Lalande

Our family of five adults experienced an exceptional stay at Paris Perfect's Lalande property. We could not have asked for a better location, with delicious restaurants, beautiful shops, and any other needs at our fingertips. And of course, that absolutely stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked. We will reserve accommodations with Paris/Vacation Perfect for our future travels, and will highly recommend their properties to my travel clients.

Beautiful and immaculate apartment for my family of 4. The view is exquisite. Kitchen is well equipped, washing machine and seperate dryer were great too. Spacious living area. I loved exploring the local area and would choose this area again for a Paris stay. We extended our stay by a few days, as we loved the apartment so much. Thank you to the Paris Perfect team for a seamless stay.

Have stayed with Paris Perfect before and London Perfect. Lalande was a beautiful, spacious, well kept apartment with AMAZING views of the Eiffel tower. Washer/Dryer, kitchen appliances and space was perfect for our family of 5. It is a very spacious apartment for Paris and well laid out over 2 floors. The only complaint is the mattresses, they are extremely hard- not firm but actually hard. They need to be replaced or a mattress topper added or something. Greeting by Paris Perfect was on time, easy and our host was extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at Lalande very much. The location was wonderful and the apartment was comfortable and cozy. The space heaters were great because the regulated heat in the building wasn’t quite warm enough in the mornings. Having extra pillows and blankets were a bonus too. We adore Paris Perfect and will be back again soon.

I cannot tell you enough about how much my family enjoyed the Lalande apartment. The view of the Eiffel Tower is stunning, and it is perfect for a small family who does not want to rent two separate hotel rooms. It is conveniently located near the École Militaire metro station and is an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler Market. The washer and drier is another huge benefit you take for granted. I would 100% stay here again. Only note: the elevator is very small (sometimes only fitting one person and barely one bag) and the stairs to the upper floor of the apartment are steep, curved, and probably not the best for the elderly. Other than those two minor things, this apartment, with that view from the living room, is amazing!

We are repeat customers of Paris Perfect, celebrating a significant anniversary along with our adult children. The Lalande apartment was perfect for the five of us and just as gorgeous as the pictures. The location is excellent with great restaurants, shops and attractions within walking distance. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room area is magical and a highlight of the apartment that we enjoyed every day. The Paris Perfect team was great to deal with and we appreciated the neighbourhood guide and tips on some great restaurants we would not have discovered on our own. The kitchen in Lalande small but well outfitted with high quality appliances. The three full bathrooms are rare for a Paris apartment. We used Victor Cabs as we had on a previous trip. Their service is excellent and the luxury Mercedes van was clean, comfortable and always on time. All in all, another fantastic experience with Paris Perfect! We will be back

Lalande is gorgeous. I was startled to discover that the advertised view of the Eiffel Tower is real. The apartment is quiet and lovely. Cooking amenities (induction stove) are good and utensils are provided. Express supermarkets are nearby, but are a different experience to the US and Australia - not a problem if you don’t need to cater for dietary restrictions, but more of a challenge if you do. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. A very cozy apartment and worth every cent for the experience of Paris in the rain. Very close to Metro and bus services. Victor’s Cab service, booked through the website, was punctual and efficient both from CDG airport when we arrived and to Orly Airport when we left. Our local contact was fantastic - very welcoming. Accessibility issues to be mindful of before booking Lalande: As is common in old Paris apartments with retrofitted lifts, the lift is literally only big enough for one person with a little bit of luggage. The load limit is 180kg, but it is claustrophobic if you don’t like lifts. The stairs also require some physical ability - they are steep, winding, the handrail wobbles and the steps are wedge shaped. There is also next to no landing at any level - just enough to stand and open the door. The internal stairs are also steep without an easily held handrail. Accessibility issues aside, a lovely apartment and a memorable experience with some insight into life in a Parisian apartment. The team at Paris Perfect are reliable, efficient and very helpful, and we will happily book them again. Five stars!

We loved our time at Lalande apt! We had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and enjoyed all that the charming 7th arrondissement had to offer. The team at Paris Perfect was great to work with and very helpful.

The 6 of us had a wonderful stay and the apartment was great. Wonderful location, and all the amenities needed. Was great to all be together versus a hotel with separate rooms.

This was our fourth stay with Paris Perfect. It’s the first time staying at Lalande and we were not disappointed. Everything was top notch and we had a great view of the Bastille Day fireworks!

Simply said, our stay at Lalande was perfection in Paris. It was the highlight of the entire trip -- and we did amazing things!

Our family of 5 loved staying in the Lalande apartment. Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and quick walk to Rue Cler market with wonderful restaurants and bakeries and food markets. The Paris Perfect staff was responsive and helpful.

We have stayed at the Lalande apartment twice. The apartment is very nice and has a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is safe with many restaurants within two blocks, plus Patissiers and everything you need. There are taxi stands about two blocks West (towards the Seine) and two blocks East. We enjoy walking so we walked all the way to the Paris Opera House (Palace Garnier) one day. We used Victor Cabs for transport to and from the airport.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our stay at the Lalande. We arrived on the day of la fete national (Bastille Day) and had a great view of the fireworks at the Eiffel Tower. The Champ de Mars was closed for the Olympics so having our own viewing spot was just terrific. The apartment was clean, cool and had all the comforts we needed, including a very nice washer and dryer. Contacting personnel was very easy, and on the one occasion we needed assistance, someone was over to help in a few minutes. We highly recommend the Lalande and we thank the Paris Perfect team for making our stay an easy and pleasant experience.

We had a magical week in Paris and saw many beautiful things, but sitting in our apartment and toasting the Eiffel Tower out our own window was a true highlight. The apartment was beautifully and comfortably furnished, and communication with the Paris Perfect team was, well, perfect. I would recommend them to anyone, and I hope we can stay with them again sometime. (We also hired Chef Brian, who served us a memorable and fun dinner!)

Our family of four had the most magical trip in this fabulous apartment over Easter week. The apartment was more than accommodating, the space was great and the view of the Eiffel Tower cannot be beat. The rental agency was friendly and and helpful when we blew the power out with our American hairdryers- whoops! We hired a private chef through Paris Perfect, his name is Brian and he is amazing, & so worth it! My so said that was our best meal- and we had some amazing meals! Thank you Paris perfect, we will be back for sure!!

Perfect in every way

We loved the apartment. The view is magnificent and the apartment interior was as pictured. We were met by a courteous staff member who explained everything. The apartment was clean and decorated well. The neighborhood felt safe and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The Rue Cler area is very nice for eating and is only two blocks away. Our only objection was the mattresses were very firm, but we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed an extraordinary stay in the ParisPerfect apartment. The on-line description posts for this property describe perfectly the pros and rare cons of the unit. Of note, our arrival time was out of the usual expected arrival window. Paris Perfect maintained constant communication with us as we travelled from Brussels arriving at the apartment after midnight (an understandable late arrival charge was applied). The unit is A+ clean, well stocked and with a layout that allowed perfect balance for together time and private time for my spouse and me and our 4 children (21,21,15,15). The view of the Eiffel Tower is unparalleled! We will never forget it. Dishwasher and the washer and separate dryer are clean and work very well. (Six people have an abundance of laundry. We have stayed in another rental where the washer and dryer were combined in one appliance, greatly slowing down the process of completing the daily laundry. The four portable air conditioners are high quality and keep the apartment cool. The surrounding neighborhood is very welcoming— full grocery store a half of a block away, multiple small restaurants with moderately priced but very good food (cheaper than San Fran prices!). Cons— barely worth mentioning. The online post explains the presence of an extremely small elevator to the fifth floor. We often climbed the stairs to facilitate the ascensions of 6 people. The beds easily support 6 full size individuals, but are of moderate quality: disclaimer — I require a high-end sleeping mattress. But given the overall upper-end quality of the apartment, I recommend that the owners upgrade the mattresses. We will try and rebook this remarkable apartment the next time we venture to Paris.

This was our second stay with Paris Perfect in the 7th. Easy 2 block walk to Rue Cler market street to buy our morning pastries, cheese, fruit and wine. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, beautifully appointed and we loved watching the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower each night from our living room. The staff at Paris Perfect was very responsive and helped with every request. We found a wonderful restaurant 1 block away, Via Del Campo, husband and wife team, one of our best meals ! We used Victor cabs for our airport transport and recommend this service, they are prompt, courteous and reasonable. Thank you Paris Perfect team for another wonderful week in Paris. We look forward to staying with Vacation Perfect again soon!

Amazing 6 nights in an immaculately clean, serviceable apartment for 6 adults. Location and view of Eiffel Tower was perfect. Can’t wait to return with my family. Thank you for outstanding customer service and the perfect trip.

This was my second experience with Paris Perfect. The LaLande apartment truly IS “perfect” with a magical view of the Eiffel Tour, lovely decor and absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location in the 7th is very convenient to shops and groceries and only a couple of blocks from Rue Cler’s enchanting markets and restaurants. We never took the Metro during our stay because strolling through the charming neighborhoods on our way to restaurants and museums was half the fun! I so appreciate that the Paris Perfect team answered every question, kindly stored our luggage when we arrived early, graciously welcomed us with an informative tour during check-in, and surprised us with treats in our refrigerator. I especially love their suggestion for using Victor’s Cabs to and from CDG, as Victor's team truly are The Best, always punctual, professional, kind and caring! My only “complaint" about our stay is that our week flew by much too fast, but I look forward to planning future trips with PP!

What a wonderful way to enjoy a stay in Paris! The apartment was gorgeous, spacious and all amenities considered and supplied. Being so close to Rue Cler was terrific for our supplies of food and drink, plus many options for eating out. Transportation was convenient but we walked everywhere, being so close to museums and sites in the 7th. Thanks to the wonderful and gracious welcome, and all info from the staff at Paris Perfect! AMAZING!!!!!!!! Our stay with Paris Perfect was truly perfect! The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and a dream come true for those like myself who have always fantasized about having a quintessential Eiffel Tower view. Being able to open up the balcony doors and see her sparkle was a one of a kind experience. The staff at Paris Perfect was kind and accommodating. Paris will always be special to me because we got engaged on this trip. The Paris Perfect apartment was the perfect addition to our romantic getaway! Thank you!!!

Lovely accommodations and location. Paris Perfect, again, exceeds expectations. I continue to use Paris Perfect for my Paris get aways and have not been disappointed. One consideration - the three steps from elevator to entrance are not straight on and there is no hand railing. Also, the stairs to the upstairs are steep. A person with mobility/balance concerns should ask for photos before booking.

This was probably my fifth visit with Paris Perfect and although not perfect initially, you made it that Way. With a broken elevator at Rully we were given Lalande. My 10 year old immediately latched onto the pull out in front of the Eiffel Tower and her birthday trip to Paris became amazing and one she'll never forget. The apartment was gorgeous in every way and a perfect fit for us. Your recommended concierge service pulled off the miracle of a birthday cake for grace with perfect candles and perfect happy Birthday singing in french by the waiters at fountaine de mers. Yes Paris was perfect from your entire team making things right to Victor and his guys picking us up to the apartment itself. We rented an apartment in Bordeaux with vrbo and bemoaned the fact that it wasn't you and wasn't perfect. Of course we will use you again always. And consider Bordeaux. I'd rent tomorrow!

This was a special trip for us to celebrate our daughters and our godchild graduation from high school. There were six of us in our family and the kids ranged in age from 15 to 20. Finding an apartment to accommodate six or more comfortably is not easy. The Lalande apartment was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably. The view of the Eiffel Tower was everything it was advertised to be and the neighborhood was spectacular. Just two blocks from Rue Cler with fabulous markets, wine shops, boulangerie, fromagerie, cafes and restaurants, etc. Whether you want to have a nice lunch or diner at a cafe or buy prepared foods for a nice dinner at the apartment there are many choices. Access to the metro was easy however you are within walking distance of many of the things you will want to see and do in Paris. Paris Perfect was also fantastic. The booking process, the arranged greeter who did an outstanding job and the condition of the apartment when we arrived were all outstanding. A truly memorable trip and we look forward to our next trip to Paris.
