Great Place!
My 3rd stay in this very comfortable apartment, and I enjoyed it immensely. Love the proximity to several Tube lines and good local amenities. I’m very pleased that London Perfect now has a WhatsApp option for contacting the greeter on arrival—this is super helpful and much appreciated.

Perfectly Appointed
Leicester is a great Flat. The curb appeal is missing, but inside the flat, it is great. Spacious living/dining room. Very well appointed kitchen, great bath and spacious bedroom with tons of storage. Very well decorated (not as overpowering red as the photos display). Great location next to Portobello Road, great neighborhood and great shopping. We will go back again!

We loved this apartment. The other reviewers are accurate in their reviews. The apartment is very well laid out. Everything worked. The instructions regarding how to get there, how to open the door, etc. were clear and accurate. Very responsive host. We would book it again for sure.

Good location, very close to the tube and everything Notting Hill has to offer. As always, London Perfect makes things comfortable and easy for travelers, the communication and greeting on arrival were much appreciated. Flat was nice and comfortable, in a busy and buzzing area of London, with the associated hum of the city outside. Surprised none of the reviews mention the school next door, which is very active from 8:30 am to 4 pm during the week. Can’t hear the children from the main bedroom but can hear from the other rooms. This didn’t bother us as we were out and about but good to be aware.

The apartment was conveniently-located in a great neighbourhood. access to the tube was easy. The lady who greeted us was helpful and punctual. The apartment had all that we needed and was lovely and clean.

Excellent Choice
This Notting Hill apartment is an excellent choice for a London stay. The location is perfect—close to the Notting Hill underground and bus stations, with plenty of sights within walking distance. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The modern kitchen and bathroom were very functional, and the washer and dryer were a huge plus for our six-night stay. The sofa that converts into two single beds worked perfectly for our kids. Communication with London Perfect was seamless. They handled a checkout date adjustment quickly and professionally. Reliable WiFi and great amenities made the stay even better. Highly recommend this apartment for its convenience, comfort, and location.

Relaxing Stay
Our trip to London was aided by the relaxing stay at your unit. The location was on a quiet street yet accessible to plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as a short walk to Notting Hill Gate tube station. Plenty of room for the two of us as well. I would be leery of this unit however, if the weather was hot or cold however as heat not well controlled and windows not easy to repeatedly open and close. We were lucky it was moderate during our stay. The washer worked well but its drying feature pretty weak. Greeter should have been more aware of how it operated. And the listing of suggested places to eat was good, but far too many were not that close to unit. That could have been more customized to particular location.

Charming flat in charming location
The flat was very much as described-clean, comfortable and well located in Notting Hill. Our family of 4 (with two adult children) were comfortable, although with the sofa bed out to accommodate us there was really no using the living room as a sitting area. The apartment is sunny, very near a convenient tube stop and many bus routes, close to Hyde Park and simply afforded us a great way to roam the Notting Hill neighborhood. It was also easy to get to Kensington, Chelsea and the heart of London for cultural exploration. We had an excellent stay. London Perfect was very accommodating for all of our needs and attentive when we needed a quick fix to a power outage issue. Thank you!

Another perfect stay with London and Paris Perfect! Love the location - great neighborhood and easy access to Tube. Apartment is a good size for a couple, and everything in the apartment functioned well. Also, nicely appointed.

Perfect location in Notting Hill. Truly as advertised; apartment is adorable and excellent amenities!! If I really had to critique, do not be pressed as the building does have one of the slowest elevators;-)...but this is such a minor detail!
Perfect stay!
Accommodations were absolutely perfect for our needs. Location was great with tube and amenities very close by. Transportation arrangements went without a hitch. Greeter was friendly and awaiting our arrival. Furniture was comfortable and all appliances were in working order and laundry soap, dishwasher soap, bathroom soaps were all provided as well as the pleasant surprise of some goodies in the fridge. Only hiccup was that on the morning of our departure the elevator was being inspected and serviced which meant we had to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs at the required 10am check out time. Communication with office was excellent through time of booking to check out. We will definitely book with you again!

Lovely Flat
The Leicester was a perfect flat! I’d say the main room is actually larger in person than it looks in the pictures. The location is great and has a nice neighbourhood feel, close walking distance in one direction to the high street stores and tube, and in the other direction to more upscale boutique shops and restaurants. We felt very comfortable here and will use this flat again for our annual pre-Christmas trip! Jo and the office were very responsive to our needs and we also used Lushi for pick up, and that worked very well! A happy stay!!

Beautiful, well appointed flat in Notting Hill
This was the perfect flat for us. It has everything we could have needed for a 5 night stay. The location is within a short distance to the tube and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. It could not have been a better fit. We will definitely come back!

Leicester was great!
Beautiful apartment! We had a wonderful stay. Leicester quickly became our home away from home. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We booked our airport transfers through London Perfect and our driver, Lushi, provided great service. We will definitely stay with London Perfect again when we return to London.

Lovely stay in Notting Hill
My daughter and I really loved our stay in the Leicester Flat. The building was quiet and was a short walking distance to many restaurants and the tube station. I was very very comfortable here. I don't know what that mattress was in the main bedroom but I have never slept better!

The Leicester was perfect. I stayed their with my teenage daughter for 2 weeks. The location in Notting Hill was great. Close to Portobello Road as well as all the other shopping streets. The flat was impeccably maintained, decor was lovely and it was very well equipped. My daughter slept in the living room on the sofa bed which was very comfortable. We arrived on an early flight and Valentin from London perfect met us which was fabulous. We appreciated the bottle of wine as well as coffee/tea/snacks that were supplied. Really a lovely visit from start to finish.

Leicester was a fine choice of an apartment. The location is perfect, close by activities but quiet. The apartment was outfitted nicely and well kept. It was a very comfortable place to which to return. On the really picky side of things, it would have been nice to have a radio to listen to classical music, but that is not a major issue. We were gone much of the time. The issue I would seriously consider addressing is the bed in the master bedroom. It is quite soft and difficult for anyone with any back, hip, knee, shoulder, etc. issues. A good bed often defines an enjoyable next day, so making an adjustment toward a firmer mattress would be wise and appreciated by every renter, I would think. Overall, London Perfect was responsive and kind. The apartment allowed us to live comfortably and pleasantly. The Notting Hill setting is ideal, and the proximity of the Tube is very convenient. We were delighted and hope to return. Anyone staying there is set up to have a grand time in London!

The location was perfect and the living areas were nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The bathroom was quite big and worked well for us. However the bed was very soft, the sheets did not fit properly and were a polyester/cotton mix so not what we expected at all!

We have had wonderful experiences with Paris Perfect and had high expectations for London, all of which were met. The Leicester flat is very well located thanks to the short walk to Notting Hill Gate tube (from which all of London is readily accessible) and the multiple restaurants, cafes, pubs and services available in Notting Hill and, with a 10-20 minute walk, Kensington. Like the Paris Perfect siblings, Leicester is beautifully renovated and very well equipped. We easily prepared breakfast every day and, given the M&S Simply Food and the Tesco around the corner, dinner on a few nights when we were too tired to go out. Four of us stayed comfortably thanks to Madelyn's famous Italian sofas that are actually two twin beds. We found the chauffeur service to be excellent and booked tickets to the just opened blockbuster production of "The King and I" through London Perfect's agent - fabulous main floor center seats we could never have gotten at the Leicester Square ticket outlet. We would happily book Leicester again - I very highly recommend it.

The Leicester flat was a great place to stay during our first visit to London. It was located in a neighborhood very close to major a subway. Beautiful flats, antique shopping and restaurants were all close by. The flat was beautifully decorated and had all one needs for a vacation including a nice welcome basket with expresso capsules.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. We rented previously from London Perfect and they did not disappoint. Everything was very well organized from our arrival to our departure 10 days later. The location of the flat is great - close to shopping, the tube and, of course, Portobello Road. The beds were comfortable and the flat is bright and cheerful. The building is quiet but the sounds of life hum outside. I would not hesitate to recommend this flat or the services of London Perfect!

This apartment is in a very central location, in a very safe neighborhood, close to tube stops and shopping. It's also next to a school, so you can hear children playing in the school yard early in the morning during weekdays. Otherwise, it's a very quiet apartment. The kitchen is very well appointed, and all the appliances we used worked well. The London Perfect representative, Sax, was there to meet us when we arrived (a little late, because we took a wrong turn from the Tube stop and took the scenic route!), and to get us acquainted with the apartment. The sofa was a little too firm for our taste, but the side chairs were more to our liking. This isn't the first time we've stayed in a London Perfect/Paris Perfect property, and it reflected the quality of the brand: well-appointed kitchen and well-decorated spaces.

We absolutely loved our time in the Leicester apartment in Notting Hill. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to the Notting Hill Gate station and to the many wonderful shops along Portobello Road and the Notting Hill neighborhood (our favorite neighborhood). Our two teenagers slept very comfortably on the pull-out sofa in the living room. The apartment is beautifully appointed and was perfect for our 11 night stay. We have stayed in a Paris Perfect apartment as well and we hope to return to London and Paris soon and to stay in a "Perfect" apartment again.

Leicester was really a nice surprise. The photo's does not do this apartment justice. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. What a treat to stay in the well known Notting Hill neighborhood and visit the markets. This apartment is centrally located and it's easy to get around the city from here. Again, the greeters were very professional and only a pleasure to deal with. The bed was extremely comfortable and we even used the equally comfortable sleeping couch while watching movies.

Loved the Leicester. I love the Knotting Hill area and this flat was convenient to everything. Only about a 3 minute walk to the Tube and bus stops. Portobello Road, which is always full of surprises is just 3 minutes the other way - perfect. We could walk down early or late and miss the rush. LOVED the fan as I like to have white noise for sleeping and because it was quite warm during our stay. Bed and linens were great - huge towels a real plus. The flat has great JuJu (feel) to it, though it was a bit hard to find for the taxi as the building number is not evident. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I spent two weeks at the Leicester in May. We loved the newly renovated flat and the location is fabulous. We have spent a lot of time in London and Notting Hill is definitely our preferred location. Portobello Market is around the corner - easy access, but you don't hear the associated noise. Kensington Gardens and Palace are a short walk from the flat. (We heard from locals that you may see Kate walking George or the dog in the park.) There are restaurants all over the place and they range from 2-star Michelin rated places to great local pizza joints. The Notting Hill Gate tube station is a 2 block walk and provides access to 3 tube lines. For example, we went to the theater in the West End one evening. It was 30 minutes from the time the performance ended to walk into the flat. That is remarkable for London. Can't wait to come back.

Its location in Notting Hill is an easy stroll to Notting Hill Gate Underground station that puts you in reach of all London for just two pounds a day. Wonderful restaurants, pubs and shops surround the apartment, and don't miss the nearby famous Portebello market!

We stayed at The Leicester with our two children the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The flat is gorgeous - beautiful new kitchen with everything we needed, incredible designer living room, luxurious bedroom, and spa bath - and a bargain compared to Notting Hill hotel rates. Everything felt very English but very modern at the same time - plenty of outlets, fast free Internet, great water pressure, and all new appliances - dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc - with beautiful period woodwork, classic Art Deco building, great windows with lots of light, etc. Views from the flat were beautiful and the Ladbroke Square Garden (keys included!) was a wonderful treat. Unmatched location - Michelin restaurants and cozy pubs all minutes walk away, incredible high end shopping on Westborne Grove and Ledbury Road - a block from Portobello Road Market with wonderful antiques and a fabulous vibe. We saw three shows (flat is two blocks from the tube - straight shot to the West End), shopped Knightsbridge and huge local Whole Foods, hosted a cocktail party and a brunch for local friends - all with ease and convenience. We plan to go back to a The Leicester for January sales and to try more restaurants, see more theatre, and walk more of Notting Hill. Can't wait.

After having lived in London for a few years, I and my two children have returned many times to visit friends and enjoy our favorite city. Usually we stay at one of the hotels on Park Lane in Mayfair, but decided this time to try London Perfect after a recommendation from a work colleague. We were intrigued by the new listing for The Leicester and so gave it a try and will never stay anywhere else again - the location is truly perfect. The flat is beautifully furnished with high end furniture throughout and is ideal for a couple, two couples, or a family of four - far more spacious and comfortable than a hotel. My kids slept wonderfully in the sofa trundle bed (amazing design), we ate in for breakfast every morning, and spent our days exploring the local shops, Hyde Park (Winter Wonderland!) and Kensington Gardens, and Christmas shopping on a Regent Street and Covent Garden. The kids loved the open space and playgrounds in private Ladbroke Square Gardens and the war memorabilia in the local Churchill Arms pub. We braved the crowds of Portobello Road and found some great Christmas gifts - they were filming the new Paddington Bear movie while we were there! From traditional fish and chips to internationally ranked cuisine at The Ledbury, from beautiful neighborhoods and private gardens to amazing shopping, I now see why Americans flock to Notting Hill. And the flat made it perfect - a special place - comfortable, elegant, the pied a terre in fashionable Notting Hill you wish you owned.
