Lovely Stay!
This apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to ‘live like a local!” It’s so close to Rue Cler, which we love for great food and shops. We brought our kids and grandkids and used the living room as a third bedroom. It’s so easy to set up! The only drawback was that the doors blocking that area off were glass French doors so they do not provide complete privacy. Other than that, it was perfection!

Great experience from the time we were arrived until we left. Our local contact was very friendly. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Location was ideal with many high end restaurants within walking distance. Never took more than a few minutes to get a car service. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Lovely Stay
We. had a lovely stay in the apartment Monthelie. The location is perfect and the apartment is beautifully outfitted. While the apartment is not air conditioned, there are large Dyson fans. A sign on each one, however, prohibits their use from 10:00pm to 10:00am because of noise. Had the weather been hot, this might have been a problem--fortunately it was not. But we do think this should be disclosed. We have been renters of Paris Perfect apartments for years--and highly recommend their service and outstanding inventory of lovely apartments.

Perfect!
This location was perfect! Stayed with my husband and 2 kids (7 &8 yrs old) for our 10th anniversary. Our host for check in and check out was such a good guy and made everything smooth for us, and he was very accommodating, it was a pleasure meeting him! The apartment was clean and welcoming and fully equipped. Plenty of places to eat, steps away from the Eiffel Tower, great view from the balcony. So, all-in-all a pretty good place to stay.

Wonderful Stay
We loved our stay at Monthelie. We were greeted and shown around the apartment and everything was quite smooth. We were a party of 5 - 2 couples and our niece and she was able to have her own private space on trundle by closing off that area- it worked perfectly. The location was so lovely literally a block from the Eiffel Tower and we had a nice picnic one day.

Lovely Montheli
Three lovely ladies stayed at the Montheli and it was just wonderful! Beautiful in design and decor. Beds were super comfortable, showers and baths were modern and everything was supplied. The location was great and Paris Perfect thinks of everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Monthelie Apartment was everything we hoped for and more! We were traveling with all ages, 9, 16, 17, 38, 44, & 80 years old and this apartment was very comfortable and large enough for everyone. Location-Amazing! View-Unbelievable! Clean + Charming. Easy walk to everything. The Eiffel Tower is more beautiful in person and the view from that balcony…Wow. Just Wow. The balcony is narrow but comfortable enough for everyone to stand on and even has two small chairs and a table. Small washer & dryer in apartment is a real bonus! Well equipped kitchen. The Paris Perfect team were great to work with before, during, and after we checked out. We had one small maintenance issue during our stay and the PP team did everything they could to help. They dealt with the situation perfectly. We are so happy we ended up at Monthelie apartment! We all agreed… this apartment is worth every penny + helped create the best memories! Merci Beaucoup!

Stayed 5 nights with my family and this great apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy the best sights in Paris (especially the Eiffel Tower!). Communication with Paris Perfect and level of service overall was great. Definitely recommend staying here.

Impeccably clean. Bathrooms much larger and better appointed than I expected in a European apartment. Location is second to none. Bedrooms were dark and silent. Living areas darling. Kitchen perfect. A most comfortable stay. Loved it. Would book again.
We can’t recommend enough
Stayed with my family (2 adults, 2 kids). Apartment was perfect for that. Spacious enough, very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Apartment was very clean and true to the pictures. Location is excellent with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and everything you might need and, of course, the Eiffel Tower. On top of that, the host is amazing, one of the best we stayed with, super responsive, checked on us during the stay, instructions are clear and concise, check in and check out were flexible and organized. We can’t recommend enough staying with Paris Perfect!

Perfection
Monthelie is beautifully outfitted with every conceivable amenity one would want at home. The location is ideal, upstairs, around the corner and across the street from fine restaurants, wine, cheese, grocery and pastry shops, uber transportation at a moment's call, straight ahead view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony off the apartment's kitchen so that you can enjoy and photograph twinkling lights or sunrise all day or night. This apartment made our vacation absolutely perfect.

Absolument Parfait!
We were a family of 5, 3 kids from 3 to 15, and truly can’t say enough about this place. You will not find a better location, amount of space or nicely appointed place in Paris, it just won’t happen unless you’re paying thousands of dollars a night and even then, I don’t think there’s anything that matches this property. You walk out to the balcony and see the Eiffel Tower, walk out the door and have anything you want within 5 minutes of walking, etc. Paris Perfect is more than outstanding at what they do. I travel the world and can say this is one of the best experiences I’ve/we’ve had. When we come back, we will be staying at this property or one of Paris Perfects properties. Absolument Parfait!

Evde yemek yemek istersen market çok yakındı ve yemek yapmak için gereken tüm malzemeler vardı. Evde yemek yapmak istemediğin zaman aşağıdaki restoranlarda çok lezzetli yemek yeme imkanı var. Bir daha gidersem başka bir yerde kalmayı düşünmem.
Translation: It was a great experience. We stayed incredibly comfortable with 3 kids. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The location was within walking distance to the children of the must-see places. The grocery store was very close if you wanted to eat at home and had all the supplies needed to cook. When you don't want to cook at home, there's the possibility to eat at the restaurants below. If I go again, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.
Incredibly beautiful and charming
Paris Perfect was wonderful to work with I could not have loved this apartment more!! The location was walkable to anything and everything, it was surrounded by restaurants, and the neighborhood was so lovely and safe. The apartment was incredibly beautiful and charming, it was very well appointed, and the attention to small details (irons, hair dryers, extra pillows, fans, etc) that we might need was excellent. They also left a book of recommendations that was beyond thorough and so helpful! At the end of our trip, we were so sad to have to leave our lovely Parisian retreat but we will absolutely be back!

Great stay
Just returned from a great stay at the Monthelie Apt. There were four of us and the apartment had plenty of space to spread out. We had an issue with the recommended cab service not contacting Paris Perfect on our drive into the city so we arrived to the apartment expecting to meet the greeter, but the cab driver never called and we ended up waiting in the rain. Not Paris Perfect's fault, but not sure I would use that service again. Overall, highly recommend the apartment and Paris Perfect and can't wait to plan my next stay.

Perfect Location
The Monthelie is perfectly situated & well appointed. It was a cozy haven even in the cold of December. We walked the 7th (and to the 6th) and had access to terrific food and the feel of a neighborhood even though located close to tourism area. We were just close enough and just far enough away. This is our 6th or 7th experience renting from Paris Perfect, and we are never disappointed.

Fantastic location
Fantastic location right near the Eiffel Tower. Easy to get around and plenty of options for restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and had big enough for the 4 of us to have our own space. Highly recommend this place. Only things to note is you need to be very quiet due to noise complaints and the lift only fits 1 person so stairs a lot easier option. Neither of these impacted our stay though so would book again.

Paris Living Perfect
This was my 8th trip to Paris and the 7th Arr. has always felt home. I’ve rented on Rue de Monttessuy twice before with another agency. Paris Perfect has been a splurge but well worth the elegance, comfort, and amenities. Local living perfectly in Paris!
Spectacular Monthelie Apartment near the Eiffel Tower
Our group of 4 stayed in this amazing apartment and could not have been happier! We were greeted by a staff member from Paris Perfect who showed us how to work everything in the apartment. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures! The apartment was spotless when we arrived. The location was near everything and so easy to walk to shopping, and catch a taxi or an uber to any destination. The kitchen had everything we needed to make small meals and enjoy a night in when we wanted to. Every detail was thought of when they made this as a rental! Paris Perfect staff was so helpful and responsive during our stay, I just can't say enough about them. Thank you Paris Perfect!

The apartment was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Our family of five all loved every minute in this ideal location. You are minutes to so many spectacular Paris sites and restaurants. Proximity to the Eiffel Tower gives you 24 hour stunning views. Paris Perfect personnel were very helpful prior to our visit and during our visit. As COVID derailed our initially booked trip, we can’t thank Paris Perfect enough for extending our credit until it was safe to visit. This is a company we will return to travel with in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Paris and the apartment is ideal for a city trip. Not even 2 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The hosts were incredibly warm and answered all our questions super fast. The facilities were better than we had hoped for. Everything was thought of here. That made it easy for us to feel at home. We really didn't miss anything. The apartment is very centrally located and all sights are within walking distance or easy to reach by public transport. A folder with detailed information and tips helped us to find our way. In the immediate vicinity (within walking distance) there are restaurants, bakers and shops. We will come back again with pleasure!

This was the PERFECT apartment for two couples! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The kitchen and living area were perfectly equipped - I could not have designed the kitchen any better. The bedrooms had great storage and fantastic beds. The bathrooms were nice. We had a great time, and the location right near the Eiffel Tower could not have been better. No concerns, no issues, no complaints about Monthelie. We LOVED IT! We would definitely rent from Paris Perfect again.

My daughter and I loved our stay in Paris at the Monthelie; the neighborhood was lovely and all of the shops and markets were close by. This was our first time with Paris Perfect and we were thrilled. I was very impressed with your booking process; you were easily accessed and very prompt. Whenever I had questions, you answered them quickly. The neighborhood and apartment information was very helpful. Victor's Cab service was wonderful; he was very professional and went out of his way to contact me to be certain of the arrangements; also, he knew exactly where he was going. The greeter was very patient with my lack of technical skills and answered all of our questions; also the instruction booklet was a life-saver. The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped; my only suggestion would be adding FOX News to the English TV channels, but we managed with SKY and CNN. We were very impressed with how beautifully decorated and furnished the apartment was as well as the excellent condition of the bathrooms and kitchen. The AC was a huge plus as it was very warm that week in Paris, even though it was September. We loved the giant wall map of Paris as well as the giant metro map. Having a market caddie was extremely helpful and I would recommend one for every apartment. We didn't use the travel wi-fi much and I probably wouldn't get it again. We enjoyed the groceries and wine as well as the starter pack. The skip the line tour of the Eiffel Tower was perfect; the line was very very long and we got in right away; the guide met us exactly on time and she was very knowledgeable.
I will certainly return to Paris and use Paris Perfect (in fact I'm returning in March and have booked another apartment with you!)

We stayed at Monthelie for 9 nights in June and cannot say enough about the quality and comfort of the apartment plus the incredible service provided by Paris Perfect. My wife, Anne, and our best friends, Susan and Walter, enjoyed every minute of our stay. While there is no shortage of tourists so close to le Tour Eiffel, this neighborhood is truly Parisian. There are only 2 tourist rentals in the building and while the stairwell is worn and could use better lighting, it only added to being a part of 7th Arrondissement.
Thank you Paris Perfect staff - we had a great neighborhood guide and we highly recommend the WWII tour. A special thank you to the travel design team for the restaurant reservations, we are still ranking our favorites. They were all wonderful. We can't wait to return!

From the recommended driver that picked us up from the train station to the guest greeting, we could not fault the place. We would definitely stay there again. We (two couples) had a wonderful time in Paris at the Monthelie apartment. When searching for an apartment, we needed two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer & dryer. We also wanted to be in the 7th Arr. This apartment met our basic requirements and so much more. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. There was great closet space. The small balcony with the view of the Eiffel Tower was an added bonus. We could go onto the balcony and watch the Tower sparkle. Kevin from Paris Perfect met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. He was extremely helpful. This was our second time renting through Paris Perfect and we will do so again.

Our recent stay was very comfortable in Monthelie. The apartment was plenty large for the four of us and we made good use of the balcony. The decor was very nice and the apartment was in excellent condition. All appliances worked well and the entire family was pleased.
The building is in a very good location with a close train station (although closed for a few weeks while we were there). The building does need repair in the hallway, but this affected us in no way inside the apartment. I would look to replace the cushions on the sofa as they were pretty firm.

We stayed at the Monthelie apartment in July 2017 and it was the perfect home base for our week in Paris. Our daughters loved the view of the Eiffel tower from the terrace where they could watch the lights sparkle at night. We loved looking up at the tower every time we returned to our apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful, fully equipped with everything you would need. The decor is very nice. It is very large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and we especially loved the air conditioning and the washer and dryer. We also appreciated the Paris information and tips provided by Paris Perfect. I highly recommend Paris Perfect and the Monthelie apartment!

We loved our 'home' in Paris! The French doors/windows, the chandeliers in each room, the wood parquet floors and the view of the Eiffel Tower made it wonderfully clear where we were. The very new kitchen, bathrooms, washer dryer and air conditioning made it a very easy place to quickly settle into. The location was really convenient for sightseeing, eating, shopping and transportation. Being just two blocks from the Eiffel Tower led to a spontaneous walk over there one night just before 11pm where we were among the last ticket buyers allowed up.....no long lines at that hour and beautiful views of Paris at night, FYI.
Our apartment was the perfect size for our family: two adults and two college aged girls. We had room to spread out if we needed our own space. The small outdoor balcony was a nice bonus that allowed us to enjoy our 'nightly twinkles', that five minute window every hour at night until 1am when the Eiffel Tower light patterns make it literally twinkle! How fun is that?!

The Monthelie apartment was an absolute divine. It was exactly as pictured, super cosy, and location was nearby a lot of restaurant and not to mention the Eiffel tower! Right outside your balcony. All appliances in the kitchen are fully equipped, so cooking for the family is so much ease.
