We had a wonderful week at Margaux. It is a spacious, comfortable and beautiful apartment with breathtaking views of Tour Eiffel. Weather was perfect for afternoon happy hour on the back terrace. We love the neighborhood, convenient, safe and close to so many restaurants, cafes and stores. Paris Perfect staff is helpful. The apartment book includes detailed instructions for every appliance. We arrived before our apartment was ready and used the recommended locker service (and discount!) for a few hours, which was nice. We can’t wait to return and will always recommend a Paris Perfect apartment. Merci!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Paris was truly unforgettable! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower — we could see it sparkling at night right from our window, which felt magical every single evening. The location was ideal, with cafés, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance, and easy access to the Metro. The host was warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, offering helpful local tips and checking in to be sure we were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Paris — it truly made our trip special. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the city!

I like the location and found everything in excellent condition. You have done an exemplary job of upgrading the flat. The air conditioning worked very well. It is a plus! And you had good neighbors. Plenty of closet spaces for Parisian standards. 

Our girlfriends Paris get away could not have been more amazing since we decided to rent apartment Margaux. The weather was perfect so we were able to spend a lot of evenings on the balconies, enjoying some French white wine with truly a magical view of Paris and her Grand Dame. We had the absolute pleasure of staying with you last week. Every aspect of the stay was perfect!!! From check in to any questions we had. There were 6 women and the apartment was the right choice for our group! We lived like Parisians! We will definitely stay with you again, most likely Italy next time as we travel there frequently.

Exactly as presented. Comfortable practical with the most striking views. Highly suggest to anyone looking for a very easy, pretty yet practical place to call home base in the 7th. Our experience was made all the better by the young man who met us at check-in to ensure we understood how to work everything. That was a particularly nice touch that I’ve never experienced before and found it surprisingly helpful. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure, kitchen was useful. Neighborhood had everything a stone’s throw. Overall great set up for a four-night stay.

This was the most thoughtfully set-up apartment we have ever stayed in. Everything was equipped, there were extra pillows, blankets, towels throughout the apartment, the furniture was beautiful, AC was a lifesaver during the Paris heatwave.

Absolutely fabulous! Loved every moment. Super helpful and prompt upon arrival. Apartment is gorgeous with all you need. View is stunning. We had such a magnificent family trip.

Our group of 6 adults stayed at the Margaux Apartment for 5 nights and I couldn't have imagined a better place for our trip. The location is great: just a quick walk down the street to Rue Cler where we ate breakfast most mornings (Cafe Central was our favorite), and easy to walk to many sights or for picking up an Uber/taxi. Our favorite part of the apartment (besides the AC which was critical during the heatwave while we were there) was the views of the Eiffel Tower (especially from the patio off the master bedroom). We booked our airport and train transfers with Victor cabs as recommended by Paris Perfect and they were great/would use them again on another Paris trip. We also had the private chef (Brian) who Paris Perfect recommended prepare us a birthday/farewell dinner our last night in the apartment and it was probably my favorite meal of the trip - highly recommend! This was my second time booking an apartment in Paris through Paris Perfect and would recommend it for anyone looking for a longer stay in this amazing city.

When my wife and I decided that the time had come to take our daughter and two of our grandchildren to visit our favorite city (Paris), we knew that we wanted to have an apartment living experience for our family group of five...and turned to Paris Perfect. We asked for the best in a spacious, well equipped, well located apartment in a residential (non-touristy) location. Their recommended property...Margaux...fit our needs and specifications to a tee. In addition to meeting everything we requested, Margaux is a five minute walk to the incomparable Rue Cler...Julia Child's favorite street for gourmet food shopping....fabulous when you need an alternative to out to dinner. Margaux is also located a short walk from the Metro (Ecole Militaire) making access to every venue in Paris a breeze. Just like the chateau and fine wines it is named for, Margaux is "cher" but the experience and memories from a stay in this wonderful pent house apartment is more than justified by all of its attributes...not the least of which is the ever present view of la Tour Eiffel. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed six nights with our two grown sons at the Margaux apartment and absolutely loved it! The neighborhood is fantastic and has so many restaurants, wine shops, etc and is extremely well situated for accessing the major sites around Paris either on foot or by Uber or Taxi. The apartment is really lovely and very well maintained. The outdoor decks are a perfect place for an apperative before dinner or a glass of wine looking at the lights of the Tour after dinner!! The Paris Perfect team was extremely helpful and kind --- DEFINITELY recommend this!!

Our family of 8 loved the apt. for our week stay. The 7th arrondissement is the best location to do and see everything on your list. It was perfect for all of us and has a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower.

Amazing location and we loved to stay here for a couple of days.

There were 6 of us including three children in the 10-11 year range. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The location is convenient to all the sights and museums plus dining options. I got the master suite and love lying in bed watching the lights of the Eiffel Tower. A perfect apartment.

The Margaux apartment is exactly like promised. Our two week stay was perfect! The place is beautifully decorated, very clean and has everything you could need. The location, very close to Rue Cler, is great for getting groceries or having a meal. We used Victor for airport transportation and as recommended by Paris Perfect, he was timely and dependable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Paris Perfect and this apartment!

We stayed for 6 weeks from December 11, 2024. Firstly, in Saint Emilion for a week which is a lovely apartment with 2 decent bedrooms and well laid out. We then stayed in Margaux for 5 weeks which is a tremendous apartment with 3 good bedrooms and plenty of room. We first stayed with Vacation Perfect in September 2013 in Rue de Grenelle in the Cognac apartment. Since then, we have stayed many times, generally in the 7th, for various stay lengths. Never had an issue with any of the apartments. Paris Perfect is readily available for assistance if needed. There would be at least 10 restaurants in the area around Rue Saint Dominique that we would gladly dine at, with Pertinence being our favourite. 

Had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very modern and clean. Great views and very peaceful considering you are in central Paris. 

The Paris team met us onsite and were very accommodating with our requests. The accommodation itself was fantastic, had a great balcony with a stunning view. Would highly recommend staying here.

A special celebration trip with special friends was made perfect with this Paris Perfect apartment! The best location. a truly amazing view, and an apartment that could not have been more ideal for our group. Thank you to the Paris Perfect team who helped make this a stay to remember!

We stayed at this property for a week and couldn't have loved it more. The apartment was stunning - clean, comfortable, and even more lovely than the photos. The views were spectacular and the location couldn't have been better for access to everything Paris has to offer - from monuments to local shops and cafes. The apartment had everything you could want during your stay - fully equipped kitchen, laundry, extra blankets and pillows, umbrellas, and even adapters. The checkin and checkout processes were easy and clear, and our host who checked us in and gave us a tour was friendly and knowledgable. We used the provisioning services and could not have been happier that we did. I cannot recommend Paris Perfect and Margaux highly enough - we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If you get the opportunity to stay there book it you won’t regret! We are a family of 5 and hands down it was very roomy and clean. Everything was 5star felt like the ritz of vacation rentals!

Property was in an ideal location. Check in and check out was super easy! Great property and views were impeccable!!

The pictures accurately describe the property. You can literally walk to the Eiffel tower and the seine river. Close to everything and we had dinner most night on the balcony overlooking the tower. It was a magical stay.

The property represented a perfect setting for my family. The top floor with its balcony view of the Eiffel Tower delighted the children especially as the back drop at breakfast. A very secure property with all of the amenities we desired. Beautifully located in one of Paris’s most exclusive neighborhoods. We felt very safe inside and outside. Ease of access to transit, attractions, shops and restaurants. We would rent this beautiful home again.

Property is as advertised. Great views of E.T. We mainly used the terrace off the bedroom to view the E.T @ night. Close to great restaurants/cafe’s. Seemed fairly quiet neighborhood at night. Would come back and stay here.

Spectacular apartment in hearth of the 7th with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. Paris Perfect did a great job meeting us at the apartment and showing us around. Absolute 5 star experience!

Amazing tower view. It's just amazing to be able to rent a room with such a good location when there's a shortage of hotels in Paris. Thank you for your attentiveness. The surrounding area is also very convenient to eat ~ Super suitable for many people to stay in Paris for 3-4 days!

Gorgeous views, comfortable bed, great location near the metro and Rue Cler. We have stayed here twice and loved it. The balconies are truly spectacular and set this apartment apart from all others.

We rented Margaux with another family for a week. Vacation Perfect made the rental experience easy and efficient. The connections to private tours and the private chef made the experience a memory we and our kids will have forever. Having an amazing apartment gave us an immersive experience to taste life as Parisians. Two quick blocks to Rue Cler for fresh provisions and restaurants, a short stroll to the Tour Eiffel and the Seine, and terrace views of the tower sparkle show every evening were all highlights. This kind of travel has changed our view of vacations for the future. Stay and live like a local to truly appreciate where you are.

Very responsive and prompt with replies - this is incredibly important in distinguished yourself vs. other apartment rental outfits So so helpful!! Maybe leave 3 sets of keys for large parties & make sure codes given are correct before arrival as guests are tired from travel Wish you had properties in Spain. 

We look forward to returning in the very near future. If the apartment comes available to be purchased, we would like to be the first in line.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. December is cold but this apartment was not. We had a few small issues that our hosts fixed quickly and all was well. Great spot. Beautiful views. Was exactly as described. We would stay again.

My favorite part of my family's trip to Paris was the fabulous apartment. It was beautiful and in such a great location. We had breakfasts on the balcony and wine at night overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Around the corner was a beautiful pedestrian market to purchase chocolates, pastries, meats and cheeses, and flowers. It was such a joy to explore Paris during the day and return to such luxurious accommodations. Thank you for making everything perfect!

Over a year in the planning due to the pandemic, it felt surreal to actually arrive at the luxurious Margaux. We finally made it to celebrate our blended family reunion. The Margaux felt spacious even though there were seven adults when you count us and our five grown daughters. Everyone room was so beautifully appointed right down to the monogrammed sheets on all of the beds, and the view from the wrap around balcony was like something out of a movie. My favorite room was hands down the spacious, warm and inviting kitchen, and my most treasured memory was the night Chef Brian came and served us a gourmet prepared dinner on the balcony while the sun was setting of the magnificent Eiffel tower. I could go on and on about the Margaux and all of its attributes and how wonderful out trip was…but you just need to go! You will not be disappointed.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in Paris and staying at the Margaux made the stay perfect. Plenty of space and located near grocery stores, Rue Cler market and the metro. The apartment has everything we needed to get going in the morning and relax in the evening.

The apartment was comfortable, stunning, and in a great location! We will definitely use Paris Perfect again, and if available, stay in this apartment.

Margaux is an excellent and well managed apartment in an ideal location with amenities that exceed our expectations. Paris Perfect ensure that every visitor's stay will imitate a local Parisian's experience as much as possible from all of the market guides to restaurant suggestions. The walkability to all the conveniences (metro, Rue Cler, restaurants, supermarkets) as well as attractions (Eiffel Tower and even Place Vendome if you're feeling ambitious on a particularly nice day) made the stay go so smoothly. The apartment was very well kept and stocked. We did not feel the need that anything had fallen short. Linens, cooking and dining supplies. All we needed to do was stock our fridge. The view can't be beat either! The entire apartment has a wrap around fully functioning terrace (not a window Juliet balcony).

We had the best time in Paris and loved the Margaux apartment. The view was fabulous and the location was so close to many area restaurants. Already planning our next trip and will definitely be staying with Paris Perfect!

Just a quick bonjour to tell you how much our groups LOVED Margaux and how gorgeous the apartment looks. Everything about it is just perfect. I wish you could be a fly on the wall to hear the oooh's and aah's when people walk in the front door. It is beyond magnifique. I had one woman seriously interested in buying it. Thanks again for a great week in a great apartment.

The Margaux was just perfect for our party - family members visiting from West Virginia & Florida in the cool Paris fall. The radiators provided just the right amount of heat and the towel warmers in the bathrooms were a delight (they were a treat for us Americans, who have not embraced this luxurious concept!). Although a bit too cold to dine on the terrace, we stepped out many times for: views of the Eiffel Tower - wonderful of course on the hour in the evenings, but also very moving in the morning fog - the shining dome of Les Invalides, the beautiful Ave. de la Bourdonnais and its great Haussmann buildings, and the well-kempt courtyard. By lowering the red awnings, we were able to identify and photograph the apartment from down below - wonderful photos through the autumn trees. The morning light in apartment was very special and the view of sunrise from the terrace over Les Invalides was breathtaking. The attention to detail in the Margaux was appreciated - from the running lights on the pristine wooden floors to the beautiful tile work in the bathrooms to the spacious closets. Free wi-fi was much appreciated by all of our iPad users, and the free telephone was much appreciated by our 92-year-old mother who enjoyed our daily calls! Coming back to the Margaux each evening after seeing the sights all day was like coming home. We would stop at Carrefour right beside the Ecole Militaire metro, buy our wine and cheese and be all set! The Paris Perfect staff was Paris Perfect! Beginning with advice on things to do until we could check into the Margaux (e.g., visit Rue Cler as the shops open for the day, a cafe down the street with a TV so we could savor the American presidential election results, and Café Constant [a must for anyone] for lunch). Sam was extremely helpful and cheery as our Margaux greeter/orienter. A word of advice: Do take the time to acquaint yourself with the 7th arrondissement, to stroll and window-shop and enjoy all that it has to offer. I'm afraid we were so busy seeing the "sites" that we missed much of what was right under our noses!
