Inside, Le Laurier-Rose Villa is spread across three levels with plenty of space to really feel at home. Stepping in from the main street level entrance, you’ll find a formal living room and a spacious bedroom. Follow the steps to the upper level where there are two more inviting bedrooms with views overlooking both the village and the countryside. On the lower level is a second more contemporary living room, a modern kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, kitchen and casual living room ensures a comfortable stay even during the warmer summer months.

Pool: There are no alarms for the pool. There is a dropoff beyond the pool fencing. Guests are fully responsible for safety of all.

Payment: Upon reserving, 30% of the total booking fee (excluding security deposit) is non-refundable.

€1,000 damage deposit, refundable less damages.

Utilities/Taxes: Hospitality tax is paid in cash on arrival. The current rate is €4.40 per adult per day.

Booking Period: Saturday to Saturday bookings May-September

Minimum of 4 night stays October -April

Services: Mid-week cleaning included in rental.

Pre-arrival grocery shopping, private chef, guided tours, massage therapist, hiking guides and more can be arranged with the concierge for an additional fee.
