I have just returned from an extended stay at the Muscadelle apartment and am delighted to share how much I enjoyed my stay there was. The Muscadelle location could not be more perfect!.....well-situated on a smaller street just a short block from the well-known market street Rue Cler with its specialty food shops, popular cafes and bistros ......truly a gastronomic destination which features so many delicious take-home selections as well. And, with that in mind, Muscadelle has a well equipped and spacious kitchen. This allowed me to prepare meals for friends who had joined me during my stay and to enjoy serving dinner in the dining area complete with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Muscadelle is a surprisingly large apartment with several large windows in both the living/dining room and kitchen as well as in the exceptionally large bedroom which created a bright and welcoming environment. With a view of the Eiffel Tower from the street-facing living room and Les Invalides from the bedroom and Paris rooftop views from both, the location was memorable; I could hardly resist taking pictures of the ever-changing sky and the nightly Eiffel Tower light show! The apartment was stylishly and comfortably furnished and quiet and I enjoyed the time I spent IN the apartment in addition to exploring the neighborhood. It was very close to transit (both multiple bus and Metro lines) and to the easily walkable Rue St. Dominique with its restaurants and attractive shops. My welcome by a member of the Paris Perfect team and their team's responsiveness to a question (much appreciated) I had once I was there were timely and helpful. As Paris Perfect's name implies, my entire experience was, in fact, 'perfect'......everything in the apartment was impeccable and my stay there was truly memorable. I would return to stay in Muscadelle in a heartbeat!

Perfect Place to Enjoy Paris

This apartment is such a gem! My husband and I stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every minute. The space is charming with the views of the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, walking distance from everything you may need -- literally steps from the entryway. As it's on the top floor, it is very quiet too. It exceeded our expectations and Max and the Paris Perfect team were accessible and so generous.

Terrific apartment in a perfect part of Paris! We loved it. I'd give it 5 stars but the 6th floor hike up and/or tiny elevator would make this apt difficult for older/ infirm people or anyone with claustrophobia!
Everyone should rent an apartment
We always stay in the 6th or 7th on the left bank when in Paris and this apartment was ideal for us this time. Loved being near Rue de Cler providing us with a street full of all sorts of food shops and grocery stores and places for breakfast etc. and it was an easy walk to places we wished to go and near a metro stop. The apartment itself was very nice and quiet as well. The air conditioners kept it cool and the elevator was essential to us. It was sunny and very well decorated. Lots of mirrors and outlets for all of our phones and other electronics. The kitchen was well equipped. This apartment provided us with everything we needed in a great location Would stay there again. Having an apartment like this provides you with all sorts of options that no hotel can. We enjoyed breakfast in the living/dining room, used the nice kitchen to make coffee etc. and slept well in the comfortable bed and sleep couch. It was delightful to "live" in Paris for two weeks and the Paris Perfect staff was helpful as well.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Better than expected. The apartment has all of the essential items we needed. Love having the washer and dryer, some cooking seasonings we were able to use for the few nights we stayed in. Love the welcome touch with wine and crackers. We felt very much at home for the duration we were in the apartment. We love having one of the management greeted us upon arrival. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to any of the major tourist location, metro, restaurants and markets. Great view of the Eiffel Towel. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend your service to friends and would love to use your service again in the future. Another lovely stay with Paris Perfect, my second this year! Muscadelle is a beautiful apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower to the front and the dome of Les Invalides to the rear and very quiet. It is very convenient for a very wide range of local food shops in Rue Cler, there are several small supermarkets nearby and excellent bus routes within 5 minutes' walk. It was also very convenient for many museums and sights. The Petit Palais and Grand Palais are only a 15 minute walk away and it was great to be able to walk to the Musee d'Orsay.
The apartment was very well equipped with all the usual appliances and kitchen equipment. It was extremely clean, and felt very spacious. The nightly show of sparkly lights on the Eiffel Tower was an added bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Muscadelle. From the bedroom window you could see L'Invalides. From the lounge room chair you could gaze upon the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was luxurious, very clean and fresh. Our 17 days there was a real holiday. Thank you!

Between Paris Perfect, London Perfect and Italy Perfect I've stayed in 15 apartments over the past 10 years. The Muscadelle is one of my favourites in Paris. It's got a wonderful location, just a block off Rue Cler, where you are able to feel like you are part of the neighbourhood and have all the wonderful options for food and dining just steps away. The apartment has all you could want, is beautifully decorated and from the front windows has a sideways view of the tower and of Paris rooftops. From the back bedroom windows you can also see the Invalides dome shining day and night. It's easy to get to metro and bus or to simply walk up to the river to enjoy Paris at leisure or to jam in as many wonderful museum and tourist experiences as you can.

Wow! We loved our little Paris pied-a-terre. It was on the 6th floor with a lift with a lovely kitchen and a beautiful dainty bedroom. We loved looking out over the Parisian Rooftops with the little red chimneys each morning and evening. The apartment was immaculately clean. Lovely touch was cheese, wine, orange juice, milk, washing powder and dishwashing liquid and toilet paper! The location was awesome - just around the corner from the Rue Cler and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower where we had a wonderful lunch at Les Jules Verne Restaurant. So in love with Paris Perfect and what they provide. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!

We are returning Paris Perfect guests who like the ease of the 7th arrondissement and Muscadelle did not disappoint. Great location - you can literally get your morning baguette and be back with your espresso in less than ten minutes. The bedroom is on the quiet side of the building; it's on a high floor so there is good light. The large chaise in the bedroom is a great reading area for downtime. It is the perfect space for a couple. As always the Paris Perfect team was terrific!

Another wonderful week in another wonderful apartment! Muscadelle is so well located - on a quiet street yet near all the conveniences of rue Cler. The spacious bedroom & ensuite bathroom (albeit a tiny shower) are a real plus. Of course, the view is delightful with several sites from your windows: the Eiffel Tower, Invalides dome & even the top of tour Montparnasse in the distance. It's a very comfortable apartment & I would definitely rent it again.

Muscadelle was a fabulous apartment located right in the middle of a wonderful shopping area, a short walk from the Metro and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment itself was quiet and comfortable. We found everything to be exactly as stated by Paris Perfect and the staff were very helpful with getting us settled in and making any reservations that we required. I would always check with Paris Perfect first for accommodations!

Thank you, Paris Perfect, for the excellent service! All communication with us was prompt and helpful. We will definitely become repeat clients, and have already been recommending you to our friends. Also, we were glad we chose to use your recommended driver to the airport. His van was clean and comfortable, and it was definitely a stress free way to get back to the airport. The Muscadelle apartment was so comfortable! We felt relaxed immediately upon arrival. Our greeter was friendly and helpful. The apartment felt spacious, especially the beautiful bedroom. There was plenty of cabinet space to store our baggage so it was out of the way. The shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Heated towels were a luxury! The instruction manual in the apartment was a great resource for how to operate appliances, and the dining recommendations were helpful, too. The location was perfect, with Rue Cler food shops right out our door, yet our street was quiet. We enjoyed 'eating in' several times during our stay. Cooking with the fabulous local foods available was inspiring, and sitting at the dining table looking at the Eiffel Tower out our window was a thrill! We tuned in the local jazz station as a soundtrack to our stay. We really felt at home in Paris! Thank you!

My husband and I traveled to Paris for the 1st time this fall, and we truly appreciated the assistance and information to help us plan our stay. Muscadelle is a charming Parisian 1 bedroom apartment in the 7th Arr, convenient to Rue De Cler & Rue Dominique offering many wonderful restaurants, shops, bakeries, wine, cheese & chocolates. The metro, bus lines and walking to catch tours was easily accessible, although we did spend much time in the 6th Arr, Saint Germain & the Latin Quarter, which was not always easy to access....depending on the day as buses didn't run there on Sunday. This neighborhood is very quiet, the amenities in the apartment are wonderful and comfortable and Paris Perfect was a wonderful security to have and we would definitely book through them again.

We stayed in the Muscadelle apartment near. We are experienced travelers and experienced visitors to Paris. This was our third use of a ParisPerfect apartment. We have tried a different apartment each time.
We had yet another excellent with ParisPerfect. We stayed almost two weeks. There were only two of us this time, so we chose a one bed-room apartment. We have stayed in two-bedroom apartments in the past. Our apartment was attractive, spacious, well maintained, comfortable, and extraordinarily quiet. The location was as convenient as one could want. The neighborhood is friendly and pleasant, with many places to dine, grocery stores, wine shops and cafes, and it was within easy walking distance of everything we cared about. It felt like home to us. Why stay in a hotel when you can have your own apartment in Paris?
Despite the recent troubles, Paris seem largely unaffected. (There may have been more security in some of the tourist areas, but we rarely visit them anymore.) We felt no tension, and we visited and walked in all arrondissements without worry.
The ParisPerfect staff was, as they have always been, very reliable, helpful, and kind. Their staff speak excellent English for those who do not speak French. But their business is so well organized that we did not need to contact them after we checked in. We tend to worry when a business has been this good for so many years -- after all, who can keep it up without an occasional problem? But we are so confident about the quality of ParisPerfect's service that we would not think of doing business with any other firm when vacationing in Paris. We will make a reservation for our next trip very soon.
We advise to plan and reserve well in advance. We generally reserve several months ahead.

I wanted to let your team know we had a wonderful stay at Muscadelle. The apartment was just lovely and the 7th Arrondissement was perfect. The bottle of wine left for us, was a wonderful surprise upon our arrival.
Our greeter was lovely and very informative. She had wonderful suggestions and explained everything about the apartment.
We had no issues with the fan zone area. We did have issues with Uber coming in to pick us up because the police barricades did not let them in. We walked to the corner to catch a taxi. In the evenings the police allowed the taxis into the area to drop us off since we were staying in the area. So it was not a big problem.
The owner and staff from Les Fistons (Les Bar Au Vins) downstairs were so welcoming and friendly. We loved stopping in for a night cap. They always greeted us, as if old friends, when they saw us coming or going. Goodbye hugs the day before we left!
Loved walking to the patisseries and Boulangeries in the neighborhood.
The neighbor on our floor let us know our shoes made too much noise in the hallway. We told her we apologized if the sound of walking in hallway bothered her, (we were not taking off our shoes). The day before we were leaving, we knocked on her door and handed her a bottle of wine. She was quite shocked and surprised, and very pleased with our gesture. She did not expect it. I think she was very happy.
We appreciated the information book with suggestions. La Fontaine Restaurant was excellent and La Petit Au Sud was amazing (we loved it!) and delicious. The owners of La Petit Au Sud were so friendly and kind.
I believe we forgot to mention, in the paperwork we left, a few items that were not working correctly when we arrived, although it did not hamper our stay in the least:
1) bathroom faucet when turned on, the
water sprays outward instead of
straight down. I think it must be
missing the rubber ring (if same as US)
2) We noticed the bathroom shower has
one wheel on bottom left door that is
off the track. It wasn't a problem but
thought you should know.

Where does one start? First, our initial engagement with PP was very professional and very helpful as we worked though the large inventory of apartments, their respective floor plans and neighborhoods. We finally chose Muscadelle and boy was that a home run for us. The apartment was perfect for us - two adults. The bed was large and comfortable and Kevin, our greeter who met us, showed us how to store our luggage under the bed which was great because luggage is pretty unsightly and it can take up a lot of room. So for our entire stay we had no luggage in the rooms. Storage was great, good amount of space to hang clothes, plenty of shelves and dresser drawers. The little efficiency kitchen was just right for two. Our only complaint is that the knives were so dull we couldn't cut bread well we could but we had to saw the bread and as wonderful as it is to have fresh Parisian bread, this was unfortunate. We stuck with baguettes. The neighborhood was simply wonderful. The apartment is in a building right in the middle of a quiet little walking mall sort of neighborhood but only a block or two from the main streets which take you into other areas of Paris. We were there for two weeks so to some extent became familiar with many of the people at the market, cheese shop and cafes. Really cool. PP was also very helpful after we arrived in Paris, answering our occasional questions and giving guidance. We will definitely do Paris again, probably next year and absolutly use PP again. We're thinking of a different arrondissement for variety of reasons (PMP has, of course, other great apartments) but then again, to return to "our apartment and our neighborhood" is not beyond the realm of possibilities.

If you are thinking about a stay in Paris and like the idea of immersing yourself in the culture and enjoying the city as if you are a resident, you must rent through Paris Perfect. You will live in a wonderfully appointment apartment complete with every amenity you might need or want in your home including a dishwasher, air-conditioner, washer/dryer, TV/Internet, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, converter, and lots of fresh towels. They are very responsive to questions, and provide a huge binder of resources with details on transportation, shopping, dining, touring, language and cooking classes and many other activities that make it easy to enjoy the city, particularly if you are traveling alone. Renting through Paris Perfect ensures me that I will have a consistent experience regardless of the particular apartment I rent. I expect to be a longtime customer of Paris Perfect and will look to stay in Paris again, or other cities (London, Italy), with them very soon.

We loved the neighborhood everything was very well located, cheese shops, bread, pharmacy, bistros....making this a very walkable city. so much to do and see on every street. This is our 6th or 7th Paris Perfect apartment, so do we need to say more? I have always had great service, transactions are always smooth, staff are friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed all the previous apartments but this is the first time we were very close, practically next door to Rue Cler. It was wonderful to be so close to market and food shops as well as the Metro ! We had a lovely time, weather was perfect as well!

We were favourably impressed by Muscadelle. It was close by to all amenities: metro, bakers, butchers etc. There was lots of storage for all our clothes, so our suit cases were emptied. The kitchen was well provisioned for those who want to eat in, while there were many restaurants in the immediate area. Both cable TV (with both English language and French channels) and WiFi is available and both were used during our stay. The Paris Perfect staff were very helpful especially on arrival (the welcoming gifts were useful) but also when we had problems in the apartment. The information booklet supplied by Paris Perfect was a great idea as it gave suggestions for where to and where not to buy services. Their suggestion of Victor's Taxi Service was also great as it made travelling from CDG to Muscadelle quick and hassle free. The Paris Perfect Team certainly made our stay in Paris perfect.

This was my fifth visit to Paris with Paris Perfect and I wouldn't do it any other way! As I returned to the beautiful Muscadelle apartment for the second time it felt like I was coming home to my own neighbourhood. This beautiful apartment has light flowing though the rooms and and incredible views across the Paris rooftops in two different directions. Unfortunately I ended up quite ill during this visit, but had the security of the Paris Perfect team to be able to help out, even before they were asked, they were offering support. I think this is what makes the difference for me against all the other options out there. When you stay with Paris Perfect you not only get a beautiful, clean and safe place to stay, you get a team of people who genuinely care about making your visit as special as possible and are there to help you if needed.

My daughter, my son's 13 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Muscadelle. The apartment was amazing with a fabulous view of th Eiffel Tower. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen every morning for breakfast and some evenings for dinner after a long day of touring. This was such a convenient location being within a half block of the Rue Cler with all of the wonderful markets.
Having an apartment when traveling with several generations gave everyone the space they needed to relax after a long day. It exceeded all our expectations. We will certainly recommend Paris Perfect to others!

My husband, children (ages 11 and 13) and I had an amazing time in Paris! We loved staying at the Muscadelle apartment. It was situated where we could easily enjoy the shops and cafes on the Rue Cler. We could take short walks to hop on the bus and Metro or dine in nice restaurants. We had a delightful week in Paris. The apartment was very comfortable with all of the amenities that we needed. The neighborhood was excellent with nearby shops and a plethora of fine restaurants within walking distance.
The staff of Paris perfect were most accommodating and went out of their way to help us.
It was nice to have a supply of DVDs. We enjoyed re-seeing Midnight in Paris.
We certainly hope that we get to visit again and use Paris Perfect as our guide.

The neighborhood around our apartment was perfect! We loved all the restaurants and shops in our area. It was very close to the metro and within walking distance to our most favorite parts of the city. Absolutely great location!

Our entire experience with Paris Perfect was superb. The Paris Perfect staff were all extremely reliable and everything from start to finish went exactly as planned. The apartment was very well maintained, furnished very nicely and extremely comfortable.
The location of the Muscadelle apartment is absolutely outstanding. All of the conveniences are right outside the front door! It was just amazing. There's a wonderful restaurant immediately across from the apartment that serves fantastic breakfast all day! And the #69 Bus Stop is 2 blocks away and takes you directly to the Louvre. And of course, having Rue Cler right around the corner is like being in food heaven. The best surprise is how incredibly quiet the neighborhood is at night. We had the windows wide open all night and it was just spectacular.

The Muscadelle apartment was quaint and just as advertised. It was wonderful to view the Eiffel Tower at night twinkling from our apartment windows. The apartment was a great location, with the metro a short walk away, and Rue Cler 1/2 block away was wonderful to have a bite to eat or shop for goodies to have back at our wonderful apartment. We just wanted to say thank you for your professionalism and courtesy during our week long stay, It will be most memorable as we have gotten engaged during our stay and 1st trip to Paris.
The apartment was everything and more we could have hoped for. All the amenities as you would have at home. Quiet and very centrally located to everything from the Metro, to the open market, pharmacies, grocery stores and many cafe's. most of all walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Having an English speaking rep to meet us at the apartment was really helpful after an all night flight and 1st time in Paris.

The apartment and location were both wonderful. The apartment was bright, airy and quiet. It was well equipped meaning that we never felt it a hassle to do anything. All went smoothly. We are very familiar with Paris and found it easy to get around the city. When we did stay close to the apartment, the market and stores provided were great for browsing and shopping. And for me the park at the base of the Eiffel Tower (Parc du Champs de Mars) was perfect for jogging. ParisPerfect staff were very accommodating and the greater was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints and will be recommending both the apartment and ParisPerfect to my friends. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Our short week stay was fabulous!! We will never stay in a hotel in Paris again. We own an Inn in the mountains of Va. And always try to provide for our guests. You far surpassed our expectations!! The last time we were in Paris, we stayed in a very elegant hotel in just one large room. This time we rented a whole apartment. everything is very clean and modernized and great contemporary furnishings with an old feel to fit the building. Loved the welcome basket wine and juice! Cafe' constant was beyond fabulous! We hope to be back next year!

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, so, of course, we hoped everything would be perfect. And it was. Muscadelle more than met our expectations. It is a spotlessly clean, elegantly decorated apartment so comfortable that you immediately feel at home. The kitchen is actually fun to use (and it was nice that some basics were provided to start us off). The location couldn't be better--everything was convenient: the metro only a short walk, a patisserie at the end of the block and, at the other end, one of Paris's best markets (a shopping cart is provided. Nice touch). Add to that, a fromagerie just across the street. And the staff? We can't say enough! They responded to our every need promptly and completely. Memorable, absolutely memorable. Maybe we'll be back for our 51st!

A lovely, clean, cozy apartment. On the top (6th) floor so no noise from above. The adjacent buildings were not as tall so we had privacy (no peeking through our windows).
The TV and phone service were fine. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, the bathroom/shower were in good order and highly functional.
Excellent location near Rue Cler with lots of small shops, markets, papetrie and excellent bakery with terrific baguettes at the corner. Also a few exc. restaurants and very convenient to metro (1.5 blocks away) and a short walk to the Seine and Pont d'Alma and the RER station.
I hope it's available the next time we come to Paris!

We spent 8 wonderful days in Muscadelle during July 2009 and can't say enough good things about the accommodations, location and service we enjoyed. This was our first Paris trip--for our 25th anniversary--and this was truly the perfect Paris solution for us. The apartment allowed us the chance to live like locals for a few days and gave us a great home base to see and do all the things we had planned. The Rue Cler area offered wonderful dining, shopping and strolling opportunities. Plus, we were central to all the other fabulous Paris sights--who can beat a view of the Eiffel Tower at night! We wholeheartedly recommend Paris Perfect and hope we can return soon!

This was our first visit to Paris and we were glad we were able to stay in such a lovely apartment. This trip was special to me as I was supposed to go on a class trip to France at the age of 15 but was unable to go. I always told myself that I would someday see Paris! This apartment helped to make our first trip a memorable one. The furnishings are beautiful and are enjoyed looking at all the details in the decor. We spent a lot of time looking at the Eiffel Tower lit up at night and people - watching. The view of the Invalides Dome from the bedroom window is also spectacular. I was the very first guest for this apartment. Madelyn certainly did her wonders with it! Location, location!! Hard to improve with it. A courtyard entry and the fun of another of the Paris tiny elevators! You always think you have seen the smallest, until the next one! The Muscadelle is most charming with the very first view upon entering. Nice high ceilings, light and airy, lovely furniture. What a great kitchen! Those who enjoy cooking will have fun with this one. A washer/dryer, of course. The bedroom is huge, Space for a nice desk for your laptop, a nice lounge chair with stool to curl up in with a good book. The bathroom has a nice stall shower. Paris Perfect provides the best products from Germany..bath wash, shampoo and body lotion. Forget bringing all those 3 oz bottles with you! Restaurants, boulangeries are in abundance. Rue Cler 1/2 block away. Shopping of all kinds. Walk to the Seine, to Eiffel Tower, to Invalides, Rodin, the George V and Montaigne high fashion areas. A day easily spent in this way, just walking from your apartment, stopping for a lunch along the way. Return "home" for a cooking night "in" or go out to one of the many excellent choices in the area...from simple bistros to high end restaurants. Take a leisurely stroll around the area after dinner..a very safe and friendly neighborhood to be in. The Muscadelle is a winner, for me! Thanks to all from PP in making the stay Paris Perfect!

We just returned home after spending ten glorious days in Paris. The highlight of the trip was staying in your apartment. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality and orientation to the area of Paris we grew to love.
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The apartment was wonderful, charming and after a few days, felt like home.
Our wonderful memories include: Rue Cler and Rue Grennelle markets, Champs de Mars Park (especially on the week-ends with all the French families enjoying themselves), walking along the River Seine (so close to the apartment), and easy access to the Metro.
This was our fourth trip to Paris and our first experience staying in an apartment and we will definitely do it again. We do plan on returning and staying in an apartment with "Paris Perfect".

The name says it all! We have traveled to Paris many times and have finally found the location we will absolutely return to again and again. The neighborhood is quiet, filled with many great bistros and of course the Rue Cler market. The view of the Eiffel Tower is fantastic at anytime of day or night. The extra efforts in making the apartment meet our every needs were found at every turn. The kitchen is beautiful and made shopping at the markets that much more enjoyable. After long days of wandering through Paris, it was the perfect place to return home to and unwind. We have already recommended 'Paris Perfect' to several of our friends and plan on returning as soon as we can. Thanks for the 'perfect' way to experience Paris.
