of the tower - and it was always there again in the morning, framed in the dining area window!
We planned our trip for the early fall when the open air markets would be bursting with lovely goods, and I highly recommend that visitors take advantage of the bounty these vendors bring into Paris every day.
Thank you Madelyn and Philippe for the thought and care you have put into your properties. This was a dream vacation!

My husband and I just returned from a week in Paris, where we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. We had an amazing time! We've only been in Europe once before, on our honeymoon. For this special anniversary trip, we selected Paris because of its reputation as one of the most beautiful, romantic cities in the world. After planning for the trip for over a year, you can imagine that our hopes and expectations were pretty high. Paris exceeded them all! One very special aspect of this vacation was staying in the lovely Pomerol apartment. While some other Paris Perfect apartments are more spacious, we chose the Pomerol so that we could be right on Rue Cler. We loved the idea of being able to go down to the street at our leisure each day, wandering among all the street stands of the local merchants, buying fresh fruit, bread, pastries, cheese, wine, etc. All the shop owners were very warm and friendly. The cafes in this area are very vibrant, filled with local Parisians more than tourists. The Pomeral has such a charming ambiance! Madelyn and Philippe have furnished and decorated the apartment so beautifully! It is obvious that the comfort of their guests is very important to them. Comfortable bed, soft sheets, fluffy towels, a great shower, a very well appointed kitchen, etc. It was so unbelievable to be able to sit at the dining room table late in the evening, with the windows wide open, listening to the lively chatter from the cafe down on the street, while watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle. From now on, whenever we think of Paris, we'll remember the charming neighborhood and fabulous apartment that we called home for a week. If we ever go back, we'd definitely want to return to the Pomerol.

My two weeks at Pomeroi are now a distant past..and it is not yet a week back in Vancouver. Thank you for selecting such functional and attractive venues to offset the normal hotel living I do 50% of the year. I will return for my morning jogs around the Eiffel Tower and morning coffee on Rue Cler next year.

Bonjour,
This was my virtual 10 day trip to France. All my plans and services were selected and paid for via the internet with no knowledge whatsoever of any of the vendors.
After spending many hours on the internet looking for an apartment to replace a hotel room, I came across Paris Perfect. With patience, the Pomerol became available for the time period I needed. I brought a friend along on her first trip to Europe and was really hoping I hadn't made any mistakes.
She loved the Pomerol, especially the view of the Eiffel Tower at night. I was delighted that everything went according to plan and the apartment looked EXACTLY like the pictures on the internet.
This was a wonderful way to become a part of a neighborhood and just a little more special than an ordinary tourist.
We were really coming into our own with our favorite neighborhood restaurants and shops all selected when it was time to go home.
Can't wait to return to Paris as well as try the other locations available.

We loved our stay at the Paris Perfect apartments,
We stayed in the Rue Cler area, the market is great, a super area, and the apartments was fabulous Pomerol, great neighbourhood, beautiful furniture, nicely decorated, exquiste view of the Eiffel tower light show, everything you need at your finger tips. We especially liked getting up and having our coffee, lounging and planning our day in a relaxed fashion, also appreciated the english DVD's. If we had any questions, in fact, I found you did not have to speak French, most were willing to help out and a very easy city to walk around and see all the site............a must for all travelers.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Paris, and a big part of that was staying in such a great apartment (Pomerol), and dealing with such great people. The location was ideal, with Rue Cler market right downstairs, and everyone associated with Paris Perfect seem genuinely concerned that your stay is indeed perfect. We are already talking about returning to Paris with our two children (London too).

Renting an apartment vs. staying at hotel was new for us. We loved the experience so much we can't go back to staying at a hotel surrounded by tourist postcards and t-shirts ever again. What a wonderful surprise it was to enter the world of the Pomerol - easy check in/check out, a fantastic neighborhood, an informative neighborhood suggestion book with countless restaurants to choose from and a beautifully decorated apartment (with laundry)! Our ten day stay on the corner of Cler and Grenelle made the daily produce shopping so much fun, not to mention an incredibly easy walk to the pastry shop for our daily dose of macaroons. Philippe and Madelyn provide their guests with outstanding service. We will be back.

We were delighted with our Pomerol rental. It was in perfect condition and very well designed. We have rented from other companies before and there is no question this is the most professionally run organization. The owners are wonderful and could not be more helpful. I highly recommend anyone visiting Paris who wants to rent work with Paris Perfect. They are the best!

Madelyn has created the perfect vacation experience. Friends and I stayed at the Pomerol and had a wonderful stay. This was the first apartment stay for all of us. We were all a bit nervous since we did not know what to expect. It was the best choice! Madelyn made this an excellent experience starting with our first e-mail correspondence to the speedy refund of our security deposit.
The apartment had everything you could ever need on vacation and more. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The packet Madelyn provided was excellent and became our psuedo bible. We loved all the details. We have been back for three weeks and we are still raving about the apartment and the beautiful neighborhood.
I can't wait to stay in one of their other apartments!

Your apartment was fabulous! The experience of staying at an apartment instead of a hotel was so much more French - we enjoyed going to the markets, eating our baguettes and croissants for breakfast at home and practicing our French with the very kind people in the neighborhood shops. But honestly, the best thing about our stay was the many notes that Madelyn left for us, describing everything from the neighborhood restaurants and shops, to things to do all over Paris with our teenage boys. Every detail was thought of - we couldn't think of a thing that we needed in the apartment that was not there - and the apartment itself is so comfortable but beautifully appointed that we felt welcome immediately.
I can't wait to come back!

I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed the Pomerol apartment. It suited our needs exactly. We loved the location on Rue Cler and found everything we needed in your clean and beautifully furnished apartment.
Thank you so much for the welcome basket--such a nice touch after a long,tiring journey. The dvd player was so useful for the children--it allowed us to bring a bit of home on the trip and gave us a chance to rest and unwind before dinner.
We will recommend your apartments to anyone we know who is traveling to Europe and certainly will look you up again if we find ourselves in one of your cities.
