Madelyn has always loved this quiet corner of the 7th arrondissement. You’re so close to Rue Cler, the Champ de Mars and the Seine, but inside Montrachet the peaceful courtyard views make it feel like your own calm little Paris secret!

Outstanding Location

This apartment was the perfect home base for our Paris vacation. The location is hard to beat, with an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, just a couple of blocks from the Seine, and convenient access to multiple Metro lines that made getting around the city effortless.

The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally well equipped. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided, including air conditioning, a washer and dryer, hair dryers, and a kitchen stocked for cooking at home. The combination of elegant décor and practical amenities made it easy to settle in.

One of the most memorable features was the Juliet balconies overlooking a quiet private courtyard. Despite being in the heart of Paris, the apartment felt peaceful and removed from the crowds. It worked perfectly for our multi-generational group of four, offering plenty of room to spread out, recharge, and come back together for meals, games, and planning the next outing. With its Parisian character and modern upgrades, the apartment made it easy to relax and feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an upscale Paris stay in an outstanding location.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. The location could not have been better—nestled in the heart of the beautiful 7th arrondissement, with easy access to the Eiffel Tower, Seine River, Metro stations, charming cafés, bakeries, and local markets.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved starting our mornings by walking through the neighborhood and stopping at nearby bakeries for fresh croissants and coffee. The area felt very safe, quiet, and authentically Parisian, while still being convenient to all the major sights.

The Metro stations at La Tour-Maubourg and École Militaire were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore every part of the city. We were also able to walk to many attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, Musée d'Orsay and the Seine.

Check-in and check-out was seamless. Staying here allowed us to experience Paris like locals rather than tourists.

We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and perfectly located home base in Paris.

Nothing Short of Perfect

We recently had the extreme pleasure of staying at this wonderful flat in the 7th arrondisement. It was nothing short of perfect for us. Located on a quiet residential street and accessed through a courtyard, this apartment was the epitome of Parisienne elegance and comfort. Entering this light-filled space each day was a delight, and instantly calming. Every element of this recently renovated apartment was high-end and thoughtfully executed from the furnishings and appliances, to the dimmable lighting, bedside charging ports in the master bedroom, and automatic lights in the closets. It’s rare to find two full bathrooms (gorgeous) and the heated floors were luxurious. Storage space was ample and the walk-in laundry space was a pleasant surprise. Although minutes to the Eiffel Tower, Champs du Mar, Rue Cler, and the Rodin Museum, we never felt the bustle (or heard the noise) of the city here. We loved it, didn’t want to leave, and can definitely see making this our home base while in Paris.
