Muscadelle

We were very happy to return to Muscadel and see that some of the extraneous stuff had been removed and a clean coat of white paint had been applied. We will not hesitate to rebook the apartment when we are in Paris next and want to send thanks to the kind local contact who checked us in and took care of our follow up questions both in person and remotely.

This apartment is such a gem! My husband and I stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every minute. The space is charming with the views of the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, walking distance from everything you may need -- literally steps from the entryway. As it's on the top floor, it is very quiet too. It exceeded our expectations and Max and the Paris Perfect team were accessible and so generous.

Terrific apartment in a perfect part of Paris! We loved it. I'd give it 5 stars but the 6th floor hike up and/or tiny elevator would make this apt difficult for older/ infirm people or anyone with claustrophobia!

We always stay in the 6th or 7th on the left bank when in Paris and this apartment was ideal for us this time. Loved being near Rue de Cler providing us with a street full of all sorts of food shops and grocery stores and places for breakfast etc. and it was an easy walk to places we wished to go and near a metro stop. The apartment itself was very nice and quiet as well. The air conditioners kept it cool and the elevator was essential to us. It was sunny and very well decorated. Lots of mirrors and outlets for all of our phones and other electronics. The kitchen was well equipped. This apartment provided us with everything we needed in a great location Would stay there again. Having an apartment like this provides you with all sorts of options that no hotel can. We enjoyed breakfast in the living/dining room, used the nice kitchen to make coffee etc. and slept well in the comfortable bed and sleep couch. It was delightful to "live" in Paris for two weeks and the Paris Perfect staff was helpful as well.

Also, we were glad we chose to use your recommended driver to the airport. His van was clean and comfortable, and it was definitely a stress free way to get back to the airport. The Muscadelle apartment was so comfortable! We felt relaxed immediately upon arrival. Our greeter was friendly and helpful. The apartment felt spacious, especially the beautiful bedroom. There was plenty of cabinet space to store our baggage so it was out of the way. The shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Heated towels were a luxury! The instruction manual in the apartment was a great resource for how to operate appliances, and the dining recommendations were helpful, too. The location was perfect, with Rue Cler food shops right out our door, yet our street was quiet. We enjoyed 'eating in' several times during our stay. Cooking with the fabulous local foods available was inspiring, and sitting at the dining table looking at the Eiffel Tower out our window was a thrill! We tuned in the local jazz station as a soundtrack to our stay. We really felt at home in Paris! Thank you!

Where does one start? First, our initial engagement with PP was very professional and very helpful as we worked though the large inventory of apartments, their respective floor plans and neighborhoods. We finally chose Muscadelle and boy was that a home run for us. The apartment was perfect for us - two adults. The bed was large and comfortable and Kevin, our greeter who met us, showed us how to store our luggage under the bed which was great because luggage is pretty unsightly and it can take up a lot of room. So for our entire stay we had no luggage in the rooms. Storage was great, good amount of space to hang clothes, plenty of shelves and dresser drawers. The little efficiency kitchen was just right for two. Our only complaint is that the knives were so dull we couldn't cut bread well we could but we had to saw the bread and as wonderful as it is to have fresh Parisian bread, this was unfortunate. We stuck with baguettes. The neighborhood was simply wonderful. The apartment is in a building right in the middle of a quiet little walking mall sort of neighborhood but only a block or two from the main streets which take you into other areas of Paris. We were there for two weeks so to some extent became familiar with many of the people at the market, cheese shop and cafes. Really cool. PP was also very helpful after we arrived in Paris, answering our occasional questions and giving guidance. We will definitely do Paris again, probably next year and absolutly use PP again. We're thinking of a different arrondissement for variety of reasons (PMP has, of course, other great apartments) but then again, to return to "our apartment and our neighborhood" is not beyond the realm of possibilities.

If you are thinking about a stay in Paris and like the idea of immersing yourself in the culture and enjoying the city as if you are a resident, you must rent through Paris Perfect. You will live in a wonderfully appointment apartment complete with every amenity you might need or want in your home including a dishwasher, air-conditioner, washer/dryer, TV/Internet, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, converter, and lots of fresh towels. They are very responsive to questions, and provide a huge binder of resources with details on transportation, shopping, dining, touring, language and cooking classes and many other activities that make it easy to enjoy the city, particularly if you are traveling alone. Renting through Paris Perfect ensures me that I will have a consistent experience regardless of the particular apartment I rent. I expect to be a longtime customer of Paris Perfect and will look to stay in Paris again, or other cities (London, Italy), with them very soon.

I can not say enough good things about Paris Perfect. I have stayed in several of their apartments over the past 10 years and have never been disappointed. Every detail is perfect from the beautiful furnishings, luxurious towels and bedding to a perfectly equipped kitchen which even includes a Nespresso machine! Each person makes every effort to make your Parisian stay what you have dreamed it would be.
