Ladoix

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for making it so seamless and easy. It truly was "Paris Perfect"! Thank you again for your part in our fabulous trip!

The Ladoix apartment was great, with a fabulous view of the Seine and within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment is up two flights of stairs - completely fine for us in our late 60s. We were expecting the apartment to be a bit noisy given the location, but with the windows closed you could barely hear the traffic. The only downside was that some items in the apartment were a bit worn and the TV didn’t work while we were there. Kitchen was very well stocked and it was lovely to be able to cook on occasion.

Ladoix is in a great location with a spectacular view of the Seine. If you want a quiet neighborhood, this is not the place for you but if you want a fantastic location to major attractions, easy access to Metro, and a knock out view, then this is your place. The round bed was surprisingly comfortable. The main room was also very functional and a nice respite at the end of long days. If your height is above 6 foot, you may want to consider other apartments. My husband is 6 foot 3 inches, and he had to duck in the hallways, bathroom and entry to bedroom to navigate everything, however, this is true of many older buildings in Europe. Overall, our stay was lovely and the apartment felt like temporary home. So much better than staying in a hotel! Very well appointed kitchen too. Will remember this trip very fondly.

Great communication, cheerful and informative check-in process, lovely accommodation consistently as shown on website. Only criticism is the lack of Kleenex and the TP is always always always way under stocked even though we’re gone most of the day. Would prefer not to deal with this on vacation but that’s the only issue.

My score is really a 4.5 on a 5 scale. The unit is in a fantastic location. Great view of the Seine River and lots of shops/restaurants/groceries nearby! The unit was very nice, too. My only recommendation is to update a few of the furnishings (furniture) as they are worn. The Paris Perfect Team was great with asking if everything was okay during our stay! We would definitely rent this unit again!

Enjoyed our stay at Ladoix. Location was very good for us. Lots of space and it was well stocked. Having the Washer/Dryer was a great help. I do think the yellow chair in the living room needs to be replaced or re-covered...and the cushions in the window seat need mending. The floor lamps in the living room didn't appear to be working, making it kind of dark in the evening...but all was clean and comfortable.

This apartment is quirky but filled with charm. There was a bit of noise from neighbors using the stairs but it really wasn’t bad and we slept just fine on the circular bed, bathtub in room. The bed was a little firm but comfortable. The staff met us to show us the apartment and provided us with provisions including wine and Nespresso pods which was a huge help. Plenty of linens and storage space for two people. The main stairs are a bit cumbersome with luggage. The toilet is actually separate from the shower bathroom and you need to go out to the hall and up a small flight of stairs. We enjoyed mornings overlooking the Seine and didn’t use the kitchen much but it seemed well stocked. Ladoix is very central and we’ll definitely use Paris Perfect again!

This apartment was very well located and well furnished with a fabulous view! Paris Perfect coordinated well to help with my arrival. I will look forward to staying here again.

We loved this location and apartment. The tree shaded view of the Seine was amazing and the windows closed tightly to keep the traffic noise to almost none. Plenty of room and having the bedroom AC unit was perfect to sleep well at night and we could use the fans provided to spread the cooler air to the living / kitchen areas. This is our 5th stay in Paris all in apartments and this was our favorite so far. The older and unique character are what we love and the cleanliness was very good. Host was fantastic to explain all things and I’m sure they were available if needed. We checked in later than planned and totally stayed connected with WhatsApp. You’ve got a great product and services.
