Our stay in Lussac was Paris Perfect! A beautifully decorated apartment spotlessly clean. Full of light with every detail Perfect. The hosts could not have been kinder. Always ready to help. The location in the heart of the Rive Gauche is Perfect. Everything one needs (market, shops, restaurants, laundry) within walking distance. The atmosphere created by the joyous young students that frequent the area is very special. A Paris Perfect stay.

We had a grand visit! The apartment was charming & just perfect for a week long stay. We loved the fact that there was a market right on rue de la Montagne St. Genvieve . It was especially nice being greeted by the owner on arrival & having coffee & milk in the fridge. Victor took us to Versailles one day W/ our children & grandchildren . So nice to have proper car seats !! Yes, we would stay at Le Louberon again. Thank you

We had an amazing stay at Lussac. The neighborhood is lively and close to metro, plenty of restaurants and pubs. The owner greeted us and Went over apartment details and called for follow up. He could not have been kinder and the apartment itself is filled with character, exposed beams, antiques, architectural details and a modern kitchen. We will definitely return. In warmer months it may be a little noisy if you have windows open at night but it's jovial noise. We only stayed a few nights but this apartment has everything for an extended stay, including a dishwasher.

Wonderful, comfortable, attractive apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Generous and gracious hosts. My only issue was the noise from the all hours restaurants/bars outside, but the earplugs provided fixed that problem.

I would like to recommend the appartement absolutely. The beautiful situation in Quartier Latin, the very tasteful equipment and the most friendly greeting - all was extraordinary positive. We liked to stay at this place.

We stayed in the beautiful Lussac apartment for a week for our honeymoon in Nov/Dec 2016. We couldn't have wished for anything more for our first trip to Paris. The apartment was perfectly furnished for us and located a short five minute walk from the picturesque Notre Dame. The hosts went above and beyond even leaving a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us in honour of our honeymoon.
We can't wait for our next trip to Paris we won't look further than Lussac.

The Lussac apartment is a real gem in the 5th arrondissement. We usually stay in the 7th and wanted to explore different areas of Paris. We were not disappointed; everything we hoped for and more. The apartment is beautifully decorated with everything we needed. My boy slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable even though the King size bed was big enough for the 3 of us. The building did not have an elevator, however, the staircase dating back to the 1600 was part of the charm staying in and old Parisian building.
The Gran Prix grocery store is just down the street from the apartment and the neighborhood is lively with lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We found it really easy to get around on Bus 87 which took us straight to the Eiffel Tower and back. A big thank you to the owner Fatia who met us at the apartment and Paris Perfect for making our vacation one to remember!

The apartment Lussac, located in the Latin Quarter, had the old world Paris charm that gave us a feeling of being a true Parisean. The location proved to be perfect for ease of walking to shopping, nightlife, and attractions of interest. This is our second stay with Paris perfect. Both properties have been extremely comfortable and well appointed. We were so pleased with all that Lussac had to offer.

We loved staying at Lussac. The decor was the perfect blend of traditional with a contemporary flair. The furnishings, appliances, fixtures and extras were thoughtfully chosen and there was nothing else we could have wanted. The location is our favorite in Paris. We will definitely be back to stay at Lussac!

We absolutely loved staying at Lussac! The apartment is stunning - beautifully decorated and was perfect for the three of us. The owner was incredibly welcoming - greeted us warmly with food in the refrigerator, a bottle of wine and a delicious bottle of champagne in honor of our 25th wedding anniversary! The location of the apartment is wonderfully lively - a short walk from the Pantheon and Luxembourg Gardens (for our morning jog), great restaurants and bakeries near by. Staying in this gorgeous apartment, we enjoyed the comforts of home while truly feeling part of this beautiful city!

My wife and I enjoyed our recent trip to the Lussac Apartment in the Latin Quarter, in Paris. The apartment was very comfortable for us and very well furnished. We enjoyed the liveliness of the Latin Quarter.
In addition, the owner, Monsieur Dubois, was very helpful – such a charming and informative gentleman.

The Lussac was perfectly charming. The owners greeted us personally and were very welcoming. The apt had everything we needed and a few extras to live as a "Parisian" for a week. The location was in the Latin Quarter and the many bars/restaurants under us made it noisy to wee hours in the morning. The street was under construction and jack hammers woke us up a couple of early morning days. But the apt was so charming and quaint that these things were tolerable. I would give the apt itself a super rating but the noise and location a little less desirable. I would stay there again because of the apt itself.

This apartment was absolutely amazing in every way possible! It had every ammenitiy we needed to make us feel like we were in the comfort of our own home. We loved every moment of our stay at The Lussac. In fact, we took our time leaving the apartment in the mornings as we were so comfortable, we almost wanted to stay in as opposed to exploring the glorious city of Paris!
The location was perfect as well. We had many cafes and bars close by so we could come home tired after a long day and eat locally before hitting bed to do it all over again the next day.
If you are looking for a place to call home while in Paris, I recommend The Lussac for a comfortable stay in a beautiful apartment.

My husband, our 24 year old daughter, and I were fortunate enough to spend 7 nites in this beautiful, Parisian apartment! The Lussac far exceeded our expectations! The very gracious owners met us upon our arrival to help with the luggage and show us around the apartment. There were beautiful fresh flower arrangements, groceries to get us started, and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The apartment was beautifully decorated with every detail well thought out, and its location was perfect! There are cafes, shops, fresh markets and the metro just steps away. We really got a good feel of how a local Parisian lives. It was such a delight to come home every evening after a long day to the Lussac! Staying there was the highlight of our trip!

My husband and I were fortunate to stay in this apartment for 12 days. I have been to Paris on many occasions over the years and stayed at different hotels and rented through other agencies. Often accommodations do not live up to their description, the Lussac easily exceeds theirs. The shared stairway up to the apartment does show it's age and one must be careful ascending. The apartment, though, more then makes up for the tilted spiral staircase. The Lussac is exquisitely refurbished and every night it served as a most welcome respite from a day of sight-seeing or shopping. We found it very spacious for the two of us, everything worked well, no detail was left out. The owner makes very clever use of the space and has sophisticated tastes that do not undermine the apartment's functionality. Despite a miscommunication in our arrival time, the hosts were forgiving and gracious. There were fresh flowers, thriving houseplants, tea, coffee, a bottle of wine, and milk and juice in the refrigerator. The hosts took the time to show us how everything worked and I thank them for sharing their wonderful apartment with us. I would return in a heartbeat! Merci Beaucoup

The Lussac apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartement itself is very beautiful and well appointed.. The location of the apartment was outstanding. The metro is extremely close as are great restaurants, markets and shops. The Latin Quarter is lively and there's plenty of things to see and do just outside your front door. We have stayed in other parts of Paris but this is our favorite. We would stay in the Lussac again and again.

We really enjoyed this apartment - it was cosy & warm with lots of hot water & very comfortable beds. The flat is very well located in the centre of Paris. It is decorated in typical Parisian style so we felt very much part of the Latin Quarter.

The appartment is wonderful. It is decorated with extreme good taste. The kitchen is good, although it lacks some items (fuet, ladle, skimmer) essential for the cooking-lover; but it, in no way, belittles the rest (the excellet oven, the useful stove and the big fridge). The couple that owns it (Mr and Mrs. Dubois) are very welcoming and always helpful and attentive. We highly recommend Lussac, not only because of what we mentioned above, but also because of the amazing spot where it is located (Quartier Latin), next to Notre Dame, Boulevard Saint-Germain, Panthéon, Luxembourg and with a useful and nearby metro station (Maubert-Mutualité). Not to mention, of course, the street market of pl. Maubert and the boulangerie, poissonnier, patisserie, fruit market, bar vins, wine shops... all within a 1-min walk from the appartment. Excelent!!!!

A cleverly restored and upgraded attractive small apartment that was accurately represented by its description. It's location is ideal for sights in this area of Paris. It is near the Sorbonne so the neigborhood is very active late into the night that may bother some who require a quiet bedroom. It is a walk up not meant for someone who cannot manage steep stairs. The owners are a most solicitous and gracious couple who take a sincere interest in the welfare of their "guests". For the two of us the apartment was a fine choice.

Delightfull, clasically renovated apartment in the heart of St. Germaine. Close to restaurants, shops and many attractions as well as the Metro. Lots of love and good taste has gone into this refurbishment, to create a warm welcoming, comfortable living space. Personal touches in leaving flowers in vases and goodies in the kitchen. Thank you. Staircase to 2nd floor is narrow, spiral and in places caution needs to be taken.

This was my fourth time in Paris over 30+ years and my mother's first. If either of us get the opportunity to return we will definitely plan to rent the Lussac apartment again. It is the most charming place; it's interior and exterior surpassed our expectations. My mother will always remember and cherish her 70th birthday trip. Thank you!

Our trip to Paris was great fun and enjoyable and made more so by having this lovely apartment to come home to each day. It's a great location - Les Pipos was a fun local hangout and if you love cooking Olivier St Co in Moufftard is well worth a visit. The gentleman there really knows his olive oil. Thank you so much for making this a perfect trip.
