Set in a 17th century building, this sunny apartment overlooks the picture-perfect square full of blooming trees in the spring, quaint cafés and locals playing at a game of pétanque. Add to that a quiet and yet incredibly central location on the historic Île de la Cité island and you’ll love calling the Languedoc home during your Paris holiday.

The living room and dining area are full of light from three large windows with views over Place Dauphine. The open plan space is elegantly decorated with ornate wood paneling and large mirrors that capture sunshine during the day and shimmering light after dark. The modern kitchen opens to the living room and features a statement zinc sink that is beautiful to admire from both areas. Just off the living room, the bedroom is a lush and relaxing space featuring solid oak floors, warm-toned wood paneling with green marble inlays and antique silk wallpaper. The luxurious bathroom at the Languedoc is tiled with marble and mosaics from Italy. The building is complete with an elevator for easy access, and the comfort of central air conditioning is the perfect finishing touch to this serene retreat in Paris.

Fabulous Apartment in Fabulous Location on Place Dauphine

by Gregory G Powe

My wife and I loved our stay in the lovely Languedoc apartment on Place Dauphine. The apartment was really well equipped and beautifully appointed. Being on the quiet Place Dauphine was exceptional, good food at the local café and restaurants on the Place. The location could not be better, walkable to so much, from le Marais and Pompidou Center, to the Louvre and Tuileries, to Saint Germain and Luxembourg Gardens. We look forward to returning to Place Dauphine.

Lovely Stay

by Michele Joslyn

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at the Languedoc apartment. The location is perfect for walking everywhere with cafes’ and shops right out the door. We loved our home in Paris! The apartment is comfortably decorated and inviting. Dorssaf, our greeter, met us upon arrival to show how everything worked (appliances, lights, locks, etc) and answer questions. The bedroom is cozy and the bed is extremely comfortable. The elevator in the building is small (fits one person with luggage or two people without luggage) and you need to be cautious when exiting as there is not much of a landing, but we managed fine. Note: there is a fire extinguisher and escape ladder in the front closet in case of emergency. This was my second stay with Paris Perfect and we would definitely stay again!

Lovely Languedoc

by David Singer

The Languedoc apartment was a light-filled airy living space with beautiful views of Place Dauphine, a magnificent decadent shower, and a functional floor plan that worked well for our week in Paris. The efficient kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare a simple dinner and daily breakfasts, and the bedroom was comfortable (we loved the bed) and quiet, with ample closet space for our clothes and suitcases. Overall a great stay.

Lovely Paris Apartment

by Albert Gordon

Laungedoc is an exquisite apartment on Place Dauphine. We arrived and were greeted by Dorssaf, who was very gracious and helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean, and it was just as it appeared in the photos. It is, however, a bit on the small side, which for us was perfect, but it might be too small for others. The kitchen is very compact and was perfect for us because we used it for coffee and snacks. The bathroom was the highlight of the apartment. It was exquisitely appointed with beautiful tile work and a wonderful shower. The elevator in the building is quite small. Only one person at a time could use it, which wasn’t a problem for us because I didn’t mind using the stairs. The apartment was very quiet with awesome views of the rooftops of Place Dauphine. Sitting in the living room and looking out the window was a wonderful pastime. Our greeter Dorssaf was available during the week when I struggled to use the washing machine. She was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to future Paris stays using Paris Perfect.
