Perfect Paris Apartment

We can truthfully say that Vacation Perfect is without a doubt the very best. This past two-month long stay in Paris and Italy in the Marsannay and Pasquino apartments was nothing short of perfect. Along with a side trip to Tuscany in another of Vacation Perfect’s apartments our extended stay was a delight. These were the 3rd, 4th and 5th apartments we’ve rented from VP over the years and they have all been spotlessly clean, well equipped, stylishly decorated, individually unique, centrally located, easily accessible and problem free. Lisa and Pat, along with the rest of the VP team are knowledgeable, instantly helpful and totally dedicated to their clients. The Marsannay apartment in Paris was everything we have just described, with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, in a quiet, stylish neighborhood in the heart of Paris with all amenities and needs within walking distance. We have already booked another apartment with VP for the Fall of 2022 and are anxiously looking forward to our stay. There’s an obvious reason the company is called Vacation “Perfect.”

This is our fourth time to rent Marsannay and we love it. As the apartment is only a block from the Eiffel Tower, the view from the living and dining rooms is spectacular. The layout of the apartment is very comfortable and spacious, and we enjoy having two modern bathrooms.
The neighborhood just can't be beat. While it is mainly residential, there are dozens of quaint restaurants near by as well as the wonderful Rue Cler market only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We think this is a jewel, and we treasure the time we have spent there.

This apartment is just as nice and comfortable as it appears on the web. I was initially concerned that it was too far from the metro, but the RER station is an easy walk, and bus access is very good (Google maps provides good directions for using the buses, which are lovely). The neighborhood is terrific, and the apartment is quiet. And that view! It was hard to leave. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at the gorgeous Marsannay apartment and our 5th time in a Paris Perfect flat. Our two weeks were magical not only because we were back in Paris but in large part due to the whole experience that Paris Perfect helped us create.
Nicola, the Paris Perfect specialist who booked all our restaurant reservations was beyond efficient! She made our stay fabulous. We asked for a private tour of Chateau de Chantilly, a private cheese tasting and a special tour with an art historian of the less visited places in the Louvre. Lisani organized all these with care and precision resulting in us having many more lively Paris memories to treasure.
The Marsannay allows you to feel like you are staying in your own large apartment with a drop dead view of the Eiffel Tower. It is superbly located with restaurants, cute shops and gardens close by. Our housekeeping needs were attended to every other day by Violeta.
We will be back to stay at the Marsannay or another of the Paris Perfect apartments. Return guests are made to feel even more looked after and pampered. Thank you to Madelyn and her excellent Paris Perfect team!

The Marsannay apartment was wonderful. The location was fantastic! I stayed with my best friend and it was perfect. The Eiffel Tower view was stunning. Marsannay is gorgeous, beautifully appointed with every thing a person could possibly need, in a fabulous location, offers an unbelievable view of la Grande Dame in all her twinkling glory, plus you get security, free calls back home and free internet. A special shout out to the folks at the Paris Perfect Tour Department. They work behind the scene, rather like Santa's elves, making sure you get the most out of your stay. They offer a plethora of services-all of which are easy to book.

If you are worried about security while visiting, rest assured that all the major churches, museums and monuments have enhanced security in place. I visited in March in 2016, and saw much more attention to security in Feb 2017.

Our recent May - June stay in the Marsannay apartment of Paris Perfect was our fourth consecutive stay in this apartment and our fifth consecutive year of visiting Paris in an apartment managed by Paris Perfect. That in itself should attest to our having fallen in love with Paris and experiencing Paris in an apartment rather than a hotel. I use the word experience because an apartment (as contrasted to our previous hotel stays) has provided an entirely different perspective of the City for us. You really do have a sense that you are part of the neighborhood, and that after a long day of exploring the City that in coming back to your apartment you are coming home to put your feet up and just relax and talk about the day's experiences. Personally we prefer the apartments in the 7th for a variety of reasons; not the least of which is to look out at the Eiffel Tower with its glorious blinking lights each night before retiring. Compared to other Arrondissements we have found the 7th to be quiet and more peaceful, but either by walking or metro to be quite accessible to museums and all other areas of Paris. But in any case, we have found that the apartments managed by Paris Perfect are honestly and accurately described on their Web Site, and are very well maintained and appointed by Paris Perfect. For those that may be a bit nervous of being in a strange city without recourse to call the front desk of the hotel for information and guidance (as frankly we were prior to our first stay in a Paris Perfect apartment), Paris Perfect both in the apartment and on its reservation page does provide comprehensive information about your neighborhood, exhibits and attractions, transportation services (including English-speaking taxis), and emergency services (e.g. medical care). That information coupled with Rick Steves' Paris undoubtedly provides many people with more knowledge about Paris their own hometown. Each of our trips to Paris have been unique and a delightful experience, and we thank Paris Perfect for making it so.
One last remark about concerns many people have about Paris's unfortunate recent terrorism experiences. Whether we were naïve or not, we never throughout our travels within Paris had any concerns for safety. Though we suspect police protection was ever present, it never was in an obvious way so as to cause anxiety. We also would note with regard to all the reported labor strikes affecting France (and the rail strike did cause us to have to cancel a 2-day side trip to the Loire Valley), within Paris the strikes did not affect local transportation or the enjoyment of the City and its attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with its superb views of the Eiffel Tower. It is conveniently located close to public transport which can quickly take you to all the major tourist spots. It is also in a very pleasant area with plenty of excellent restaurants. The apartment would be improved through the addition of some reading lights in the living room but this draw-back was a minor one in the grand scheme of things.

My husband and I are now back home in Manila and deep into our work. He as a cardiologist and myself as a publisher of lifestyle and travel magazines. We had a wonderful ten days at the Marsannay apartment. Everything worked perfectly. I had the best time coordinating restaurant reservations with Nicola who was so kind and caring. Our private chef dinner with Boris went well. The travel WiFi gadget worked so well. Violeta, your wonderful lady who came to do housekeeping services every other day, was so charming and thorough. This was our fourth Paris Perfect stay. We had previously stayed at the Chateau Latour, Merlot and Corton units. We loved the Marsannay the best. I am looking forward to booking an apartment for two weeks next year. Thank you again for giving us more beautiful memories in my ultimate Happy Place!!

We traveled to Paris with friends, who had used Paris Perfect before so we were ready for a wonderful stay. The Marsannay is the perfect apartment for two couples. The living/dining room space is large enough to spread out and enjoy. The view out the windows is the Eiffel Tower! Perfect and at night they turn on the lights on the tower. It doesn't get any better. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. It was a nice touch to have heated towel bars. While the kitchen is small, it worked for us. We even threw a cocktail party for eight one night. The location of the Marsannay is perfect for walking to shopping, bistros, fine dining, the Metro and of course the Eiffel Tower. My husband and I walked home from the Louvre one afternoon. The weather was perfect and so we enjoyed Paris by foot. The staff of Paris Perfect were very helpful with a good orientation to the apartment, and its features. There is a washer/dryer which we loved after having traveled for two weeks. We will come again and hopefully the Marsannay will be available.

Our family of 6, four adults a 12 and 14 year old stayed at the lovely Marsannay in July for 10 days. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen, large refrigerator & freezer with a Nespresso coffee machine; along with two good size modern updated bathrooms. French Bed linens and pull out sleeper sofa lines are all superb and beds very comfortable. Good closet space and suitcase storage in back of apt. **Advice that needs to be taken into account is take medium/lg suitcases versus extra large ones; only 1 person and 1 suitcase at a time in small elevator and very tight awkward quarters getting out near steep staircase. It is an older building (well kept) and you need to adjust. Location is good with a boulangerie, butcher, wine shoppe, produce stands and full supermarket nearby within 2 blocks for those that cook - we did. Get the butchers cooked chickens - fabulous!. Male Butchers don't seem care to work with limited-french speaking (the female tries) however, other proprieters are really friendly and work with you. Especially owner of Wine shop! Numerous good cafes nearby.
The apartment is located fairly close to train stations, champs de mars, and a 6 block walk to Champs Elysses; Effiel tower views are spectacular from front of apt; bedroom views not so great.
Paris Perfect staff is friendly, helpful and very responsive! Like working with them. Victor Taxis is the only choice - his service is superior! Can't say enough good about him and his service team.
Will definitely use Paris Perfect again and try a different apartment.

Marsannay was a wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. We just spent 10 great days there. We were only 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower and had marvelous views from the living and dining rooms. We had dinner five nights at restaurants only a block away. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. We could have stayed a month! The Paris Perfect team was very attentive and attended to every detail. Renting through this company is a true joy!

This was our third stay with Paris Perfect and as far as we are concerned it is the only way to visit Paris! The people and organization are first class and the apartments are gorgeous. The location of the Marsannay is pretty much ideal in all aspects, including a feeling you could almost reach out and touch the Eiffel Tower. The apartment itself is getting a bit tired and could use a minor refreshing, but this did not meaningfully detract from the whole beautiful experience. C'tait merveilleux et magique!

My family (2 adults and 3 children; 17,13,11) just returned from Paris having stayed at Paris Perfect's Marsannay rental for over a week. The apartment is just as it was described with an excellent location and beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. There were an abudance of restaurants within a short walk as well as markets just around the corner to stock your refrigerator and pantry. It was wonderful to have central air conditioning in all of the rooms. Bathrooms were clean and updated. The showers were strong and there was plenty of hot water for our entire family. There are only 2 things for potential renters to be aware of. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a winding staircase. There is a single person elevator that functions well, just not big enough (or allowed) for two. We liked taking the stairs as some additional exercise. There were only a few stations of TV in English and they were business channels. We would occasionally find a channel were you could change the language to English. It would be nice to have the option to upgrade the TV service to include other channels in your own language. Also, the TV in the master bedroom was only connected to a DVD player...no cable TV. The only TV with cable was in the living room. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay in the Marsannay. It is no more than a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower or the Seine River. It is approximately 15 minutes to the Champs Elysees. I would recommend the Marsannay and Paris Perfect for anyone looking for a place to stay in Paris.

Stayed at the Madrian for one week with our two teenage children. Apartment was clean, updated and in a perfect location. Everything you could need was found in apartment and in working order. The neighborhood was great and had many markets and shops near by. The best part of the apartment is the fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was a delight. It was as described and we stared at the Eiffel every chance we got especially at night. This apartment was "perfect" for my mom and I as we experienced our dream come true trip to Paris. The neighborhood was quiet yet there are plenty of good restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment was beautiful and quite large for European standards. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing.
The staff at Paris Perfect was so helpful and we really appreciated the 30+ page guide that was sent to us prior to our arrival. This was the best travel guide that we used the entire time for restaurant recommendations, etc. Free phone calls to the US and free internet access - what more could we ask for! We had such a lovely stay in one of your other apartments last year that our only concern this year was whether our expectations for this year's stay would not be met. My husband and I have rented quite a few vacation apartments and this is the best experience we have had. The apartment is newly renovated and in mint condition. My sister and I enjoyed a lovely week in Paris, with the Marsannay apartment as our home base. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our living and dining room windows was stunning, and we stayed up to enjoy last "twinklings" every night! The neighborhood was delightful- full of boulangeries, patisseries, fresh food markets, and bistros (our favorite: le P'tit Troquet on Rue de l'Esposition) - a five minute walk to la Rue Cler, where we shopped for cheese, fruit, yogurt, even extra luggage! Oysters at the brasserie were delicieux, and my haircut at Tierry was tres chic. The Marsannay was so convenient to the Metro, La Seine, Les Champs Elysees, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping at the charming Christmas Markets and even braved a ride on the Roul de Paris. - This was my youngest sister's first visit to Paris, and we'll both be back "bientot" - Merci beaucoup, Paris Perfect!

The Marsannay apartment was a lovely home base during our week-long stay in Paris. It has been beautifully renovated with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Each night, we enjoyed opening the balcony doors and taking in the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. I would highly recommend the Marsannay apartment for your stay in Paris!

We chose the beautiful Marsannay for its location and its two bedrooms and bathrooms. We were accompanied by another couple, and this apartment suited our needs perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the view of the Eiffel Tower and it was much closer than we had expected.
The apartment had everything we needed and more. The washer and dryer was very convenient and allowed us to pack lighter than normal. The kitchen was well stocked and we especially enjoyed the espresso machine. We even purchased more coffee to use in the machine from a shop around the corner. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast, fresh from the boulangerie located just a few doors down from our building. We also enjoyed a few simple dinners in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing. Our neighborhood had specialty shops for everything we needed.
The only suggestion we would make is to have a little more clothing storage and hangers.
Every one on the staff that we dealt with was friendly, efficient, and available to answer any questions we had. Overall, our stay in this apartment was very enjoyable and we would definitely book with Paris Perfect again.

I now see why the company chose the name, "Paris Perfect!" Indeed it was perfect!! Our stay in the Marsannay was magical and at times did not seem real. Seeing the Eiffel tower right outside our balcony window was an amazing experience. I highly recommend working with this company. We had a flawless trip and plan to come back thanks to Paris Perfect.

Marsannay apartment was everything we could have hoped for, beautifully appointed and everything we needed. Location was perfect, easy access to the Metro and a Velib bike station just near our door, restaurants, markets and Boulangerie a plenty to choose from locally. Paris Perfect staff member, Sam, gave us a wonderful introduction to the apartment and the local area. Thank you for your attention to detail and for making the process of apartment rental so easy.

We recently stayed at the beautiful Marsannay apartment and had a simply wonderful week in Paris. Everything about the apartment really was perfect, from the moment we arrived to our departure. The Paris Perfect team was there to meet and greet us, and explained how everything worked, and we felt settled in immediately. The apartment was lovely, with upscale but comfortable furnishings. The view was fabulous and we loved seeing the Eiffel Tower at every time of the day, especially when it sparkled at night! The restaurant reviews were always accurate, and helped us to have many memorable meals. We will definitely be back to experience Paris again with Paris Perfect apartments, and can highly recommend them!
